The shower was to die for! The temperature was perfect, and stayed hot the whole duration. The pressure was amazing and felt like a light massage on my shoulder blades. If you ignore the heavy smell of cigarettes, itchy to the touch sheets, no microwave, lack of a fridge, absent alarm clock, brick for a TV, with the only available internet connection being what you had on the road, and not to mention the non existent table lamp (don't worry there's bright lights above ur head in the bed), then you have a 5 star motel right here. The only reason I took a star away was because the shower head was not removable. Would highly recommend because of the shower alone… And nothing else, seriously.

This was the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at, possibly the worst hotel ever! Honestly, it should recieve MO STARS! The bathroom was in serious need of repair: the floor moved when u walked on it, there were holes the linoleum, & it was so tiny. Also I witnessed people pull up to their room & go back to the office for a refund! The housekeepers never brought fresh towels or toilet paper for my extended weekend. I highly do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a comfortable stay of any kind!

I would give this place 0 stars. The room was disgusting! Stains on the carpet, smelled like smoke and piss, bugs, and the beds were terrible just to sit on. We were at a police benefit at Longhorns and we felt so uncomfortable that we asked about the hotel and 2 officers, one who was the assistant chief, advised it was a bad place, that it is notorious for prostitution and drugs. He gave us his card and told us to call him if anything happens and advise to leave as soon as possible. The police was even called to the hotel while we were out to eat. No thank you! Once we found that out, we left immediately after arriving. They wouldn't refund our money!

Very displeased! First room we went to smelt like cigarettes. Asked for another room. That one was dirty with someone cigarette butts all over the sink and counter. We were to tried to move to another room. We were told it was a non smoking room. We'll never stop there ever again!

We stayed here from Georgia while evacuating for Hurricane Irma. The staff were nice but the room was okay. I requested a non-smoking room due to haveing asthma. When we arrived and checked in the room was a smoking room. I asked to switch and they did not have another room that was non smoking. The lights flickered on and off very often and the neighbors on our left side were EXTREMELY loud especially at 3 am. The pool was also closed and the bathroom floor was starting to rot. Over all it was okay for what we paid.

For the price, I could not have expected a better stay. The king sized bed was soft and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. The employees were polite, respectful and helpful. Special accolades for Melissa at the front counter. I witnessed the professional and polite manner that she utilized while dealing with a couple of different "difficult" customers. Round of applause for Melissa.

We just relocated here from N. O Louisiana and have fallen in love with the town of Burlington and the people from there. The staff at motel 6 was very nice but the rooms need a serious update. We had to stay in a smoking room because the non smoking room did not have a fridge or microwave. I wasn't to happy about especially with having a 6 month old… but after some serious cleaning an disinfecting the room. Wasn't bad but I wouldn't dare put my 6 month old on the carpet! Also the police was there twice. One person was arrested an we had loud noises In front of our room from people drinking at 4 am in the morning. Other then that the staff was friendly. Should clean the hotel up more an remodel.

The rooms are big and you can't hear the person in the other room beside you. There are 2 things I didn't care for. 1 was the TV. It was an old 20 inch. Didn't even want to turn it on. The second is you have to pay every day for your Wi-Fi. It's like $5 a day. Not good.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star! I went to try and get a refund because I found bugs in my room, the room smelled disgusting! I asked for non smoking and there were ashes on the carpet along with an ashtray. When I asked for a refund Cheryl Anne gave me the worse attitude and said since I was in the room longer than 20 minutes I couldn't get my money back and I would be charged regardless! I have pictures and videos of the bugs on my phone! I will NEVER stay here again and make sure ALL my friends and relatives know of this disgusting place along with the rude staff!

I would give it a zero if I could third beds are like sleeping on Springs and they had rats told my I brought them thier they have roaches on top of it I got told I had to leave but they would give me my money back and they don't clean the floors they smell like animals piss the air conditioner don't work barley and the lights in some of the place have a shortage pluses ur kids can't even come out to play in the day time unless if their at the pool and last but not least they tell u that u can't be out side ur room but they have nails in the windows where u can't even open the windows in all of them I can go pay 80$ somewhere else and have a better bed and TV and rooms are much better and sit out side my door with out getting told I can't do this or that the when I try to get my money back no one will answer me they want to pick and hang the phone up like it's all a game nasties place every the manager is a 2 face so bad it's not even funny.

I was pleasantly surprised that the front desk staff at the motel demonstrated above average courtesy and professionalism. There was no shampoo, no hair dryer, but I realize this can help keep room rates lower. However, I was dissatisfied that in the bathroom there were paint drippings and a few other tidiness issues that I felt could have been corrected easily without greater expense to the facility.

It was a very unpleasant stay. The beds and bed covering were old and worn out. The bathroom flooring was torn and unclean. The H A/C didn't work well and the knobs were dirty and unsanitary looking. No coffee maker in the room. Tv and remote were old and didn't work well. The staff was very polite but to much loitering in the parking lot.

Does not even deserve one star. Every time I doze off I'm awakened by doors slamming people yelling loud vehicles cruising through vehicles speeding through parking lot. We stayed in room 106 smelled of past cigarette smoke and musty smell, nasty stained carpet, uneven bathroom floor. Sink faucet needs replaced. Cannot wait to check out!

The worst nights stay of my life and never looked forward to checkout so much. Overcharged and under served seems to be their new motto.

Always a friendly and courtesy staff ready to assist in any way possible. Mangers do a great job of maintaining property and continuous guest relations training. I will always use Motel 6 for my travel needs.

Me and my boyfriend and our dogs had to stay in hotels for about a week, we stayed at red carpet inn first thinking it was cleaner and better but once we went from there to motel 6 I would NEVER go back to red carpet inn. You pay 30$ less at motel 6 for wayyyyy better and wayyyyy wayyyyy wayyyyy cleaner rooms! They treat their guests so good and the managers make sure that their maid service cleans the rooms good! They even have ton write their name down on a survey paper and if they didn't do something the guest can call and report it. If you're in need of a hotel room and on a budget or just don't want to spend alot of money I definitely recommend this motel. Don't let the size of other places fool you, they're way overpriced and so so nasty.
