Nice, very clean, serves a full breakfast. No bed bugs! Our second stay at this exact same location.

I need to cancel my reservation for this weekend clearly two days in advance and they are saying that booking. Con has to cancel it but I sent in a waiver for them to accept and it keeps getting passed between the two companies. Horrible customer service.

Room was nice and very clean. The only issue I had was checking out around 9am on 3-13-21. Desk clerk had disappeared and people were waiting. One customer said he was hanging papers and was on the 4th floor. I stood there 10 minutes when he finally came back put my key in the box and asked if I could get a receipt. He was nasty and said "they gave you one when you checked in". I know they did but I misplaced it. He did not need to leave the front desk for so long and make customers mad. The customer in line behind me got fed up with him. No need for rudeness when we are making sure you have a job!

Room was not clean, had bed bugs, over half the lights in the room didn’t work, the bathroom was disgusting, towels smelled the list goes on. The whole place just had a nasty smell. Just all over repulsive. When contacting management we were told because we didn’t complain when we were there that they will not give us a refund but will give us 5000 Wyndham credits. We only stayed for two nights but was easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Will not be going back. Crazy because I love the Ramada by Wyndham and recommend that hotel instead.

We called and said we were running late and were told it was okay. We arrived with our 10 month old baby and were told that they sold our room because it was a busy night and new year’s caused them to be sold out even though our room was already booked. Then he admitted it was a misunderstanding and told us to go to their other hotel in kodak. Days inn. We thought they would atleast offer a discount but it was $99 and the ceiling was leaking and moldy. They are greedy and unprofessional! We called corporate then the manager started texting my fiancé’s phone because he was mad. They made no effort to make it right.

Very clean, and front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

I guess for a tourist area it was ok but at $175 a night, I normally expect nicer. Looked like Wyndham bought a multi story econolodge. Small lobby queen bed. Did have a sitting area and you could see a couple of kids on the couch and window sill mattress.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We stayed two nights. Because of Covid19 Breakfast was not available. They did have juice and coffee. And you could get cereal, Milk and Breakfast bars. The pool was open and very nice. We stayed June 11th and 12th 2020. The staff was very nice. Rooms was so nice and bed was confortable. There was a Window seat along with pur beds. We have a microwave and a full sink with a counter. We will definatly stay again.

Bed was hard, sheets had stains, pillows were flat, lights above bed were disgusting, bugs all around the window, and the room had such a strong air freshener scent to cover up all the filth in it! The scent had my allergies tore to pieces, to the point my eyes were swelling. I brought this to the front desks attention and the guy was a royal jerk. Told me it was their cleaning supplies and I should appreciate a clean hotel. I told him there was no way I could stay there and he said “well I hate to tell you but it’s done paid for and we are not giving your money back, common sense should tell you it’s clean”. Currently in contact with corporate over this matter. Don’t bother staying here. Management is crap and they do not care about their customers!

Great place to stay was very clean and very quiet. Staff was friendly and was very easy to book room online. I would difinitly book a room here again.

Bed was hard, pillows were flat, lights above bed were VERY dusty. The couch had wires poking through the arm rest and seat. We could hear movement on either side of the room. Breakfast was cold and bland.

Great price nice people and very cleanand right in the middle of everything.

I wouldn't recommend this place booked through booking. Com then had plans change they refused to give us a refund management was horrible they were rude. I would not stay there they are disrespectful and obviously do not care about their customers!

This place does not deserve 1 star at all. Hotel has hidden fees that they don't tell you about till you check in. The heavy set front desk guy and girl that worked on 4/5/2019 are very rude, unfriendly and have a very bad attitude. Will not, wish I hadn't booked this hotel. Corporate 1-800 # sucks too!

Horrible service! There were bugs, stained sheets with what looked like blood and it was horrible.

This was a very nice motel and the price paid was very good. While it's not a luxury hotel, it was very clean with helpful, friendly staff. The room was clean and updated. Great value for the money.

The most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, and the pillows are plentiful and perfect. The rooms are very clean. The air conditioning is great. That covers my top concerns with staying in a hotel. The pluses are: The complimentary breakfast has many restaurant quality choices, they even offer fresh biscuits and gravy. They offer complimentary coffee and Tea all day in the lobby. The owners, and the staff are all helpful and friendly.

My family and I spent 3 nights here. Room was damp, as in wet smelling and sheets were moist feeling every day. You could tell they are fighting a moisture issue. Odd spots in bathroom and on ceiling from dried water? The staff was friendly when we needed them. The breakfast was very good, nice selection, and well stocked.

Spacious room, although the layout is odd. Plenty of hot water for a long shower, which is always appreciated. However, the musky odor in the room was unpleasant. And the temperature in the room never got to the level it was set on the thermostat. And the fold-out couch/bed had crumbs and dirt inside, as the sheets had not been changed.

We stayed here the weekend before the 4th of July. The receptionists were very helpful. The breakfast is not vegetarian/vegan friendly, and the eating area is small. We slept in a pet friendly room. Our room was constantly humid, and the cable reception at times did not work. The bed was comfortable. I don't think I'll go back to Pigeon Forge. The whole town seems like a tourist trap.

Great place to stay if you have pets. Very accommodating pet room. Room was clean with no issues. Close proximity to attractions.

My husband and I stayed here over the weekend. The floors looked like they had not been vacuumed. There was random take-out trash from previous visitors left in different spots around the room. It was obvious that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned — making me wonder how well the bathroom was scrubbed, or if the sheets had even been changed. The fridge was barely working. It was humid and damp in the whole building. Our air wasn't even on when we arrived. Staff was friendly, and the price was okay. But, at the end of the day, the room HAS to be clean.

Had to switch rooms because of ants and dirt. But a very nice looking place. Then the manager only wanted to give me a 20% credit for one day he finally give me one day free I stayed a week. After moving to another room.

Very nice accommodations for the Money. Clean comfortable and very centrally located. Also quite quiet so I had a very pleasant stay.

While the overall experience was great, there were a few things I wish were improved. The room while giving off a modern feel was quickly found to maintain outdated wiring for switches and plugs keeping them in very inconvenient locations. The 2nd major letdown was the temperature that the breakfast items were kept at. Eggs were cold as was the sausage. The redeeming factor was the self serve waffles, yogurt selection, and coffee. While I didn't partake in any of the local shows/dining experiences, it was obvious this hotel was well located within walking distance of some of the most interesting (in my opinion).

Overall, pretty happy with this hotel. It was clean, well sound insulated and beds were comfortable. I really loved that the floors were all very clean wood/laminate or tile… NO yuck carpet. :) Breakfast leaves a little something to be desired… only reason for the one star off.

This is the nicest Wyndham branded hotel I've stayed in. Two double beds, a sofa sleeper and a sleeping nook over the ac unit. Kitchenette has sink, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Very nice and super clean.

As far as the room goes, they are pretty decent for the price. But it doesn’t matter because the customer service is terrible. Such a rude atmosphere. Very unwelcoming. Definitely won’t be back. Another thing — we booked a room with 2 queen beds. Showed up with four people (2 to each bed, like NORMAL) and they said there is a $16 charge for each person after the first two people. So $32 just to let all four of us sleep in the room. When the site says under the queen room that it sleeps 4.

Don't stay here! This hotel was dirty and it had a funky smell to it. Our sheets were dirty and so was the bedspread! The bathtub was dirty as well. The toilet didn't flush that good and it ended up flooding. The manager on duty did NOT send anyone to fix the toilet nor did he offer any kind of discount or to switch to a different room, in fact when we checked in he was not friendly! Not good with the public and he doesn't smile or talk! He is in the WRONG line of work with his personality. The only time he started being friendly was when we complained about the room being dirty… and he was only being friendly then because he didn't want us to complain. This hotel is privately owned, and they only pay for the franchise name Wyndham, they sure don't follow the rules or regulations or guidelines!

Wasn't bad it was clean, dog friendly, nice staff. There's a little pool and breakfast in the morning. There are a couple of dinner theater places right around the hotel so that would be nice if you were into that. When we got to the hotel parking lot there was a little skunk running around and our dogs were a little distracted when we took them outside to do their business.

Easy to get to off the interstate. Room was a lot bigger than we expected. Almost like a mini suite. Room was pretty clean so no complaints there. Breakfast was above average for the price that we paid.

I thought this was a really nice hotel and had one the most reasonable rates in the area. The staff was helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. It was close to everything and easy to find. Check-in was easy and check out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the only hotel that didn't turn me away when asked if my 33 lb Beagle was allowed. Then we get to our room and it was nice than many 3-4 star hotels we've stayed at. Definitely support this hotel and let them know they're making the right decision to allow pets.

We went in and then soon after we went out. It looked nothing like the photos. The rooms had not been newly renovated like they said they were. We were suppose to have a queen bed suite. Our room had 2 beds. The blankets on the bed were dingy. It looked like something out of the 70's. We decided we were going to go somewhere else so when we got our money refunded she shorted us $75. Then she was rude when my huband told her that wasn't right. She then got on her little calculator again and saw she short changed us. We had to pay the first nights stay due to their policy. So when you just throw away $130, that should tell you what kind of place that was.

We've been doing a good bit of traveling lately and stayed in a wide range of hotels, some really nice expensive places, some not so much. For the price point of this hotel, this strikes us as a very nice place. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, plenty of space, lots of power outlets, comfy beds and very helpful staff. Our family will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

We stayed here for one night on our way South. The room was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of outlets. There was a TV. A good size counter with a sink, fridge, and microwave. Perfect amenities for a good price.

Would have given it 5 stars, but the had construction going on. Couldn't get any rest. But the hotel was Very nice and clean.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had a delicious hot breakfast. We were even allowed to take our Yorkie along, a very big plus for us! We would return again.

Made a reservation for our family vacation. Our room was dark and dreary feeling, and felt very cramped. There was a HUGE dark mirror running along one wall, the darkness of it gave a concern of it possibly being a 1 way window, just weird. Both beds were made with sheets that had stains on them and all 3 bath towels that were used had either hair or stains on them. Just not a good experience. Needless to say, we left after one night and would have left sooner had we been able to find reservations elsewhere on a weekend in peak season.

The rooms are really nice and so is the staff. Its nice they have breakfast to.

This is the only place where we stay every time we come here. Ashley and Keith greet us like friends. Breakfast is ok. Hotel is clean and well equipped. Wi-Fi is okay. With be back again.

There was a rat in the pool! it was taking a dip! beside that. The hotel was very nice. Awesome waffles and eggs. Very nice place and not too much money ($150)

The room was filthy! The throw pillows on the bed were stained with who knows what. The microwave oven had not been cleaned, the floors hadn't been swept in FOREVER. All of this was brought to the night time desk clerk's attention and she took $10.00 off the bill. At 11:00 p. M. As we were getting ready to turn in, I pulled the covers back only to find the sheet stained again with who knows what and what appeared to be women's foundation. We told the daytime clerk and showed her all the pictures. Once again $10.00 was removed from the bill and we left as fast as we could!

4th floor room, nice, clean. Some guests not the best neighbors (NOT the motels fault), some loud and were inconsiderate. Some had kids that may have been raised in a barn. Overall was a great stay and would definitely stay again. Do wish the pool was bigger and the entry/exit was a bit easier but we made it work! Hot breakfast was great and hit the spot!

Cons 1. A/c was not as cold as it should of been. 2. Outlets loose from the wall 3. Faucet in bathroom sink was really loose and about to fall off 4. Pool is really small 5. Breakfast is on 3rd floor instead of lobby so really noisy early in the morning when they were setting up (hints: we were on 3rd floor) Pros 1. Decent size rooms 2.2nd sink out in the room 3. Property is pretty clean 4. Nice staff 5. Right in the middle of the fun.

Well I never actually went in. I happened upon this place while out catching Pokemon. The location is in the heart of Pigeon Forge, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The place had a decent appearance from the outside, including an outdoor pool is think. Didn't experience much more than that though.

I loved this place more then any place I've been to while in Tennessee. The rooms are more then clean but updated, wood floors, kitchen area with microwave, sink and fridge. There staff up front are extremely nice as well as let you know how apperiactive they are of your stay, same goes to there cleaning staff/etc, they mopped our floors in our room, use new sheets & blankets & actually empty your trash can. If I could give them a 10 out of 5 stars I would. Price is GREAT for what you get.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Super clean & friendly staff. Had cookies and warm cider awaiting when we returned from our daily outings. Had a fun window seat where I could look out at the mountains and watch traffic at night. Room service even left a bag with fresh towels on our room door, since we had the "do not disturb" sign hanging. Room was very large and nice little set-up. We had the two queen bed suite. Very affordable. Would definitely stay here again. Great location in the middle of everything and easy access! Made our trip perfect!

Room was very clean upon entering for the first time. Employees at the front desk were very friendly. The provided breakfast was decent, but left something to be desired. The bathroom only offered two bars of soap and a bottle of shampoo. Also, the room had an interesting aroma coming from the air conditioning unit. The hotel as a whole felt very private and comfortable. For the location and accommodations, the price was very reasonable.

This hotel was outstanding in every way! Very clean, quiet, had multiple amenities, and the staff were very professional! Hotel was kept in exceptional shape! Will definitely stay here again!

For the price and location it is hard to beat the accommodations here. Our room was only $55/night with hardwood floors, in room kitchenette and nice new vibe.

Came to this hotel after the first one we booked was so nasty. This hotel was great! The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and well managed. The staff is very upbeat. The rooms were spacious. The hotel does alow pets but it didnt bother me in any way. The breakfast in the morning was amazing it acceded all expectation. It was way more then cerial. Waffles, eggs, muffins, bagels, biskets and gravy! Over all this hotel is great and I was glad to stay 4 days with them.

If you get room 211, 209, 207, 205 — 211 especially ask to be switched. I did not realize it was right below the breakfast bar and at 630am we could hear every chair and table that moved. This hotel does allow pets, which is nice, but dealing with the breakfast bar noise, the drag racing noise off the main road and the barking dogs, made me a bit crazy. Otherwise the hotel is nice and clean with friendly staff, I just don't like to have rude awakenings on my vacation.

My mother and step father were in a horrible let accident riding the Dragon. While they were in the hospital, the owners let us use they're room for the reaming days and offered to give us a huge discounts if we needed to stay linger. I will absolutely stay here next time when we're down there for a vacation.

Hotel leaves a little bit to be desired in the lobby. That being said the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast wasn't the greatest but was free. Overall a good value for the money.

Hotel turned out to be clean and a good price. Parking was easy, staff was quick and friendly. Rooms are roomy and have good services, fridge, microwave, TV etc. Our complaints are minor. The driveway makes going towards pigeon forge difficult. Breakfast food was dry and not so good. Other than that. Good place to stay.

Beds are uncomfortable, cabinet doors are broke off their hinges, toilet seat doesn't stay up, bathroom door is extremely difficult to open/close and it drags on the floor. But the room and the facilities are clean. It's just in disrepair. But, I woke up with back pain from the bed.

For a small, "hole in the wall" location, our 4th story accommodations provided a large bench seated window peering over Sevierville. A full BR with a Queen bed, fridge equipped kitchenette, a full living room with a hide-a-bed couch, large full bath, flat screen, large closet with secured safe, and plenty of storage throughout.

Very old looking bedding and carpet smelled like urine. Bathroom was nice with a tub and has a kitchenette. Could have been a lot better.

We stayed at the Pigeon Forge microtel Inn and suites. It was very clean. Good breakfast food and very friendly workers.

Worst! Some sort of worm crawling on the bed, moved it by the window and within minutes 15-20 small white bugs were all over it (not sure if it came out of it or came to eat it). Good to know the mirror in the bathroom is 54x42" as it was in large writing across the mirror. The toilet seat was up with pubic hair on the seat. There was a couch in the room with a blanket spread out across the cushions, should not have looked to see what was underneath… Krystal drive thru within 20 feet from our window, open 24 hours, people yelling their orders all night and the employee on a speaker yelling them back. Worst. Night. Ever.

I honestly felt like I went back in time when I walked in to my hotel room. It had dark striped carpet, and a throw that look very well used laying on the couch cushions. The light above the bed did not work and you had to hold the handle on the toilet down in order for it to flush (and sometimes it would flush and it would regurgitate prices of the paper that was flushed before. The room had a worse than normal hotel must to it. The room didn't have a clock and my wife found a spider crawling in the bathroom. Other than all that the staff were very nice and polite.

Wonderful staff, huge room (brought both our bicycles in and they were not in our way), good variety free hot and cold breakfast. Walking distance to the Titanic museum, which was the reason we came. We'll stay here again.

I booked this hotel after just a little research, and my goodness, I'm glad I did. My wife and I arrived in late afternoon, hot and tired from our journey, and were immediately welcomed by the lovely hotel front desk staff. Check in was swift and easy, Room were super clean and A+++ Bedding with super hot breakfast. A++++++

No major complaints especially keeping in mind that U get what U pay for. It is not american owned which I tend to stay away from BUT the staff was friendly and very accommodating. There was a lot of cleaning going on which is a plus. I agree with someone elses review where they said the room smelles musty but it was a pet friendly room with carpet that they clean regularly. The rooms were large with frig, microwave, and sink area. I wish they had a better/safer area for pets though. Overall, it's not bad at all.

We spent two nights in this lovely hotel and wish we could have stayed longer! Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, fabulous choices, but most of all a very warm, friendly staff. I cannot say enough about the helpful, kind and efficient staff. We would definitely return here!

I had a 7 night stay reserved but after seeing the place and the room, I canceled the reservation. I was told I had to stay one night and got a bill on my credit card for $235 for the one night. The lobby looks AND SMELLS like a cheap motel. They had floor fans blowing to keep the stink down. The hallways were warm and smelled musty. The guest room walls were painted green and yellow and it smelled musty. Only 1 bed had a headboard and both beds were sitting on 2x4's! They offered breakfast but I would never eat there. It is in a very congested area that is not good for bringing the family. The pool is about the size of a large hot tub and is outside. I was very disappointed all around. We were thrilled when we stayed in Gatlinburg at the Park Vista. It cost only a bit more than this place and is secluded in the mountains.

OMG! WHERE DO I START? The hotel room was dirty. The first room I was put in smelled like animal urine. They moved me to another room that didn't smell much better so the guy went and got some odorban spray and some machine and he said maybe it's from the ac or something. The bathroom floor and bed had hair all on it. The fridge was dirty and I just went through cleaning myself. I went to Walmart and bought sheets because they wouldn't change the one's on the bed. THE HOUSEKEEPERS! These people rush you out of the room, every few minutes they're at the door. The pool was so small it looked like a bathtub. The breakfast was garbage. The pictures online are lies lies and all lies… The laundry room is where you go to eat breakfast! So you have people washing their dirty clothes while you eat. We stayed out as much as possible because when we came in we all stared to get a headache maybe from the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom which had a very weird smell in the bathroom too. I asked to move again but they said they didn't have more rooms available. I was gonna go to another hotel but they said it would take a few days for my money to be returned to my account so I had to stay there. Basically! I was extremely displeased with this hotel and for them to carry the Wyndham name is not good at all. We stayed there from 6/28/2015 — 7/3/ 2015 torture… uuugh!

We stayed here a couple nights and over all it was a decent stay. The room was kept clean. There were no stains. Our room was cleaned every day. The worst part was that people stood outside in the halls and talked for long periods of time. Thats usually what woke me up. We had a room across from the Hard Rocks Cafe and you could not hear the noise from Traffic. The staff was friendly. People dont really mind their pets outside of their room because at check in someones dog got friendly with its nose in my butt and acted like it was no big deal to which I replied with a sarcastic comment that made the check in attendant laugh. And when we were going to our car one night a medium size dog was lunging and barking. I chose the hotel because it was decently priced but if you have small kids I would definitely watch them around strange dogs.

We stayed there April 2014. My son got bed bug bites all over his arms and on his face. I tried to let the hotel know so they could take care of the situation and they treated me like a liar and asked me what I wanted. The only thing I ever requested was that they remove the mattress so it didn't happen to anyone else. I called Wyndham and they assured me someone would get back in touch with me and they haven't.

We stayed here this past weekend, it was nice, clean, the only problem we had was we had our pet with us, we left him in the cage so we could go out to dinner. By the time we got back the front desk was calling to tell us they were having complaints about him barking. We were walking into our room when they called. Needless to say there was another dog that barked from the time we arrived till late at night, this is a pet friendly hotel, dogs wil be dogs they BARK. Then as we were getting ready for bed, the couple in the room next to us, were having relations, so we had to sit there with the TV up really loud to drown out the ohhhhhs and ahhhhhhhh and the oh yeahs till they were done. Needless to say it was sickening, but funny at the same time. I truely hope they heard us laughing our butts off at them. Needless to say you could hear them in the hall way also. Hope you had fun room 202.

Our 2 night stay over 11/8-11/10/13 was very nice. The ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful. Everything was clean and there were extra towels too. They fixed a problem with the toilet very quickly. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

They charge $1 a day for the key to the room safe.

It was my third stay here. And boy have they gone downhill. The room was still great and pretty sound-proof except around the door leading to the hallway. I've tried countless times calling the front desk, but I always seem to hang on the line for 5 or so minutes and end up hanging up. Every time I go downstairs, no one is at the front desk. They're always off doing their own thing expecting us to ring the bell for service. How about this? Move the TV to the front desk and be ready to help at the drop of a dime. Furthermore, one of the attendants at the front desk is always on the phone with a boyfriend or friend. You're not here to have fun. I'd rather your play words with friends on your phone than sit there and talk to someone the whole time. Moving on — the ice maker on the 3rd floor is still broken since the last time I've been here which was 5 months ago (GET IT FIXED OR TAKE IT OUT! ).
