1. Great staff: friendly and helpful; 2. Very comfy room with a wonderful bed (loved the tv) ; great sheets 3. Beautifully decorated apartment overall; 4. Kitchen was very dirty at arrival, which ruined my intention to have breakfast & dinner at home (-I was groced out) 5. AC blows bad smelling air in at least two of the apartments (-smelled a bit like cat pee) ; dito for the refrigerator; 6. The AC was very dirty and had probably never been cleaned as there was a big pile of dust on it (-really groce) 7. There was a big black nasty cockroach in my bed (the first night). My husband caught it and we showed it to the manager. She was kind enough to give us another apartment, but it was a big damper on my first three days (-because I was scared that another cockroach might jump on my bed at any given moment). 8. Conclusion: I was very disappointed, because the apartment is very beautiful. It’s a real shame that cleanliness is not on point. I can get over the cockroach, but I can’t get over the lack of hygiene.
