We lost our home to a fire and were put into a room at the hotel behind Denny’s. The staff has been so amazing, understanding, kind and courteous. Everything we’ve needed while has been their number one concern and are VERY speedy in getting us items such as towels or bedding. We couldn’t have asked for better service during this tough time.

I was displaced by a fire and my workplace put me up here. I love that the place is pet friendly, as I have a cat. I have really been enjoying the complimentary breakfasts! Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Very Nice Rooms and the Pillows are too Small & Thermostat didn’t Work I tried putting it on 70 and it went back to 74 there’s something wrong with it I would get it Fixed.

Be very careful, they have BED BUGS! My family and I stayed there last year and found a bed bug in our room! All they do is move you to another room to spread them.

Have stayed there several times. It's always clean and staff are very friendly. Had a terrible experience with 2 other hotels in town and will never go anywhere else from now on.

I can't rate the guest rooms because I have never stayed at the hotel. The meeting rooms were nice and the functions seemed to run smoothly. Ample parking and a good location.

Worst hotel, Definitely needs a remodel. Very old hotel, Stinks everywhere. Door is really jammed. Kids cannot open the door. I would highly recommend to stay away from this hotel. This hotel requires definitely a remodel. AC is was not working and it was really hot and they suggested to use control on machine instead of the thermostat on the wall. After that Only Cools one part of the room. Terrible place to stay with family.

Very nice property. Easy to get to with restaurants and shopping right there. Grounds were very clean. King suite was huge. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast area and it was well stocked. All front counter staff were very pleasant.

The hotel overall is really nice and comfy. The breakfast is good. The rooms are very clean along with the warm pool and fitness room. 5 stars!

Ended up here after our flight was cancelled over mechanical issues. They picked us up in their Comfort Inn Taxi. It did take them a while to get us even though it is just 10 minutes away. In their defense, they were going back and forth taking different families. I was able to easily hook up my child's carseat in the Taxi. If we needed to go to the store or out to eat they would take us. When we got there and saw I had a baby they offered a crib and immediately went and put it in the room. Very family friendly place.

The rooms were clean. The AC units were not working in one of our rooms but the staff was attentive and worked diligently to fix it for us. The front desk staff, especially Courtney, was helpful and very attentive to our needs. We appreciate what the staff did for us. It helped us enjoy our stay during our visit for a wedding. Thank you!

Nice hotel. Staff were mediocre. Didn't seem interested that through staying there that we were helping them keep employed. A "thank you for staying with us. We hoped you enjoyed your stay", would be better than the "Have a good day" after I handed in my room cards. He seemed to be bothered that I interrupted his other more important work on the computer.

I was at Comfort inn for a work event. The conference room is a nice space to use. The staff are friendly and help us with anything we need during our time there!

Was supposed to over night at that location on April 22nd and had to cancel due to emergency in Ottawa. Although I was passed the time of free cancellation the Manager of that hotel Aimée Compo was so kind to process my room cancellation free of charge I did received an email that my cancellation was in fact processed free of charge. I was in a Michigan the day before driving to Watertown New York state when I made the reservation. I decided to stop by mid afternoon the next day to check on the status the front desk employee showed kindness and understanding and confirmed the cancellation. That showed me how nice the manager and her employees are at that hotel. I was able to use their business service area in the lobby to check my email and print important paperwork to cross the border in Canada. I will for sure stay there next time I am in town just because of the service I was provided. The lobby area was nice and clean, the business services area was well equipped and the price of the room at the time or my reservation the day before seemed to be fair.

Can't beat the suites! A great value when travelling with small kids. Breakfast wes decent and the pool was warm. Free popcorn in the lobby is nice. Could use some larger towels at the pool.

Located behind Dennys on Arsenal Street. Good location for easy access to other businesses on arsenal street, the mall and movie theater, and Walmart/Target. Planet Fitness and grocery stores very close to the hotel if you have an extended stay.

The hotel was great and the rooms were very spacious and clean. The only downside was the pool wasn't open. I called the front desk at 8am and they said that they were opening it back up. They never opened the pool until 11am and we had to check out by noon. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but we booked this hotel as a mini vacation for our kids and the pool was the main attraction.

I don’t expect much from this chain but J. Harris the desk manager was rude and full of snark when we checked in. He was borderline offensive so that process wasn’t very nice. Then our toilet wouldn’t stop flushing but we figured out we can jimmy with the handle, there were big stains on both beds (but whatever, it’s the Comfort Inn), but here’s the worst part. Breakfast is all wrapped in garbage. Single use plastic utensils, creamers, condiments, yogurts, all that go straight to landfill, and there isn’t a recycling bin anywhere to be seen. Luckily we brought our own silverware but there isn’t a sink to rinse anything. There were two women changing garbages and pressuring us to eat waffles who could easily bus tables: buy a dishwasher, some real plates, cups, and cutlery, and stop trashing the planet. P. S — all the female staff were super nice :)

Clean handicap accessible rooms. Also pet friendly. The only hotel I reserve a room at for when my parents are in town. Would give it a 5 star, but last time I checked my parents into their room, I had a little trouble. Otherwise love this hotel.

There was a large group of noisy guests next to our room. Running up and down the halls and being loud at 2:30am. The front desk attendant spoke to them twice and told us she would speak to the manager in the morning. When I asked the manager the following morning about the status of the situation he proceeded to be rude about it. I asked if he will let us know by the afternoon, he agreed. I asked him if he had my room number and my info he said I'll just figure it out. Like how? Needless to say, never heard from him. Will not be staying there anymore and neither will anyone I know.

Great Hotel with friendly staff. They have breakfast included and comfortable rooms. The van can take you if you are going somewhere close, which is great in case you don't want to walk or it's winter time! Lately when booking hotels, it just seems that as you go up in price, the least the client gets. Instead here you pay a reasonable price and you still get a complementary breakfast and Free Popcorn at night!

This hotel is located within a few minutes drive of the Salmon Run mall, as well as many major stores: Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Kohl's, Big Lots, to name a few. If you are headed to Watertown to shop, this is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly, and very quick to respond to your needs. They also provide a hot/cold Continental breakfast.

Nice pool, clean facilities, well kept property. Breakfast was good, but crowded. Fair amount of noise from some young guests.

Overall not a bad experience. Hotel was nice, accommodations comfortable, breakfast was good, location good, staff friendly. Only complaints was the daily encounters with flies in my room. Everyday a half-dozen flies would park themselves on the ceiling and stare at me. At first it was unnerving. Swatting them gave me something to do so I suppose you could classify it as a hotel-provided activity. Towards the end, I thought about naming them. The other complaint was the crappy Wi-Fi. When it worked it was poor but the connection would drop out after a few minutes and re-connection was a pain. Tried to FaceTime (Audio only) with the spouse several times but connection would drop. If Wi-Fi is a requirement, I would NOT stay here.

Beds looked fresh. Bathroom was clean. Best of all was breakfast, it was just what I like… Greek yogurt, banana and other fruit. Apparently, bananas are hard to come by in Upstate New York. I'm from Southern California and everybody has bananas! But this was the only hotel that had them during our week-long journey.

Would definitely not recommend. There were about a dozen flies between the curtain and the window. Not that this has anything to do with the hotel itself, but guests in the room next to mine blasted music and were loud much of the night. Room generally felt dirty and smelled of smoke and moth balls. Stay at a different hotel, there's a bunch in the area.

A very nice hotel. Unlike other places I have stayed, there was plenty classy breakfast even though we went to the kitchen 45minutes before closing. The showers were excellent, with strong pressure, although the shower drain was slightly slow. The signs for the stairwell are not that obvious, so many of us had to wait for the elevator for extended times when we could have used the stairs.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It is clean, spacious, accomodating. And the staff are some of the nicest and friendliest people I've ever seen. I stay here frequently, and I highly recommend this hotel if you visit the North Country.

We loved our stay at Comfort Inn. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff member who checked us in was quick despite being very busy. She was able to recommend a delicious dinner spot and was very pleasant. Express check out was great! Get up and go! Recommend!

Check in was great and Jason was very helpful and informative. The room was perfect and we slept very well.

Good location, great indoor pool, power breakfast, professional and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean beds, dated bathroom but clean thought. We had great stay.

Good location and amenities. The rooms were quite large and had a separate bedroom with a door for privacy.

The room was clean and in good condition. Size wise, the two double beds took up about 80% of the floor space. The room had a small desk, dresser/tv stand that also housed a small microwave and a small fridge. We chose this hotel because it has a pool and the hotel allows dogs. We have a tiny dog so the size of the room was not an issue. For a medium size dog (ie German Shepard), the room may have been a bit tight with the dog's crate. A Denny's is attached to the hotel with a walk way.

Room was clean. Nicely furnished. Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy, but a great place to stay.

This hotel was much nicer than I expected however the price was not much less than other higher end hotels. I would have expected to pay much less than I did. The room was fairly clean overall however some updates are needed in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet selection was great. The hotel desk workers were very pleasant and helpful.
