Great place to stay when you visit Maggie Valley. Fantastic hospitality, the owners do what they can to ensure a great stay. They have live music/bands on the weekends (maybe weekdays too). Great location, easy access to many sites in the area.

The tiki bar out back has live entertainment on Sunday afternoons. Full menu from the restaurant is available at the tiki bar, and there is ample seating.

Check in was easy it’s the first hotel I’ve been to since covid that had a hot breakfast. The rooms were a nice size and very clean you could tell it was well kept. My children I rested nicely and would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this property while in town for one night for work. Mobile check-in was easy and convenient, and the hotel lobby was clean with a nice market and breakfast area. The room itself was very big and clean, with all of the amenities from home. There is plenty of parking and many restaurants around the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when in town for work or any other reason.

Simply amazing people and establishment. Room was out of this world amazing. Very cozy and extremely comfortable. Shout out to the staff. Front desk Charissa and Fox as well as Harry. And not to forget KB in the kitchen. These people are simply amazing and so very sweet we can't wait to come back to Asheville.

It's a nice clean hotel with very comfortable, clean rooms. The beds are super comfortable with plenty of pillows. They seem to be different types of pillows. The rooms have nice features including plenty of outlets, closet, hooks on the wall for bags, plus, open cabinet underneath the hooks as you come into the room. Very nice bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels. The breakfast is nice stocked with plenty of choices.

Booked a few days here due to rainy weather in Boone when we planned on camping. Service was great, rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious. Location was great, quick drive to grandfather, backstreets to downtown Boone avoiding traffic on 321. Little details were appreciated such as white noise machines in each room, good local coffee, patio outside. Only con is noisy highway in front of the hotel. Request a room in the back if available.

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable at Clarion Pointe. Everything was very comfortable. However there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, most likely due to plumbing issues. Otherwise very nice!

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms and public areas are very clean. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot with good water pressure. Got great service from Tammy at the front desk who made sure we were happy with our room. Good place to stay if you are visiting Western North Carolina University.

4.5 StarsFriendly staff. Clean but rather smallish room. My wife and I booked a room with one queen bed. Enough room to walk around the bed but none to spare. The bathroom was nice. Clean. Larger than you'd expect with such a small bed area. Really simple breakfast. Good location near restaurants, gas stations. Walmart is a mile away.

Used price line to book them, the staff has been very polite and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable for the the three of us. We have the room with two queen beds fridge, microwave, coffee maker. But I suggest take your own mug down to the lobby and get fresh hot coffee there. The continental breakfast is okay for quick on the go fix. Please plus this is a 4th of July week stay so they are busy and keeping up.

Love this hotel! Beautiful views, the windows in the room will OPEN, organic coffee, beautiful real mugs in the room, lovely breakfast with real mugs, filtered water in the rooms, rooftop patio… it's fantastic. Not right in downtown but easy walk.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean rooms and hotel. Close to downtown — weekend shuttle for those who can't walk the 10 — 15 minutes (2 min drive). Great view. Nicest breakfast/lounge area with deck and chairs. Excellent breakfast with cool coffee machine.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. Clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Really close to blue ridge park way, and driving distance to downtown and breweries. Very well priced especially for a weekend! Would recommend.

Quality Inn & Suites is a typical 3 star hotel. It’s right near the VA Hospital and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It’s just a minute off I-40 and the Biltmore Estate is nearby. The facility has modern updates. The housekeeping does a great job. Rooms are clean. Beds and linens are spotless. We liked our room. The fan in the bathroom was super loud. The AC thermostats was weak. It was either too warm or too cold most of the time. Couldn’t stay on a constant temperature. Breakfast was good.

Amazing visit here so far as always. Clean, accommodating, comfortable, beautiful grounds, & friendly staff.

We stayed here one night for a concert. The location is perfect being that it was a quick 10ish minute drive into downtown, but you weren’t too close to where there was too much going on, it was very peaceful area. When we attempted to check in, our mobile app stated that our room was not ready yet.

Two nite stay was enjoyable from the prospective of a solo tourist. Away from historic DT and high cost hotels, restaurants and traffic. Tru is more of an upscale college dormitory less the messes we left back then. Rooms were clean and fresh with modern bathrooms. Not much storage space to speak of. Breakfast is their strong point with hot and cold items, fresh fruit and bottomless coffee 24/7. Easy on/off highway with gas’s and a few restaurants. Would use again if passing through the area.

Nice motel for those on a budget. Second time staying there this year and it continues to improve. Very nice staff and centrally located.

Although the property doesn't have the amenities onsite, everything is close by and only available to resort guests. We took a kayak on the lake nearby and checked out the rec center. The accommodations were clean and complete with all the kitchen stuff we needed except for a blender. The stairs were fine although that might not work for everyone.

Excellence all around! Jenny Costa is the best, most professional customer service professional I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
Pro tip: We prefer the upper level units over the lower level units. Noise from the upper units transfers pretty easily to the lower units.

The night manager was very polite and helpful.

Quality Inn best kept secret West if Asheville. Great hospitality… comfortable rooms… central location. I will return and I will tell my family and friends about this jewel of a place!

Positive: The location is very convenient, close to the highway and not far from Asheville. This hotel is part of a chain, but it feels almost independent and family-oriented: very helpful and friendly staff. Nice offerings for breakfast, pet-friendly. Negative: The cleaning staff works very hard and does an excellent job with the day-to-day turnover of rooms. I do think the rooms could use a deep clean from time to time, though. Negative: ""

We spend only a night there, but for the price we thought is was a great hotel, clean room, comfortable beds, good shower, and nice breakfast.

Our group has been traveling together for approx. 11 years. We stumbled upon your place and it was the best decision for this year's trip. Our stay was one of the most enjoyable, and Rob and Gabi are the absolute BEST! Clean rooms, rocking chairs and motorcycle rags. What more could we ask for! Thank you for a wonderful week!

The hotel was beautiful, stylish, clean, and the employees treated us well. The room was very comfortable and the Marriott beds are always amazing. Everything was great and if we find ourselves in the area again, we would choose to stay here.

As an ambassador member with over 120 nights per year at marriott hotels, this one steals the show. Clean. Good working air conditioning which isn’t always the case. Staff that checked me in on May 20th at 9 pm were so awesome. I’ll be back. In fact booked again already.

The staff, the rooms, the atmosphere! Who knew? What a little gem in the midst of Asheville💥 and the have a roof top bar! What's not to love? The price was certainly reasonable as well. Enjoy!

Great place to stay near the center of all the action. Clean and spacious rooms with outstanding service. Breakfast buffet was very tasty with lots of fresh fruits. Rooftop bar had very nice views and espresso martinis are fabulous. Valet parking cost the same as park yourself.

Fabulous! As always a fabulous time at Biltmore. We went last Sunday and it was beautiful. The Christmas decor and foliage was gorgeous. There are new treasures to see in the greenhouses. These amazing replica buildings. My absolute fave! have always treasured a visit to Biltmore and I’ve been many times Over the years. It’s always a fabulous experience. This time was no exception. Only thing is the Stables restaurant was closed when we finished touring the house at 3:00pm.

We debated whether to do this tour or not. So, so glad we did. This is definitely a MUST SEE. It was a wonderful day that we ended at the wine tasting. Highly recommend.

Great location, friendly staff and easy to get in and out of. Right off the highway too! Comfy beds, clean conditions. A severely underrated way to experience Asheville downtown. My girlfriend and I stay there every time we come to the mountains from Charlotte.

A Very nice hotel in the heart of this beautiful city in the mountains. The staff are friendly and helpful and the services are always well performed. The rooms were always cleaned and if we needed anything, they were there to help. If visiting the area, consider staying here.

Neal Turrentine at Residence Inn Asheville provided exceptional service when I reserved a room for myself, my sibling, and our dog. Neal was incredibly nice, attentive, and knowledgeable about Asheville, offering great suggestions for things to do. Our room featured a very clean living area & kitchen, the bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom immaculate!
The front desk ladies in the morning & another front desk gentleman at night were also very lovely and personable!

Such a clean answer friendly location near downtown Ashville. We were greeted with hospitality and very courteous staff. Our short stay was uninterrupted and enjoyable. Breakfast was also a great addition to our stay.

This is probably one of the nicest Hampton’s my husband and I have stayed at. Upon arrival we received a nice Hilton Honors member gift bag with cookies and bottles of water. The team members were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was as good as you can get for a continental breakfast. All in all great stay, good location, and if you have a chance check out the Mint Indian restaurant for dinner!

This is one of the nicest Hampton’s I’ve stayed at. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was clean and rooms had welcome packages for Hilton members. The pool area was clean and fitness center was well equipped. The Easter Bunny even came to visit the kids during breakfast on Saturday. Overall, a very nice hotel.

Every staff member we interacted with were very accommodating, professional and kind during our stay. Room/linens were very clean, breakfast was good and location was central. Pet-friendly as well!

Stopped here in January — last minute on a long road trip — my family checked in late at night with no reservation and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was immaculate, quiet and peaceful. We were really delighted by the breakfast options and impressed by the hospitality and kindness of all of the staff. It felt like they were hosting us in their own house.
