If you like cheap hotels that look like they were decorated in the 70's, this is the place for you. It wasn't even that cheap. It did appear to be clean.

Terrible experience took 4 times to get us in a room first room had someone in it second room had no heat third room door wouldn’t open. Then got woke up and 2:30 am someone trying to get in our room. Couldn’t get back in room after breakfast keys wouldn’t work. Don’t recommend this place at all.

We had a last minute fast stay here at the Quality Inn & we felt so at home! Loved the room it was very nice & the big bath tub was a plus! Definitely will be staying here again!

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. Clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Really close to blue ridge park way, and driving distance to downtown and breweries. Very well priced especially for a weekend! Would recommend.

Quality Inn & Suites is a typical 3 star hotel. It’s right near the VA Hospital and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It’s just a minute off I-40 and the Biltmore Estate is nearby. The facility has modern updates. The housekeeping does a great job. Rooms are clean. Beds and linens are spotless. We liked our room. The fan in the bathroom was super loud. The AC thermostats was weak. It was either too warm or too cold most of the time. Couldn’t stay on a constant temperature. Breakfast was good. Fresh baked cookies in the evening are a nice treat. It’s a little pricy, but there isn’t a ton of supply in that area so I guess they can charge and get higher prices — like they did from us. The staff were very helpful with anything we needed. I liked that there were always multiple staff around. We’d stay there again. Check out my photos and videos. Enjoy your stay!

Clean rooms, reasonably priced. The pool is small, but well cared for. There was a number of options for breakfast, although there was a bit of a wait for certain items (like coffee) to be restocked, but that may have been indicative of how busy it was. Fantastic location close to downtown, although some of the other visitors were not very respectful. Double deadbolt on the door certainly made the room feel safe, if not the parking lot.

Rooms have been renovated and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast could have had a little more to offer rather than Carb loaded items. However, over all it was good.

Stayed here over a weekend. Woke every morning at 6am, 7am, and 8am to an orchestra of alarms from adjacent rooms. Needless to say, the walls are thin. A/C unit smelled a little like mildew, but not intolerable. Everything was visibly clean. Breakfast was decent, but extremely cramped. Overall, I'll give this 3/5 stars. More accurately, I would rate 6.5/10 if I could.

Very helpful front staff and the housekeeping does a great job keeping my room clean! The Wi-Fi is easy to connect to and the breakfast is actually better than what I expected. I recommend getting there early to avoid the crowds. The only downside is that I wish there was more parking available.

The rooms are very clean. The staff is very helpful and nice. The common areas need some cleaning specially the floors. But overall, it's a good hotel for the money.

Hotel was very clean. Staff at desk was friendly. Loved that there was a convenient store right next door, they shared a parking lot and you could walk there. My biggest 2 complaints are the price and the cable. The process I felt was a little much. I work in a hotel and the room wasn't really much nicer than the rooms at my hotel, which is about half the price. The cable reception was not very good. It's almost like they had satellite and were getting interference or something. It didnt keep you from watching it but it was a little annoying. Otherwise, very nice place to stay.

We often stay here because, of the four hotels closest to Warren Wilson College, it is one of the three that are more affordable; of those three, the location of this one is slightly better than the other two due to being on the same side of the road as Waffle House, where we eat breakfast instead of the hotel's breakfast bar. That said, there were the following minor issues: 1. It was often difficult to get the Wi-Fi sign-in page to come up. As a computer network tech I was able to figure out that you need to try accessing an http protocol site (not https) in order to trigger it. 2. The breakfast bar is kind of low quality; eggs are frozen/reheated, not fresh cooked. 3. Web site makes it too easy to accidentally book a stay for the current date, which then becomes non-cancellable.

Ants in the room, some lights did not work, and a general air of uncleanliness about the place. The best that can be said about it is that it was affordable and convenient to the interstate.

Upon arrival and check in I found the room to not be cleaned from the previous guest. They were more than willing to switch my room but I decided to wait for the room to be cleaned. The views were great from just outside of my room. Oddly enough that room I waited for may have been haunted lol the TV would randomly change channels at the oddest of times, I would be watching something then hear something look away then the TV was on a different channel. The TV also liked to turn itself on and off. After I started to settle in with the TV on I started to search for local restaurants then boom the TV went off. Later that night after I was sound asleep the TV turned itself on. Also I made sure to turn the alarm off yet it still went off at 3 in the morning. Ooh and the jacuzzi tub well it worked for a few minutes until the motor made some weird noises so I figured I would get out and just finish my day with a hot shower instead.

The room and bathroom was clean. Smelled like a normal hotel room. 2 double beds in the room, room was smaller than average. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a large size considering the room size. We are a family of 5 and the room was not big enough. The folder in the room that tells you about services and ect said they had rollaway beds but when we talked with the front desk they said they do not have them at all… Even if they had 1 the only 2 ways it would have probably fit would have been by the bathroom door which would have blocked it or between the 2 beds. In the morning the breakfast was an normal breakfast like other hotels Toast, bagels, small muffins, small pastries, yogurt, waffles you make yourself, 3 different types of cereal, fresh fruit (apples, bananas and oranges), 4 different drink options. The staff we talked with was nice no issues there. This is not a bad option for a family of 3 or 4 for 2 or 3 day stay.

This is by far the worst hotel experience ever. The rooms wasn't clean until 3 hours after check in. I was told to leave my stuff in the room while we went to the basketball tournament we were playing in. I left a special boot for my foot I sleep in and a under armor shirt in the closet. We got back to the room after the ball game and they were both missing. Contacted front desk and they had the boot but no shirt. I'm still waiting on a call from the manager. The lady at the front desk pretty much told me I was a liar. I wouldn't recommend staying here they are not honest people. The beds are old the breakfast is not good and the rates are to high for the quality of the place. Quality Inn and Suites of Asheville Biltmore East is horrible!

Decent room, quiet and clean, good free breakfast variety with strong coffee. It's close to downtown, so the drive in is convenient. There is an ingles grocery store and a dollar General close to the hotel.

Ok, nice breakfast. Room smelled of smoke and just stall. Over priced for lodging in that room.

I would not stay here again for multiple reasons. One hour after check out my wife realized she had left a valuable heirloom piece of jewelry hanging in the suite, we called to have the item retrieved and it was no where to be found. Management is impossible to get in contact with. I have not yet received an apology for this experience. I know the jewelry was stolen by an employee weather it be housekeeping, front desk or management. Terrible overall experience, we were woken up early morning by a dog barking in a truck in the parking lot. Room was not as expected, dirty bed cover, dirty bathroom floor, cigarette butts all over hotel grounds. I was expecting more. I would recommend to stay somewhere else.

A good place to rest.

The room was for three people with two double beds. We got one king bed, and no chance of change. The heat did not work so the room was cold. The cot they brought in had no linens and was dirty. We'll never stay here again!

Nice large clean sweet. Relaxing in the whirl pool tub was a pleasure to take a part in. Front desk staff was friendly and over all helpful.

We booked a room with a jetted tub… it kept stopping every 5 minutes! The inside door handle fell off and the phone didn't work for me to call the front desk! the bed felt like I was sleeping on a slab of concrete! that tub I was telling you about is stuck back in a corner of a room where you can't see anything! Oh and if you're lucky enough to get a room on the back like we did, there is a bar that plays really LOUD music several hours after midnight! And the breakfast was NASTY! But the staff was friendly and the pillows were comfy.

The parking lot is a roller coaster with steep hills and parking angles. There doesn't appear not be enough parking spaces because I had to park at the other end of the hotel from my room because the parking lot around my room was full. The room was ok, about like most hotels in the $100 range. It was fairly quiet, but the walls are thin. You can hear the microwave beeps in other rooms, TV, etc.

Had a great overnight stay. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Exterior was extremely well little at night. Also received a complimentary pack and play to use for our toddler during the stay.

Arrived to an old room with lumpy beds and 'slimy' feeling carpet. Their Internet (which we pay for) is out and the girl at the office finds that acceptable. Do NOT book here! I've stayed in old fashioned motor inns that are way better than this dump!

Peaceful quiet clean all areas exceptional from laundry area to exercise room bathroom and overall room clean staff went Above and beyond their call of duty to make pur staff really really nice. Starting from management to the guest services all of the staff even the people cleaning rooms was great. We will stay again and recommend any time we can.

For a older property, very well maintained and updated. Clean room, very nice. Bed shouldn't be next to heater, room layout should be flipped. We stay at Quality Inn when travelling as they are pet friendly. This one, however, has no dedicated pet walking area. Overall, very pleased.

Was clean & everything needed was provided in the room. Needed to have coffee filled faster for the amount of people that were there. Food was good with plenty of fruit.

Service was very friendly (Arling at the front desk and the house keeping lady I encountered), room was very clean and had a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, etc. Extra toiletries provided at no charge and free breakfast 6a-10p. Location close to major highways and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Movies, coffee and shopping all within a few minutes drive. The only real issue was parking. There were no parking spaces available on the same side of the building as my room. I don't mind walking at all… but having to make multiple trips to unload luggage around the building and up the stairs wasn't fun. Designated spots for each room or an "unloading only zone" for each side of the building would be helpful. Would stay here again, for sure!

I stayed here one night after a wedding. The location is nice because it is right off the interstate and about 10 minutes from downtown. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I found the breakfast very crowded and food was gone. I've stayed at a few other quality inn and this was pretty much what I expected for a reasonable price.

The location was pretty good — fairly short drive to anywhere you'd like to visit. The quality wasn't as nice as other Quality Inns that I've stayed at before however. Bfast was pretty good on the weekend while we were there.

Stayed here over Labor day weekend. Cheapest rates for a decent room. Room was clean, location was quiet. Only took minutes to get to all of our destinations around the city. Cleaning/desk staff was very friendly.

Multiple insects flying around in two separate rooms. Property was crowded and slightly dirty. Location is good. Breakfast was decent. Would probably look elsewhere next time. But this was the cheapest option I found.

Got a room with a king bed and the room was really small. The bathroom was good size. The pool was very small especially for the number of rooms on the property. The breakfast was ok I've had better at other Quality Inn's. There was a little girl who was running around the breakfast area and she went and grabbed a Bagel and her Dad took it from her and put it back into the case. Room attendants and the young lady at check in were very nice.

Location just out if Asheville, and low rates. The room was clean and comfortable, if a bit small. It was well kept, however. Biggest complaint would be the noise — — I'm usually resilient to it, but I could hear the conversations and footsteps of every guest walking down the hall AND the hall above us, as well as everyone coming down the stairs. It disrupted my sleep a bit (as people come in late and leave very early for various reasons). Parking is a little weird. Breakfast and amenities good for the price bracket. Good service as well. Overall enjoyable, just wish the rooms were a bit more soundproofed.

Very pleased. Stayed here three nights. Coffee in the room along with microwave and mini fridge and plenty towels. The room was cleaned daily. We enjoyed the small mountains around which made a great view to us. Also close to several fast food restaurants. Convenient to 40 and Biltmore.

Check in was easy and the attendant was very knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were clean and accommodating. A little antiquated, but that didn't take away from it being nice and clean. Close enough to everything we visited, The Arboretum and Biltmore. Check out was just as quick.

Stayed here for two night and it was excellent. The room and bathroom was so clean and well stocked. The beds were quite large and comfy. The only issue I have is the parking lot, but there really isn't much they can do about that.

Nice place to stay we stayed here last year to visit Asheville. Very short drive to town. Lots of convenient stores nearby. Great location. Clean room. Pillows would be the only complaint they are super small. Apart from that everything was great.

I'm from Asheville but my stay there was like I was in another state. They have great hospitality very clean rooms great pool free Wi-Fi and the rooms have mini fridges microwaves hair dryers plus a guide of local places for their guest.

Clean polite staff the parking can be tight. Walk to gas station and also a Waffle house. Good place.

This hotel was very sketchy looking from the outside, but don't let that fool you. The rooms were very nice and cozy with extremely comfortable beds. I didn't want to wake up in the morning, but I had to… I would definitely stay here again.

Nicest hotel we have stayed at during our cross-country trip. Not a brand new hotel but has been well maintained. Clean and roomy room, with plenty of the little touches.

Room clean, adequate but breakfast not up to what we expect when staying at the quality Inn. There was no bacon or sausage, or meat of any kind, plain scrambled eggs, cereal, waffles. Hope they pick up this as I always feel I'm paying for a good breakfast.

I reserved a room calling the main reservation phone number. Got a military discount, and received my confirmation email with price and other info. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, they said they can't give me the discounted price, because they don't have military discount on weekends. I told the front desk clerk that I was given that price, and even if there is a mistake, it is not my mistake. She said they were not the ones who promised me that price, it was Choice Hotels, so it was not the Hotel's fault. When I told her that I would call the Choice Hotels and asked them about this, she said even if they told me that I could have the room now with that price, she would not be able to let me check in. I called the customer service for Choice Hotels and after waiting for 40 minutes to talk to a representative, I gave up not to waste any more time for this place. In summary, beware of this hotel if you want to enjoy your time in Asheville instead of wasting 3 hours dealing with the problems that this hotel causes. Actually beware of the Choice Hotels if you can.

Very clean and enjoyable stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Used a coupon to get discounted rate, received the last room available at that rate, so room a little small but still very happy with our stay.

Nice hotel at reasonable prices. My only complaint is the paper thin walls. I understand their isnt much they can do about this but tye guy in the next room over had an hour conversation on speakerphone and I could hear both sides of the conversation! Minor complaint though.

My stay was enjoyable stayed in a sweet w a jaqousi. Service could have Ben better if we were treated like gold eliete members.

Good hotel with free breakfast in the morning. About a 15 minute drive to downtown Asheville, was a very pleasant stay.

I was quite impressed with this hotel, especially for the price. The room was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was hot. I only stayed one night, but if I ever visit Asheville again, I would absolutely consider staying here again.

They have live bugs in the room (bugs as big as an inch, flying all over the place, I spotted 2 of those), everything else was clean though.

The staff was not impressive. The breakfast was decent. The beds were uncomfortable. The hotel is in desperate need of updates and repairs. We left after 1 night and we do not plan to stay there again.

Room was real clean as well as the bathroom (I did have to ask them to clean some minor mildew on the shower head. The sent someone over immediately. ). Bed was firm. Typical breakfast (waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, etc. All rooms are outside access. I would stay here again.

The worse hotel experience of my entire life! There was no manager on the premises. Clerk gave our room away using our choice privilege points because she mistakenly heard only the last name. She told her helper to "pop the lock" on the elderly couple that was in the bed because she thought that the couple had falsely identified themselves as my husband. Quite humiliating for the couple. Then to make matters worse, gave us a room practically on top of the interstate with noise, a broken chair and the room smelled bad. I asked to speak to the manager or owner and she said they did not have a manger and the owner was on vacation and she would not disturb her. What owner leaves on vacation when she does not have adequate help? This is the first time that I have written a bad review for a hotel, but with this experience, it needed to be told.

Over all it's an OK motel — it is not a 2.5 star more like a 2 star motel. The big problem I had with the room is the very noisy mini fridge — made an annoying humming noise, I had to wake up in the middle of the night to find a way to turn the unit off. I just disconnected (unplugged the unit). The other problem I encountered with the room was the AC system — — it had a nasty mildew smell — could not use the ac. The breakfast buffet was ok — nothing special just the standard cheap hotel/motel fair. Paid under $100 inc taxes (via priceline) for a one night stay on 9/21/13 — I would not recommend it to my friends.

The price the staff gave us was double the Priceline price. No big deal. Just booked online. But when we asked about a AAA discount they told us that it was only a $7 discount but when we looked it up on the app it was $71-$74 (they were saying it could only go as low as $122 for the same room). Not sure if they were dishonest or just clueless. It worked out though because we got the Priceline rate which was only $74 (they were only willing to go 129 offline). Facilities are comfortable, clean and nice.

This hotel is excellent! There are a few things that take it above the other 2 star hotels. -Thick doors: Both the main door and bathroom door are nice and heavy and it is difficult to hear any outside noise. -Breakfast: Ok, it's not a high-end breakfast but after staying in several hotels before and after this, this one was the best. A large range of choices. The coffee is not good though. Keep in mind the breakfast options may change. -Quality: Everything in your room you can observe and note the quality of it. It looks and feels upscale. Very clean, staff was friendly enough. I didn't get a great Wi-Fi signal in my room.
