Stayed one night while traveling. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The lamps between the beds did not work. The telephone did not work, so I could not call the front desk. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Water was running in the tub and could not be turned all the way off; stains indicated this was a long-term issue. The AC worked fine. The small refrigerator in the room even had a freezer, so we could refreeze ice packs. The breakfast buffet was disappointing — bad coffee, probably instant, from a machine; waffles to toast, packaged sweet rolls, sweetened cereals and yogurt. Okay for the price and purpose (sleep).

Staff is wonderful. Breakfast is ok, small choices. Bed is clean and sleepable. A little on the firm side but still comfortable. Worth the quick get away from kids, as we use the place for. Thank u. Rm223

I don't even wanna give it a star. When booking I was told there is a refrigerator, microwave, and little coffee maker in the room. So showed up with like $40 worth of food to not have a refrigerator. Went and asked about it and was told sorry. So $40 worth of food went to waste. The towels there looked like a porno production used it on set all day. It was absolutely disgusting. The air unit was blowing a nasty smell out but couldn't open the windows because 1 didn't have a screen the other didn't stay open. The clothes rack was falling out of the wall, there was so much dust on the light shade that the lights barely even brightened the room. The comforter smelled like a old person wiped their a** with it and made the bed. There was nasty sticky stuff on the walls by the nightstand that looked like it was there for 20 years. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges so you couldn't even shut your door. And the black mold all over the window and window sill is probably enough to shut the building down. I went and complained and all the lady said was sorry hope to see you again. I have no idea how this place is even open. So many safety and health violations. I will be bringing this to someone higher. Theres other cheap hotels around so I suggest looking for something else.

Expedia said just over 3 stars so we went. I'd say this is a 2 star place as it's not the worst we have been too but it gets a one star since a majority of the stuff could be fixed for very cheap. Smoke detector was missing, cracked outlet covers, broken windows frames, sketchy toilet seat. On the good side our room didn't completely stink of smoke but was musty, AC was quiet. I mean it's a cheap place but I would check other places out first.

1st room sat on bed and sunk down. 2nd room beds ok, but ad we were going to bed a guy tried to get in our room. Hotel clerk gave him keys to our room. Then guy went back to desk to get a different room. As we were going to sleep, hotel clerk called on phone asking our names. Then our key cards would not work since they gave key cards to other guy earlier. Unprofessional and unacceptable! Wouldn't even give us any money back or offer to stay for free another time! Terrible!

Had a great stay here. The owner and housekeepers were all very helpful and made my stay stress-free.

This place was great. I wasn't expecting what we got for only $63. King size bed that was so comfortable OMG. The sheets were soft not starchy like most places the pillows were soft and not noisy and the shower was awesome. Hot water great water pressure the tub was textured and not cramped. Very clean friendly staff. The only thing was they advertised a continental breakfast and there wasn't anything. Not even coffee. But, other than that totally satisfied.

Good price for what it was. Not overly clean, breakfast is definitely lacking (cereal, bread, oatmeal, coffee and juice. Also honeybees from a box). Ceiling in cafeteria was also leaking on top of the cereal dispenser. Would not stay again unfortunately.

Looks just like the pictures. Really inexpensive place to stay it well worth the $45.00 I spent on it. Yeah it was not perfect but it was definitely worth the money I've spent. One of the light fixture next to the bed didn't work. But it was okay. They did offer a free breakfast. Wi-Fi and free parking Witch was nice. The breakfast was pretty basic. But you get what you pay for. The room I stayed in was a smoking room. The smell of old cigarettes did lingerie the room as it should given the fact that it's a smoking room. It was a peaceful stay. Would I stay again yes.

Clean. To spend the night and then stay on the road. Away from the city and close to other similar hotels. There are places to eat in the vicinity and you can walk.

Staff are helpful, patient, and just wonderful to work with. Rooms far exceeded my expectations considering the very reasonable room rate. Location is close to everything you could possibly need. Also pet friendly. Room has fridge, microwave and coffee as well as in lobby.

Hallucinating, awful full of cockroaches, dirty and smelly.

They have bed bugs I really don't think they deserve a one stars but it was the only way I could post my comment.

I will start off by saying that the only reason I came to this hotel was because it was the absolute ONLY hotel around my area with a room available due to a Luke Bryan concert in town, and this hotel only had 1 room left! Lucky us, right? Not so much. I can fully understand why it still had a room available because after my stay I would sleep in my car before I came back to this place. First I will say that the side entrance door had absolutely no lock on it so anyone off the street could walk right up to the rooms in the hotel. Then you walk up the stairs and you are met with another large metal door that is hanging off the top hinge and doesn't shut all the way. My particular key card had to be swiped in the door lock at least 3-4 times each time you had to get into the room. As soon as we entered the room my 6 year old sons exact words were "mom it smells like garbage in here". It literally did have a garbage smell to the point we even looked under the beds to see if "housekeeping" had missed something. We wore our shoes in the room the whole time we spent awake. The bathroom was filthy, there was what looked like mud splats in the tub that could have easily been cleaned off had anyone cleaned this place. We wanted to take showers but decided not to. Behind the mattresses were dusty and full of crumbs, the bed sheets and blankets had not been washed, there was hair and stains all over.

The room as great, the beds and pillows to die for, but the owners or receptionist at the hotel upset us extremely on the last night and morning we were there. The fire alarm went off in the hallway so my daughter stepped out to see if there was a real fire and was met by the people who work at the hotel, whom asked did my autistic grandson pull the alarm, she told them no he was in the room with us. She thought that was the end of it but the next morning as she went to get breakfast/coffee the lady behind the desk accusingly ask again did he pull the alarm, at which point greatly upset my daughter and she repeated that she had told the guys the night before no he did not and she did not appreciate her accusing him now for the second time. She returned to the room and we promptly left shortly after.

Room was far from clean. Couch was severely stained and chunks of stuff on it. Bedding was disgusting. Dirty sheets pillows and comforter. And HAS BED BUGS! Real dirty hotel, Occupied by a bunch of dirty inbreds.

Awful place. Awful experience. Do not stay here. Rude people. Maybe a family cult business. I asked for a manager and seven indian men came to front desk. Creepy feeling.

We stay at this hotel when my husband has early morning Doctor appointments. As it is a four hour drive from home to Syracuse. The staff here is all very friendly and always make us feel right at home. The rooms are nice. It has always been very quiet here when we have stayed.

Had booked for two nights with mom and sister. Sisters room would not lock and she said she would shower in our room cause hers was very grungy and I had bought an anti slip mat to stand on. She was moved to another room that wasn't much cleaner. Rooms are tired and dingy. Tv connection was bad. After one night we decided to check out. Computer at front desk was having issues and desk clerk was VERY unprofessional and yelling at it and complaining. Free breakfast was a joke. Luckily there was a Dennys close by. Best part of stay was the fantastic dinner at Justin's Tuscan Grill right across the street.

I chose to stay here while attending a conference in downtown Syracuse to save money. After reading some of the creep-me-out reviews online, I was hesitant, but I knew the area and knew that this hotel is in a cul-de-sac of lodging, with at least a dozen higher end hotels and residence inns, so it was not a welfare house nor was it in a crack neighborhood. When I arrived, it was pretty much as I expected it would be — dated looking and a little smelly, but tolerable for two nights. Check-in was above average, with the clerk insisting that because I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, she would walk me to the room to let me sniff test it before she gave me the key, explaining that although it was a non-smoking room, sometimes there might be a problem. I found this refreshing and unexpected, but much appreciated. The room did not smell of anything. The rest of check-in was efficient and accurate. The decor is a little tired, and the bedding looked a little tattered, but I didn't find anything objectionable or unclean. I stayed two nights and my room was appropriately cleaned after the first night. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. You wouldn't want to eat this stuff more than two days without making sure your medical insurance was good. But there was two kinds of cold cereal, milk, juice, some sticky little muffins still wearing their wonderbread wrappers, some grocery store bagels with packages of cream cheese, and some bread waiting to be put down in the toaster.
