We just visited & the park was very clean. The rides were fun. However — I was very disappointed trying to get a slice of apple pie. We stopped first thing & the pies hadn’t been cooked yet, understandable. We returned after lunch & the pie had to cool 2 hours before cutting, again understandable. Keep in mind I had to wait about 30 minutes each time to even find out that there is no pie. We left to return later for the pumpkin showings & this time I went in & asked the 3 ladies that were paying for their goodies if anyone had ordered pie. They all said no but one kind lady asked the girl behind the counter if there was any pie & she said yes. So I got back in line, waited another 30 minutes only to get to the counter & NO PIE. Very disappointing & frustrating & wish there was some way they could let people know if the pie was available.

Great park with great rides, shows and food. We enjoy every trip.

We had a great time over all but we got stuck on a roller coaster for approx 30 minutes in the full sun and it was brutal waiting. We really had no idea what was wrong but I was very glad to get off. The staff were very nice but literally just gave us fast track tickets to be be used on our next ride? Which was nice but a free ice cream would have been nice our grandson got heat stroke from that and was lethargic and bright red it took 2 hours to cool him down.

As a patron for my entire 31 years of life I was disappointed. Aunt grannies was my favorite but you are so skimpy on portions! 2 pieces of cat fish for tow people isn’t enough and not even a full bowl of veggies to share? And ONE dessert? Like come On. 52 bucks for crap. Get your act together Dollywood!

I absolutely love Dollywood. They are so accommodating to my brother with special needs, and the park is absolutely beautiful. We’ve been going for years, but this year, we noticed the workers have changed… In past years, the workers were friendly, retired, elderly people. This year, we encountered several rude “younger” workers across the park. Bring back the old people!

Went this past Monday (4/18) and had a great time. The park was not crowded at all, the staff were friendly and sweet, and we walked onto almost every single ride. Such a pleasant experience for our large group of 13! We LOVED the chili fries and corn dogs!

Very disappointed in Dollywood yesterday. They let way too many people in the park with the staff they had working. Over half the food places were closed and the ones that were open had over 40 minute waits with many of the food being sold out. I purchased the refillable mugs for my three young kids for unlimited drinks and slushy but none of the slushy machines were turned on so it was very misleading when I purchased the cups. Overall I was very disappointed and I won’t be back again anytime soon.

It was a fun and beautiful parks with so much to do. Our grandkids loved the train ride! One thing I would like to see if celiac friendly restaurant on the property.

Went purchased tickets during the week of Thanksgiving, Tuesday to be exact, suppose to be limited admission due to COVID! Yeah right. No such thing! The park was very Crowded and on top of that the shops and restaurants that were open had one cashier open! So you can only imagine the lines! No where in the park could you get anything to eat or drink unless you stood in line for an hour and I am not exaggerating! It was terrible. I literally had nothing to eat or drink once we entered the park at 2pm when it opened! Then once the temperature fell to 32 rises closed at 630! So kids didn’t not get to ride much! Disappointed in Dollywood experience! We had a much better experience in Nov 2020 and that is why we purchase tickets to go again. However I will not be going back to Dollywood for a while. This experience has left a bad imagine on Dollywood for me and after paying for tickets and not being able to enjoy yourself no thanks! Very few drink / food stands open and any store that was open limited staff to assist. Hope they get bad to how it use to be! Not worth the Money!

We bought season passes and can't even use them because they are saying it is at capacity. The lady hung up on me when I asked for a refund. Absolutely the rudest customer service!

Love Dollywood. Family friendly. Good food. Fun rides. Great shows with excellent talent. Wish I lived close enough to have a season pass, because I would go often.

But… Too many things closed. Barely any entertainment many food places closed and paid full price. Many places said they had no coin change so it cost way more than posted prices to buy anything
It seemed like most of the workers were grumpy and snippy
Dolly people maybe drop gate prices if not everything is available
Overall we had a very enjoyable day but it seemed like we’re were somewhat shortchanged.

Always fun! Great staff and good food. Dreamland Drive-in is a great show!

Our Dollywood experience was better than expected. Truly the staff was absolutely wonderful — even being short staffed! Highly recommend going to this fabulous family park!

Had a great time today with amazing people! And honestly, the park staff were the most friendly I’ve ever experienced. Souvenirs were great prices and fun was had by our whole party. Couple of things though … make sure you stop at the grist mill for the cinnamon bread and ask for the apple butter with it… check out the blacksmith works, and download the Dollywood app to find all the attractions. Also as we are close to the 4th make sure to stop in and visit the bald eagles! They were amazing! Can’t wait to come back soon!

A quiet atmosphere. I love chatter, but I thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful living. It is focused alot of family and making you feel. Comfortable home away from home. If you ever get a chance to stay, pay the extra price (which isn't that bad) and experience this place. The staff is pretty much quiet, but friendly. There is one individual that went out of her way to ensure I was enjoying everyday of my stay and her name was Joni. Thank you Joni for going well above and beyond to make my stay pleasant! She should absolutely be recognized!

We visited DreamMore from Florida and we were very impressed with the resort. We got a king room and the room was very spacious and clean. The pools were large and accommodating for a busy summer week that we were there for. Park transportation is quick and reliable and the staff was so kind everywhere we went. Song and Hearth has some of the best food I've ever eaten and room service was very quick. Way better than Disney World hotels, which is what we're used to back home.

We absolutely LOVE The Dreammore Resort! From the gorgeous grounds to the super comfy beds there are very few complaints from us. Our daughter LOVED the bunk beds and sleeping bag style bedding. The highlight of the stay for us was the amazing service and super friendly staff. Our 8 year old enjoyed story time so much and also roasting marshmallows. She also did a craft by the pool one day. Savannah and Nathaniel treated her like a queen and she fell in love with them! Anytime we saw them around the resort they would talk to her. They truly are amazing at what they do and excellent with kids. The only negative was one day we wanted to dine by the pool and we waited 45 minutes and received no service. We even called the front desk and they said someone would come out. We gave up and went in to the Pantry and got food ourselves. That part was disappointing but I am not lowering the review because we LOVED Savannah and Nathaniel so much.

Hotel definitely met expectations. Rooms were clean and will decorated; we barely heard anything from neighboring rooms or even the hallway. Pool, fitness center, and amenities were great. Shuttle service to shops convenient (as well as fast passes). Price was high, but overall a nice place.

Rooms were great! Clean and lots of room. Easy trolley ride to Splash Country and Dollywood. Comes with Fast Passes! Arrival day and leaving day! The pool is awesome and great to get that last little bit of energy out of the kids.

What a great place for family reunions or just a get away for a weekend. Dolly spared no expense when it came to creating this beautiful Resort. From the water park to the amusement park everyone was very attentive and very friendly. Looking forward to coming back already next year!

Kid's Choice for favorite Fun Resort. This place is better, than home. There no place, like home until you visit Dollywood's DreamMore Resort and spa. Once you check in, you are given a key to unlimited family fun adventure. This amazing resort, has endless fun for the entire family. The lazzy river, arcade room and the swimming pool was our favorite. Home cook buffet, for breakfast, lunch and dinner was awesome.

Absolutely loved our stay. The resort is gorgeous, great for families with children. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The buffet at the Song and Hearth has some of the best tasting food I've ever eaten. Amazing experience overall.

The hotel is nice room s are nice but the service leaves a lot to be desired in the area of food and drink. The bar was out of just about everything and we couldn't even order a large pizza from the deli because they ran out of large boxes. Then they wouldn't give us a good deal to by two mediums that we were forced to buy after it was their fault they ran out of boxes. Also because the pool has shrubs there were a lot of bugs biting me and my family. This was all after only one day here, I am not happy so far, I might add more to this review later.

What can I say more about such beautiful place. Easy to get to, away from the main traffic, close to the rides and water parks. Great new gas station across the street along with a Subway and Burger King. (They have beer and wine). Can't take your own beer in the pool area unless you have a cup from the resort to use. There is a nice snack bar that has fresh Starbucks coffee open late 11pm weekdays, midnight weekends. This place was built for families with kids. They have outdoor movies too. Plenty of spots to relax and take in the beautiful grounds and mountains.

Loving the place… we are currently staying here it has everything. From breakfast to late night snacks including ice cream and milk shakes. The dinner buffet… you must have it at least once… the pool has more than enough life guards watching the little ones and the staff gas Cruze ship level service.

The resort itself is beautiful and clean. The valet attendants and house keeping staff were wonderful. Other than that the service is horrible. Don't expect to get food or drink service at the pool. The bartenders do not know how to make their "special" drinks of the day. When you are advertising a drink that is $14 you should know how to make it. Food was also not good and very limited choices. Extremely small pool for the size of the resort.

What an incredible resort. The service is exemplary. The resort itself is beautiful and comfortable. With all its beauty and elegance, it is incredibly family friendly. DreamMore is a perfect balance of family hospitality and elegant sophistication.

The bellmen are the best, super helpful! Front desk was real nice too. The pool was really nice but the pool-side food service is excruciatingly slow, waited for about 20 minutes with multiple workers passing by us. Others sitting at tables were asking for service multiple times as well. The food in the pantry is super overpriced but decently portioned-almost $8 for a turkey sandwich is a little ridiculous (and the check out line for the pantry was super slow). Housekeeping was also good. Rooms are pretty small for the big price tag and the lighting in the bathroom sucks.

If you have anything to complain about this resort, you're just looking for a reason to complain. We had a fabulous stay here. Clean, super friendly and helpful, food is very good and plenty to choose from. The grounds are kept meticulously ant they are beautiful. The outdoor resort is incredible for all ages. The price is more than reasonable. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Everything about the DreamMore resort has been wonderful. The food options are great and very tasty. The staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious and have all the amenities you need right down to the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The programs for kids are well put together and help the whole place feel like home. The entire place earns the "Resort" brand.

Really beautiful resort. Amazing scenery around the hotel. Rooms are great, perfect for families, there are bunk beds also a separate room for Mom and Dad. Great restaurant on site, big bar with many seats plus a seating area. Good selections on the menu for appetizers, mains, desserts. Great selection of cocktails, beers, wine and hard liquor. The other restaurant serves brunch for breakfast and lunch and dinner. Looked really good, however did not have a chance to try. There is Dolly's Pantry serving Starbucks drinks, however the food selection is not from Starbucks, but local desserts and sandwiches. A bonus you can also order pizza there which is actually quite good. The outdoor pool and patio just incredible, you can see the mountains from the pool. There is a indoor pool, games room. Very family and kids oriented. There is story telling, movies and crafts for the little ones. Great seating areas with table top games to play or have breakfast, read, have a drink or just hangout. A beautiful spa on site.

Normally this place is awesome! However; this time it was far from the experience we've come to expect. A member of our family is in serious condition. He has been "touch and go" for several weeks in the hospital. We called the dreammore on 2/25 to ask if there where some cheap rooms early in March. This way we could be with our extended family and have a nice place to rest in between. The nice lady told us about a great deal they had going on through March 15 since the park wasn't open. We told the nice lady that we'd call back within the week to book a room once we confirmed some details with our family. We called them back on 3/2 to ask for the deal and were told NO. We explained the situation and the conversation from 2/25, but we're given a staunch no with a room rate twice the cost. The justification was that the website stated clearly that you had to book prior to March. Perhaps that is true, but only dealt with folks over the phone. And the folks we talked to made mention of this stipulation. I am truly disappointed in the way this was handled. Dolly used to be people-centric and really tried to take care if the patrons. If this is the "new" Dolly, I don't think we'll be buying our normal gold passes anymore.

A very comfortable and welcoming resort. Clean, stylish rooms. Good restaurant selection at a reasonable price. A great option for families. Just as nice as Dolly intended it to be.

From the moment we arrived there had not been one let down at all! They have taken so much time to not only make this resort welcoming but to have so much detail to decorating that makes it feel like home. Our room was exceptional considering that I am beyond picky about resorts/hotels in the first place. Very clean and upscale in my opinion. Sad we didn’t stay longer.

Absolutely amazing, a total diamond in the rough, no idea how nice it was here. You hear about Disney, my kids and I had a better time here. Not that hot, lines were short, like 15 minutes or less, rides are great, something for everyone. I've been to cedar point many times, this place is like cedar point in the mountains. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Dollywod's Dream more resort this weekend and had a wonderful with the crafts for kids, enjoying the indoor pool, and spending time together as a family. The staff was very courteous and the room was clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

Gorgeous resort that offers everything from beautiful rooms to find dining to exquisite spa treatments. Very affordable and family friendly. The grounds are amazing with gazebos and flowers everywhere you look. The pools are also amazing and the staff are some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. I highly recommend this resort to everyone.

Beautiful hotel. The pool area is great. They have a bar and nice restaurant downstairs. They have nice meeting rooms. They have nice gardens. Great for weddings. Christmas time the decorations are beautiful. They have a Santa in open area off the lobby. They have evening crafts for the children. They have really family.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfy beds. Great place for a family with younger kids, as they have movies and snacks on certain evenings out by the pool area. Pink lemonade is served out front for guests, but needed to be a little sweeter, for me anyways ☺.

I visited the resort to have a massage at the spa. The massage was wonderful, deep tissue and relaxing! The price was steep for a massage, twice the price I would pay normally. But since it's at a spa, and a resport destination spa at that, I knew it would be more. The massage was phenomenal so I would contemplate it the next time I am in town.

It was a fabulous experience… the Hotel was decorated so beautifully and the dining experience was the best. Great food… a wonderful buffet with a variety like we have never experienced. All the personnel we're so warm and welcoming, from the time we got out of our car to everyone we dealt with in the Hotel. We had just the best attendant, David, who assisted with anything we needed. We took a friend who had just lost her husband and who needed a wheel chair and your people took care of that as well. She loved the whole experience as well. We have shared our pleasant Christmas Day dinner at your Hotel with so many of our friends. We will return!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with plenty of amenities and activities throughout the stay. My only few complaints were there was no indoor hot tub, jacuzzi bath tubs, or balconies on rooms above the first floor. The service was fantastic though, from the valet to inside the restaurants.

This is a wonderful experience! Purchased the package with park tickets and breakfast. Enjoyed it all. Super friendly staff, clean and well maintained. Beautiful grounds, shuttle to park included too.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the dinner buffet was good. We stayed in a family suite with bunk beds for the kids, a king bed, and pull out sleeper sofa. The beds, I'm told, were comfortable. We slept on the sofa bed, and it was cheap and terrible. You could feel the springs and it sunk in the middle. For the price of the suite, there should be a greater investment in the quality of the sleeper sofa. Other than that, great experience.

Beautiful place nice employees. Biggest negative the room my wife and I stayed in the vent for a/c below right on your head in the bed. This wasn't only room that was like that had friends in another room witch was same way. To high to move yourself. Told them at front desk. Other than that was nice. Just a little pricey.

Rooms were setup a little different with no couch and bunk beds in its place. Everyone was extremely nice and courteous. There was plenty to do for the kids, roasting marshmallows and story telling each night. We got a chance to eat at the buffet, which was pretty good. We were surprised! Overall it was a great time!

This Resort is absolutely FABULOUS! Staff is wonderful. Lots of fun things go on here for kids and adults. I would recommend this Resort to everyone. The down side to Dream More is we hate to leave, we have made so many friends. The Gift Shop is great.

My family and I just returned home today from our stay at the resort. Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived and were met by the valet, until our checkout this morning, every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Check-in wasn't until 4, but we arrived by 2:30. We called and asked if it was too early, but Taylor (super sweet desk clerk), told us our room was ready and we could check in, no problem. The room was impeccable. There were so many things to do on site. Our kids loved the pool and the game room. We didn't try the spa, but will definitely do that when we go back, and we will be going back! This is going to be our go to when we are in Pigeon Forge. So thank you, DreamMore, for making our stay so enjoyable!

This hotel is amazing especially if you have kids. The pool is very nice, there is a playground for the kids. There also is a game room that I absolutely loved. Above all, everyone was so nice. When we would get back to the hotel our beds were made, everything was clean, and a little note on the table that said "have a great day " or "enjoy your day". It make you feel good and welcomed. If possible I'd give it more then a 5 star. Highly recommend.

We always enjoy staying here. The staff is great and very helpful. It's the perfect place to stay with kids… food onsite, indoor and outdoor pool, splash pad, playground, fire pits for smores at night, movie nights by the barn and bedtime stories. There's so much to do and ways to make memories with the kids. We had a king bed with bunk beds plus a pack in play (provided for free by the way). We had no issues with space and it was very comfortable. The boys loved the bunk beds! Everything here is very clean and well maintained. We look forward to our family vacation here every year!

We had an unforgettable family vacation at the DreamMore Resort! Rooms are spacious and comfortable, very nice hotel's design with indoor and outdoor pools (the outdoor with hot water in a beautiful landscape), the staff is courteous and friendly, the restaurant offers good quality food at a honest price. Our kids had a great time in a family friendly place that is perfect also for couples or large groups of friends. Both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have a lot to offer and are easily reachable from the resort. We want to return!

The grounds were beautiful. The handicap accessibility was terrible. They only got 2 stars because everything was so well kept. We could not enter the bathroom from our room without opening the hall door to go I to the hall so we could open the bathroom door. Eventually they removed the bathroom door so we could at least enter the bathroom from inside the room. This is not acceptable and for the price of the resort room left a lot to be desired. Really it leaves a lot to be desired regardless of the price of the room. I just expected better.

Wow! I wasn't really sure what to expect at the DreamMore, but this absolutely blew away my expectations! Talk about Southern hospitality. Every single staff member greets you with a smile and hello. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and so well taken care of! There are lots of great things to do right here at the resort and so many perks at Dollywood for resort guests. I am blown away. We have a room with a sleeper and the space is even better than comparable hotels. I highly recommend this hotel! We are already planning our next trip back!

Such an amazing place. I found it by accident. Have never heard it advertised in my area. We will definitely be back! This resort is beautiful and the pool and lounge areas make you feel like there's no reason to leave the resort if you don't want to. We especially enjoyed the pink lemonade served every day. What a treat. The free time saver passes to Dollywood was an extra special bonus. We loved it here!

Would have given 5 stars but this place has some growing to do as it is still pretty new. We're used to Disney resorts so it's hard to compete, but we loved the beautiful room we had and how nice everyone was. The pool needs to have a slide in the worst way, much cheaper hotels do! The kids were pretty let down about that. The buffet style restaurant had amazing food but getting someone to seat you took 30 minutes even when there were plenty of seats available! It was super frustrating and didn't make sense. All in all, great location and a beautiful facility. It is a must see!
