We love staying at the Hampton, the ppl are so nice and helpful. We love the spacious rooms, everyone is so kind and helpful. This hotel is most definitely a good place to stay. It is right across the street from the Hatfields and maccoy dinner and theater no construction easy entry and exit.

I stayed 3 nights with my family last week and it was a great experience. The suite was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was way above what you usually see in a hotel breakfast (they had chicken and waffles! ) We are traveling to that area again soon and will definitely stay again!

I can’t say enough about this hotel. We had an absolutely positive experience. The breakfast was plenty and yummy, the staff was super friendly, and everything was super clean.

A welcome and inviting atmosphere. Parking isn’t the best though. If your disabled you won’t like the walk to the entrance. I know I had a bit of a time getting through the tight walkway with luggage.

Very friendly staff and a great breakfast still despite the covid rules.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and desk help was friendly.

We love staying here. It is like our home away from home. We have stayed here 9 times and have a reservation for January of 2020. The hotel is gorgeous and is always clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Chris at the front desk is a great asset to the hotel. Can not wait to go back.

We had a very uncharacteristic stay. We did not notice ants in our room until morning. Had to clear out luggage before packing up. The hotel staff did us right after reporting. Just unfortunate and a first at any Hampton. I’ve stayed in hundreds. Terrific breakfast however…

We come here everytime we come to the area. George at the desk is so helpful. Everyone here go out of their way to take care of us in any way we need. The breakfast is huge. The rooms and beds are very nice. All the employees work very hard, and really seem to like their jobs. Definitely will recommend this to everyone.

Exceptional room, extremely clean. Hotel is in a great location in Pigeon Forge. Set a little off the main street. Breakfast bar was good with a nice variety of foods and helpful staff. Outdoor pool was a good size and very clean. Small but updated exercise room. This will be our "go to" place in this area!

Excellent, high-quality service from arrival to departure. Very nice breakfast selection. Rooms very clean and new. Receptionists were exceptional. The reception area and Lounge were wonderful for meeting with our fellow guests. Excellent pool and Furnishings around it. Highly convenient being that it is on the main Highway and close to almost anything that you would want within 5 to 10 minutes.

Nice hotel and conveniently located outside the heart of Pigeon Forge to miss most of the traffic. It is only a short drive to the Tanger outlets and most of the other tourist spots. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. It was too cold to use the pool during our visit but, it looked clean and inviting. Our dog joined us for the stay and they had plenty of outdoor areas to walk her. Overall a nice clean hotel and good place to stay during our visit.

Went there 2 weeks ago and the hotel was a very nice place. Free breakfast, they had donuts, normal hotel breakfast. The pool was heated to 89 degrees fahrenheit, and a fire place next to the pool. Workout room was small, only 3 pieces of equipment and a TV. The only thing they can fix is make the luggage carts in a better place, next or near the front desk.

Great clean motel, but you don't get free water or premium internet without paying for them here.

A Very Excellent Stay after cancelling our 2nd day at a Gatlinburg roach motel. Thank you Hampton Inn for being the best thing we needed at the time.

The room we stayed in smelled like wet dog. I had to go buy candles to beat the smell down. We also found a weird bug in the sink. Not the best hotel experience we have had being honors members.

It was alright. Some nights where it was noisy all around us. The hotel is pet friendly. But heard a dog barking in the middle of the night during one night of our stay.

This place is great, we have been going for 4 years now in December to see shows. Clean rooms, great breakfast and very pleasant staff.

Large siute with kitchen and living room. We were surprised because we thought we paid for a normal room. Friendly customer service. Clean. We would happily stay here again.

Rooms are well appointed and beds are comfortable. Clean rooms and the rest of the hotel is well maintained. Their full breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. Many nice amenities, just perfect that they are pet friendly. Staff is super helpful and friendly.

When in Pigeon Forge and needing a hotel, this is our favorite location. The staff is always so accommodating and friendly. It has a good location being just being off the parkway near the Apple Barn. The facilities are always well maintained. The cookies in the evening and the breakfast in the morning are nice amenities. We will gladly stay here again.

Extremely friendly service from the older man at the front desk who made every accommodation for us as a military family with pets evacuating Hurricane Irma. Great rooms, very clean, and delicious free breakfast — also with great service!

We had a suite here. It was very spacious, and squeaky clean! We were able to bring our beagle with us, which was awesome! The beds were very comfortable, the in-room kitchen was well equipped with a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, etc. And they still have a decent complimentary breakfast! The BEST part of our stay, was the service we received from George at the front desk. George was extremely friendly, courteous, and most of all accommodating. We're Floridians, and frequent resorts often; I will tell you, he's the best of the best. We would be honored to stay here again. Thank you George, for providing amazing customer service when we evacuated Florida for hurricane Irma. You helped us more than you know!

Location is great to all things to do in Pigeon Forge. Staff is great. Can hear a good bit through the walls if neighbors elevate their voices past normal. Would stay again.

This place is nice and the decorations are good. It almost has a cabin feel even though it's a hotel room. There is plenty of space. There are different room options some with kitchens some with out very nice.

This is the best Hotel here in Pigeon Forge, as far as I can tell. The place is beautifully managed and the staff are all friendly and helpful. We have had a blast here at the Smokey Mountain Opry, the talented singers and dancers were incredible, but the Hatfield and Mc Coy Dinner show was so funny! The food was great and again the people here are awesome!

OMG an amazing place to stay… lovely big rooms. So comfortable. Breakfast has a good choice and the staff can't do enough for you. George on reception and Joanne our housekeeper has our room like a new pin everyday… we have decided to stay an extra 2 days… " don't pass it by. Give it a try " you won't be disappointed. If I could give it 10 ✨ it would be top of the list.

The manager at this hotel is very unprofessional. I called several times to get group rates for our church trip and she never called back. The front office even took my name and number (twice) and she still never returned the call. Every time I called I was told she was busy, running errands, not in the office, not coming in today. Very unprofessional!

Nice rooms, if a little aged. Decent continental breakfast, but didn't have bacon the Sunday through Thursday we were there. Nice heated outdoor pool. Friendly staff.

Front desk staff was very friendly but ended there. This hotel is a pet friendly hotel and we were greeted by loud dogs barking on the 2nd floor at 9:30PM. Room smelled like dog. Wi-Fi access signal was extremely weak and got pretty much no cell phone service (Verizon). Also outside of our room there is a sitting area where it was filled with loud kids and adults smoking cigs and just being loud. The breakfast was watered down scrambled eggs and cold sausage patties with a variety of pastries. For $200.00 a night in Pigeon Forge I would have expected much more, we would not stay here again, place was a big disappointment.

Nice hotel, pretty interior. The room was nice and breakfast was good. What little interaction I had with the staff was pleasant. I enjoyed my stay in Pigeon Forge.

We called last minute to find a room for the night on our way back to Dallas and they fit us in no problem. When we checked in we had a couple of issues with the rooms, but they were resolved pretty quickly. The rooms were clean and they are pet friendly which is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially, Nathan, George, and Ishmael (sp) cleaning). Would definitely stay here again.

My son and I stayed here last night and were extremely satisfied! We had actually gotten another room right down the road and had to leave due to multiple issues. Remember that you get what you pay for. I recommend this place highly. Also, you will save yourself some money on breakfast because the continental breakfast was fab too.

Stayed here in June 2012 for 4 nights. Excellent service. Really nice room. Would give it easily 4.5 stars out of 5 but I'm giving it 3.5 stars because of one major problem. The Internet was terribly slow. Even from the lobby! It was next to impossible to maintain a connection in room so it was suggested I try in the lobby. In the lobby, it was extremely slow so watching a YouTube video was out of the question. Web surfing was slow. I had faster 3G speeds from my iPhone.

Nice place, recently remodeled. The lobby has many, MANY seating areas in which one can relax during the complimentary breakfast. The room was nicely appointed, though it was missing a coat hook of any sort. I guess you just have to either hang it up in the closet or hang it from the fire sprinkler (just kidding. Don't ever do that! ).

Beautiful rooms. Nice front desk staff. Breakfast staff very in of rude and seemed stressed out. Internet was UNACCEPTABLE and so SLOW! Don't expect to do any work while there.
