We had a drug dealer running drugs out of his room across from us, the old guy at the end of the hall let his meth head girlfriend in the side door every night. There was a car broken into while parked on the side of the building near the side entrance, then my husbands truck was stolen from their parking lot, when asked about video the camera on the side of the building points to the door and the bushes but not the parking lot. Staff is rude especially the lady with an accent and the girl with long brown hair. Our stay was from Nov 9th till Dec 24th (the day after my husbands truck was stolen) because our home had water damage. During this time not one employee EVER came in and cleaned our room, we had to request new bed linens and change them ourself, we brought our vacuum to clean. Worst place ever for all the teams that came through to stay with children! We talked with police and they even told us that was the worst hotel on/near Pelham Road. Thanks to the officers report of this our insurance company moved us to a new hotel!
