Great Service and clean rooms.

Stayed for one night. Very quiet location. Spacious rooms. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

We were a little disappointed with Hampton Inn this time. The rooms were on the small side. There wasn't any hot tub. There was only maybe 2 or 3 parking spots out front. The rest were on the sides and back. The breakfast was pretty good. Nice variety of food.

Where do I begin?!
There was no a/c in the hallways and elevators and it was 90 degrees out, although we had a/c in our room.
We did a Hilton Honors App check in and when we arrived, we got a different room.
When we came back in the evening, our bed sheets were not changed and the covers were just haphazardly flung back onto the bed with the pillows left in the same position that we left them in. They weren’t even fluffed out and repositioned.
The sink wasn’t cleaned properly either. You could still see the water stains.
Will not be staying here again. Very disappointed in Hampton Inns.
The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because they served hot and cold complimentary breakfast.
Not worth the price for an outdated king sized bed suite.

Once again, the Hampton Inn takes good care of us. This hotel is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Staff is friendly, and the rooms are very nice/modern. Take advantage of the included HOT breakfast they put on down in the lobby area each morning, as you won't be disappointed there either. This hotel has earned my business. Thanks for a great stay.

Repeat customer at Hampton Inn, Watertown, N. Y. Nice hotel with excellent service and a great breakfast. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff is welcoming. They also provide warm cookies in the evening. I feel at home when I'm here. Highly recommend.

Clean and neat hotel from the lobby to the room. Great helpful and happy staff making you feel welcome. Delicious breakfast each morning. Very quiet hotel. Nice gym for good workout and pool to cool down after. Just renovated the parking lot with lot of space for cars. Big elevators fitting many people at once. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, quiet location, rooms are clean and nice.

Convenient location. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast and coffee were hot, and fresh. It was as expected. Not a stuffy place, it was a comfortable atmosphere. The only reason for four Stars is the bed was too firm for us. But that's a personal preference. There were some noisy neighbors but it didn't last long.

Good prices for the area. Clean and quiet. But need to fix that pool.

Service is great, hot water not so great. Fridge is eh. I'm only here one more night so I am not stressing about it.

Stayed here many times. Rooms are great, staff are excellent, and breakfast I'd very good.

I usually stay here around 4 times a year and all the time it is top notch. It is our favorite place to stay when in Watertown. This time for some reason the pool was dirty that we could not swim in it and on check in the hospitality wasn't there. I had a minor issue that the desk clerk said the opposite of the site. Hopefully this experience was a one off and will not happen again.

Hotel was well kept, staff were very friendly, breakfast could have been a little better but was happy with my stay.

The scrambled eggs were watery (powdered) but everything else was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The fitness center was better than many and included dumbbells up to 50lbs as well as treadmills and an elliptical. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean and quiet with friendly and professional staff. Coffee and tea service in the lobby is so nice. We slept very well both nights in a top floor (4th floor) room facing north. Excellent value. This is our Watertown hotel.

Friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms. HVAC did not do a good job of maintaining room temperature, however. Swung from quite warm to too cold the entire time I was there (7 days).

Everything is typical of a Hampton it better. Can't complain. The sign is a little hard to see, but other than that everything is good.

We enjoyed our sojourn at your hotel… a great location. Near the shopping hub and just off the Interstate. Our room was pristine with comfortable beds and a great shower. Breakfast was delicious…

Amazing place to stay in Watertown. When I stay in Watertown the Hampton Inn is my only phone call. Pool is great for kids. Snacks in the lobby and the cleanliness of hotel is top notch.

Flew into watertown on a late flight and finding a last minute hotel room to avoid the 2 hour drive home was a challenge, thankfully Hampton Inn was able to accommodate us. The room was large and comfortable with a fridge and coffee maker. What looked like a good breakfast was included but we slept in and just saw the tail end of it on check out.

Very nice and clean small inexpensive hotel. Staff are courteous and polite. Exactly the type of hotel we needed on our trip.

We only stayed for a night but we had a fun stay! We enjoyed the pool and a great breakfast before we hit the road.

They suck they seem to leave out that they have had several complaints about bed bugs and didn't do much about it the management treats there employees like doormats I have seen the front desk people act kind in front of the guest but as soon as they walk away they down them as far as the manager goes his name is Allen and he is one crappy manager incase you all didn't know he fired my mom who has worked her ass off for them he fired her for being unprofessional but he is the one who is unprofessional she was set up by him and the front desk manager Lindsey and the other housekeeper Loraina they complained about my mom for things that wasn't true Allen never looked into the complains just suspended her and wouldn't give her her vacation pay then terminated her and said she isn't getting it. I love how they seem to think ganging up on someone like that for trying to make a living is wrong it's called bullying and my mom is t the only one they had done it too I hope karma bites them in the ass hard.

I am so happy we chose this hotel for our stay. We were in town to participate in the 18.12 Challenge and the staff was so accommodating. They helped us out with a late checkout so we could shower before we hit the road after the run. And they were interested in how the run went when we returned. Overall a great experience.

I stay in Hamptons 250+ nights a year. This was one of the friendliest, cleanest, most professional of them all.

Cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Even the stairwells were spotless. Free breakfast had quite an assortment of items. Tables were cleaned immediately after you left and food area was very clean. Business area was more like a fancy office. Front desk staff were very friendly and so were the cleaning personal. They even offered to clean my vehicle in the morning of snow and frost, I declined, however I did like the offer. I will be staying there again for sure. I snowmobile in the area from out of town (Toronto). Room was clean too, one thing. If you want a tub (me) you have to get a room with a whirlpool tub. I didn't know that and only got a shower stall. Would have been nice to soak in a tub after sledding for 5 hours! In their defence, I could have requested another room but had already unpacked my things and couldn't be bothered. Did I say it was clean? Was it ever. Can't be too clean for me.

Clean, modern, good breakfast and fine location for shopping. Probably the best Watertown hotel — way nicer than Holiday Inn and Ramada.

Stayed overnight on a recent trip to upstate NY. The hotel was beautiful, breakfast was well-stocked and staff was helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Probably one of the best hotels at the best rate you will find any where. And DEFINITELY THE BEST in the Watertown area. And I don't think I've ever stayed in a cleaner, well-maintained hotel any where. Great deal for the money.
