This was a great place to stay.

7 month stay. Clean rooms, good weight room. Great pool. Excellent staff. Perfect location.

The hotel was lovely! We enjoyed the spacious rooms and great service.

Beautiful place. Lot space inside of the room and full kitchen. They wanted us to check out on time, which is understandable.

I loved my stay there! Everything was so clean, and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely go back again and recommend to anyone!

Great place to stay with our blind pup. Easy access to dog walk areas. Clean rooms, lobby and nice area. Close to MANY restaurants, shopping!

We’ve occupied about 10 rooms since Jan 2018 (give or take). Sandra Soloman (not sure I’ve got the spelling right) has always been spot on with supporting our requirements. We appreciate how the staff works to make us feel “at home”.

Very spacious and clean rooms. Full kitchen was great and it was comfortable for our stay. Staff was very friendly and even spent time saying hello to our dog.

Nice hotel but the room the put us in, the bed was not changed. Hair everywhere. Lisptick on the the pillow case. It was discussing. It was like if they haven't changed it in a week.

Here I am at home, BBQ and pool and an excellent bed.

Bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs. Staff was extremely friendly and apologetic, the look of the room was amazing and even had a DVD player. But the bed bugs were out in NUMBERS. Someone had even killed one on the curtains and was left dried… No telling how long it had been there. I missed the photo of one that was about the size of a peanut m&m. I guess I'll never stay at another hotel I've never heard of before… And don't always trust a rating.

When we arrived and went up to our room we noticed it smelled like cigarettes. We're super laid back, so we didn't really care, but we wanted to let the front desk know so we didn't get charged. Not only did they switch our rooms, but they gave us a free upgrade! The facility is clean, in a great location, and the staff is amazing!

Nice place, didn t look expensive. No breakfast included for the price. Need more details on the way they clean, is once a week and don't pay attention to the way they clean. My towels had dogs hair (towels for me to dry once I came out of shower, really? ) talked to them and only I'm sorry and gave me other towels, no discount or anything… first and last time. Sorry don't like to said this but honestly need to clean better and more if is only once a week. When doing check in nobody in front desk around 6 pm. Need to wait 15 minutes until someone shows asking if need help (15 minutes on front desk for check in). They need to check their employees.

I'm an IHG member but have never stayed at a Candlewood before. This property is perfect! Common areas are great and the staff was very friendly. Rooms were just what I needed. The location of the hotel could not be beat. 5 min walk across the street was more restaurants than I had time to visit. And all were really good. There was shopping and a Starbucks just 7min walk awake. If you are not going to be in downtown Greenville, this is a perfect location.

We were in between selling a home and finding a rental since our rental fell through the day before me moved. We were pretty much homeless as we pulled away in the uhaul on the 22nd of Sept. We have spent about the last 20 days here and have felt more at home than we did the house we just left of 10 years. The staff up front is amazing (Deegee, Mark, and the two ladies that work evening). They have treated and our children with the utmost respect. Our move was stressful, having to put all we own in storage and live in an extended stay, but the staff made us and our kids feel right at home. We will never travel again without staying in a Candlewood Suites or an hotel/extended stay that Candlewood Inn Suites wouldn't recommend. We have never had such a pleasant experience. Amazing staff, wonderful, helpful, organized service, laundry & weightroom and my favorite the patio with tablex chairs around and gas grills for cooking under the gazebo. The full sized kitchens with a full fridge, not a mini, 2 burner stovetop, top of the line microwave, storage galore, and just a feeling of coming home each and every single day. They are the best, the hotel is amazing and you don't have to worry about a thing. Even school work can be printed at the easily accessible computer in the lobby. The rooms are nice and clean. The amenities are great. I would stay here again.

Good hotel if you like kitchenette style hotels, where you cook your own food… works great for me on long business stays.

Every worker at this place is nice kind of felt like you've known them forever. The rooms were very clean and there store has good snacks.

Decent hotel. Kitchen was nice. We went to Clemson game and this was easy off 85. We have kids and had a one bedroom with sofa pull out that worked great. We walked to Target andTrader Joe's. Downtown Greenville was close drive.

Always love visiting Greenville, SC and always stay at the Candlewood Suites. Fantastic hotel and associates.

This place is like being in your own home, you have a pool, grills and you sleep very well.

Loved it. Very peaceful and everyone was very polite kinda clean room, there was a few things that were not clean properly… and first night we saw a toach in out room. Just 1 that we saw… I sent hubby to store to get roach killer and sprayed the heck out of our room. Didn't see anymore. I honestly gave it 4 stars off of peaceful hotel no noise and polite staff.

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and ready for my early check in (10:00a. M. ). The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the t. V. Could be bigger/newer. Other than that would recommend it to anyone.

Clean, fresh, and comfortable. Will be back! One issue, tub clogged up. Water didn't drain out completely. Lower level.

The people that work there are amazing! And they go out of their way to make sure they meet any need you may have.

Great Hotel to Stay, but Room cleaning should be every alternate day instead of weekly. Other than that rooms are good and staff is friendly & too good support & Guidance.

We found hospitality all around & housekeeping does their job so well. But the door bangs with a loud noise everytime & you need to be in first floor if you got jumping kids, otherwise they will call on you. Very neat & tidy. You got gym, laundry, swimming pool, etc. They had water leakage problem but they fixed it overnight, still it was bit difficult to adjust without water.

Great place for an extended stay, I found it clean and spacious.

This was our first time at a Candlewood Suites, and we'll likely consider them again for future travel. The room was very nice, it had a great desk for computer work vs. Just laying in bed and working awkwardly from your lap. The bathroom was a good size and with nice finishes atypical for hotels. We only stayed one night, but would have taken advantage of the DVD and game library if we had stayed longer. There was no continental breakfast, as would be found in most hotels, but on trips we always eat out anyway; it would just be something for most travelers to be aware of, and I think that the hotel caters mostly to extended stay/business travelers who might take advantage of the in-room kitchen for meals. Free self-service laundry and an exercise room round out the offerings. This particular location was also right across the street from shops and restaurants, a great location.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, anything n everything you need on site or close by.

We were there during "Black Friday" (late night). One's I get there, the staff was so nice. When we go to my room (221) the beds was clean, no weird smell, all the supplies are there etc. Then later, we have an water leak in our Bathroom! So I called the front desk and this lady walk in and see what happen. Then she move us to an another room (222) it was the same as before but an little "awkward" feeling. But it was the same. I also love the little "stores" and the borrowing shelf! When I am in Greenville, I WILL GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!

We lost our house due to a faulty wire in a dryer. We stayed at this beautiful, clean, warm, and welcoming hotel. We were scared didn't know what to do next. Jim Ruby and his amazing staff helped us feel as if this was OUR HOME so kind even took time (while they folded the sheets) they still made a moment to chat with me they understand what I was going through After we got back to our house months and months later. I turn to Adam and said " I miss the hotel that was home. The hotel in our darkest hour you were there to. Help I'm so many ways a kind smile extra towels etc etc. Bottom like if we have to travel (God himself let us traveled) I would be honored if I could stay at one of your locations Gypsy also did an amazing job being kind to me and the cool always s smile on her face even when polls knew she was tired I'm our hour of need at our lowest point I believe the God sent this hotel to help lift out sprints and so it did thank u to everyone that worked.

Great stay! Friendly staff. The young man at the front desk went out of his way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I will have to say we don't have the same taste in pizza! But hey, it's pizza! It's all good!
