Absolutely wonderful place. Had a wonderful time with my lady and we will definitely be back again. Great cocktails and wine in Bar375 but The Appelation restaurant was first class. Loved it!

I would highly recommend The Louise to anyone looking to stay in the Barossa. It is an amazing place with very friendly staff and the rooms are perfect. Our apartment was everything we could have hoped for and more. The complimentary minibar, gas fire and spa bath were highlights. The staff were very accommodating, offering late check out and even putting in place a tentative booking for the Appellation restaurant. The restaurant was a taste sensation, offering local produce in a flight menu. You should be very proud of this establishment and we will be back to enjoy it again.

From start to finish we experienced nothing but exceptional customer service. From the extra effort to make gluten free cookies as I don't eat gluten, to making a special gf breakfast each morning. The rooms are spacious and the design optimise on the gorgeous views. We were blown away by the level of service we received and it was definitely the best we have experienced. Thank you for making our trip to SA such an amazing one! We will be back!

Simply stunning! Friendly staff provided attentive service in what was an ultimately romantic escape in a picture perfect location. Our Stonewell Suite was elegantly appointed and spacious. Little touches like house baked cookies, fresh fruit, Nespresso pod coffee and daily housekeeping service made our experience one to remember. Too chilly during our stay to use the outdoor shower but what a great feature. Our dining experience in Appellation was the highlight of our food experience in the Barossa — truly special. Love The Louise.

Wonderful balance of caring for guests and leaving us to enjoy our privacy. The rooms are large and luxurious, the views and environment brings the peace we are looking for in a holiday. Great wine selections and amazing food too! Highly recommended.

We stayed at The Louise in May. I've just realized I neglected to post a review. It is a special place. Period. But what really sets it apart is two things: staff quality and the food at Appellation. The staff are lovely, local, and remarkably helpful and accomodating. And the food is superb. We enjoyed a brilliant meal in the dining room, and also had a lighter meal in the bar. Both were superb. We visited other places in the Barossa but nothing came remotely close to the experiences we enjoyed at The Louise.

The Louise is a very well established 6 star experience, the staff are just amazing truly a beautiful place.

A lovely place In the valley to kick back and enjoy the scenery, wines, cocktails and food. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff even before our arrival contact was made by email, the attention to detail is excellent. We will certainly be returning the next time we are in Oz.

Opulence and luxury! Stunning accomodation in a beautiful location. Fabulous service with attention to detail. The room was gorgeous with large living space, cosy gas fire, heated floors in the bathroom, fantastic spa and even an outdoor shower. Private terrace at the front and back of the room as well. Perfect for a couples getaway. Felt spoilt the entire time.

Truly the attention to detail is amazing! We had the most incredible time from the stunning villa and the upgrade to the infinity pool, sunset cocktails, view, then dining, the cuisine is out of this world with the perfect pairing of wines! Thank you for having us and allowing us to make a memory that will last a life time! Superb!

What an incredible resort and experience. Our suite was so luxurious and the private outdoor rain shower was heaven. The degustation at Appellation with matching wines showcasing the best of the Barossa was simply stunning. The Louise is absolutely breathtaking!

Had the deg at Appellations. Flawless. The expertise and dedication by both the chefs and the FOH is incredible. A perfect sensory experience in an intimate environment.

Amazing food! But way too small portions. We had the 5 course degustation for $95. Appellation definitely had the some of the best food I have eaten in Australia with each meal being something amazing with rich natural flavours, but the only reason I am giving the restaurant 4 stars is that for a 5 course degustation we left the restaurant quite hungry (even after having 2 bread rolls each). And by no means are we big eaters. The portions were just stingy in size. You could enjoy the flavours of one fork full, but they quickly became memories.
