Wonderful place to stay, friendly staff, spacious rooms, clean rooms, within walking distance of restaurants/gas stations!

Rude asf. Disrespectful as hell. Cuss in front of my children. All because the air wouldnt work and I requested a different room.

Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Could use some remodeling but pretty decent. Staff is nice. Housekeeping is fast. Half the motel doesn't get rented out anymore but that's cool. Not the best place to stay but it works and its cheap.

Charges too much money for rooms that are falling apart & run down. They don't fix anything. Tub & toilet been stopped up over a week they refuse to fix it. Manager rude and slammed table into my stomach knowing I was pregnant.

I would not recommend this motel to anyone! Was dirty, we found bugs! Doors wouldn't lock. Shower faucet didn't work in all rooms, TV wouldn't work. Drug deals or something going on off and on all night. Went to discuss a partial refund, they give you 15 min to decide to leave. Stay away from here!

Freaking nasty! I was able to get my money back! I would rather sleep in the parking lot!

The location is great. The rooms need cleaning and updating and the service could be better.

Do not go, cabinets missing, no phone, ice machine broken, hair in the fridge it looks dirty everywhere, stains on walls, toilet paper not wrapped up, and worst of all bed bugs! bf woke me up at 2:30am with his back all bitten and red! got no refund for staying 5hrs at a place with bed bugs wth!

Between a lack of basic amenities and an extremely apathetic staff, this place is a nightmare! First, we were told that the room for which we had a valid reservation via Expedia was no longer available. The alternative provided to us (at 1 am in the morning and after an 8 hour drive) did not have a mirror, towels or a working phone. What it had were a leaking sink, a broken flush in the toilet, a broken toilet exhaust, bed bugs, broken AC with wires exposed and a foul odor. The Breakfast promise on the website is a lie as the place does not offer any. Do not book!

We stayed in room 201 it had mice and bed bugs and the bed had dirt sheets in the room we asked for our money back or a different room and they told us we couldn't give our money back because its been over 15 min scene we been in the room I think that's b. S. And they don't have no other room open they told us stay in the room or lose our money and leave they got very rude with us the next day we asked for a free nite after what we went thru and there response was no not our fault not our problem best thing is stay away from red carpet inn& suites in Burlington nc room 201 the employees are rude and disrespectful so much drugs go in and out of this place even parent selling there kids so they can have a room.

Me and my fiancé got a room last night there was condom wrappers in the floor covered by the blanket on the bed so the room had not been cleaned when I woke up their was rat droppings all over the night stand next to our bed and the people that live here are loud and rude.

Between bed bugs, roaches, prostitutes, rude service, asking if I needed anything (assuming drugs) by suspicious characters, the constant noise on both sides of my room, mold, and horns honking all night, this place should be torn down and rebuild. Management acted like if I didn't want roaches on me, keep your light on. Seriously, this place is a health, crime risk, and frankly the nastiest hotel I've ever been in.

Had a great stay. Reasons we stayed here it was the perfect location and condition loved the old rooms.

This place is a complete dump. Room was old and nasty. Rooms have not been redone as stated on sign. Door had no seal and you can see outside. Bathtub stained badly. Carpet peeling off floor. Walls nasty with stains. Furniture all scratched up. Bedlines stained. I left after two hours to find a better place.

Had one of their older rooms and had to switch due to the shower. Got put in one of the renovated rooms and it was so nice and clean. Just wish they had fitted sheets instead of using regular sheets but I'm just a but picky with how beds should be made.

They have bud bugs! and wouldn't give me another room or a refund. I will never ever try an stay there again. Needless to say my girl friend and I did not stay the night. It was so so gross. THE RED CARPET INN Deserves Less Than One Star!

After all remodel in last 4 years. It is still nasty. Price to high for the room conditions. Just low Budget rating is — 0.!

Close to I40, good food options close by and decent bed.

This place had me fooled at the front desk yet when I actually got a room I was attacked by bedbugs this place is disgusting and I can't understand how these company's can get away with renting rooms to citizens that are getting bit. See pictures of the bedbugs in progress. Couldn't get a refund because I booked this catastrophe through Expedia. That's just a poor excuse for the management. These are facts that I speak. This hotel is strictly for fools and filthy people. Ride on by immediately public health announcement.

Nice and comphy. Clean rooms. Breakfast was tasty as should be.

Lots of parking. Very plain rooms, but cheep. My wife's credit card got hacked here. (The only place we used it on the entire trip. ) A couple of fast food places a short walk away. Easy access to freeway. Wouldn't stay here again.

Don't ever go here. The people who run this place are rude and they have bed bugs.

This is very nice property when we stoped on way to home. All other hotel were sold out so we had to stay in this hotel but it was surprise to get nice guest room in this type of hotel. Very nice facilities to stay.

It was a good experience with red carpet inn. The Rooms were very neat and clean and having a good car parking straight direct to the room, Reasonable price and with free break fast in the morning, I've stayed there for almost 2 weeks it was really a good Hotel. Thank You.

Friendly Service … great People. Our Room was very clean and spacious, and the Bathroom was clean also. Its always great to stay here when I am in North Carolina. And very Affordable price With Free Breakfast.

Price is reasonable, and you can park next to Your room, fast food and groceries real close by, swimming pool closed. Rooms are Decent for the price.

Dirty, nasty, crime ridden "motel" The only thing it is good for is drug use and prostitution. Stay away!

Where do I begin? Front desk service left much to be desired. Sign out front says $39.99 per night. I got an internet "deal" for $50/night. When I asked about it at the desk the clerk says, "Oh, you don't want one of those rooms. " Hmmmm. The whole place was very run-down. Lots of guys working on their cars in the parking lot. No hood on one car. Continental breakfast was cold cereal and coffee. Room was clean; hence they got a star. Bed pillows were old and lumpy. Not a particularly safe feeling place. Glad the family was not traveling with me.

Friendly staff but hard to understand. When we arrived I immediately asked for a refund. I didn't even give the place one nights stay. It was dirty, the room stunk and some of the characters residing there seemed a little suspicious. I did not feel safe.

It is terrible. Do not go. I used to be a housekeeper at the Hilton and I don't how these rooms passed inspection. They have bed bugs. Trust me don't waste ur money.

Paid $65 for a sleep over with BEDBUGS! and I was given no REFUND. And was told there is nothing they can do about it.

I was staying for 2 weeks due to repairs to my house. I've had 2 people just walk in without permission while I was sleep. The room service attendants were very rude. I just needed sheets but they insisted that they had to come in my room to clean it. Again, I have bags of clothes and everyday items including lots of electronics that I use for work. I dont want anyone in my room until I leave. It wasn't clean when I got here, why clean now. There were open soaps laying around the bathroom. They sprayed the tub then left, didn't clean the toilet. Lucky for me I knew this was an extended stay and I brought my own cleaning products. Also, when I went to the office to pay for the 2nd week, I was given $15 off. I pointed this out thinking it was a mistake and was assured it was fine. I was told to get my key card reactivated the next day since that would was my original checkout date. I came to reactivate it and the woman wanted to charge me the extra $15. She said it was a mistake. I advised her to take it out of someone's check because the 3 people in front of me got similar discounts. I highly advise going to another hotel!

I warn you do not stay in this hotel there's Roaches crawling on the walls, people knock on your door at diffrent times of the night. I stayed there for 2 weeks and had to get out of there cause I was having a very bad experience! Its very dirty &The housekeeping ladies excuse my language but there half-ass, and also Thieves. While I was there police go and harass the people that are staying there by banging on the doors. This place is very ghetto I would not trust it not to mention the Manence man who lives there and is a pervert plenty of times I caught him trying to open the door to my room, but couldn't cause it was locked! Watch it with the prostitution that goes on as well. If you want to stay in a clean, stress-free, safe room I suggest you don't let the cheap prices encourage you to go there! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Nothing about this place is good. Nothing. If your thinking "hey, its cheap and only one night", your making a big mistake.

1st, had a cracked window with duct tape holding it together. 2nd, several bugs killed. 3rd breakfast area horrible. Will not stay here again! 3rd B.

I had to stay there for a week and although they seemed very understanding and kind they are actually the complete opposite. The maid service is so lazy they do the bare minimum! There was knife holes in the bathroom door and stuff that looked like dried blood running down the walls they was just not wiped off! The maid came in the second day thinning we was checking out and out our covers on the floor then found out we was staying and just left with the blankets still on the floor the dirty towels and stuff still there with no new ones didn't vacuum and when I asked for new covers and stuff she acted like I was crazy for asking and then handed me everything and told me to do it! Theres trash and old furniture all over the stairs and bottom floor, people in and out all hours of the night buying and selling drugs… Just a bad place. I had to keep my niece one night there and in that short time she seen men fighting almost ate something that was already on the floor etc. And everyone that I know that has stayed there paid a different price for the same type of room. They charge based on how they feel about you personally. I suggest going to motel 6, alot cleaner friendlier employees and pet friendly. We paid almost 30$ less for alot more and better service! Don't waste your money on this place.

Best motel ever. I stayed in lots of motels but none them are good as this one. As per my perspective if anyone visiting South got to stay in this motel. Room was clean In Breakfast they have good coffee I love their swimming pool ****:)
