Run! Do not stay at this place it is disgusting. I have pictures. Night one I went to the front office to get new clean sheets, blanket and pillows because ours had hair all over them and stains, holes and black mold on them. The lady at the front desk was rude she said yes and to follow her and when followed her to this back room she started yelling at me and push me hurting my shoulder. I took the new sheets only (they were filthy) and ran because she should not have pushed me. We had to go out and buy new bedding for the bed costing us almost a $80. The walls were filthy. The shower had mold and bugs and some kind of worms. The shower curtain had feces on it from were someone used it as toilet paper. Air conditioner had bugs in it. (I believe it was bed bugs). The fridge, microwave and coffee maker was smelly and filthy. Every morning we took our brand new sheets off the bed and hid them. The maid would pick the dirty ones from the floor and put them back on the bed for 3 days. The room was never clean she would just make the bed seeing the holes, mold and stains on the bedding I have no clue why that was acceptable to that hotel. I want a full refund!. The second night I had to use their towels and clean up the room the best I could. I should not have had to do that! FULL REFUND!

The curtain was saturated with cigarette smoke. I told the lady at the front desk and she said, the room is new it can’t stink. I had to go buy Glade air freshener to spray on the curtain. The ice bucket had what appeared to be mop water in it. Then, I saw a roach. I packed up my stuff, and left. Don’t stay there.

We drove from West Virginia thinking we were going to stay in a nice place considering it’s near a tourist attraction destination. The only thing nice I can say about this place is the lady whom checked us in on December 4th. We found the room got the truck unloaded, and our belongings into the room. My fiancé took a shower and came out and said the housekeepers didn’t dispose of the last peoples soap and other things. And on top of that there was fingerprints all over the furniture as if it wasn’t cleaned to the standards that they have to follow for covid19. We were trying to look past it … we almost ready to turn the lights off and get ready for bed … UNTIL! I saw a roach on the wall and then I saw them near the TV. Needless to say the health department will be getting a phone call. We got all of our belongings. Now we have to wait for the manager to get there at 11 to get a 250$ refund for a piss poorly room.

Dont do not stay here. They have bed bugs and roaches. I have pictures for proof!

The nastiest place EVER! Dirty room, burn holes and blood on sheets and comforter. Blood in the ceiling. Couldn’t walk on floor without shoes on. Rude staff! I could go on. My boyfriend slept in his clothes and shoes because it was so nasty!

Pin Oak was a great place to stay on our trip it was close to the attractions we wanted to see. There is a Krystal next door to get breakfast. If you only want coffee and a pastry they have that in the hotel office. The staff is friendly and the room was very clean. Yes it's dated a bit but beds were comfortable and internet was reliable. If you just want a place to rest after a long days adventures this is the place. Also a great place to watch the Titanic fireworks from.

There are spider webs behind the bathroom door that have been undisturbed since moses was a baby. Dust on top of every horizontal surface above waist high. Even the jets in the jacuzzi tub were nasty. How does that even happen? was afraid to use it.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel VERY clean room's an pool area VERY customer friendly an the prices of the rooms are amazing during the summer me an my family will for shore be returning.

It was okay, you get what you pay for. The lady at the front desk was very nice. I wouldn't make a point to stay there during our next trip but if you get your reservations messed up like we did during Rod Run and had to have somewhere for 1 night, it's okay.

We have stayed her numerous times. The price and employees are pretty good. The rooms have always been clear. The TV stations or TV its self needs work. Almost all the channels are fuzz.

Its ok for a night stay but not for a week! It was not very clean room. For what we paid was ok but not worth anymore then that. There was hair in the tub. I don't mind a older motel, at all, as long as it's clean! No central air had, a AC unit in wall. Sheets were torn, holes, stains. We made the best of it, but won't stay again. Pool was dirty. So didn't swim. Its not the worst place I've stayed but not far from it. People seem friendly though which was good. It just needs some cleaning! Parking wasn't great either. Good location though.

I accidentally mixed up my booking in error. Obi called me from the hotel to clarify the error (which I was unaware I made) and corrected my reservation with no hassle. When we arrived the issue was still ongoing (due to the site we booked through) but he let us check in and clarify the issue, with no extra cost. The room was clean and simple, perfect for resting and showering. The bed was very comfortable. The location is very convenient and the pool was clean and refreshing. We will stay here again.

The parking lot is off and very blind was almost hit twice while there. I used the swimming pool and the front desk seemed annoyed I needed more towels. The AC in the room ran the whole time and out room never really cooled down. They also have actual keysà1

I loved it here. It was small but it was nice. Not many rooms so not that many people to worry about. Rooms were very clean service was great.

Daa room is neat and clean. Everything has its place ubd is functional. The décor is a bit old but OK. The location is ideal, opposite the Hard Rock Cafe and the Smoky Moutains Opry.

Awesome staff. Had to pay for ice… REALLY… BED comfy and clean. Room cod is some updating… rugs, painting and tub. Pool clean. But for the money and GREAT location right across from Hatfield and McCoy dinner show. Titanic tight down the street and many more. Suggest the applewood restaurant just off parkway. So out of the way and quaint. Had mother's day breakfast there.

Rooms are cute and its acrosss from awesome attractions.

Rooms were clean. Location was good, but the rooms in the front get a lot of road noise. I recommend staying in the back.

It is what you pay for, its a cheap place but it was decently clean, air conditioning works, fridge works, hot hot water, did not see any bedbugs.

This place is disgusting! Trash through the room in drawers; stained sheets/towels; lamps and fire alarms/etc. Caked in dust; someone's chewed gum stuck to the heater. Someone previous sharpened an eye pencil and the shavings and make-up were everywhere. Had to buy cleaning supplies and sleep linens/pillows. Tv remote died and the lady told us we just needed to "put batteries in it"… Save your time and money and go somewhere cleaner!

Right on the main street. Close to Hollywood Wax Museum. Near the beginning of Pigeon Forge. Great starting point.

Nice staff very affordable rooms the place we usually stay goes up every year these rooms were $30 dollars cheaper the internet isn't the best but for the money nice room comfortable beds.

The linens are terrible. The tubs are not clean. Dirty socks behind small dresser. Walls doors and microwave was dirty. 2 good things are the shower head and the beds are very comfy.

Cheap, clean, spa bath always clean very close from Titanic museum and food rest.

Good place if you need last minute reservations, wouldn't say it's the best quality but still a good place to stay and nap the nights away.

Rooms are nice but a little on the small side but over all quiet and cozy.

I will never stay there again I went down Friday and Saturday when I woke up I saw bedbug in the room I want every one to check the rooms out I was looking forward to spend time with family and have fun but it went all down hill when I saw them bedbugs.

Room was as described, had a refrigerator, and decent internet speed for one of the lowest rates in the area. Will stay again if we return.

This place is awful. The rooms are trashed, the front desk help is rude & just a little too nosy for their job. There are drugs being sold there & the list of people coming in & out w the "weeklys" are questionable to say the least.

This is just about the only place left that the locals can rent and not be bashed for being a local. The rooms are nice just wish they had weekly rates for the locals and rooms were available.

Please don't stay here! Mean Indian people run the place and walk into your room without asking! Pool is too small! Room is nasty! Everything's bad! Don't waste your money!

It was cheap. Room was clean but it was an emergency stay late at night. I'd choose differently if it had been planned.

It's a great place to stay. Me and my family stayed Easter weekend and everyone was so nice and my kids enjoyed having fun. Would recommend it to anyone it's a great place.

The staff were terrible me and my girlfriend came back to the same sheets on our bed all 3 nights. When we came back to the room our stuff had been went threw. And there are bugs in the bathroom And floors were not vacuumed. The people at the desk was rude and could barley speed English. While the cleaning maid couldnt. I will not ever stay here or recommend anyone to stay here. The only plus was having krysals in walking distance.

My family will never stay at this place again they have bugs give u a room u don't want the people working at this place needs someone to learn them how to clean I do not recommend at all they need to close this place down were is the health department bad place.

Looked shabby. Kids out back looked shady. Felt like a drug house.

Had a great visit! If you are looking for a simple room, with a good night sleep, I definitely recommend it. My husband and I were not in the room much, but rested well and had no complaints. I had seen other comments and have no idea where they came from. The room was very clean, fresh sheets and towels. Staff was very friensdly. Would definitely recommend!

Was just there for 7 days… never again… roaches every where… house keeping needs a lesson in cleaning all she did was vacuum and give ya towels there was 4 of us when we got there had to go to the office and tell them I needed more towels and wash clothes. They floors in the bathroom was just nasty with dirt and lint and the dust on the back of the t. V. Was thick as it could be. They have 6 rooms in the back that they rent out omg that was a bunch of fighting drunks one was busted for a warrant had 5 car loads of cops there that night he had on him and they found a needle in his car it was bad fighting every night just plain nasty took the dryer a good 3 hours to dry a small load of clothes. The pool was never cleaned you could see stuff laying on the bottom of it… ewww now I know why they have cheap rooms. Cheap is not allways good.

I had no idea coming in what a hotel that cost 34 dollars a night would cost! I had read so many bad reviews for other hotels in that price range and I was so worried. It was not dirty, no bed bugs or roaches. Although I did wipe everything down with Clorox and sprayed the bed for bed bugs the room was decent. The room had a small microwave and a decent size mini fridge which was awesome so we could store left overs and reheat them! The staff weren't rude, not extra social, but I'm not either. I would recommend this inn if you are not looking to spend a lot of time in your room but to sleep and hang out for a bit. I wouldn't recommend if you have small children, it's not a resort! Oh the TV worked and Wi-Fi worked! The room was small for some reason there was a table and two chairs on one side of the bed and there was no breakfast but I didn't mind. The pool was also not open but I didn't mind that either it was the end of April and still a little chilly. No bad experience here, none of my stuff was stolen from the room the staff came as asked if we needed any linen or toiletries each day and vacuumed the floor while we were out! Oh and no crazies pounding on our door! I.

STAY AWAY! paid cash, after an hour checking, took a shower. Came out and someone was pounding on the door. Asked "who is it" and no answer, but demands to "OPEN UP OR I'LL BREAK THE DOOR! " Looked through the window, some guy with a white shirt, baggy pants and bald (looked like someone who would steal your wallet with a gun). Called downstairs, no answer. Mr. Clean was pounding the door hard, my wife was in tears scared for her life and we were trapped! Called 9-1-1 and cops showed up in 70 seconds — whew! Apparently, he wanted to have us stop using the shower as it was leaking. The same shower that had soap used from 3 other guests all over. Should have fixed it earlier as we had no clue it was leaking. The Indian (tech support Indian, not casino Indian) lady did not want to refund my $28. Finally, with the cops behind me, she offered half. And I kept saying we did not sleep over in the bed that was already used with hair between. Finally $22, then pushed it to $25. But it wasn't right at all to keep any money for nothing. After reading reading some reviews, all were negative and finally saw a few "only positive 100%", that came from the owner's son pushing those reviews all over the web. Be aware! IF YOU GO, pay by credit card so you can reverse it if you don't stay.
