So let’s just start out with this! Check in time on the website when I booked said 2:00 when we arrived at 2:45 we were told our room wasn’t cleaned and we couldn’t check in till 3:00 (so your gonna clean my room in 15 minutes), however the sign posted also said check in at 2:00. So let’s move forward to when we did check in mind you the room we booked was a suite with a stove and dining area, and a pool that we were told was not usable! So upon arriving to attempt to go to our room, walking up the sidewalk to see moldy pizza all over that had apparently been there for at least three days I would guess. We will skip forward to opening the door to our room which was nothing but a dirty room with wallpaper falling off, mold all around the bathroom a stand that held the TV (guess we should be lucky it had one of them 😂), that looked like it was ready to fall over. No stove, no dining area. So after a whole 10 minutes of being in this room I would not put a wild animal in, we went back to the office to address our concerns. We were then told that they didn’t have any suites available so that’s what we got. I think not!
