This place is a great hotel! The my also have a great restaurant. Ands they also do amazing events like comedy shows! The only place in town to consistently setting up comedy shows and murder mystery shows. Plus they do great things for the community!

Hilton Garden is one of our favorite places in Watertown to enjoy a sit-down lunch. Always courteous staff and a great variety of menu items. Highly recommend if you haven’t tried it yet!

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn last night using a gift certificate our family received as a Christmas gift. We had a great time and the staff was wonderful! Dinner was great, we got the fish dinners. We also tried the fried cheese curd (to die for) and breakfast was added onto our stay so it was an all you can eat! Our waitress Morgan was so friendly and patient with us! Overall it was a great experience and we will be going back!

We just got back home from our weekend stay there and could not be more satisfied! Such wonderful, friendly, courteous staff, very clean room and the food was excellent! The BEST fried cheese curd I've ever had! Looking forward to the next time we can come and stay!

Had to make a trip to bring my son his car to his first duty station. COVID-19 precautions were taken by the staff, they were very informative upon check-in. Room was clean, with one of the nicest showers I have seen in a while. Notice a light bulb was burnt out, and they were up tp replace it in less than 5 minutes. Room service was prompt and food was hot. This will be my hotel of choice when I visit my son!

Went there today for the first time with a friend was there for 2 hours great staff and the food was excellent.

The holiday buffet was very. Very disappointing! The only items that were good were the salad and the homemade chips! Thumbs down on the German potato salad which was cold, the jerked chicken wrap, the egg sandwich, the chicken cacciatore… The total bill was $20.10 which included gratuities. The bill was somewhat confusing as the gratuity was included in the total but below the total were suggestions for what to add for tipping. It would be easy to add the gratuity on again. All-in-all it was a terrible meal for the price!

It is very nice warm and the beds are super comfortable, the only thing I don’t like is the way breakfast is done.

I was only there for a breakfast and morning conference, but the service, room set up, and buffet were all fantastic. Our dedicated staff, Laura, was very attentive.

Booked a long weekend to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. When we arrived they had complimentary champagne in the room and upgraded us to a beautiful room with a jacuzzi. The staff were amazing, the room was spotless & quiet. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Staff is super friendly, nice and helpful! The rooms are spacious and clean! One little hiccup where my remote didn’t work for the tv. No big deal. When I come back to visit in July I am going to stay here again! I’m on the interstate side and the only time I heard it was when a loud car went through. The black out and sound reducing curtains work great! The restaurant food is amazing! The waiters and waitresses are good and friendly. The breakfast cook is super nice, I suggest the omelet! Overall I am very happy with my stay so far!

The rooms were average, but the service and breakfast were great. Made-to-order eggs and fresh-made pancakes had table service, plus the standard breakfast meat, scrambled eggs, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, and waffles buffet.

Stayed overnight for a LAX tourny. Accommodations were very nice. We were upgraded to a whirlpool room as they had an extra available. Breakfast was tasty and more than enough. All around good place to spend the night.

Prime rib dinner on Father’s Day was delicious. Attentive waitress who was very nice. My wife and I with friends had a great time.

Very happy with my experience with this hotel. I went up to watertown last week because my brother was having a event at Fort Drum. I was very happy I chose this as my hotel to stay. I drove 5 hours and this hotel was nice enough to make hamburgers for me and my brother and keep them on the hot plates because my arrival was way after the kitchen was closing. The bartender was extremely nice upon my arrival. The Breakfast buffest was also excellent for only $12. I had two scramble eggs, 2 chicken sausage patties, and two pieces of French toast and I was extremely happy. Some of the other people that came for the event was very jealous they stayed at other hotels after I told them about my stay here.

Rooms that end in the even numbers are a little noisy. Meaning you will be able to hear the traffic just outside your window. That is why you will conveniently find ear plugs in the bathroom upon checking in. If you want quiet, try getting rooms with an odd number. The room did have a Jacuzzi, which was cool, although it did seem a bit dated. Breakfast was good, everyday, so no complaints there. Gym was o. K. It had 2 ellipticals and 3 treadmills. Weights up 50 pounds and a functional trainer where you can work your whole body out with. I had no issues with service here, everyone was friendly. Give it a try if you are in the area.

Spacious, clean room. Food was excellent. Server could not have been more pleasant, even though we were last minute. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

The hotel was wonderful, it was beautiful inside and out. The staff were great and the rooms were clean and smelt great. The beds where comfortable and huge. Lastly there were always movies on TV because the hotel offered cable and free movies.

We had dinner at the American Grill at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was all very good. Warm Parmesan Garlic Bread was so good. We had the Haddock Special for $12. I was surprised the lower price for the special as most places have specials and charge more for them.

Very nice. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Best check in experience I've had in a while. If you get a room on the highway side it will be a bit loud at night. They should have thicker soundproof windows. Other than that it's all good.

Went for the Easter brunch 1045 seating it was good everything was very good except for the desserts. Everybody at the table try to get a cake or whatever some sort switch you know they were out there but every single one was stale so I know they were left out in the lobby area but probably left out before they went out when being thawed if a frozen product maybe leftover a little too long not sure but that was the only minus which all in all is very good I gather. We were a party of 7 oh and got coffee by a maintenance guy which I hopefully hopefully hope he got tipped out.

I went for lunch to have a Philly cheesesteak and the food and service were amazing. The Philly cheesesteak was perfectly cooked and tasted great and the waitress was very attentive to our needs.

Great location, easy to see from the interstate. This location does not come with a free breakfast they do have a very well-stocked breakfast buffet but it’s going to set you back $12. It has a good size workout center a nice pool and a number of meeting rooms. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed, which had your plugs in the room. If you are given an even numbered room don’t take it you’ll be on the I-81 side of the building and you’ll hear every trucker who drives-by.

We brought the whole family to get rid of some cabin fever. Went swimming and used the hot tub. Amazing services and very accommodating.

Nice stylish hotel with good service.

Stayed here last night. I'm with a motorcycle group planning a rally this September. The rooms were very nice, great breakfast and plenty of rooms for seminars. Staff was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back in September. Five stars!

Very accommodating staff, they made us feel right at home. The complimentary cookies were delicious. It was a quiet Sunday in February, we had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves.

My family and I had a very sad and stressful week after the passing of my father-in-law. We booked a conference room for a buffet luncheon for family and friends the day after his services. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Thank you Davena, Sean, April and the rest of the staff for making this day relaxing for our family. We appreciate you very much.

Attended a wedding at this location. The wedding was really short notice but with the time given everything the hotel provided was top notch.

Purchased the ultimate date night package for my wife and I as a simple night out. The jacuzzi room was absolutley stellar and clean beyond any other hotel room I've stayed in thanks to our housekeeper Jessica goutreau. The flowers were amazing, dinner at the grille was mind blowing good! The soft yet firm bed ensured I got a fantastic nights sleep. We took advantage of the breakfast voucher included with our date night package and the service was beyond compare. This was THE BEST hotel experience I have ever had. Fantastic staff, great food and a superb experience.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, based on local recommendations and we were quite impressed. I had an Italian dish and my husband had a burger, and we were very happy with both meals. The bill was not too high, and our server was terrific. Would add my voice to the recommendations we got.

Really great hotel. We stayed here with guests for a wedding. The hotel was very accommodating & the entire staff was super friendly. The key cards seem to be a little sensitive and deactivated several times throughout our stay, but it was pretty easy to get them activated again.

Conveniently located, this well-appointed and up-to-date facility offers a comfortable stay. The spacious lobby and lounge area has a delightful staff and a great atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable with expected amenities commensurate with the price.

Very clean and quiet room with several places nearby to walk to for food, plus the restaurant downstairs. Breakfast was good, and the staff was very accommodating, letting us grab some breakfast before they really opened. My shower though couldn't be cooled off enough to be used, no matter the position. Even with the water just trickling out of the shower head, it was scalding hot.

Amazing! Beautiful, comfortable and everyone on staff is awesome. From a warm welcome at check-in, outstanding dinner, clean and comfortable rooms, we enjoyed a great relaxing swim, and after a restful sleep, the best breakfast! Can't wait to come visit again!

Probably the best hotel in Watertown, the rooms are always spacious and clean. The American Cafe inside the hotel is also pretty good and offers room service. It's definitely a hotel I will go back to.

Great hotel with great staff the food is amazing. I keep coming back for these reasons the best stay ever. I am already looking forward to coming back and we didn't check out yet lol. I also have to mention I use the pool and hot tub and it is always so clean. I give a 5 in a heartbeat.

Love this place! We stayed here for a week until our household goods arrived. Wonderful staff, terrific food… everything was well maintained and spotless. I would highly recommend staying here. Very attentive staff… I just cant say enough about what a terrific experience we had!

All of the staff are wonderful! They try to make every guest feel important and special, including the kids. Food looks and tastes good. Only thing I think they could improve on would be making the pool water a little warmer.

The conference room was beautiful, set up with a large projection screen and TVs that displayed the slide shows and videos. They provided coffee, tea and water and vitamin water, along with snacks like granola, fruit and chocolate covered pretzels. It was all very nice!

I started at the Hilton Garden Inn in Watertown ny. The staff were all pleasant and truly made an active effort to make my stay better.

Romantic weekend for our anniversary… Hotel staff was friendly, room was great, we evn stayed and ate at the hotel restaurant. Our waitress left a little to be desired, but the other wait staff was fantastic.

My wife and I were on our way driving to Boston for Christmas and we planed to stop over in Watertown Garden Inn on the Christmas Eve. At check in Katrina at the Front desk was very friendly and professional and greeted us with a warm smile, which was very welcoming. Then we decided to have a quick bite at the lobby lounge before we head up to the room since it was late. Robert at the bar was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were value for money but the service was outstanding. Following day morning (Christmas Day) we saw Katrina again with a big smile saying merry Christmas to us and looked very happy to work even though she was working back to back on Christmas Eve and Christmas day morning. That showed her professionalism and the enthusiasm towards her job. All the servers at the breakfast bar were extremely friendly and were always with a smile. Karen was our server that morning and she was very friendly. She made our day by being of great service to all our family before we start our long drive to Boston. Since the overall experience was such a great one we decided to stop at this hotel for lunch on our way back to Toronto. The lunch server was Amanda and she was equally good and that surprised me with the service constancy at this hotel and it was quite impressive. I witnessed the most impressive thing about the service of this hotel staff after we reached home.

I stayed here for one night on the trip to thousand islands. The clerk was really nice. The room was clean and the mattress here is adjustable. The most impressive is the breakfast. Fascinating.
