Very convenient location from the NY Thruway (I-90), had a quiet comfortable night. The room had that distinctive smell that it had been smoked in in the past, but that wasn't a huge issue. Bathroom door was slightly damaged. Definitely not the newest place around but functional and clean for catching some ZZZZs on a long drive.

Good hotel and really good breakfast. The only downfall was that someone cooked onions and garlic early in the morning and the smell went everywhere. We mentioned this to staff and hopefully it wont happen again.

Staff was nice at check in. Found them in the coupon book. Nice rooms and got to pick which floor we preferred to be on. Very clean.

The lady at the front desk was really nice. Honestly for 55 bucks or however much it was it wasn't that bad. The room was clean but felt dirty :p and I hear the people next door having sex.

Hard to find entrance. Shady person luring near the elevator, as soon as I went in the came in the elevator. I just had a class on personal safety and knew to get out of the elevator right away.

This hotel stay started as a fight broke out in the lobby while my family was trying to check in. Had to wait over thirty minutes to be acknowledgement from any staff. Didn't know at the time manager was in the middle of the fight. Then five times during my stay was overcharged by the manager. Housekeeping is does not exist here had to clean my room upon arrival floor was not vacumed. Manager has no customer service skills talks to people as if she is better than them. All complaints we're not resolved. Think twice when coming from out of town the treat you worse definitely not worth the money paid. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Supreme value for the money and off the hook for expensive overtaxed New York. Clean comfortable well stocked room ecent breakfast and an extremely capable staff friendly and competent. I will return bank on it. A great find for a layover.

One of the cleanest rooms we've ever stayed in. The staff was friendly. The rooms are comfy, but a little on the smaller side than I'm used to. The location was quick to access from the I90, but didn't seem like the most upscale neighborhood. We felt safe though and there are cameras in the parking lot. We would stay again if we're driving through again. (We stopped halfway from Buffalo to Schenectady. )

My family and I checked into the hotel and went to our room. The room was not clean. In my son’s room there was old cat litter in the tub. As we always do, we checked under the mattress for bed bugs and found two dead bedbugs. Both my husband and son saw them. We immediately left the room and went to the front desk to ask for a refund. We were told that they had to check the room and see for themselves. Naturally they returned and reported that there were no bedbugs and that there were no bedbugs in the hotel literally calling us liars. We are traveling to New England from the Southwest and had been on the road for almost 7 hours. The last thing we wanted was to get back in the car and look for a room. There was no earthly reason for us to make up bedbugs. We were offered another room but given the condition of the lobby and the other rooms we declined and asked for our money back. We were refused based on company policy. The manager was completely unsympathetic and several times during the conversation implied that we were lying. Finally we left without receiving a refund. We were in the room for less than 5 minites, used non of the products or “amenities” and were still forced to pay. Given the choices available there is no need to chose Quality Inn ever again. I will be sure to let my friends and aquaintences hear of my experience.

Basic lodging. Whole place could use a deep clean. Staff friendly. Had to call down for missing towels. Need to have a place for people to smoke. Not fond of walking through the entrance to find cigarette butts and marks all over the walls from people snubbing cigs out.

The rooms are small with no microwave. I had a room with double bed and they were so small. I was on the three room and I had to go down the lobby to get ice and use the microwave… why? Best part there was someone else using the microwave so I had to wait.

It was a decent experience so far. The staff was professional, the room was clean and spacious. There were many outlets. The wireless internet wasn’t as fast as what I’m used to. I went to flush the toilet but it would not flush. I lifted the back to see and either the chain was broken or cane loose prior to my arrival. I am truly not happy about this.

Waffles were to crunchy, hostess acted as if she couldn't tell me where to find milk.

Super hot in the when I stayed was up till 3am couldnt sleep but different temp for different people.

Lodge Hotel. US Standard. Breakfast okay. Small breakfast room.

Don't recommend this place to anyone. Will not stay here again. Walk in the room and there is food containers with half eaten food still there, half eaten cookies on stand next to beds. The bedding was dirty. Papers in bedding. Bathroom was disgusting. There was trash stuffed behind the bed. Then we go to breakfast I won't get into details there but not a clean area. I took pictures of everything.

Just checked into room at this property. Room only partially cleaned. Food from previous guest still in room. Beds not changed. No bath amenities stocked. Not vacuumed very well. Will not stay at this property again.

If you are visiting the area you have multiple options within walking distance of the Quality Inn on carrier circle. While I would say the brand is typically a low cost option, this location is bound to disappoint even the occasional traveller. At this location cleanliness is not commonly practiced and if that doesn't make you think twice your personal possessions are not safe either. Management is as unconcerned about your experience as the politician at the end of his term limited position. I would advise against any stay here even if it means sleeping in your car during a blizzard which in itself has inherent dangers.

Great place to stay with kids. Excellent customer service.

Floors are sticky, smells musty and the sheets had crumbs on them when put pulled down the blankets. Rooms are dim and that may have been a good thing. Breakfast, one toaster and one side didn't work. Coffee was below average.

Check in was fine room leaves alittle to be desired lock broke on the door when I spoke to someone she said she would let someone know but never asked what room now the breakfast next to nothing and toaster only one side works get bread walk across to other side of room to broken toaster makes no sense now I go out ask about more sausage told will be ready in 10 mins goes back to using phone ok now no forks I go there arent any forks comes in fills and slams cupboard doors quite loud what are we paying for.

Water bugs covered entire room and woke up to find them LITERALLY ALL over bathroom floor. Nasty and staff said "oh they're just from the pool! " didn't even offer to change my room for$85 a night it was not at all worth a penny! the manager was also made aware she was unprofessional and garbage was also covering the entrance way and when I told the manager on duty she replied"its only 2 bags", umm more like 7 or 8 but who's counting or does the amount really make it more or less disgusting considering I was also heading in for breakfast which was served out of dirty pans and bugs noted on floors and windows near guest seating area … also utensils noted dropped on floor and placed right back for customers use! temperature of food esp eggs and meat cold which had me wondering how safe the food was to eat! very dirty surroundings… just very very very nasty and should of called health department… do not eat or stay there! would of gave 0 stars if I could have!

Place was clean staff was nice breakfast was typical. Do not stay in room 236. The refrigerator is God awfully loud when it kicks on.

I like this property. It's nothing extravagant, but it's dependable. Rooms are clean, and spacious, staff is helpful and friendly and the price, like Goldilocks' porridge, always seems to be just right! If travelling with kids there's a small outdoor pool that is usued ally never crowded, and will provide fun in the sun for anyone from kids to grandparents. The hotel provides a free breakfast every morning which includes everything from eggs and sausage to waffles and yogurt and cereal juice and pastries, along with fresh fruit, juices coffee tea and milk. And perhaps what I like the best is that it's a unique structure that's kind of funky and provides a certain appeal to the facility overall… though it somehow seems displaced and should be in a desert environment perhaps. If you're looking for luxury I wouldn't recommend it but if you're looking for a reasonably priced and dependable location by all means consider this on your next visit.

The toilet did not flush right. The water pressure was horrible. The fire alarms went off twice and not one time did a staff member make any attempt to see if they was anyone in the rooms. The breakfast was horrible too. The maids didn't properly clean my room, I think they were more or less searching through my belongings. I believe this hotel has people and families living in there. I will not stay here ever again.

On 7/28/17 And 7/29/17 I stayed at the Quality Inn Carrier Circle and was utterly disappointed for our trip 7/28-7/31.   Upon arrival to our room, the room appeared fine. We soon learned this was not the case. The toilet in our room was only loosely connected to the floor and shifted as soon as we sat on it. Secondly, we came back to the room after touring the city, to find that the room smelled as if someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. We immediately contacted the front desk, and were promptly relocated to another room. (Kudos). When we got the second room at first glance it was nice. Then we noticed the user face cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. We also then noticed the expired deli meats and pudding in the refrigerator. Clearly this room was not thoroughly cleaned in between stays. Lastly, on 7/30 around 1 PM we received a knock on our door from housekeeping, who was eating a bowl of cereal while speaking to me. She told me the front desk had us checking out on 7/30. The fact that the housekeeper was speaking to a paying customer in their doorway while eating a bowl of cereal is beyond unprofessional.  I have stayed at many Quality Inns and have never been so disappointed before.

I was really surprised l. The quality for for the price was amazing. Quality Inn, indeed! Little details like an extra blanket and pillow in the drawer were nice touches. Had a fridge in the room but no microwave. Might be possible go ask for one. There's also a pool around back that looks good for those hot summers.

Very great hotel. Serveso hot and cold breakfast. Pool is under construction til August. Overall great service.

Very clean, continental breakfast was fantastic. Bathroom and rooms were a little small. The fridge didn't work. But overall a great place to stay that is inexpensive.

Honestly it was disgusting. The pool was dirty, the handles on doers we were gone, and the whole place smelled like weed. Also the breakfast was disgusting.

Our room was falling apart and there was no lobby.

Nice comfy beds ants come in threw the ac though.

Clean decent sized room not extreamly luxurious but you get what you pay for and the rates are reasonable.

Undergoing renovations. Old furniture, ancient TV with terrible picture, mattress had no support, tiny bed pillows, filthy bathroom vent, one trash can, super tiny bath towels. Breakfast was all sugar and carbs.

Very good at a great price strongly recommend to have a stay there loved it.

Really good experience. Air conditioning and heater was working perfectly. The room and bathroom was a little small but it was clean so it didn't really matter. The free coffee and free breakfast was great for the price.
