All around just a very cozy atmosphere… love the firepit outside too. & the beds — OH MY!

The location is close to major stores, the staff here are top Notch! The Bistro is really good and great service too! The rooms are super comfortable. Lucky for me I get to be here for the next 2 monthsI highly recommend this hotel as a frequent traveler that I am.

Went to job interview. And interviewr was so rude sent me a quetionare I couldnt open the link she just ignired my email.

Two handicapped relatives — neither was given the handicapped room they reserved several months in advance & when finally allowed to switch rooms, had to do it on their own without any help from staff.
Bridal suite I was promised for booking wedding block was not provided at check in. Spent the night before my wedding with my family members switching rooms from whatever other suite I was given to a standard room, so one of my handicapped relatives could have my room. Spent the first hour after my wedding with my wife moving our stuff into the bridal suite that was finally ready, again without any assistance from staff. So instead of a place to relax and enjoy my wedding weekend, I had to spend both nights working and moving around luggage.
But at least I was supposed to have a few hours for a rehearsal dinner the first night which had nothing to do with the room messups, but that was completely destroyed too. For forty dollars a person plus tax for 40 people, we got a couple chafing dishes that each fed about 5 people and that was it until after an hour and a half of complaining to staff & my wedding guests sitting there staring at a table of empty chafing dishes, they finally brought some more food. And, to make it up to us, at the end of the evening, they brought one side order of french fries for all my guests to share.
Obviously, this is what actually happened, since I don't think anyone could make this up if they tried.

We stayed on 7/7/19 which was our wedding night. The manager was very accommodating and helpful. Your hotel us beautiful. We will definitely recommend it. Thanks for a great stay.

All rooms are very large and clean-the bridal suite is enormous! Took a block of rooms for a wedding weekend. Thank you to the staff and special thanks to Jesse, the event coordinator, she's efficient and very organizied, professional, polite and allowed us to enjoy a very hectic weekend.

Everything was fine for the stay — staff was nice, hotel was fine, no noise, close to the park, supermarkets, etc. Etc. Etc. But, about a week since my stay, I was home and looking for a few items of clothing that I had with me during my stay. Called the hotel, front desk manager said she would check with housekeeping and get back to me. I received a voicemail stating that house keeping had nothing on record from cleaning my room after I left. I hate to call anyone a liar, but I know exactly which drawer I left my missing items and it included some clothes that still even had tags on! I called back and left a voicemail and have not heard back from the hotel. Not a nice feeling to know that if you leave something behind, you can't trust the staff to actually submit it as lost & found. Won't be staying here again, and taking it out against all Courtyard Marriotts as well.

Love this Marriott, rooms are very clean the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this Marriott if you’re ever in the Westbury area.

Nice environment, clean room, very comfortable bed, great internet access, friendly front desk staff. Very happy with my stay. Only issue is, I haven't figure out how to run outdoor.

We traveled to NYC for two family funeral services and was exhausted from being in our car. The staff was excellent, the room was wonderful and made our stay great in our time of grieving. I was able to exercise each morning to relieve stress in a very nice work-out room. Thank you and we will revisit this hotel again! We HIGHLY recommend!

Quiet clean rooms, comfy beds, built in usb chargers. Big showers.

New hotel. Very comfortable and nice. Hallways a little warm and free Wifi a little inconsistent. But otherwise very nice.

Very clean modern and comfortable however no free continental breakfast very pricey restaurant.

The cleanest hotel around thus area. I tried Hilton and couple of other places but here has the best layout, most modern design (for young people) including bathroom (seems newly renovated). The facility is very satisfied except the crew services, so never leave anything behind. The cleaning team will never gonna return it. Also do not go indoor swimming pool. My hubby’s black swimming pants became brown after 30min.

Nice and clean hotel with very helpful and nice staff. Breakfast options I find a bit pricy for what you get and the fitness room could use some more equipment like heavier weights and a barbell. Also the temperature was very hot for a fitness area with no option to make it a bit cooler. With those details a very good hotel which I would recommend.

Very clean hotel in a great location. We were in Long Island for a hockey tournament and this hotel was the perfect location. Near several restaurants and stores. We had a queen suite and the room as very nice and super clean. Would definitely stay there again.

A very nice hotel for a decent cost. The room was very large, had a nice TV and nice bathroom with a modern style. The fitness room was adequate however the indoor pool is basically the size of a hot tub. Easy to get to and in a good location.

Nice Hotel but the restaurant (saves who can! ) The service is horrible!
The servers send you back to each other not knowing how to speak French! It does not even try to understand brief happen by chance in this place following the snowstorm I strongly advise you not to place it almost should beg them to order!

I give this hotel — 1000 stars but have to give it 1 only to post my review***** I have always stayed at the Marriott hotels but my experience here was one of the worst experiences I have ever had it my entire life! The hotel claimed we were smoking in the room when there was no smoking going on at all! We even let them check the room to prove that there was no smoking going on and then they left. Then 10 minutes later, the cops are at the door and claimed we gave the managers a hard time when they asked us to leave! They racially profiled us and we’re unhappy to see 6 young black people in the Junior Suite which costs 150 for the night. We were not loud at all and we were very cooperative to the security officer they sent up. After being kicked, we asked to have our money back because there was no smoking going on in the room and they refused to give us our money back! The front desk person didn’t even give us a number or person to talk to it about, he just said we weren’t getting our money back and that’s that. He treated us with no respect at all and showed no mercy for me being a faithful Marriott customer. When I came back the next day to speak again about the incident, I was told the same b/s story and the manager claimed they found evidence of a roll up and it smelled of weed and that they had pictures & a police report. We asked to see the evidence and they said they were not allowed to show me anything even though the report was made on a room under my name!

Stayed there to go to my daughter's wedding, they screwed up all our guest rooms and kept charging our cards and the guest cards. Some friends was sent to rooms that was occupied already. We got not one refund or an apology! Very upset!

Had the rare pleasure of having adjoining rooms when we actually wanted them. Rooms were good but quite dark. No issues with housekeeping. Reception staff were decent but nothing stellar. Great location but weird entrance/approach. Underground parking a plus in the snow.

Rooms are nice, bar area nice. Very new amenities. Front desk staff seemed generally aloof and not too friendly. Bar/bistro hours could be better (10pm close) and if it's not breakfast (ends at 9:30) or dinner (5 to 10) the bar is not open for drinks or coffee. Accidentally broke a glass in our bathroom in the middle of the night, a half-asleep security guard showed up with a broom to take care of it and after a couple half-hearted sweeps walked away. Understand they can only do so much and the glass was due to our accident, but there was still a lot of obvious glass and they should have at least put in for house keeping to come first thing in the morning — but no. Sort of hard to shower in a bathroom littered with glass.

Room not ready by guaranteed check in time of 3 pm. I had to wait at least another 30 minutes with my wife and 7 month old, who was incidentally missing a nap. The hotel had no place for us to change our baby's diaper while we waited. I had tried to check in early at 2:20 pm, and they said it wasn't ready but would be ready by the check in time of 3pm. I wish they had been upfront with me at that point of when the room would actually be ready. We unloaded the car around 3 pm since we thought for sure the room would be ready. At that point it was hard for us to load the car back up to I called Marriott's customer service while I waited for the room to be ready. They put me on hold for 12 minutes while.

Stayed here several times. We use it as our weekend get away. So many things to do and places to eat nearby. Amazing customer service.

This is a great place songs there is a bistro where toy can have dinner when you are exhaustas and don't want to go out. It's pricey but convenient. Only negative id's breakfast is not included.

Power went out during mybatau. Manager called neighboring hotel and got them to let me use their Wi-Fi. Great service. Friendly staff.

This hotel is very nice. Every time I come to Westbury this hotel is my choice even though I'm a hilton girl. The hotel is clean, modern, fridge and microwave with excellent customer service all for a decent price!

Great room for the price. Staff was very helpful. I Wish the rest of NY was as nice and the Westbury police were as helpful.

Stayed here for my wedding. No safes in rooms, and the lighting is terrible in the rooms. Other than that the staff was very nice.

This hotel was great, had to book a room last minute and they were a mid-range price. Had great service, room was spotless, beds were comfy, awesome multi-head shower, friendly staff, and just a short drive to jones beach! Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! Kinda wish I had stayed linger so I could take advantage of the pool, outdoor patio (with fire pit! ) and all the other goodies!

Good hotel. Service levels have improved and the staff is always friendly. You can hear others above and to your sides as walls are fairly thin. Otherwise 5 star.

I love the downstairs lobby. It's super cool and offers a nice place to chill out and relax. The beds are always wonderful and the room feels modern and cool. I really like the atmosphere.

Clean place that is sleek and modern. Standard room is very nice, suite is not impressive whatsoever. We paid a premium to stay in the suite and we liked our standard room much better.

The Courtyard by Marriott Westbury, Long Island is a great hotel. I got a terrific senior rate for a king room. The room was perfect, large screen TV, fridge, microwave, king bed with extra pillows, large windows. Breakfast offered near the lobby, front desk personnel very helpful. Oh… outdoor fire pit, also, and computer area as well.

Liked the decor, newness of it. The bistro is ok. In past, have stayed across the street at Garden Inn and like the breakfast setup much better. Plus free coffee over there. Much better outdoor area at Courtyard.

Very nice decor. Rooms are a little smaller compared to other courtyard hotels I've been to. Guest service is a hit or miss. Asked for 4 additional plastic cups that never came after 2 hrs before I ended up leaving the hotel.

Stayed here while visiting a sick relative. It was a great place to retreat to at night for some peace and quiet. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are nice and fluffy. The outlets right on the beside table are awesome for people who need to (or like to) have their phone close by at night while charging. The bathrooms also allow some space and the showers are nice. The in-room fridge, microwave, and Keurig are awesome amenities. The lobby is very nice and the cafe there is good and serves made-to-order Starbucks beverages. So glad we had this refuge during a tough time.
