Very nice, very clean close to all places that we want to go and see.

Although Krystal and Miquel were amazing and did their best to accommodate us in the best way possible, they were unable to convince upper management to further accommodate us for time and sleep lost on our trip. After traveling all the way from Florida, we used our points to stay at this hotel, specifically for this location, the gorgeous rooftop terrace and the beautiful Penthouse Suite. The ceiling leaked all night long, only to get worse and ended up with Sheetrock falling from the ceiling. If we had not moved the pullout couch our children were sleeping on away from it, the Sheetrock would literally have fallen on them. Our plans were to get up early and explore the city with our children. Instead, we were on the phone with management trying to get answers all night and day waiting on them to make things right. As a guest of this Titanium Elite Rewards Member, apparently the rewards for any level of member will get you nowhere.

Very comfortable hotel. Even greeted with welcome gift for being Titanium member. Likely become my choice for Manhattan stays.

Great location for our young family. Right in the middle of everything without the hustle and bustle of Times Square. The hotel was very clean with very helpful service. The room was also a great size for the 4 of us and the kitchen was great to have.

Prior to checkout I probably would have given it a 4, but when the staff conspires with an unscrupulous driver to defraud guests heading to the airport… well I would tell people to go elsewhere. Housekeeping staff lack of attention to detail puts that category as a 2. Even with staying 7 nights we had a tiny room with no view. 2. … Most staff encountered during our stay were nice 5. I have complained about the fraud issue and will see if Marriott corporate will take action, standy.

Great location, superior service, stayed in room 1231 a corner room with huge terrace, felt like a New York apartment. Highly recommend this mid town hotel.

Quite possible the worst check out experience of any stay. We stayed for a month and while our stay was fine, when we checked out, our bill was wrong and we were charged an erroneous room fee for each of the 29 nights. We were told it would be corrected (they needed a manager who wasn't there to manually correct the charge? ) and would be emailed the correct bill (and update the charges on our credit card) later that day. It's been a week and after many emails, it has yet to be corrected! Still waiting…

A very good apathotel with a very good breakfast. Fruits included in d breakfast buffet. The rooms are very clean and the room service is great! It's location in Manhattan is good for tourism. Had a good experience.

This was one of the most plesant stays ever. Friendly staff, very clean room and the breakfast was fantastic. Herbert made the breakfast dining experience so enjoyable. He was so helpful and attentive. The whole dining staff was just awesome. Even the housekeepers were on point with towels and anything else we needed. Very convenient location to Time Square, Rockefeller Center and Broadway. This is my hotel of choice when visiting NYC.
