The staff at Home2 went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had a play showtime at Logos theater that we had to make. The staff set up our check-in so we made the performance. Thanks Latonya!

They make you feel at home. My room had couch and bed real plates and cups. Nice place I been at to stay away from my home.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. It is located near plenty of restaurant options and is just off the interstate. The hotel is also pet friendly which is a plus for a hotel of this condition.

I love this hotel. The rooms are suites that include a sitting area with pull out and a kitchen area that includes a full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, silverware and glassware. Cooktops are available upon request. Everything was nice and clean upon our arrival. The hotel amenities include complimentary washers and dryers along with pool, exercise room and complimentary breakfasts. This is my second year staying with Homes2 and I look forward to year three.

Home2 is our home away from home when we are in town. It's always clean, staff is always super nice and accommodating. I will never stay at another hotel in Greenville.

Pleasant settings and a friendly staff. The rooms are well equipped and have an aesthetically pleasing yet utilitarian quality which is perfect for hotel stays.

Awesome staff and service. Wonderful beds and pillows. Nice large rooms, sink, fridge, microwave, toaster. Very clean. We slept great since it was so quiet. Would highly recommend and definitely will use again.

Great hotel. Large rooms. Friendly staff. Nice free breakfast, laundry facilities, etc. Wish all hotels were as nice as this. Felt almost like home. Bed was one of the most comfortable of any hotel beds ive ever slept in. Ill definately stay there again.

Great place overall. Complete with two full beds, a pull out couch, a room divider, a TV, a toaster, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, an iron and ironing board, and a full bathroom with a shower-tub. TV area is ideal for gamers, movie watchers (especially horror and romantic), and sports fans alike. Three minor complaints: 1. Bedsheets were scratchy 2. Dispensers in the shower-tub were broken, and didn't dispense properly 3. The restroom didn't appear very clean.

Big rooms with great amenities. Love the kitchenette and the big TV and the couch and table and all of it to make for a comfortable stay. Pretty great breakfast too. Basic but tasty.

This is how a hotel should look, feel and operate. This hotel was perfect for my family. It's conveniently located and super clean. The staff was beyond nice but yet so professional from the amazing front desk manager to the house keeping staff. My family and will be returning back here.

It was a nice hotel but the woman working the front desk made some gestures towards guests of African American decent and that rubbed me the wrong way. They paid for their rooms like everyone else and deserve the same respect.

Very big rooms, new tv's. The kitchen and fridge were great, beds were clean and comfortable. The fold out couch was also comfortable. Great breakfast too, master the waffle maker and you will be rewarded.

Trendy, comfortable, hospitable, large rooms, helpful and friendly staff… It's really got it all. Loved it! Breakfast was good too.

Great location for hotel, close to a number of restaurants and only minutes away from the airport. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious, and the staff extremely courteous.

The staff here were very nice. Dog friendly. Not everyone likes dogs so when I took Penny out for her walk I keep her away from people. The staff always said something nice on our way out and our return. I checked out and needed to wait for my daughter to pick me up. They offered me water for Penny and coffee. The rooms were very clean. The girls who clean the rooms were also very friendly.

We had a points snafu and they went well out of their way to accommodate us AND take care of the points. Kwalme was exceptionally helpful, as well as Nicole. The hotel is just very clean; breakfast includes fresh blueberries, granola and oatmeal with a variety of other toppings as well. They even have Nutella! It's just a step above a Hampton Inn (which we normally love). They also has a fire pit just outside the front, which creates a very nice ambiance. When we asked for stuff or brought up concerns, EVERYONE on the staff was quick to address/rectify the issue. We will definitely be back again soon!

This is a nice little hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and they have an amazing breakfast. Facilities are always fresh and clean. Fast high-speed internet and also very close to some great shopping/restaurants.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at (and I stay at a lot of them). Great room, great gym, nice people, good location.

First Time Visit — Pleasantly Surprised Our first stay at a Home2Suite. Nice sized rooms with plenty of amenities. Pet friendly.

Nice, newer Home2 Suites. Unfortunate my room was not very clean. Nor was my bathroom. I always check for bedbugs before I accept a room, and when I took the edge of the sheet back and lifted the mattress, it was REALLY dusty, and LOT of hairs & crud. No Bed Bugs, but the baseboards were filthy. Mind you I do inspect pretty well, but for a newer hotel this place was really dirty. My shower have mold in the corners already and the counters in the room an bathroom were not very clean. There was also soap scum & little hair in the soap dish… EWH! Also the pool was already closed for the season! The room was pretty quiet and the staff were friendly.

The most friendly, welcoming staff that I have ever met! The entire facility was new, fresh and roomy.

I love the Home2Suites everywhere and this location was very good. There was no light pollution in the room which is always important to me, but especially important when I needed to be up for a 6:00 a. M. Flight. Also, there's no charge to use the washers and dryers. I did a load of laundry while I worked out and fly home with clean clothes.

We were so pleased with our stay! The location is central many restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious. Kwame was working the front desk when we arrived late, exhausted, with two babies and a mother-on-law in tow. He made sure we got adjoining rooms. He bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. Such friendly, helpful staff is a rarity!

Everything was great. Bed comfy. Sheets soft. Smelled clean. Breakfast outstanding. Great coffee. Only complaint is there was no where to prop my foot to shave my legs in the shower! Overall very impressed and would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

This is one of the nicer hotels in which I have stayed. The room was very nice. Everything was clean. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The room included a mid-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and kitchen sink. This was great for eating some meals in the room. The shower had a great spray head. The hotel staff was very friendly. They had a fairly extensive exercise room. The complimentary breakfast looked nice although we did not eat their food. The coffee was good. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very nice! Parking lot is always clean. Its nice to be able to relax outside in a comfortable designated no smoking outdoor seating​ area. Inside the staff is friendly (thanks Bradley) and knowledgeable of the area and local restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and accommodating with a bed, sofa/pull out couch, ottoman, desk, and dresser. Kitchen has a fridge, deep sink, dish washer, and a powerful full sized microwave. The 32" TV is mounted so that viewing is great from the bed or couch. There is a curtain that can be pulled to separate the couch and bed. The shower is nice also, having glass sliding doors instead of curtains that always try to cling to you when showering. Home2 suites is my favorite hotel to stay in when im traveling for business or vacation.

The service is not very good, they lost my reservation for the first few days, the rooms are excellent and the location is very practical.

My wife and I usually stay at one of the other hotels nearby but since the was the 'new place' we thought we would try it for the night before our early flight the next morning. This was one of the worst hotel stays we have ever experienced, and truly a disappointment to say the least. The most accurate description would be disgusting. This hotel stay certainly deserved a one star rating as you can see by the pictures attached. When we walked into the room there were several strands of hair on the toilet, shower soap dispenser and floor. There was something floating in the toilet that would not flush down and the person who came up had to hand remove it. My wife immediately called the desk and requested a room change and she was told the hotel was booked for the night. The desk staff then said they would have someone come up and clean the toilet. After the gentleman came in and wiped down the toilet and left my wife started getting ready for bed we found the faucet was so loose in the bath it literally separated from its base. I was in the kitchenette and found more hair on the counter and dirt that was not cleaned off the top and side. Pictures do not lie! To top it off when I came down for breakfast it was less than impressive, and the orange juice dispenser had an out of order sign on it! They certainly did not put out a pitcher of juice either because they most likely ran out.

This hotel was quite full. I was happy to get a room because I like the Home2 brand when I travel. Nice work out rooms and a complimentary washer and dryer are great amenities. Breakfast is included as well and though it's not a full hot buffet there is always something to get your day started. Free parking and my 1 King bedroom was huge. A clean, well lit bathroom and friendly staff all add up to one of my favorite places to stay.

Loved this hotel! Everyone was friendly. The rooms were amazing and they have the best breakfast. Frozen yogurt and great restaurants were within walking distance and very easy to get to. I will be going back!

Great hotel! Very big suites, 2 beds, flat screen, fridge, microwave. Laundrey room, workout room. Everything is great!

I have been staying here for months and its nothing but a wonderful experience everytime. The staffis friendly and helpful and my room is always clean and comfortable.

Location is great and new facilities are nice. This really is setup as and would excel for week long or more stays when working out of town. Rooms are modern and comfortable with nice amounts of space.

Stayed overnight for the Pearl Jam concert. The hotel was very nice, room was nicer than I expected, and the breakfast was very tasty. However the front desk lady spoke very poor English and charged us for the room twice, very inconvenient. The amenities were nice but the service was average at best.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was fresh and relaxing and there is a morning breakfast. This has a modern look and may not be for everyone. The rooms have a couch and work area. Very spacious and enjoyable.

The housekeeping work hard and deep clean costumers rooms they always living a mess in the rooms, but the costumer don't appreciate anything when the housekeeping do in Home2. I feel sorry for the housekeepers they work very very hard they don't live them a tips for they hard work they do for the hotel.

Great restaurants around the hotel.

This is my new favorite place to stay. I am currently staying here and it's the little things I notice that makes this hotel so great… Peep hole cover and black out strip on the door to keep light out, black out curtain that stays closed, comfortable bed, the list goes on… the staff are very friendly and quick to help as well. Couldn't be more pleased!

Is a highly recommended hotel breakfast and facilities are very good both on the inside as on the outside has very good location many restaurants serca and even the maintenance wall mind enjoy your day of aller tube tilling a drawback with the interned and the young of resecsio melo resolved in a friendly way.

Staying here with a friend and I think it's a nice establishment.

Good service, clean facilities, big rooms.

Very nice Hilton property. Spacious, trendy, colorful, clean, fast internet, large parking lot for big SUV's, excellent staff, big rooms with adequate bedding for families of 5 or 6 like mine. Our new favorite place to stay when in Greenville. There are very few options within the Hilton portfolio in upstate SC which offer the big rooms at an affordable rate. I wish their pool was indoors, but overall highly satisfied.

Can't beat staying at a newly opened Hotel. Very good location.
