Fantastic location in the middle of Manhattan.

We have just returned home from a fabulous trip to NYC. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. It was clean, comfortable, the perfect location and had everything we needed for our 9 year old daughter. We loved our kitchen area, very much like staying in a condo! Staff were lovely and very helpful! 5 stars ⭐️

Close to Central Park and Times Square. Very well placed. Very friendly staff. We'll be back.

The staff and concierge at the Manhattan Club were wonderful! So kind and helpful. Our rooms were always clean and tidied when we got back from a day of adventures. The Junior suite was the perfect size. Only wish they would bring the complimentary breakfast back. That would have been a huge convenience for my family of four. Also, please pick a new scent for the bath products. Thanks!

Very polite and accommodating staff. Our check-in and entire stay was smooth. They are following all COVID protocols. We felt everything was very clean and sanitized. The dishwasher in the kitchenette made it easy to ensure that all dishes were sanitized. Bathrooms were updated. Just ask for high floor/ view and they will accommodate. We are so happy we’re able to exchange for this property and always have a condo to come to in NYC!

Great location. We had the Jr suite, it had everything we needed for a longer stay! Mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. Complimentary breakfast was grab and go which means you pick a few items and they pack it for you to eat in your room. Friendly staff.

Enjoyed 5 days here at the Manhattan Club, and was very pleased with my experience. This was my first trip to New York City, and the staff was very helpful in suggesting the best places to go and most efficient way to get there. It's also located very close to many of the main attractions nearby, so it's very convenient. Every one of the staff I encountered were very friendly and went above and beyond. The room was nice and clean, and fairly large. The lounge area is beautiful — nice atmosphere, quiet, sophisticated, and the view is lovely. Would love to stay here again next time I'm in the city.

Excellent location. The gym is always clean and well equipped. Generally speaking, the hotel is well taken care of. Not a luxurious hotel, but rooms are comfortable and functional. Service can improve, but all around staff is always friendly.

Manhattan Club feels like home. I love hotels that feels homey. I really felt like it's the essence of NY. The fitness center is accessible, clean and well maintained which I appreciate a lot in most hotels. The service was good. Everyone greeted me when I went there. The location is unbeatable too.

We loved our room, which upon our arrival was upgraded complimentary to a junior suite, it was very clean and beautiful. I enjoyed the central location of the hotel as it was right across the street from the icon parking lot and very close proximity to central park and times square. The staff was excellent and very courteous and professional and overall contributed to the wonderful experience me and my family had during our trip. Highly recommend.

It goes by park central hotel now. Great customer service. A very morden hotel, well decorated with key room cards to access the elevator. The room and bathroom were of great size with a nice view. Wide window and a very clean room & bathroom. However, the hallway was smelling marijuana. My guess someone was either smoking it in their room or the staircase. We reported it on our way to dinner but it was as if they did not because the smell was still there when we returned.

We stayed in three in April 2018. Very Good facility and very professional staff. It Was our second time here and definitely there will be many more. Number One — Top.

Stayed at the Manhattan Club Hotel for a first family visit with a 21months old toddler to NYC and we were glad we did. Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in and it really started off our week-long holidays really well. From checking in with friendly staff, Ciara to bags been taken up by the most helpful and professional, Jesse we were truly impressed. Throughout our stay, we found the hotel to be very welcoming, super central to everything, extremely clean and well decorated, great amenities and all the staff were very nice and approachable at all times. Thanks to John who often helped us with directions and recommendations. We loved absolutely everything about our stay and we'll definitely stay here again. As I got on this trip, this means that the Manhattan Club Hotel will forever be special to us and we look forward to seeing you in 2019 (God willing). Oh forgot to mention too that despite been very central and with all the hustle and bustle outside, it's very quiet and tranquil inside. Our suite had a dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave which were so handy for preparing and storing our baby's food. We've stayed in a lot of hotels around the world but this is by far the best best 4* we've ever stayed in and we truly recommend it 100% to all types of travellers. Thanks guys for the excellent service, keep up the great work because you're exceptional at what you do.

Very nice accommodations. Looks like there's some renovations planned and/or recently done on certain floors. Owners' lounge was very relaxing. Staff was very helpful & pleasant. The door to our suite slams when it closes — annoying. Housekeeping was really nice and thorough. Had a pretty good stay.

Great place to stay! Very nice hotel with a perfect location. We've been able to walk to tons of attractions. The staff has been super helpful and has pointed out lots of local gems we would have otherwise missed.

Love this place… it's like home to us… raised our 3 kids here… now they all live here… MD, RN, & works at Tesla… everything is always perfect here! … Your Greatest Asset… Joel Anthony and the rest… they personalize the feeling of home… you're building is your building… that is "our house"… all those guys are… "The family"

Our second trip to this location. Rooms are nice and clean. We have stayed both trips in the Metro suite. Little kitchen nook, with microwave, small fridge, not so nice coffee maker. Small kitchen sink, nice plastic if plastic can be nice, bowls and cups. Works no more than we are in the room, but love to have real coffee cups in the morning. Nice bathroom with large shower only. Queen size bed, small size which is comfy. Good closet for two. Quite rooms, you don’t hear the neighbors. We arrived at 3pm check in is not until 4pm, ran out has a late lunch. My only complaint 4pm room not ready… the lady Viana at the front desk, was not so nice. She said “your rooms not ready” well ok. I ask will you let me know? Her response “yes” 430 I walked back up to the counter, her response oh it’s ready now. Really everyone has a bad day, but everyone else has been amazing, smiles and very helpful.

If you are not American and you do not know well speak English pay attention.

An iconic club near Carnegie Hall. Updated. Reasonable. Not hip but not pretentious. A very high level of hospitality. A Cadillac.

The Manhattan Club has quite a convenient and pleasant location, about two blocks away from Central Park and a few more away from Times Square. The room itself was very cleanly and tidy, and the amenities provided we're excellent. The service at the front desk was very kind and pleasant, checking in and out proved to be no issue whatsoever.

This is a great place to stay in the city! We had a 1 bedroom unit and it had the best hide a bed I have ever seen in a hotel room, very comfortable! This hotel is located mid way between central park and times square. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel. It definitely has signs of age, like anything in NYC, but it's well taken care of and clean. The staff is very nice and attentive. Especially the cleaning staff, they're on top of things even more so than expected. They pretty much wipe down and pick up everything for you each day. I enjoyed my time there.

The location of the hotel is ideal if your idea is to know all Midtown Manhattan, you will find Times Square and Broadway within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, have heating which is important in winter. The only problem is that taxes and service rates make your stay cost 35 percent more than expected, which I think is an exaggeration, I understand that prices in new York are high in these areas but should find a way that the CLI The final entity does not absorb all these concepts.

Beautiful hotel and owners club bar. Be wary of the cost of drinks. Beer selection is limited and the draft size is at best 12oz. Wine runs you about $17 a glass and the bartender barely knows what varietals he has and definitely doesn't know the vintage or origin. Overall expect to pay as much as you would for a grocery store quality bottle of wine and get a glass.

Great location in NYC! The 26th floor was a great option for a casual drink and relaxation after a long day of walking in the city. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful the concierge was also pleasant and helpful. This is a great centrally-located hotel close to all of the big sightseeing destinations.

Great location and well appointed rooms. The hotel is quiet inside due to its mostly older clientele. The bad: the hotel has either heat or ac depending on season. When I visited in November my room was a bit warm and there was no method to resolve this. You can't really open the windows at night because the streets stay noisy until 0300.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… My husband and I stayed with my parents in a junior suite for one night. Outdated room the first and second night with a worn out, terribly uncomfortable mattress. Spoke with the manager who did move us to a more updated room with a "new mattress. " This mattress was about as comfortable as sleeping on the floor. It's the hardest mattress I've ever slept on. I spoke with another manager who was supposed to contact housekeeping to bring up a mattress pad. Instead I got a call from the housekeeping supervisor who said they had no mattress pads and she would bring a comforter to add padding. Housekeeping serviced the room and added a mattress protector which had zero padding. I will be sleeping on the coach tonight. A decent mattress and follow through of service seems like hotel management 101. Try harder.

Lovely hotel, central location. Friendly staff good amenities. Only reason I didn't give five stars was the decor needed a little attention. Wall paper was peeling in a couple of places. Other than that great place to stay.

Love this hotel and have a great time and clean, beautiful room every time I come. The desk associates are very friendly, especially Jerry. I always get an upgrade too, even when I don't ask. The bellhops and doormen are some of the best around so make sure you tip them well! Joel is my favorite, he has been there a long time and if you don't know the area ask him for tips like places to eat, we even got a discount after we told him he sent us. My parents have a timeshare here and we will never go anywhere else!

Check in and out were very smooth and even though we got there a little early they let us check our bags. Rooms were good size, comfortable bedding and nice bathroom. There are some small maintenance things that could be improved, wallpaper, shower fittings etc but overall it wasn't that big of a deal. Very convenient location to Carnegie Hall, Central Park and Times Square.

Check in was a breeze. We arrived early so or room was not ready, but the bellman held our bags while we explored the city. When we came back later we just had to show ID and we were given our keys. The suite was cozy but ample for our needs. We weren't cramped, but only three of us were in the room. The suite was clean and quiet. I am happy with this place and would come back. Staff are friendly and attentive.

The location is convenient, close to attractions like Central Park and Times Square. The service is great, the employees are always offering to help. The rooms are large and in good condition.

The rooms are spacious and quite beautiful. There are 26 floors with a fantastic gym at the top of making gains. Sadly there is not pool, but the hotel makes up for this by having super sweet revolving doors. Room service comes by everyday and the staff are willing to comply with customer requests.

Overall it was a pretty nice hotel, but I was expecting better for my night there. The room seemed really dark though and even having the blinds open didn't seem to help. One of the outlets was broken. But the staff seemed very nice and accommodating, and it was a clean hotel. I got the room for a pretty nice deal, but it wouldn't have been worth it at its full price.

Logistically located in a perfect location to visit New York. It has everything you need no frills… clean efficient staff. But without exaggeration.

The people are friendly and sweet. I enjoy my stay. My parents own in this hotel and they injoy the hotel as well.

Great hotel right by Central Park. The staff is just awesome, rooms are great… damn you guys at the Manhatten Club: you've seriously made my first time in NYC absolutely awesome!

The location is phenomenal. Close to transit and Central Park which lots of decent food near by. Room is very large for Manhattan which is nice. That said the thermostats are very old in the room and it doesn't get cool enough with the AC going full blast. Decor is absolutely ancient and a lot of communications don't work correctly. Constant 403 errors on Wi-Fi and phones that don't work. This hotel stay was chosen and paid for by another party, I would probably choose elsewhere as there's better comforts at hotels with equally nice locations.

Great place from what I have seen. My friend owns there and we meet 2 times for business each month. Location tops in my opinion. I have seen the rooms and gym. All looks good. You might say no restaurant on premises but all of central park and eateries are a stones throw away. Carnegie deli one block away. Horse and carriage ride always fun, if you have the cash.

We are owners at the Manhattan Club and stay there almost every year. I wouldn't say we've never had any problems there over the years, but only minor ones. We love the location and feel like it's our 2nd home.

It was Perfect in many ways — — location, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, cleanliness, unit decor, prompt attention to any concern, and amenities! We loved our stay there! We arrived early and were given a unit on the 12th floor immediately, a welcomed surprise! We have stayed in expensive hotels in NY with very small rooms, less friendly and less accommodating staff, and with much less to offer! Our unit was a one bedroom with a king size bed, sofa bed in the living area, two nicely appointed baths, and small kitchenette. A nicely updated unit and plenty large enough for the two of us since we were out most of the time. We did wish that we would have reserved two bedrooms for more privacy, especially when we each had a day in the unit due to different mild ailments. Housekeeping staff was so friendly — they greeted us, smiled, gave nice comments whenever we saw them and expressed concern on the day we were not feeling well. They offered to help in any way they could. The desk staff and door staff were extremely helpful and friendly as well. They greeted us with smiles, addressed any questions, and attended to our few requests. We had a few problems with our suite such as the blind fell one day when trying to pull it down, a hair dryer was not working, and a window on our 12th floor was not shut tightly.

Nice room close to central park. Only negative was not being able to check in until 4ish. Staff friendly, room neat and clean.

The room was fantastic and I loved staying there. The only complaint I had was the $20 breakfast was no more than coffee and donuts. Seemed a bit lackluster. We got the breakfast for free so it didn't hurt but I expected a bit more. Overall I loved the place and would go again!

The hotel room was really nice. The mattress left something to be desired. The breakfast was where they lost me completely. $20 breakfast that was just continental. There weren't even a diverse amount of options. I was disappointed for that being a four star hotel.

I stayed here with my mum for 7 nights, as part of a RCI exchange. I was extremely apprehensive about the stay because of all the negative reviews. I was so pleasantly surprised on all levels. The location was excellent, the staff seemed pleasant and helpful at all times, but most of all our apartment was excellent. Clean, modern, spacious and daily room service. On the one occasion I had to contact the front desk regarding resetting the safe code, some one was there within minutes. All I can say to future guests is, don't believe all the negative comments, I don't think the Manhattan Club deserves it.

We spent an amazing week in this hotel, close to everything, very good customer service, bilingual, excellent service. Steps from Central Park, Columbus Circle, etc, everything on hand.

The Manhattan Club is a great hotel in the downtown Manhattan area. It's right next to Carnegie Hall and just a few blocks from Central Park and Times Square. Staff and valets are friendly and polite, and quick to help you if you need it. The Metropolitan Suites we booked are small, but have all the necessary amenities for a short stay. The only reason this hotel did not get 5 stars is that when we got into our suite, the pull-out sofa-bed was missing springs and the mattress sagged. It was near midnight when we arrived, so hotel staff quickly offered possible temporary solutions for the night and then management solved the problem in the morning.

Loved, loved, loved our stay at The Manhattan Club! It has the best location; close to Central Park and Times Square! I will definitely stay there again.

Smooth, pleasant and better than expected.

Best experience I've ever had at a hotel in my life. My mom, my sister and I stayed for a girls trip during the week. We are just average people, not rich and not poor and we were treated as if we had 100 bills falling out of our pockets. The staff went above and beyond to meet our every need regardless of how big or how small the request. Every staff member (housekeeping, front desk, concierge, security, baggage etc. ) that we interacted with were gracious, giving and had such warm smiles. It was my first visit to NYC and I will come back to this hotel in a heartbeat. It seems as if this hotel loves it's employees and they in turn love their jobs. Great Great Great! Y'all rock.

Great hotel! Walking distance to many popular areas, famous sites, and amazing restaurants. Beautiful, well-kept rooms and for a relatively cheap price for the location. Very helpful service with a fantastic bar/lounge on the 26th floor overlooking the city.

It is a great place to visit. But do not purchase a timeshare there. The NYSAG has issued a court order barring all sales and foreclosures calling it a "bait and switch " scam. TMC is under continued investigation and their is a class action lawsuit against them. Doesn't paint a pretty picture for the developer. Owners have sold their share for $1 just to get out from under it. Owners pay $2000 maintenance fees and can't book any nights because they are not available to them. They have a 9 to 12 month RULE for owners to book their dates in advance. People have spent 20, 30, 40 thousand dollars on their shares and find they can not use them, sell them, rent them etc. They are stuck and out thousands of dollars. I know. I am an owner since 2003. If you want to stay in NYC book a Marrriott, a Hilton, a Sheraton. You'll be supporting TMC owners and customer service will excel at these other well known hotels. Thank you for your support.

I was given a room by 2 when we were 4, this says it all: a couch turned into bed that obstructs the passage you remember for a long time. For goodness sake, Nice staff, helpful and with knowledge of Italian and Italy, but I'm finding that these characteristics are common to all New Yorkers.

I've always enjoyed the staff espeically the concierge desk. They will explain the tradeoffs, give great directions for using public transit, and have suggestions of options I'd never considered. I've been an owner for 20 years and always love coming back. The annual fees may be high but it is still a savings over comparable hotel costs in the same neighborhood. A memorable investment for me.

I've attended several events here in the past and their ballrooms are spacious and impeccably decorated. The entry staff is also courteous but keep in mind they strongly enforce the dress code. Though the lobby is quite large, it is not really encouraged to hang out in the area so make sure you plan the timing of meeting up with people here. I don't know if the light bites passed around at the events were catered by the Club, but they were passable.
