This place is absolutely beautiful! The staff are very friendly. The rooms are large and clean. The court yard out by the pool is gorgeous and so nicely landscaped. The bed is very comfy and the shower has great pressure. We didn't eat at the breakfast buffet this morning but I heard others talking about how good it was. May have to try it in the morning. The price is very reasonable especially for such nice accommodations. This will definitely be our place to come when we come back to NC.

This is a great hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is very ample with hot eggs and meat, all sorts of breads/muffins/danish, fruit, cereal and yogurt. They even have toppings for the yogurt! And the pool is heavenly, large and goes up to 9 feet. There's a pretty courtyard too. Lastly, everyone was very friendly, front desk staff was very welcoming.

The hotel is a wonderful place to stay at. They have a very peaceful place to relax and read or meditate. Only problem that my wife and I have was the beds are a little small. Other than that it is a WONDERFUL please to STAY.

The hotel itself is nice but the staff Is very unorganized. We reserved a room they gave away. We got another room and 5 hours later when shift changed they said the card was declined. There must be no communication between the staff members when they are coming onto another shift. There was nothing wrong with the card. I would recommend holiday inn express next door they are far better quality…

I stayed at this hotel for my daughters travel ball tournament. Well I tried to stay here. I will have to say the front desk lady (the night I checked in) was the sweetest. I am disabled, it was extremely hot that day, we had been on the field from 9:30am until 8:30pm that evening. I had became extremely dehydrated from my illnesses and had a severe flare up. I wasn’t able to check into my room until about 9:30 or later that evening. It was just my daughter and I. I was so sick that all I was able to do was take our stuff to the room, wash off, change out of my sweaty clothes and leave for the ER. My daughter stayed the night with her coach. My mother drove from King, NC. I was extremely sick, so I ended up having to spend the night in the local ER. Our belongings were the only thing, that stayed the night in our room. When I checked out, I let the front desk know the situation. The lady on the (next shift) told me that, the manager would call me about a refund. This was a couple of months ago, I have STILL not heard a word from the manager at this Best Western. As well as, my credit card was charged and we DID NOT even stay the night in their room. I will never stay at another Best Western. The manager could have least had enough hospitality to call and makes sure their customer was okay.

Good hotel, clean, good house keeping they really made sure to fix our beds and fresh towels everyday. The pool goes up to 7 feet, my children really enjoyed that. Most pools in NY are no deeper than 5 ft. The hotel breakfast was great, lots if variety and BISCUITS AND GRAVY! They don't offer biscuits and gravy here in NY but they did in NC, I loved it! The bar at the hotel was great, it is pricy but the drinks are great. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here at the Best Western, I stayed 4 days didn't pay more than $220 and got $500 treatment. Loved it!

Very clean, air conditioned, beautiful interior. TV had a lot of channels. Pool area was really nice with decor and outdoor patio. Showers were okay, not that special. Also location was great. A lot of stores and places to eat!

This is a hotel is connected to one of the best restaurants in Graham (grill 584) so it is worth staying. Joyce at the front desk in the evenings is super nice and very efficient. The rooms are fairly basic but they just upgraded the shampoo and soaps so the experience is a little nicer. For the money there is no nicer place to stay in the area.

It looks to have been a nice hotel at one point, but it is way past it's prime. Everything is outdated and most rooms seem to have at stale cigarette smell despite being non smoking; clearly used to be smoking rooms. When we arrived there were stains (the brown kind) in the bathroom which, to their credit, they tried to address immediately. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff had left for the night and so a front desk employee with a towel and 409 came up and cleaned the majority of the issue but I had to take care of the rest myself. Another family member in a different room was greeted with dirty used towels and wash cloths which was also promptly taken care of but still. The staff was good overall and tried when we requested things or brought issues to their attention, but overall the bad outweighed the good.

Easy check in. Loading/unloading of contents of car, easy parking. First floor room accommodations so not much walking to get to room. Very neat and clean, enough plugs to make charging cell phones a breeze and for those using cpaps, the nightstand had centrally located outlets. Love love the soap (that's my thing) and so many towels. Plenty of pillows. Great mini fridge. I liked the sliding glass door facing the pool area. Fresh air is good to have. Also very affordable compared to other places in the area.

Check in was quick and the ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The rooms and clean and are stocked with the standard amenities. The hotel is pretty large with a pool (closed for the season), fitness room and a breakfast bar. The restaurant on site is very good, but busy and offer live music in the lounge area. The hotel is close to the I40 and nearby restaurant and shopping. I would definitely recommend staying here.

You will enjoy your stay at this hotel. It's been an iconic Huffman Mill Road Cornerstone. As a great restaurant 584 Grill and it's right across the street from Mellow Mushroom pizza several fast food places within walking distance. Right off the interstate so if you used it for many corporate clients as well as events. Not much meeting space long narrow room, Bates well for business meetings under a hundred people. Been working with them for years with local and Global clients.

I guess there's reason for the low rates. I tried calling three times and was hung up on all three times. One time I actually heard a frustrated employee say Oh my God before disconnecting.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Very clean, breakfast was excellent and we had everything we needed. Spent much less than if we had booked Marriott or other nearby options and I can honestly say everything was great. Would stay here again!

Great price, locations and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge and a microwave. The best restaurant in town is connected to the hotel making it very convenient for dinner. Breakfast was more than the typical continental sweets and included eggs and sausage, bagels, etc. I would stay here again if doing business in the area.

Very friendly staff! Pretty hotel, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and the outdoor pool area looked beautiful and lagoon-like. Too bad it was freezing when we visited!

The front staff were really nice. They were very accommodating to my needs in changing my room to wheelchair accessible. I thank them for they are truly good peopole.

I haven't stayed at a Best Western in many years and I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. The staff were friendly and my room was clean. The bed was perfect which resulted in a much needed good night of sleep. The restaurant was awesome. I'll stay here again.

A great hotel in Burlington, close to the highway, shopping and Elon University. The included breakfast offers a lot of variety for everyone. The walls were a little thin, but we will definitely stay here again — just bringing earplugs! The outdoor patio area overlooking the pool was nice. It was too cold to enjoy it when we were there, but is covered with a lot of tables. It is an older hotel, but they are making effort to update it.

We stay here several times a year and love this place! The rates are great and more importantly the staff is always friendly and helpful! They also have an impressive breakfast buffet and the coffee is great! Joyce and Calvin are awesome!

Terrific find in Burlington, NC, we were pleasantly surprised on arrival. Very few BW's are of this standard. Eden Resort in Lancaster, PA and this hotel we love. Everything you need is available without leaving the property. I wish this would be the new standard for Best Western. My review contained more 10;s than ever before. All I can say is OUTSTANDING! i.

Exceptional customer service! The hot breakfast was a plus! Rooms were nice and clean. We was in town that weekend (2 nights) from WNC for a wedding in Raleigh and a concert in Greensboro and we chose Burlington area since it was in-between the cities. The location is easy to find, right off I-40 and across from Walmart with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. They have a restaurant on-site, which I heard was great but the only time during our stay that we would of been able to visit was on Sunday when it was closed. I gave 5 stars for everything listed above which outweighs the bad but I'd want an honest review so the cons would be that it seems to be pretty out-dated, at least in our room and the biggest complaint would be there walls seemed extremely thin! I don't know if the people next to us was fighting or what but it went well past 1-2AM and we couldn't turn our TV volume up high enough to mask the sound as the TV had s volume cap and wouldn't go up to it's full volume. Then again, I didn't call the front desk as I'm sure they would of called our neighboring room for us to try and resolve the issue. The price was also pretty high in my opinion. Overall it worked perfectly for us with the location and only being 2 nights.

At the front desk Taylor and Juandrell both were very helpful and professional assisting me in every way possible! I had a 1000 questions and they were ready to assist me with a 1001 answers with a smile! The cleaning staff lead my Wilma went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed for my room and was very patient and nice to me! I really appreciated their patients due to me extending my stay at the last minute several times! BTW whoever was the lady who prepared the breakfast is awesome! The free breakfast tasted good and it was more than enough variety for whatever food you were looking for (to include vegan) There is also an awesome bar attached to the hotel that food could contest any steak, sub or wing spot in the area! I forgot to mention the pool area and outside areas, wow! This hotel is highly recommended and I would NOT stay anywhere else! What a awesome, friendly well trained staff!

I stay here for work several times a year. Decent value for the money. Clean, reasonably quiet, confortable. Good breakfast buffet. My issues are with light leaking into the room, both from the hallway and the parking lot, and also the showers which have nasty shower-heads I don't like.

Pleasantly surprised when we went inside. The outside seemed a bit unassuming and so we were expecting just another run-of-the-mill motel. The feeling shifted once we went in for the better. Room was nice as was the pool. Reception was very helpful and cheerful.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good with some healthy options. The best part was the outdoor seating area. It was even better at night. The gym could use a little upgrade but happy that they even had a gym. Definitely would stay here again.

Stayed here many times due to reasonable cost and breakfast included. Courtyard, pool, staff and breakfast were great. 584 restaurant maybe the best restaurant in Burlington. Rooms smell a bit like smoke or maybe musty. Rooms getting a bit dated. There are nicer hotels in immediate area if you can get them for comparable price.

Traveling by motorcycle, our planned stop was this hotel in Burlington, we were upgraded to a suite & it was beautiful, Lemar who was at the front desk was the sweetest & so helpful with our friends who did not have reservations. I would give the review more stars if I could. It was the best stay ever…

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful room and wonderful breakfast. This is definitely going to be the new place I stay at in Burlington from now on.

Very nice Best Western of I-40 with a good size pool, fitness center and a decent breakfast.

I stayed at this location during the snow storm. The roads were bad and my job put us here for 2 nights. The hotel was clean and convenient for the occasion. I have always stayed at a best western and never had issues. The first morning I woke up with a small rash on my hand didn't think much of it. The second night I woke up with bites all over, I suspect bed bugs. The bites are huge and itch a whole lot. The hotel is nice but I'm so disappointed by these bites. I will be calling the hotel to let them know.

My boyfriend and I had gone to 2 other hotels trying to stay for 3 nights while my dad is in the hospital. The first place gave us 2 rooms before we left. The first room was occupied already by another guest. The second smelled like feces… literally. We went to a second hotel, there were bed bugs (we checked before we even brought outlr luggage in) We were frustrated and ready to spend the next 3 nights in our car. This place is great! Cozy beds. Great rooms. AMAZING SERVICE! I am so grateful!

A bastion of hope in a dearth of decent hotels. It's not a Marriott, but it's super clean and reasonably priced. They give AAA discounts.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely appointed aND comfortable. The coffee was some of the best I've tasted. I would definitely stay at the Best Western Plus in Burlington, NC again. I've already referred this hotel to my friends.

Room is very nice very misleading from the outside of the building. However my check in was horrible could have just been one, of those nights.

This is one of the best Best Western motels that I have stayed at in 50 years. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. The complimentary breakfast matches any one could get at any local breakfast restaurant. The dining area is clean and spacious. There were sufficient tables for every diner there. The courtyard around the swimming pool is beautiful! Every member of the staff was extremely courteous. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to all of my friends.

Ugly on the outside, beautiful inside.

I stayed in two places during a recent trip; the Acorn Inn (near Elon University) and the BW Burlingtom. Both were almost exactly the same price, but I preferred the BW for a few reasons: 1. Clean and well-appointed. The BW was recently renovated and it's quite nice. Widescreen TV in the room was a nice touch. 2. Space to work. There's a desk in the room, 110v power jacks, and a fast Wi-Fi connection. 3. Full breakfast for free. They have a nice free buffet spread in the mornings. 4. Close to stores and restaurants. There's a WalMart close by if you need groceries/etc. They have a nice steakhouse on-site, and there are a lot of other options (chain and local-owned) along So Church St. My only complaint is regarding the heating/cooling. The room has one of those in-wall boxes that makes a ton of noise and tends to be either too hot or too cold. But I stack that up against the price; I paid around $90 with a AAA discount and frankly I've stayed in worse hotels in the Southern California area and paid nearly $200/night so the BW Burlington gets an additional star for price.
