Nice, clean hotel appeance immaculate. My only issue was that one member of the management staff is very rude and not very accomodating. I will nit come here again for that reason alone. I have NEVER felt that way anywhere I've been. And I travel alot! Too bad. But I must say that not everyone was rude but when you're in front, you represent the franchise.

Loved the concept. The people running are really good and nice. Needs some TLC but still would recommend.

Don't stay at this hotel, the indians at this hotel are prejudiced, I didnt feel welcome at all, staff are rude and nasty.

Well I was there a week ago. The owners of the company were extremely nice, understanding people. When they found out what we were there for and that we were going to visit the hospice house. They knew we would have to eat out a lot and gave us coupons to help us out. I can tell you most hotels could care less. The room we stayed in was clean and everything was in working order a little out dated but thats ok. No bugs of kind that I have seen. They even helped us check out a day early. Where at most places would charge you a fee to check out early they did not. One of the third shift staff definitely belonged on 3rd Shift. He was quite rude and disrespectful. Which was interesting because most Indian people are not rude. He was a to myself kind of person. When we first checked in it was in the evening time and this gentleman was the one who checked us in we didn't get Good Vibes right from the start. I am glad that we stayed now and met the owners because that changed everything for us. If waffles are what you like for breakfast there is definitely those for your breakfast. I however am not a waffle eater. They did have yogurt, bagel, pecan rolls and cereal. But there was nothing else hot on the continental breakfast other than waffles. So if you're going for breakfast and your eggs and bacon and sausage kind of person this is not your hotel.

Great place for the price. The staff was polite and accommodating. They fixed a reservation error that was my fault without complaint. The beds and linens were comfortable and the quality that I expect from a higher priced hotel. There was a TV, microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the room. The breakfast was nice and had several choices as long as you like a sweet breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. Convenient to I-85 and I-40, just a minute off the interstate.

Good place to stay for the night. Rooms need updating and repairs made but for the price and only a place to sleep I was happy with it.

The place was very nice. The staff does a Good job making you feel comfortable. Very clean too.

The good — window seat TV, shower, and bed. Luggage carts for use. Washers and dryers available for guests. Nice vending machine selection, but the chocolate items were melting in JANUARY? Interesting variety of reading material, this was a first for me. The bad — as another reviewer mentioned the toilet was hideous. Pictures enclosed, *warning* do not eat and look at the pictures of toilet. Fruit on breakfast bar, egads. I did not take pictures of it. I woke up to an argument at the front desk at 7:20am. Not what I had in mind for a wake up. Probably would stay again if the price is right. I travel to Burlington four times a year and have to stay overnight…

Very nice rooms… usually have comfortable beds however we didn't last night. Very nice pillows and comforters.

Owners/front desk aren't very friendly. Hotel is a little worn. Probably won't stay there again. I'm usually a big fan of Microtel.

Sheets weren’t cleaned (obvious due to stains and hair on sheets — not mine). Cleanliness is a priority in my book, likely won’t stay here again.

Room was compact and still had everything we needed. Bathroom wasn't spotless. Everything worked great. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, decent.

The hotel was incredibly cute, the paintjob was awesome. Staff was extremely helpful and fast. Room was clean and had high water pressure. Not much more you can ask for!

The room was clean. Great location off the highway. Breakfast was ok.

Overall a nice stay. We got a room with a jaccuzi and it was 145 a night which is not bad. Only down side is that it had not been run in awhile so we had to clean the jets out. Clean room and nice breakfast.

They are renovating, which is a good thing. The outside of the property is going to look nice. The inside is old and outdated, but that's not really the problem. Our room just wasn't clean enough. The blankets and sheets had visible stains (looked like a blood stain on the sheets) and there was pubic hair on the sink and, for some reason, on the wall of the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken and would fall off if you sat on it. I didn't bother complaining because we checked in at 4pm without looking around the room too much. We had plans, so we didn't get back until 2am. We just crashed for the night and checked out the next morning. If I had to stay an extra night, I definitely would have had a problem.

Tidy, clean hotel for a value price $80. Beds were comfortable with 4 pillows per bed and a cushioned window sill that became our bonus bed. Continental breakfast that included a waffle station. Evening attendant was wonderful.

Average. This motel is clean, efficient, and cheap. If you want nothing more than a shower, a place to sleep, and a cup of coffee in the morning this is the place to go. The staff are helpful and civil, but do not show enthusiasm.

115 was clean and comfortable. Amenities that existed all functioned properly. Breakfast was acceptable and had brand name cereals. Workers were, English as a second language, but communicated effectively and were attentive.

Great place to stay! Rooms were clean, breakfast was great, service was friendly and they prices was right :) the staff were amazing with the kids.

Two guests were leaving unhappily when we arrived but my buddy and I enjoyed our stay. They upgraded our room for free. Breakfast was better than expected but my expectations weren't high for a cheap hotel.

Front desk/maids barged into my room even though I declined housekeeping. Breakfast breads were stale and the fruit was beyond ripe. Rooms and hallways smell like a mens locker room. Internet is capped to 50kB/s. Management seems to have a chip on their shoulder for some reason.

The place is clean and simple. Best continental breakfast I've ever had. There was someone helping make waffles and cleaning up after everyone. Rooms were nice and clean. Loves the selection of holy books ☺. Staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable.

AC doesn't cool the room. Too late and too tired to change rooms. Everything else is decent.

Showed up at around 9:30 pm exhausted only to find people drinking and smoking in the parking lot and lobby. Our room was right off the lobby to we got to feel part of the party in the lobby ALL NIGHT LONG! I itched all night imagining bed bugs in the bed. Wouldn't return.

Youre lucky if you can get a person who speaks english as a first language on the phone. Even luckier if that person is capable of comprehending what youre asking. I work in Reservations in a hotel, so I was very precise and specific with what I needed, which was to add my fiance's name to the reservation so he could check-in in my absence. The lady was in such a rush to get me off the phone she said "ok he's added" before I even gave his name. You cannot have somebody answering phones who doesnt completely understand the language, and who doesnt want to give the effort to do their job properly.

Got in after midnight. Called ahead for late checkin, but no one anywhere to be found. After 20 minutes and calling corporate, someone finally showed up. I guess he was sleeping in the back. Poor cleaning job in rooms. Funky smell in hallway. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks for a Marriot or Hampton Inn. You'll be glad you did. You get what you pay for.
