My wife and I usually stay at one of the other hotels nearby but since the was the 'new place' we thought we would try it for the night before our early flight the next morning. This was one of the worst hotel stays we have ever experienced, and truly a disappointment to say the least. The most accurate description would be disgusting. This hotel stay certainly deserved a one star rating as you can see by the pictures attached. When we walked into the room there were several strands of hair on the toilet, shower soap dispenser and floor. There was something floating in the toilet that would not flush down and the person who came up had to hand remove it. My wife immediately called the desk and requested a room change and she was told the hotel was booked for the night. The desk staff then said they would have someone come up and clean the toilet. After the gentleman came in and wiped down the toilet and left my wife started getting ready for bed we found the faucet was so loose in the bath it literally separated from its base. I was in the kitchenette and found more hair on the counter and dirt that was not cleaned off the top and side. Pictures do not lie! To top it off when I came down for breakfast it was less than impressive, and the orange juice dispenser had an out of order sign on it! They certainly did not put out a pitcher of juice either because they most likely ran out. I do not feel that we were treated appropriately by the staff following our request to Change our room and will not likely stay at a Home2 suites for sure. Very disappointed in Hilton and their staff.
