Great place for our anniversary weekend. The room was great and very clean and the hotel restaurant and bar was awesome.

Quiet, very nice and comfortable in my room. Very relaxing and also near the interstate and many restaurants and mall.

Clean and friendly employees.

Not safety conscious at all. I booked room in my name only. My husband was able to go to the front desk and ask for a key and was given it. No photo ID to even confirm his last name, no verification about who he was or who I was. Very concerning. We won’t be back.

Had my 1 year anniversary here. They were so accommodating and very welcoming. Front desk staff was amazing and answered helped us with anything we needed or any questions we had. Spacious rooms and suuuuuuper comfy beds. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Great place — very comfortable!

DO NOT STAY HERE! $500 Valentine's day gift stolen out of our room. This has been by far the worst experience. We were given the illusion that the insurance would reimburse us for the GUCCI belt if it did not turn up. Here we are 3 weeks later with no belt and no reimbursement. It has been incredibly hard to get in touch with anyone and it's as if there is no concern. We were offered a reward/points card equivalent to 5 free nights. We declined that offer for the simple fact that we do not want to stay at a Hotel who not only fails to properly compensate stolen items but who also protect those said employees who steal from guest rooms without punishment.

Staff was nice wish the reservation person would have been as nice. The person that answered the call the first time I called to make reservations had a strain accent and did not seem to know the hotel to answer any questions. She asked for my phone number and I gave her my business number and some how my reservation got booked in my 75 year old dad's name who retired from our business 15 years ago. Had to deal with the wrong last name the entire time I've been married 25 years that hasn't been my last name since then.

The hotel is great and I love … love the location it's pretty much near everything. My first impression was the scent of the hotel. It's very welcoming and refreshing. It smelled so amazing you could and can tell they take pride in keeping there hotel clean. Also the staff were so very polite and very friendly. I have nothing really bad to say about the hotel. I do wish there rooms were bigger but over all great hotel. I will most definitely be back.

Got a king-bed room with a same-day reservation for just $105 plus taxes, which seems like a steal for a four-star hotel. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself was easy to find just of the highway, in a good location. Would definitely book here again, and recommend it to anyone looking.

The Crowne is a lovely hotel. The staff is wonderful and exceptionally helpful and the amenities are perfect. The breakfast was also fully featured and delicious. The hotel itself is located right off of the 385 and a very convenient location, only minutes away from downtown. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Greenville.

I stayed here with a friend of mine. I had the king sized bed and she took the pull out couch. My bed was so comfortable that according to my friend, I snored. My bed was extremely comfortable but the pillows were a bit hard. The room was clean and the food we ate for dinner in the bar was really good, we were completely surprised! It was less than 10 minutes from the center of Greenville and it being right next to the freeway was great. We didn't hear any noise from the freeway and the staff was nice.

Great experience. Very pleased with our stay. King suite was clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Professional and friendly staff.

Started in a double room. Overall the facility is clean and tidy. The plumbing in the bathroom tub is slow to drain and the toilet is slow to flush. Other than that it is a nice place. Slightly expensive, but had some nice amenities. Charges $12 for breakfast. This would be a nice addition to provide based on the cost already.

Aby really loved it! She loves her some HIX pancake but something about their breakfast buffet really had her excited. And she thought the chaise lounge in the room with the table was the fanciest thing she has ever seen! (Aby is ten… btw… and loves her some HIX… but she insists that the CP is now our hotel of choice when we visit her big sissy in Greenville! ) Mom thought Dale and Don were awesome at check-in and the sleep package was nice!

Wow! They updated this hotel and it's absolutely beautiful. I went to a meeting there and it was very nice. I was pleased with the attention from the hotel staff. They were very accommodating.

The check in was nice and the hotel has a beautiful lobby / atrium. Currently only one elevator working. The elevator that is working does not have a sensor on it. It closed on me while walking in and the door did not retract. On a second time, the door was closing on a person walking in, they put their hand on the door, while I pressed the open door button, nothing worked and the person squished thru. (Major Safety Risk).

Very nice hotel. Front desk very friendly and even recognized me on the way in the next day to ask how the room was. Comfortable, clean and a hot shower — pretty much the only three things that matter to me in a hotel!

I visited Crowne Plaza some years ago. The law enforcement conference was held here. They have done some major renovations and the hotel is beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and the rooms were wonderful. The hotel is, pretty much, in the middle of everyrhing! My stay was excellent!

The hotel lobby was beautiful but our room was just ok. Our air conditioner was loud and would never shut off. No tissue paper in the room and generally the carpet looked dirty. Only one elevator working. The kids enjoyed the pool. Staff was nice.

Staff is exceptionally polite, everyone from the guy that brought pool towels to the maintenance guy in the hallway. They are in the process of doing a little remodeling but that is a common thing and glad they are keeping up with preventative maintenance.

Nice Hotel. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse attached — but closes at 10pm — so late night arrivals dont get the full effect. There is a decent (but limited) bar menu until 11pm.

Our first room had pubes on our pillows in the first so they moved into another room. The second room had the same issue. Finally the third room was “ok” but after dealing with the we settled for that room. But even that room was coverd in dust, trash in the trash can and the shower leaked and covered the floor with water. Place is very nice but has a #### cleaning staff total trash and not worth spending money at.

Terrible experience here last night. The room we were assigned had blood stains in the bathroom floor and hair ALL over the floors and IN the bed sheets. We ended up having to move rooms 4 times due to the same problem of finding hairs everywhere in the bed. Housekeeping obviously is not changing the sheets as there were hairs and eyelashes all over the sheets and pillowcases. The fifth room we ended up in still had hairs in the sheets, however it was after midnight so we called it a night and stayed in the room anyways. The trash had not been emptied in the trash can when we checked in and the carpet had not been vacuumed. Terribly dusty. It was a beautiful hotel and would have loved to return, however the horrible cleanliness here is something that cannot be overlooked. DO NOT stay here!

Room was extremely dirty and there was blood on the bathroom floor. Changed rooms and there was a LOT of hair in the “clean” bedding. The extra blanket had been bundled up and stuck in the closet instead of being cleaned and folded. We switched rooms three times before getting an acceptable room where the shower flooded the bathroom floor.

Would have been at least five stars if it weren't for the little kids/preteen kids running around the hotel, yelling, cutting us off in the hotel elevators. The hotel staff was great when we first arrived, and we even asked what time the pool closed, they told us 11pm. Hubby and I were excited to enjoy the heated indoor pool, we went for a few minutes, and said young kids were yelling, screaming, and running around the pool area. So we decided to come back at a later time when they were hopefully gone. Came back down around 8:30. Kids ran past us yelling that it was closed (its 8:59pm now) and then shoved us aside to go play in the fitness room. Disappointed a 4 star hotel would allow young children under the age of 12 obviously, be in the pool area unsupervised, run around their hotel and annoy paying guests. We tried calling the front desk to complain but no one answered. We were excited about the pool and being able to enjoy some quiet alone time together, that was quickly ruined by unsupervised children and amenities being closed early. Won't come back here for my next Greenville trip if it means having children yelling and running everyone.

Old, expensive and not very pleasant (my room was overlooking the lobby)

Congaree Rd. Greenville, Not worth your money. Used dental floss was on the bathroom floor when we checked in. Maid never cleaned room after our first night and management acted like we were to blame by asking if we took Do not disturb sign off the door before leaving and asked what time we left. The end floor unite is next to the freeway and the air conditioners are not newer quiet models. Worst four star Hotel experience ever. My husband travels ALOT for business in this area. This is NOT a hotel that takes pride in its customers!

Airport pick up provided by hotel. Nice hotel decor. Clean rooms. Inside the rooms are a refrigerator, complimentary calming resting cremes, and a spray. Friendly staff.

Trouble checking in I don't know why I. Had the money. Nothing special bout the room I asked if we get any breakfast naw you will. Have to paid fo every thing. But u get afree bottle of water when you get inside ur room holyday inn is more upscale than these bet on that won't come back again this hotel needs to be renovated asap.

Don't waste your money staying here. There's nothing special abt it and you would be better off at a Holiday Inn Express. Stayed four nights and not housekeeping ever checked our room. Had to get clean towels and set our trash out in hallway… this hotel is in need of a update. They are floating off the past success of their steak house unaware there is more competition now than 20 years ago. Was a disappointment.

Holiday team dinner held on 9 Dec and enters were dry and tough. Prepared too long before our seating time. Desserts usually save day but once all the chocolate cheesecakes were gone only slim pickings were left. The limited wine selection was OK. Luckily fun was had with colleagues and their spouses.

Very nice hotel. Room was a touch small, but clean. Swimming pool was terrific and invitingly warm. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms, however I will not be returning because the staff here are very rude. Front desk staff are very unfriendly and very short. During breakfast, the lady who was helping in the breakfast area just came picked up my finances plate, didn't ask if he was finished or anything. When he said no I wasn't finished she drugged her sholders as if she didn't care. The only hotel personel that spoke as we walked by were the cleaning staff, the others just stuck their noses in the air when spoken to. My money is as good as the next, and I will spend it with someone who actually values their guests.

I've stayed at this Crowne Plaza Hotel twice now (about a year apart) and both visits were identically great. The hotel layout is super easy to understand and the service level of the staff is outstanding. The room was clean, quiet, and exactly met my expectations.

This is my fourth stay at the Greenville Crowne Plaza. Each time has been an exceptional experience. The Westin was full my first visit and I ended up here, and I have booked here ever since. Don, the front end manager bends over backwards to insure all is well; Butch, a gentleman of the old school, unloaded my copious luggage with a smile and settled me into my room as if he were my personal valet and ALL of the front desk girls have been amazing — especially Jenna, Keri, Denise and Anna. And last but certainly not least, is Ms. Jackie, the housekeeper who is superb at her job and never cuts corners. I am horribly critical of hotels and restaurants because I travel and have traveled so often for so many years. This hotel stands out, not because it has a beautiful facility (which it does), but because of the level of customer service provided to each guest. I have decided to book the entire wedding party for my daughter's September wedding here, a choice I would not have entertained six months ago. I would recommend this hostelry to anyone; it is an incredible value.

Just checked in. The was no line at the front desk but it took 3 people around 20 minutes to even help us. Rooms are very very tiny, bathroom is tiny. Air conditioner is extremely loud. We just came from Raleigh, NC staying at a Marriott, who price was a lot less and the beds there were more soft and luxurious then theses. Marriott's room were bigger. Really wish I had booked a Marriott here, but I really expected this to be a nice hotel. And I am hear for 5 days. Will not make that same mistake twice. Oh amd my rooms veiw here is the front lobby, really? Don't stay here!

Not only is it located near several dining options, its easy to get on and off interstate. Was greeted with friendly smile and the suggested breakfast buffet was perfect for my family. Place was clean and smelled great.

Check in was very easy and rooms were very clean. Everything was very nice. Pool was small but nice. The bar was limited as far as mixed drinks go. I think there were only 5 drinks available and a little on the pricey side. All in all very nice and probably will stay here again.

I had a great experience, I was there for a Wedding at the knot even after the wedding was over we gathered in the lounge until about 2 in the morning. The room was very clean n cool when I got there. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were super soft, I was sleeping so good I almost smothered myself the only thing there is no microwave and the address they gave me was 1385 however it is I-385. Other than that it was good.

When we arrived our reservation wasn't on record. I couldn't find the email with the confirmation #. The lady at the front desk got us a room. Great work. Later I found the confirmation email but it still wasn't on record. They gave us a reduced rate for the night and 4 breakfast vouchers. Very pleased. We'll be back in 2 weeks for another stay. Thanks to the staff for all the attention they gave us.

We attended the Clan Reception Dinner hosted by Gallebrae the night before the Scotyish Games. There was not enough seating we ended up eating standing up in the hall after paying $50 a plate to attend.

We went to the crown Plaza hotel in Greenville to pick up the race packet for the GHS 5k. The receptionist greeted us as we came in. The lobby was very nice and we'll kept up. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Newly remodeled and very swank. The room's amenities are nice and the bed was very comfortable. I'm a clean freak, and the entire hotel met my expectations. The remodeled bar and dining area look great, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is right in the lobby, making it a convenient place to grab dinner, before heading off to bed.

Easy on & off. Best stay in Greenville SC. Great staff. Well greeted. Best bedding. Slept like a log. Recommend highly.

Clean and comfortable. My husband wasn't thrilled with the guy at the front desk at check-in. If it had not been for the cancellation policy we were seriously going to find a different hotel. Good customer service is very important.

The most relaxing hotel in the world! Of my 3 favorite hotels in the world, two are in Greenville and this is one of them. I stay here as often as I can when I come to Greenville. This hotel is an oasis along the interstate. I feel like I am at a resort the entire time I am here. This hotel is so relaxing. I rest so well when I am here. Where else can you get Ruth's Chris delivered pool side? I just love it here. Only thing, sometimes the pool is actually too warm.

This Crowne Plaza has recently been renovated and it looks great on the inside! With a mix of modern and traditional, this hotel's remodel makes it fresh and sophisticated. While the food was pretty good here, the staff is what stood out to me. The hotel helped me out when I was running behind and helped me find a shuttle quickly to meet with my party quickly. Not only that, but the staff stood outside and waited with me to keep me company and make sure that my driver knew where I needed to go. This was very appreciated and I was very surprised at how much attention they give their guests.

Stayed for Valentine's night. Executive Suite with King Size bed, two sets of pillows (one soft, one firm). 4th floor. Pros: Terrific location Well appointed room Complimentary Wi-Fi Complimentary TempleSpa (aromatherapy) products 24hr fitness center Indoor (***saltwater***) pool (w/poolside dining! ) Ruth's Chris Steakhouse on first floor RC catered breakfast buffet! Cons: Traffic noise when AC isn't running. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Clean, quiet and spacious.

Lobby ambiance, decor, spacious Lounge area/s were very modern and updated. Guest computer terminals were a nice touch past the posh Bar, sitting areas to the Guest Room hallway. Meeting rooms we're also enclosed and well decorated. Guest room was clean and same modern look throughout. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is attached to this hotel, great plus! Dutifully surprised on the setup and updated feel of this hotel.

Good location but a little dated decoration.

Horrible hotel. Worn, tired and cries out for overhaul. Sound proofing is laughable. Conversations and other "activities" in adjacent rooms is easily heard. Do not recommend.

This hotel was great (and I travel a lot). Probably the ONLY time I have liked hotel food — the food is great! It's clean, they are nice, they have a nice guest laundry and they have a starbucks in the lobby — what more can a traveler ask for.
