Viana Hotel & Spa is by far one of the finest hotels I've visited. From the moment of check-in there's a feeling of WELCOME! The concierge staff is attentive & vested in their guests comfort. Rooms are impeccably designed, room service is fast & reliable, breakfast is complete with everything we required. I will say that the breakfast staff could be more attentive but they were possibly overwhelmed with incoming wedding guests. Overall a wonderful experience & we cannot wait to visit again!

Food Is Great And The Staff Is Awesome.

The highlight of this Hotel and Spa it clean has many activities. The food is delicious swimming pool available. Pool table if you like to play pool. Excellent location and wonderful spa.

My husband and I just stayed here and booked the staycation package. The couples massage and dinner were great! Everyone there was nice and friendly. We had a great time. The only problem was at 130am the fire alarm went off, we went outside and no one was there to assist. We had to go to main lobby where we were told False alarm. The place was busy so someone should have been outside telling us to what happened rather than the guests having to go back into the building to find out it was a false alarm. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here last week with our family the night before the wedding and also our wedding night. The rooms were very clean and very nice, the staff was very kind. My bridal party and I got our hair and make up done at the spa and they were Amazing, Erika and Jill really took care of us. I had called other make up artist and hair stylist in the area and never got back to me. I am so glad that I found Erika Jansen, she took care of my make up and Jill took care of my hair. They were both very nice to me and my bridal party and treated us like family. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience. I definitely recommend not only the hotel but also please contact the spa for any hair and make up needs for any party! They were absolutely amazing!

Nice hotel but ordered room service. Filet mignon ordered medium but had no pink at all. Very overcooked. Carrots and asparagus was very undercooked. Potatoes were bland. Good drinks in bar. Beautiful common areas.
Hot tub not available. Worker at desk here was not friendly or helpful at all.

They do a great job from nails to your feet and relaxing mask stay on hand sanitizer and temperature check.

My husband and I were looking for an amazing and unique get-away for Valentine's Weekend and that is EXACTLY what we found here at The Viana Hotel and Spa!
The staff was so curtious, the entire place was sparkling clean, the couples massage was perfect-one of THE BEST massages I've ever gotten in my life, the 5-Course Dinner made by Chef Devon was just delicious, the cocktails were so beautiful, and the awesome Penthouse Hotel Room with a living room and jacuzzi was just the cherry on top of a magnificent and exquisite night away! Breakfast in the morning was amazing as well! We were there for less than 24 hours but I have been on a high for the whole week!
We are looking to buy this package as a gift for our friends as a wedding gift!

My daughter and I stayed at Viana Hotel and spa last weekend for a much needed relaxation staycation. This place was amazing and the customer service was phenomenal Casey and Allie outdid themselves going above and beyond to accommodate our every need. The hotel itself is beautiful comfortable clean sanitized and safe. The breakfast buffet was delightful. The massage was so relaxing and exactly what was needed. This family owned establishment outdid themselves and making sure we were pampered and well taken care of. Before we even checked out my daughter bought a romance package for Valentine’s Day for her and her fiancé. This place is a hidden gem on Long Island and highly recommend.

Staff are excellent, when you walk in you are treated like a celebrity. The bar makes excellent drinks and the restaurant food is delicious. The massage area is so relaxing.

I reserved the Couples Romance Package and it was wonderful. We had a couple's massage and then checked into our room… which had rose petals on the rug and beds along with chilled champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. I am already looking at the calendar to book in the fall.

Wow! By far the best hotel on Long Island! The clenliness is top level! I was there last week and had such an incredible experience! The amenties are so amazing and sets them apart from the rest!
The employees are so nice! The managers care so much and go above and beyond to offer the best experience. Alicia at the front desk was so nice and you can tell how much she cares about the guests. Her personality is so vibrant and exciting. The rooms were clean and during these crazy times you can see how they are taking every saftey precaution to really ensure the guests have an awesome time! Workers are very friendly and helpful and food is prepared on sight to order. I enjoy my food being cooked up close and personal. The spa very welcoming great massage therapist. Private exclusive spot to hang out. My kids enjoy Sunday morning breakfast at Viana. Overall great one stop place to be.

Viana Hotel and Spa was the perfect hotel for our wedding guests. From the start, their staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. The bar was the perfect after-party spot, and the bartenders were SO kind. The rooms were clean and gorgeous, the space we booked for our morning-after breakfast was decorated beautifully, and the spa services were an additional aspect that we and our guests very much enjoyed. Viana made sure each of our guests received the right gift bag upon checking into the hotel, and were very accommodating. They worked with our bus company to make sure the pickup information was displayed for our guests so they knew exactly when they needed to be downstairs to get picked up for the reception. We hit our minimum number of booked rooms, and they gave us a suite for our wedding night! We absolutely recommend Viana for your hotel needs in the area!

Stayed on my wedding night. Room was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the kitchenette was empty. No utensils, glassware or dishes.

Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is good and the restaurant has a good selection of foods for all tastes. Reasonably priced for this tier of hotel. Not too much in walking distance but, overall, a nice place.

SPA — The manager (veronica) was absolutely amazing! She was the most accommodating, friendly and kind staff I've ever met. This spa had the best services, the nicest staff and the cleanest facility. It was literally the best spas I've ever been to and was definitely the most accommodating and wonderful people I've come across especially in NY. They all deserve a raise! Definitely would highly recommend this spa and will be returning frequently.

Absolutely wonderful inviting atmosphere in the Viana restaurant/bar. I was there for a work event, tired from a long day of travel. I had the pleasure of meeting Christina she was the bartender during my stay. She recommended the most wonderful dinner as I have a restricted diet. Everything was cooked perfectly. I did have a few alcohol beverages (quite a few) each one was amazing! I honestly do not know how she was everywhere at once. Between making sure all guests had what they needed she took the time to actually know her guests. When I am in the area again I will make it a point to stop by and spend some time here! If you are looking for a place to relax before a commute home or staying a few nights Christina has an amazing way of making you feel at home! Stop by you will not be disappointed.

Close to a lot of stores and food. Amazing service. Not a family hotel more adult with a bar on site and pool table with a spa on site and Jacuzzi. Pool only fits 2 people. The room was nice but the air was quite noisy. Lots of room service options and pay movies.

The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful and that they took an interest and what we needed and how I stay was going. The blocks that was equally friendly and provide a great service throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel unfortunately we did not get to experience the spa.

Stayed here for a wedding for two days. For about $450 dollars we received an average room, in need of a fresh renovation, with a broken AC during the hottest weekend of the year. When asked to fix it, it took them an entire day. We essentially received a single night and morning of a semi-comfortable room. No free breakfast, no discount. Their facilities look cheap however their rates are anything but. I was at a Best Western in Berlin that charged far less and was about 5x as nice. Do yourself a favor and stay at a Staybridge or something similar for a fraction of the price, an equal aesthetic, and working facilities! That said, I will note the staff was very polite and acted sympathetic. I'd guess the problem here is with upper management or franchise ownership.

Trip to Melville for work and Hilton was close by. Room is nice and decent shape. Bathroom OK, not great. Large bar/food area in lobby. There was live music on Wednesday — good players doing some Joe Sample as I wandered by. Elevators were hit and miss. One was out on the last day of the trip making it a slow wait. Overall, a nice Hilton with good amenities.

Parking is REALLY limited. I didn't know if there was any street parking but the actual lot was completely full on the night of arrival. The actual hotel, once inside, is gorgeous and smelled really nice when I was there. The lobby is small and tight so it's certainly not a place to gather for a group larger than 3 or 5. The spa looked good but they closed by the time I got there so I couldn't use it. Also a small space. The pool and jacuzzi are in the same room kinda close together. The room was nice. Regular hotel room very soft bed and pillows. I'm a bathroom person so the bathroom was ok. Nothing really over the top about the room other than it was a good place to sleep.

Our guests had such a wonderful experience staying at The Viana Hotel & Spa. Erin, Bella and the entire Viana staff did an amazing job accommodating our requests, helping to arrange shuttle transportation the day of the wedding, and catering to our out of town visitors. The food at Marco Polo is delicious! Some members of our bridal party utilized the Spa downstairs to help get ready for the big day and everyone looked absolutely beautiful thanks to Erika and her team. Our venue was the Westbury Manor and they were amazing at coordinating with them and making it a seamless process to accommodate our guests. When we got back to our bridal suite, we were met with rose petals and champagne — so sweet! We can't recommend The Viana Hotel & Spa enough. If you choose to work with them, reach out to Erin and you will not be disappointed. She is an absolute professional and amazing to work with.

This is five star for me staff and everybody were kind respectful and helped me in any way they could and went above and beyond I will be back to this hotel every time I go to Long Island I love this place I highly recommend it to anyone that stays in Long Island. I highly recommend going to the spa while you are there and using the facilities. Marco Polo Restaurant on the premises great food and Bar I recommend getting the Bolognese cheese thin crust pizza among many things to choose from the menu awesome breakfast also. This is the second time I have visited the Spa at the Viana hotel and I have absolutely loved my experience. In addition to the treatments we have access to a hot tub, sauna, steam room and small pool. The massage I received was great, relaxing and the massage therapist listened to all my needs and concerns. I totally recommend the spa!

The hotel has a private room with a pool table, board games, and other great party activities! There is a bar right across where you can get drinks and bring it back to the private room! It was great. Claudia the bartender was amazing also. Parking is a bit tough and can be hard.

The staff was fantastic going out of their way to make our stay great. The food was spectacular, a varied menu with lots of special dessert treats. The rooms were great, fitness room great, and the swimming pool great fun. I would go for a getaway at another time.

What a lovely, serene oasis. Was treated here today for a birthday gift. Deep tissue massage far exceeded my expectations, I feel like a brand new woman!. Spa services, and amenities were plentiful, clean and well organized. Sorry I didn’t get pics to post I was focused on getting a much needed nap.

Great place to get away. The staff is friendly and their are nice food places nearby. Very clean rooms and bathrooms were well maintained no little mold spots growing.

This hotel is like a hidden gem. I had not heard of it till I went there for a work trip and like the pictures show it's a really nice hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious with modern amenities and furniture. There is music playing in the hallways. The receptionist are great and they make it their duty that you are well taken care of and are comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel in a long while. I definitely look forward to staying there again. Maybe try the spa next time.

Came here for a wedding, the rooms were spacious and nice. Great bar area that stayed open late for our party to keep going, and great hotel staff. The only downside was the completely packed parking lot.

The staff here is absolutely amazing and will do everything they can to accommodate you needs. I was here for 11 nights with 3 kids and a dog and felt welcome and at home throughout our entire stay. The entire staff is amazing especially the front manager Kasey. She is processional, understanding and down to earth. I arrived having one of the worst days of my life and Kacey and Vanessa went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at ease about my stay. I could not have picked a better place. If you are here one night or 1 month they give 110% to make it a wonderful positive experience.

We went to the restaurant, Marco Polo, and later spent some time at the bar. The restaurant was nice. Service and food we're good, although our servers could be a little eager to remove plates and glasses that weren't completed. Better too much attention than too little. Later at the bar, they had several unusual beers on tap, their wine selection was good, and the bartender always seemed in control of a large group.

Hotel rooms were very clean. Comfy beds. Great customer service staff. The lounge area bar tender was very kind. Great music to keep you up and moving.

Staying here was a wonderful experience … the employees were friendly and went out of their way to help and we loved that it's "green" (environmentally friendly). The place was immaculately clean. We also ate at the restaurant there which was surprisingly fabulous with a very interesting menu… Love the whole experience!

My company had a holiday party here and it went smoothly on the side of the hotel. There was a nice cocktail hour where there were two people walked around handing out appetizers and there was a small table with appetizers as well. The main meal was served buffet style in a reception room — pastas, California rolls, and a roast beef carving station. Everything was okay in terms of food. There was also an open bar that seemed fine as well. The staff was helpful in getting everyone settled, which is why this is 4 stars instead of 3.

We spent Saturday night at the Viana Hotel and Spa. Service was amazing. Rooms were immaculate and the food was great! Prices can't be beat! Great place to spend the night!

I booked a block of rooms at the Viana Hotel and Spa for my wedding day and they went above and beyond for us and our guests! My wedding was on a Friday night and everyone got stuck in over 2 hours of traffic. When everyone came to check in, the process was quick and seamless. They even kept the shuttle buses to my venue running for an extra hour free of charge so everyone was able to make it to the cocktail hour. After my wedding, my guests had a great time at the bar that accommodated four wedding after parties until 4 am without a problem. The rooms were clean and spacious-my guests could not stop raving about the accommodations and the excellent customer service. The event staff, namely Erin Herlihy, made the process so easy and stress free. She and the staff put on a beautiful breakfast the next day and they were more than willing to work within our budget. I would highly recommend using the Viana Hotel and Spa — I can't wait to go back there on my first anniversary!

Reserved 2 rooms for my sister's wedding and was promised both would be ready by 1pm. Showed up at 1pm and the rooms were not ready. I had to wait in the lobby, where there were no seats, holding my luggage and tuxedo for over an hour. Didn't get my room until close to 3pm and only got 1 of the rooms (had to get keys to the other room after the wedding) shared the one room and had to get ready for the wedding in 20 minutes even though I was there hours early (obviously no one had time to shower or anything). Staff was not very accommodating about the situation. They offered to text me when the room was ready but that's about it. Didn't give us any discount or free drinks for their severe screw up. After the wedding we had an after party in the hotel lobby. I paid with a credit card and the next day I got a fraud alert because someone used my credit card number to buy a bunch of random things from stores in the area of the hotel. I later found out that the same thing happened to someone else who was there with me. Would not recommend this hotel.

We recently took a block of rooms art the Viana for our son's wedding and had the rehearsal dinner there. The dinner was delicious and handled professionally. The hotel was comfortable and the staff inviting. They helped a special weekend be even more special.

Nice hotel located near Mineola. I was an overnight guest as part of a wedding at Jericho Terrace and the hotel provided a shuttle to the venue. The staff is friendly and the hotel is modern with plenty of amenities including a spa, small gym, restaurant/bar that is open until 11PM. The bar has some good food and the drinks are reasonably priced. The rooms are a little small and the rates are a tad expensive for what they offer, but they're definitely cozy. Overall, a good place to stay.

Beautiful hotel, great for wedding reservation blocks. Pool table and bar in the back is great for hanging out. Bar tender gave me a free cup of coffee as I explored the hotel.

The Catering Hall was welcoming and clean. The buffet food was good and they have an entertainment room that can be used by party guests that was definitely a highlight of my night.

Based on other reviews I was expecting a good experience but that was not the case. I called up to see if I could get an early check in and they said NO, only at 3PM. I arrived at 2:15 and sat in the lobby and watched several people check in early. Wow really nice… If you are staying at this hotel be prepared to have multiple weddings taking place. I stayed there Thursday — Sunday and there was some type of wedding, or wedding party going on every night. Saturday night was the worst and it felt like I was walking through a night club instead of a hotel lobby. As you enter the hotel you will be welcomed by a nice cloud of smoke in your face as they don't restrict where people smoke in the hotel. You can smoke right outside the front hotel doors. Once the elevator takes you to your floor you can hear jazz music playing in the hall. The music is a nice touch but I can hear it while lying on the bed in my room. I called several times to have them turn it down or off with no avail. The only reason this hotel didn't get one star is because my room was nice and clean. However, that is the only positive aspect. I was told I wouldn't be near any of the weddings taken place but this is a lie. I was woken up every night around 11, 1, and 2:30AM by drunken guests screaming and yelling as they tried to go back to their rooms. The hotel said "Oh we have security" and thats great and all but drunken people will find a way back to their room after 5-10 minutes and I'm already woken up.

Very comfortable feeling when I checked in I was going through various issues, it was my birthday and lost my debit card in the place I was prior to. My best friend helped with the worker who was very helpful and consistent, she was Spanish and I forgot her name (sorry) the reason I'm only giving 4 is because on checkout the tall handsome guy African American made a statement I over heard about me being a transgender with a female worker and there were giggles. Other than great hotel to relax at ease, spa and great guest service.

The Viana is a boutique hotel with first rate service! This hotel was a big part of our wedding weekend. We are from Michigan and most of our family & friends are from out of town so finding this hotel to help us plan and accommodate for all of our guests was a god send! Major shout out to Event Manager Erin. After all the wedding planning for the past year Erin & I have become good friends and all of the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make the weekend special for us. My bridal party utilized the spa for our makeup & hair, we held our after party and breakfast in their banquet hall and they opened up their meeting rooms for our wedding guests to play cards and hang out in between wedding activities. I am so glad we found the Viana & it will forever be a special memory staying there for one of the biggest weekends of our life.

Nicely appointed, friendly staff, great pool/game room. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in town. Maybe actually enjoy some of the spa next time!

The location was very nice. Extremely quiet. I got there and was greeted immediately, and told where to go. On the plus side, there was a flea market right around the corner.

My bridesmaids took me for my bachelorette party and we had such a great time! We started with the spa, getting massages, using the sauna and the pool. Then went up to the beautiful rooms (we had adjoining) and got ready for dinner at the restaurant in the hotel Marco Polo. My meal was amazing, but they did mess up almost everyone else's order… Later we had drinks at the bar and thanks to Will, I was feeling no pain lol. On our way up to our room we grabbed a DVD and has snacks waiting for us in the room. The next morning we went downstairs and had a lovely breakfast. Fresh omelette and juice. Overall, the hotel was beautiful and the staff couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely go back!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff was accommodating and the room was spacious and clean. I did not get to try the spa, but I would've liked to. The hotel is easy to navigate, and it is centrally located in an area where there is much to see and do.

Location was great. Staff were super friendly. A bit swanky for my taste but the facilities looked awesome. I didn't use the spa so no comment. Rooms were very nice. Sheets could have been softer in my opinion but I'm nit picking. I was at a concert at the time but apparently the fire alarm went off due to a water leak or something and couldn't be shut off for a bit so everyone got a free breakfast the next morning. I slept through it so I can't tell you about the food. Overall very nice place. Shout out to the man who checked us out. Friendliest person I ever had the pleasure of meeting. I wish I could remember his name.

Hotel was great, very clean, friendly staff. Room was huge. Bed made you lean towards the middle, but I didn't have an issue with it. Still comfy. I LOVE the texting service to the front desk. Did not try the restaurant or spa, but would definitely come back!

This is a great getaway spot. I was part of a Spajama Party and had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful. Kasey and Veronica were wonderful. Will was the absolute best! He took care of our party from the time we sat down for lunch and was there for us for the rest of the night. He made the experience even better. The spa treatment was to die for and the room was great. I will definitely be coming back to this Hotel in the near future.

Great stay. This hotel is located in Westbury long island. Generally good amenities, good restaurant (wide breakfast selection in the morning, Asian fusion at night). I didn't use the spa / get a massage myself but heard it was really good from at least one other guest. Rooms are nice. TV actually works as designed. Menus and service info available in the TV portal. Room I stayed in was clean and modern. Most of the staff is pretty friendly and very helpful. Would stay again.

Loved top floor room we had. Had such a great time at this place. Bartenders were very friendly. The game room here is so much fun, they have so much stuff to do. Everyone was great and professional and the crowd is classy too. I highly recommend this place!

Huge wedding party was staying at the hotel. We partied at the hotel bar and game room until 5am. We were so well taken care of. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and clean. Got a trim and blowout before the wedding at the spa. 2 birds one stone! Complimentary coffee, flavored water and hot apple cider at checkout. Would definitely go again.

What an awesome hotel! The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous and all shared a mission to serve their customer/guest. In short, they couldn't do enough for us to ensure that our stay was over-the-top. The thing that I loved about this hotel, was that each associate/ employee was "empowered" to answer an inquiry or solve an issue — I NEVER heard, "that is not department" from anyone. The rooms were spic and span and well stocked with anything that we needed. The linens and beds were fabulous! I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Viana for one night as part of a wedding party. I would call it a nice hotel, but not a great hotel. The service was acceptable, and the room was a decent size. My girlfriend and I both disliked the pillows, and the bed was perhaps the loudest creaky bed I've encountered in my travels. It wasn't uncomfortable in any other way, but it was really loud. Speaking of loud, the doors to the adjoining room may as well have been made of cardboard. I recommend requesting a room without adjoining doors. Aside from those ultimately trivial complaints, it was a pretty good stay — but nothing stood out as "great". The exception is the Marco Polo restaurant. If you're looking for a bite without going out, it's a good option as long as it's not too busy.

We stayed in room 301, phone didnt work TV didnt work couldnt orsee room service. Me and my husband both wanted coffee in the morning from the room coffe machine but there was only one cup and only enough cream n suger for one cup. The experience n service wasnt not worth the price we paid for one nights stay.

The phones didn't work the air conditioner was broken. Nobody came to fix it. I wantes to get room service and it wasn't available. There's barely any parking and the concierge is more concerned flirting with guests than helping out.

I stayed at the Viana Hotel and Spa from Thursday Feb 28 through Sunday March 3, 2013. We had a party of 14 in 5 rooms. 4 of us used the Jacuzzi, all four of us got a skin infection called pseudomonas. At first we thought it was bed bugs but he hotel assured us that the rooms were checked. I originally called the hotel manager named Chris on Tuesday March 5th after the rash appeared and a large lump in my armpit — and told him the Jacuzzi was gross (we even saw pubic hairs floating on a foam) but we never put it together that their could be some nasty bacteria mixed in. Once I got back home to Florida, literally after I hung up with the manager, my sister in law sent me a message trough facebook and asked me if I had bites, and I sald call me. We spoke and she told me that her, her husband (my brother) and their 6 year old daughter all had the same rash as myself. As a Leukemia survivor I immediately thought the worst (due to the lump in my armpit and called my oncologist to get blood work done. My blood wrok was normal thank goodness, I then went to my dermatologist and they confirmed that it was a pseudomonas infection AKA hot tub folliculitis. I then called Tariq the next hotel manager and he pretty much said that they needed proof. So now I am stuck with a $600 hotel bill, and hundreds of dollars in medical expenses not to mention a horrible rash and antibiotics that are giving me horrible muscle cramps and diarrhea. The manager won't even credit our rooms back.

I've had the best night at Viana hotel and Spa, it was so authentic, my boyfriend was so surprise for his birthday. Dinner, breakfast was on point, very clean and the people were so kind to me and my boyfriend. I can't wait to go back on our anniversary, I love this place so much I felt like I was in paradise last night, thanks for the service guys, I enjoy every second of it.

Bartender made a big deal of my party ordering pizza to the hotel and would not let us eat it at seats by the bar (not seats at the actual bar). I felt this could have been handled better by the staff especially after how much business my wedding party spent there over the past 2 days.

The hotel isn't in the nicest area, so you will either have a view of a busy street or the rooftops of an industrial complex. The decor is nice enough but dated and has looks similar to that of a Marriott, definitely not a four star hotel. So far, I've had contact with the door man, an older gentleman, and really sweet and helpful. The remaining staff I've had contact with is rude at best. There's a gentleman working at the check in desk who has yet to say a word to me. He just stares and he is definately not pleasant. I've had to deal with one of the check in women, who has got to be the single dumbest person I have ever met. The girl makes the cast of the Jersey Shore look like PhD candidates. I wouldn't care about the stupidity if she weren't so rude. The girl has a misplaced attitude that can only be attributed to lackadaisical a management style, since I doubt that her behavior would be tolerated under a capable manager. If you have business or family in Jericho, I understand the need to stay here. If you have any other options, stay somewhere else, or avoid the staff.

The hotel was great, but the staff was the best I've experienced at any hotel ever. Louis offered the most friendly greeting when I arrived, and Will at the bar was a lot of fun to hang out with while we had drinks. You won't be disappointed in your stay here.

The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The front desk and all the hotel workers were extremely pleasent and easy to deal with. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Great massage… Followed by great dinner. Beautiful, comfortable room. A little trouble with the ventilation system in the room, but they addressed it immediately! We'll be back!

The room itself was probably the best room I have ever had for myself. Private desk area, refrigerator, microwave, thermostat, coffee machine, transportation to and from the wedding venue. Extremely competent and courteous staff. The only bad thing was that my stay want long enough to take advantage of their entire floor of a spa and separate floor consisting of a bar/restaurant and a gaming room.

Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was helpful. I did notice that glasses and other room service items were left in the hallway for a prolonged period. This stuck me as odd.

Ideally located for many venues. Close to major highways. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Had two minor issues with the room which were promptly resolved to my satisfaction. Spa was booked so I didn't get to experience it. Romantic package is four strawberries, champagne, and roses scattered everywhere. Roses are a nice touch of you like that sort of thing. Breakfast was typical continental but with better quality ingredients. Room is the right size for a weekend for two.

Stayed overnight in one of many rooms reserved for a wedding held in a nearby venue. The Viana is modern, very clean and full of amenities. Our interactions with the friendly and efficient staff were always excellent. Nothing but top quality.

Great hotel! Dining is a bit too expensive. The rooms are great soft pillows and beds. Very clean. Would stay here again.

Was here for the Wedding Expo as a vendor, the hotel was very nice and plush. Great for an event or alike. Decor and furniture are well kept and of high quality. The staff are super friendly too.

Louis the bell attendant was SUPER! All the staff was, but he stands out — I travel all the time and have never had such service.

PH is a treat. The facilities are amazing, I will definitely be returning in the near future.

Had a wonderful stay. You made our 20th wedding anniversary extra special. Cant say enough great things about Louis who made our stay amazing from the moment we pulled into the parking lot. Dining staff went above and beyond our expectations. We were treated like a King and Queen our entire stay. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful, Beautiful, BEAUTIFUL. Very charming, clean, and updated hotel that pays its respect to our environment with tons of green friendly approaches. The staff are equally impressive, kind and inviting with professionalism and approachability. Great venue for a spa day, short or long hotel stay, lunch and dinner, weddings, parties, etc. You won't be disappointed.

The most friendliest, cleanest 'n attractive Hotel I've ever stayed at! Everything was just over the top perfect! Lewis was so very prompt 'n thoughtful, treated me like a dear friend! He has a charming, sincere smile, I just wanted to take him home! He would appear out of no where, always courteous, never pushy, with a big friendly smile 'n a solid handshake! Every staff member in the lobby was super helpful — even organized a Shuttle Bus to Newark Airport for me! Thank you for making my short stay so very comfy in every way! Loved this hotel! Stayed there the night before and the night of my wedding and everyone there was so sweet! If you get your makeup done there, Erika is THE BEST! She covered my back for my wedding to cover my acne scars up and she worked w/me to do my make up and one of my bridesmaids the way I had imagined it. After playing around with some ideas, we came up with a great and simple makeup that stunned for my makeup! I HIGHLY recommend her! Stephanie who did my hair was so great as well! She did my hair and my bridesmaids hair exactly the way I wanted it. Also HIGHLY recommend her. Lewis and Joe, the bellhops, were FANTASTIC! Super, super sweet and helpful! Lewis always had a smile on his face and wanted to see pics of my wedding the morning after. Anything we needed, he helped us out. He even put in a late check out for us w/o us asking. Loved my room and everything about it. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The only compliant I had was that the Monday morning staff charged my credit card as well as my husband's credit card. It was supposed to be covered by my dad as a gift. They charged our credit cards as incidentals for us to get into our rooms. We didn't realize it until a few days later because we thought that it was all covered and the charges were supposed to be reversed. Other than that, HIGHLY recommend this place for a LI wedding because it's a great central location for many different LI venues for weddings or other special events.

I recently used the Viana Hotel and Spa for my wedding block. I was sooooo pleased with the service and attentiveness of the staff at the Viana. Prior to my wedding, I called and emailed several times with Ryan and Erin. They were wonderful in returning my emails promptly. All of my guests at the Viana raved about Lewis and his fantastic customer service. He was sooo sweet, attentive, and helpful. Lewis treated every single guest like royalty. The entire weekend was so pleasant and I had a wonderful experience. I would recommend this hotel for a wedding block especially…. It has a nice spa, lobby bar, and a place to have a brunch the next morning.

Second week here on business and I'm really happy with this hotel. Staff is very courteous. Housekeeping does a great job. Rooms are very clean. Its always a plus to have a microwave/refrig that you don't have to call for.

I stayed at the Viana Hotel and Spa from Thursday Feb 28 through Sunday March 3, 2013. We had a party of 14 in 5 rooms. 4 of us used the Jacuzzi, all four of us got a skin infection called pseudomonas. At first we thought it was bed bugs but he hotel assured us that the rooms were checked. I originally called the hotel manager named Chris on Tuesday March 5th after the rash appeared and a large lump in my armpit — and told him the Jacuzzi was gross (we even saw pubic hairs floating on a foam) but we never put it together that their could be some nasty bacteria mixed in. Once I got back home to Florida, literally after I hung up with the manager, my sister in law sent me a message trough facebook and asked me if I had bites, and I sald call me. I've been to the very modern bar and game room at the Viana and found the staff, especially the bar/restaurant manager very friendly. Service was great and we had a great time playing pool in the game room. Looking forward to experiencing their spa services one day.
