Nice room. It was clean and well stocked. The vending machines being low/out of stuff was my only complaint. An underrated hotel in a tourist town.

Someone committed a fraudulent Valentine’s Day booking at this hotel. Literally 3am the day of. The front desk treated me so poorly I feel like they’re just as big an accomplice. They were cold, short, rude, had no care whatsoever, and Jennifer hung up on me. They won’t work with hotels. Com who the fraud was done through either. If they won’t provide any customer care to someone who’s a victim of fraud what makes anyone thing they will cancel a regular reservation for you? Yes I have my credit card company involved now but they don’t care about that either. I seriously would not be surprised if the charge came from inside the hotel with the way they’ve gone about it.

Staff is nice and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast have good options. Will definitely stay here again.

This is our first time staying here and we highly recommend it. It’s very clean, the staff is so nice and helpful and it’s location is great. The price is unbelievable! We’ll stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in the jacuzzi suite. Was a pleasant stay. Didn’t care for the nat bugs but next to water so it understanding. Cable is provided. Nice clean rooms. We will visit again.

We stayed in a king size bed room and it was a Large room with lots of space, it didn't feel crammed in. Great location close to everything on the strip. Good free breakfast to start your day with. Easy parking at hotel and they have covered parking available and is a nice plus with access to the elevator to go back to floor needed for your room. Real nice place to stay at an affordable price.

The room was clean and the staff courteous, prices for weekdays were good. Our room the vanity sink had been severely cracked and the sink stopper wouldn’t work and the TV had like white dots in the screen. Even with those items which I’m sure will be fixed, I do recommend it as a place to stay.

No air conditioning, our room is so hot and uncomfortably humid. For what you pay per night, you should at least get a cool comfortable room! The ac unit blows out warm air NO MATTER WHAT SETTING ITS ON.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Great deal for the money. Loved having a fireplace & jacuzzi in the room. Also, we had a great view from the balcony.

Stayed 3 nights for a mom and daughter trip. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast featured waffles, eggs, sausage and gravy, biscuits, along with grits, oatmeal, muffins, toast.
We would definitely stay here again.

I must say it exceed my expectations. I got the room for the price and location. But the employees were nice and helpful, the breakfast was decent, and the rooms were clean. The price was also very reasonable for the hotel.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and it smelt dingy. The room was old as heck and dingy but not filthy. Decent for a one night stay and very close to everything.

We stayed there for three nights. Breakfast was great. Staff was so friendly and the room and view was wonderful! Very quiet at night. Would definitely stay there again.

It was loud in the hotel at night. Management didn't do anything about it. Very little for breakfast we decided to go out for breakfast. Halls smelled strongly from repainting. I would not recommend this hotel. Staff was very rude and not helpful at all.

This place was absolutely amazing. Staff extremely friendly. This was the 1st time ever staying at this inn and we will definitely be back. The whole place was clean… I mean spotless. The jacuzzi was large enough for me and my husband to get in at the same time and he's 6'10". They do have breakfast but it is a little bit limit but nonetheless still a free breakfast. Eventho the pool and rooms were just a bit small still the best place we have stayed at thus far and my husband and I try to visit the area once every six weeks or so. I highly recommend staying here.

We booked a room here about 11:45pm, after another hotel had cancelled our reservation, which we found out upon arrival after a seven hour drive. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite. Very satisfied with the cleanliness. The jacuzzi happened to be a giant, red, heart shaped jacuzzi tub adjacent from the king bed, which our 5 year old loved. Also came with a couch. The hotel is not outdated, but not up to date either. Very acceptable for a weekend stay. The free breakfast was great too, with lots of options that were actually tasty. Also a great view of the river (creek) which had many geese and we spotted a blue heron. The vending machines on each floor could use some maintenance and refilling, and the food machine for the fish and geese by the creek coulde use the same. All in all, would recommend for a clean weekend getaway, with or without the kids. Great food options close by as well.

The staff is friendly! Location is perfect. Rooms need some updating. (Especially the bathrooms) Rooms are hard to climate control since they are the old school units with dials. We've stayed here twice because the location is perfect and the price of the king suite is reasonable. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean and safe! We would come back here again.

Rooms were pretty clean, staff readily assisted us with all and any issues that we had. Fast friendly service too. While staying they replaced the old furniture with new (which was badly needed). New furniture looks great! … Breakfast was not diabetic friendly for my husband and I or my father, therefore had to eat breakfast out more… I understand it is small area for a better selection. I would stay here again. Would love to try a room with jacuzzi and balcony.

Recently stayed at the Pigeon River Inn and it exceeded my expectations. Staff had my check-in ready and just needed ID to verify that it was me and we were in the room five minutes after we arrived. Checkout was just as easy. No noise could be heard from neighboring rooms or from the hallway. Only noise that could be heard were the louder vehicles on the Parkway but with the AC unit on it would tune out the noise. The room, bathroom and tubs/showers were all clean. The bed was comfortable. My only recommendation would be to clean the balconies. There were spiderwebs in the corners of the balconies. A simple clean and fix. Other than that I was thoroughly impressed and would stay again.

Manager was extremely rude when I tried contacting them to attempt locating a bag of laundry that went missing from my jeep! My stay there was good but their customer service after they have your money is pathetic. She refused to have someone check for my bag in the trash. Told me there were cameras but they can only be accessed by the police then when I called the police she told them they have no footage. I advise anyone and everyone to stay somewhere else. However, Charleigh was very nice and helpful. Not her fault her manager is a miserable human.

We just got back from our three night stay at the Pigeon River Inn. We had 12 in our group and stayed in four rooms. The rooms and bathrooms are a little small, but I expected that for the value. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows weren't very comfortable (I'm picky about my pillows though, no one else thought they were bad). The breakfast was pretty good. We enjoyed the biscuits and gravy, bagels, cereal, juice, and coffee… We LOVED the mini muffins and waffles. The staff at the front desk was extremely nice and the breakfast attendant was on top of keeping everything stocked. Most of the interactions with housekeeping was very nice. The only complaints from anyone was that one day we left our DND signs on our doors and housekeeping came in to put new lamps in anyways. My husband was pretty upset about that along with my son-in-law that was in his underwear when they came in on him in their room. The location was convenient, but it can be difficult to turn left into the traffic. The view of the River with all of the ducks was lovely. Other than the one incident it was great. The value was awesome and I would love for us to return for another stay at the Pigeon River Inn :)

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Rooms were very clean, prices were very reasonable, and the whole staff was outstanding. Cleaning staff was very trustworthy and hard workers. Also, a special shout out to Lindsey, Sharlie, and Jennifer. They were so so so friendly and made you feel at home. They're also extremely hard working. Every time we come to Pigeon Forge we'll be staying at Pigeon River Inn!

The room was nice and comfortable and the pricing isn't too much. However the staff seemed so depressed and rude they may have been having a bad day but doesn't excuse the attitude. Overall though they provided a good breakfast and a comfy place to sleep.

Pleasant motel near lots of attractions. Very friendly staff, generous size room, great bed. Has refrigerator and microwave. Not every floor has an ice machine. Wi-Fi sometimes is very slow. Mediocre breakfast. Good parking including some under roof.

Nice location. Beds are comfy and most importantly you don't hear noise from outside/in the hallway. I think the heat/air unit in the window running continuously helps to not hear any outside noises. Added bonus is the private balcony with 2 chairs and a little side table. Our room overlooked the river so you can watch the ducks and the water.

Modern Decor clean No smoking room didn't have a funk smell in the room or halls. Very friendly Hospitality reception at Check-in. Pool well maintained w/o heavy clorine smell. We have stayed here before an will again soon.

We have stayed here many many times and is our go to hotel to book when in this area. I call the hotel directly and always get a polite individual willing to quote a fair price and arriving have same pleasant attitude to us. I have NEVER been treated with anything but respect and can't imagine who these other people that are making the ugly nasty remarks about hotels personnel. You can't ask for any kinder and more helpful personnel that always make us feel like home.
The breakfast is suitable and delicious for a variety of tastes and kept well stocked right up until 9:30.
We are easy going people with a joy of traveling and to get on this website and make such allegations is sad.

I was at this place back in November of 2017 and am returning again in May for a small getaway. This place popped in my head first. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds (something I look for in hotels) and very clean rooms. The breakfast isn't bad either, I actually enjoyed the breakfast! I'll definitely keep staying here for future visits!

Have stayed here a couple of times and would definitely stay here again. Got a room with new furniture. It was nice. Staff is very kind. Clean rooms. Breakfast was great fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, eggs, can make fresh waffles, toast, grits, oatmeal, cold cereal, milk, juice, coffee, tea, etc. All rooms were full so this was a busy place in the morning. However, they were constantly replenishing the items. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms were nice and simple and staff was polite. Area of hotel ws really convenient to enjoy restaurants and sights. Highly recommend.

The room was pretty clean but needs updating really bad. The tops of the furniture was peeling off and was stained in some places. There was no bathtub only a shower. I felt claustrophobic and there was no room at all. The pictures are deceiving. Staff was very friendly.

Room/ hotel apperence: 3 stars. Its an older hotel, your going to see some wear and tear. The blankets were so rough, like sleeping with a curtain. Seemed clean. Was loud in room next to us due to some rowdy kids. Staff: 5 stars. Very friendly Not our usual hotel, but would consider for possible stay if 1 night only needed.

Not a bad price for a good jacuzzi room. Good views of the "parkway strip" from 3rd floor and up. Fireplace was very nice and warmed the room fast. Balcony light was very bright at night with curtain fully closed, just affixed in a bad spot. Great location with close walk-to shopping. Continental breakfast was lacking; fruit offered could've been fresher. Mattress does need replacing. Staff are real nice, helpful, and accommodating.

Everything was great during our stay except for shower head… We stayed in the room with the heart-shaped bathtub and fireplace and balcony… Like I said everything was great except for the shower head it was not good at all: (

We checked in without a reservation but we're still able to get a honeymoon suite — complete with a heart-shaped tub. There also was a fireplace. We stayed two nights and would definitely stay here again!

Was not impressed at all. Room size was good but everything needs updating. Breakfast is horrible. They should just not offer it. The other main issue is when we stayed the second floor had a really bad smell of gas. When I approached the front desk they blamed it on the windows that vent the boiler room. I was still there when they went to check and I heard the lady say that the piolet light went out and the room was not being vented. To many other options on the strip to ever need to stay here again.

First off the the manger and the night clerk was rude. I called the front desk upon arriving and was told I could not get a refund, because I had paid online. I was offered another room the next day. However, I assume they all look the same. My complaint was not addressed by the manger the next day, until I had to demand to speak with her. That was a waste of time. She was rude and took up for her buddy the night clerk. Once I seen she was not going to do anything I told her that I would leave a bad review. I was basically told to take my money and leave. We stayed because we was in town to have a good time and not look for a hotel. It was decently clean on the surface. The furniture is torn and dirty. The beds are horrible! I Will not ever stay her again. There are by far more beautiful hotels in area to stay for 125 a night! The photos online are not a good representation of the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the view of the river from our balcony. The service staff was friendly and the Wi-Fi was fast. Our only complaint at all was that the breakfast was a bit lackluster. Overall, we'll definitely consider them the next time we're in town.

The room was fine. Clean. I wouldn't say it was worth the rates. Should be updated the view isn't as nice as they say far from the mountains. We booked 3 nights had an emergency and had to leave early they were not helpful at all and would not even give us half of the money back for one night. Hopefully no one in your family needs emergency surgery because this place won't care. Location is great! You can walk to titanic Hatfield and McCoy etc. The only reason they are receiving two stars from me is for the location and it's easy to find.

Great motel just a little expensive. We spent our 20TH Anniversary there. We loved the private balcony and the heart shaped Jacuzzi.

Manager will cancel your booking without notice and then expect you to pay more for a less expensive room when at check in. Will never stay here again.

My wife and I have been staying here about 15 years and have always been very happy with our stay the people most generally are very friendly The rooms have always been clean The lady in kitchen and clean up people are very friendly which makes you want to return. I have recommend this place to a lot of my friends they have stayed here and enjoyed their stay. I would give it a 4-5 rating.

Hotel is great and it's pretty modern. We had a flat screen in our room and there's one in the lobby. The only thing I have to say that's bad is that the breakfast is on the lower end. The taste is okay but they don't have many options and the room where you eat it in is very small. If you come while this place is busy then you might be better off going somewhere else for breakfast.

Our family stayed here for one night on our way home from Myrtle Beach. We loved it! The view of the river was beautiful. The hotel was very clean, staff was excellent, & concierge was awesome. Location is perfect, right in the action of Pigeon Forge. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We will return!

Jacuzzi tub, king size bed, and balcony! Love this hotel! And the customer service was awesome. Young lady at the counter was very polite and attentive, she smiled and giggled and never got cross with any of our questions and didn't rush the process!

Wi-Fi was miserably slow. The scenic view was of a 99¢ souvenir shop. The breakfast was incontinental. The price was great!

We got their late after noon and went to the room and after about 10 min I was looking g around and priced it was poorly cleaned almost gone toilet paper roll and while inspecting the beds and come across about 4-5 used needles under the mattress I emedantly rushed my wife and 4 kids ages 7-6-4-2 out of the room and back to the lobby and the lady at the front went up their and got them, then she proceeded to give us another room and told me that she was going to get me a Rufund the next day, well the next room she upgraded to was a family sweet and it was ok but the door main door security lock did not work and the sliding door going out to the balcony the lock did not work and the chain lock was broke on it also so we had to put the table and chairs in front of it so we wouldn't have to worry about our 2 1/2 yr son wouldn't go out their the beds are comfortable but the sheets aren't that good, the TV volume was not loud enough and was hard to convince my children it was ok to lay down on the beds the next day the refused to give me a refund after they said they would because they upgraded to a room that I had to worry about my son going on the balcony will never stay here again and didn't even stay long enough to get breakfast.

The fire place and jacuzzi being right in your room was very nice and romantic. Also very clean and free Wi-Fi. Quiet room. Nice for a couple getaway!

Wasn't too bad. For 55$ a night during holiday season with a room with two beds you can't really complain.

How can anyone say these rooms are nice? Unless, I got a really bad one! Filthy dirty carpet, old torn sheets, torn, stained cheap mattresses. Plastic shower, no tub. Broken security latch, old rough towels. Dark tv, couldn't watch it, only listened. Hardly any maid service. Stinky elevator, hot hallway. Stained grout in bathroom. Booked for 3 nights, left after 2.

Me and my wife took out first real vacation together and stayed at this hotel! It was the best experience ever! The town is full of friendly people and amazing food, and to top it all off the hotel staff here are just as warm and pleasant. This is southern hospitality at its finest and I am more than excited to say in three weeks we plan on comeback here… even though it's only been a couple months from our last visit, it's totally worth the drive from Indiana ♡ see you all soon!

This was great hotel! The reason that I gave it 4 stars is because I come from a large family and the breakfast room was a little small and only had 2 seat tables, but we just sent part of the family down at a time. Other then that it was a great place for the price! Very clean rooms and great staff! My brother is a clean freak and every time we stay at a hotel he inspects the room and most of the time re-cleans it, but he was pleased and just relaxed! We have Dollywood passes and come in the area many times a year and we need a good hotel and a great price and this fits everything! Will most likely come back!

A cute little place on the river! The staff is wonderful, so friendly! It is close to everything without being stuck in the loud heart of PF. The room was extremely clean!

Very nice hotel. Bed is a little stiff. Friendly staff except one grumpy lady in the continental breakfast area but over all very friendly. Bring a pillow they are kinda small and not very supporting.

WARNING: Infested with Brown Recluse Spiders! We stayed here 5/30/2016. The rooms were ok. It is in major need of updating. The hotel smells strong of curry or Indian food 24/7. The breakfast was very sad but free so I can't complain. The worst part was the day we left I killed 2 spiders in the bathroom and my husband killed 1. They were brown recluses. I took pictures and went up front to tell them because this is VERY dangerous and I didn't want anyone to get bit. The front desk said sorry but you already enjoyed your stay. I said yes we did but I won't to make you aware of this. She said I will just give you $5.00 back. I told her it was not about the money I want them to spray or put traps out and she said sorry, all she could offer me was 5 dollars. She was NOT concerned for thw safety of her guests. For that reason we will NEVER stay again there!

Will NOT stay agian I book two nights and on the first night we had an emergency and had to leave in the middle of the night and asked for a refund for the night that was not use and they said no so I paid for 2 nights for an hour of sleep and they rented the room the other night still.

The man at the front desk was so nice! They called to make sure I was still making it to the hotel since we had gotten held up in traffic. The room was clean and the location is great. Only downfall was that on the website, it says the double room queens have a river view but ours wasn't. That was one main reason we chose that hotel over others but the price is great and other than that it was perfect.

Hotel was worth the price had the suite and the jet tub was amazing. View was nice. Didn't eat the breakfast but seen all they had was cereal, muffins, and oatmeal. Plenty of restaurants near by, not to far from anything. Bed was amazing and comfortable. Staff was nice. Will stay again.

The picture they have of their pool is misleading, it's pretty much a puddle. The continental breakfast is sad, no waffle maker. They have very poor customer service. The only good things are the comfortable beds and it's clean.

I was reading the latest review (May 2014) and was worried — but looking for clean — so thought I would call and ask questions about breakfast and if their pool was working. And the person that wrote the previous review was correct about rude! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL We will not be staying there — that is for sure.

I stayed here in late 2011 and had an excellent experience. The price was great, the staff friendly and the room very comfortable. I liked the location too; it's close to food and the factory outlets are just up the road. I'd definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity to pass through.

We have stayed here several times and love it great prices and great rooms clean and just love the owner's of it the staff is very nice and it has always been our first choice when staying over night.
