NO hot water in the shower or at the sink. Very dim lighting. There was only one working light bulb in the 3-bulb fixture over the sink. Room old/dated and didn’t appear to be very clean.

Great location just steps from Niagara State Park, rooms are well equipped and have ample space.

For the price we could have stayed at a way better place. The concierge staff was rude and having their own conversations as they checked us in. The “bar and grill” does not exist and is only a papa John’s. And the free “breakfast “ if you can even call it that is frozen breakfast sandwiches. The room was pretty clean but definitely could have been better.

For $408 per night this hotel was definitely not worth it. I would have stayed at the Sheraton again for an extra $150 if I had known what this hotel was going to be like. There was hair in the shower, coffee grounds all in and around the keurig, the windows were gross, the air conditioner was extremely loud and barely blew out cold air, the sheets had stains on them, and the hotel was overall ready for a remodel. The only good thing is the location. Stay somewhere else.

They charge us for cancelation. Our choice is to use it, we cant even go to the hotel because of lockdown! fkin dumb!

Had a regular queen size double bedroom until the night time my son got into one of the beds and the whole bed was broken the people here are very kind and nice and they upgraded our room to a double queen suite the lady at front desk was very nice.

Great rooms, great employees, and hot tub / pool! Breakfast Papa John's buffet not currently open but they still offer continental. I've been coming to Niagara Falls for over a decade and this is your best bang for your buck overall for sure!

This is the first time I've ever literally taken a video to show people, we booked a room with a king and queen, on the falls side, charged about $184 plus fees and the extra deposit, got a room with one king, facing another building, the hallway legitimately smells like someone's dog pooped in the hall, the elevators were musty and hot, tons of wall and water damage in the bathroom, peeling wall paper in the room, ceiling is flaking apart, the comforter smells like straight B. O. Their little local guide book is dated for 3 years ago so all the events are expired, our door handle was broken, only opens a certain way and they said that's just how it is. I will definitely never come back to a quality, I'm just happy I only booked one night. And I don't know if its necessarily related but the papa John's inside the hotel is way overpriced, 2 small pizzas and 2 appetizers was 54 bucks, if we wanted it brought up to the room there was an extra delivery charge tacked on not including the tip.

DO NOT stay at this hotel. Its is anything but quality. Apon arrival we were charged an extra $100 deposit which I never got back on a room that the bed was assembled wrong and fell apart the moment I layed on it, the room was riddled with spiders an when asked to take care of it they used disinfectant spray because they didnt have bug spray saw multiple spriders an other bugs everywhere throughout the night and next morning. Was charged a random fee at 455 am while I was sleeping. Microwave looked like it was sneezed on and never clean as well as everything else in the room, asked for a number to call about our stay and was refused it. Oh and not to mention the crack heads approaching you in the parking lot while your trying to have a cigarette. This place is an absolute disgrace. Stay at aloft in buffalo its 110% better and cheaper than this place.

Absolutely disgusting. Housekeeper informed me they only change sheets. Not the top blankets unless previous person stained them. Stains all over the covers. When I asked, "so other people were laying with my blankets the day before? " she shook her head yes. Definitely do not recommend.

GREAT LOCATION! The bar employees AMAZING! The hotel not so much. A/c unit did not work that great. The pool was foggy I wasn't even able to see my feet when I got in. The pool wasn't heated. The staff was good too. The hotel is just outdated. Old falls st the main si is located right outside and the falls are across the street.

Room was not available. Got it after half an hour and it was being cleaned. Had to wait again. Front desk was being unhelpful to most guests. But it is expected since its cheap. Good for a short stay.

The first time I stayed in this hotel there was a lot of confusion with the room (first I was given the key to the room already occupied. Through which I took vouchers) I got not cleaned room with other people's hair everywhere and dirty floor, touts.

This was the cheapest dog-friendly (we have a Golden Retriever) hotel within walking distance from the Niagara Falls, it cost us $200 per room for one night, excluding breakfast. It’s very shabby and dilapidated though all amenities worked fine. Don’t expect any nice views either. They offer free parking and you can overstay there beyond your checkout time.

The room was nice. Bathroom was small. There was no TV guide, no room service, no ice machine on our floor, most of the restaurant food is of Indian cuisine, you have to pay your food and bar tabs separately which really sucks. The location was great for sight seeing, but not enough parking on site. Had to go down 2 blocks to parking garage. I will say the Sue Ehrman of the concierge desk was phenomenal. So cheerful and helpful. She deserves a medal.

Great location, but hotel does not look well kept. Elevator was dirty the 4 days of our stayed. We found food in the fridge the first night, (assuming previous gust who knows) ;the hotel have sign about being green so the do not provide towels every day, but they also do not make the beds at all. The breakfast was "buffet" at a charge of $10.00 per person, but you have better selection in the hotels that you stay in the highway and it is free. If you stay bring your own Lysol and bedding… the only plus is the location.

This hotel had the amenities I needed, was close to the falls, and had free parking. The staff was nice, especially the older gentleman at the counter. He was very friendly and sincere. The cleanliness of the room was not all that great, one could clearly see how the fridge wasn't wiped down between guests, the drawers were the same thing. The spot between the top of the mattress and headboard, not vacuumed and the cheap shower kit had mold growing in the crevices. In my opinion those shower kits should not be used in a hotel. The ceiling definitely needs work too. There were areas where the caulk was falling apart.

NO PARKING! Way overpriced! DO NOT EAT AT LEGENDS! Our experience was horrible from the beginning! When we entered the tiny parking lot to check in, it was full! We were told to park in the tiny parking lot on the other side of the street which was full and only had 1 parking spot left. My husband and I parked and my parents had to go find a parking garage! The following day we left to go sight seeing and came back to go to the parking lot we were assigned and there was a sign up that said $20 parking. So therefore instead of ensuring their customers had places to park they filled the parking lot with 5 vehicles that paid 20 to park, therefore; forcing us to park in the parking garage! For the most part our room was decently clean and the bathroom was clean; however, the bathroom in the lobby was the most disgusting I’ve ever seen. There were feces on 2 out of the 3 toilets and no toilet paper. We went to get breakfast at Legends because they were having $10 buffet… DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Instead go to the casino down the street and get an amazing breakfast Buffet for $13.99! The Legend breakfast was cold, tasted horrible, and there was mold on the bagel I pulled out of the tray! The orange juice and apple juice didn’t even taste like anything! Don’t waste your money!

Usually my wife and I stay on the Canadian side, but decided to stay on the US side. Hotel is located in an excellent location, a short walking distance to a park that lets you see the falls from the US side. And a pretty good view it was since we were allowed to get on the observation platform for free. Hotel looks like it was a really super place to stay at one time, but age is catching up. Thought we had a free breakfast but apparently they don't offer that anymore. Parking is free and they have a great little gift shop with snacks and gifts. Our little terrier Jack seemed to enjoy himself and was made welcome. The cool thing is that the Rainbow Bridge to Canada is a few blocks away and would make and easy walk to the Canadian side to get a view of the falls from there.

Comfortable rooms. Good room service and perfect location. It's a block or two away from the Niagara State Park visitor center. Two issues though, one of the elevator wasn't working and the hotel was packed with people… which led to a longer wait time. Second, the door keycards wouldn't work half the time.

The location is great! The falls is a mere 2 minutes' walk. The property is well laid out. Not luxurious, and looks a little dated at some corners but overall if you are looking for a good property at a great location and at a reasonable price then look no further.

The hotel has the basics and necessary to rest, the Nice bar is called Legends and have local beer.

We stayed here 4/19/18 and had our wedding reception on 4/22/18. Gabriela w/quality hotel did an awesome job. We were in the ballroom. It was decorated nicely. Pure elegance w/dim lights the whole night. The food was great, chicken, steak, green beans w/almonds, mash potatoes w/brown gravy, house salad, 4 hour open bar, Hot and cold appetizers to start, cheesecake w/Carmel topping, and wedding cake. Gabriela and her staff did a awesome job and I would use them again.

This hotel is outdated. The first room we were in was horrible. Blankets and wash clothes where dirty. The window leaked water which caused the floor around the window to be soaking wet. They switched us into a new room and it was better then before. I loved the location of the hotel because it is walking distance to the Falls and other great attractions. The staff was nice as well.

The location was great. The rooms were nice, but the bathrooms need work. The bathrooms are super small (or at least the one I stayed in), has no mirror, or outlets. The overall interior was just really old. The beds were comfortable, good amount of outlets, good-sized mirrors (2), aesthetically pleasing, but our coffee machine was broken (not that big of a deal though). Service was good, didn't really need to ask of assistance though. The gift shop and the worker were nice & prices were reasonable. The indoor pool & jacuzzi seemed really tempting, too but everyone was too tired to go. Overall, aesthetically pleasing & cozy, but bathrooms & some amenities need rennovation/replacing.

I went to Quality Hotel, but the pool was disgusting, you could see chlorine and "fluids" floating on top of the water. And not meaning to be racist, but the only food there was Indian food, there were hundreds of Indian restaurants and Indian people there. Anyway, there were no other restaurants like Mcd's and Burger King. Unless you went to Seneca Buffet, that place was quite literally deluxe. It looked clean, modern, and there was a hotel at Seneca which I had no idea was there. Pictures of Seneca included. That place is recommended.

The staff here was great! They were very helpful and truly wanted to make your stay comfortable. For instance they recommended a place to eat breakfast and when I called the desk to let them know we were done with the luggage cart they thanked me for letting them know it was available and said they would come up to our room to get it and return it to the lobby for us. The room was very nice. The shower flow was powerful. There was a microwave, a refrigerator and an in-room safe. Beware though… they will charge you for the safe, but if you don't use it you can get a refund… just be sure to ask for it upon checkout.

After a long time for not getting away, this weekend makes me want to do it more. The hotel was absolutely perfect. The room was larger then expected. The extras, microwave, fridge and pull out couch, could work for when we stay next time. The pool and Jacuzzi was great the next day after a concert. Yea that area could use a remodel, but who cares when everything worked. We weren't sure what activities were available during the winter season. So we asked the concierge and she found plenty of activities to do. And they were all within walking distance, if your up for it. All in all, it was like a second honeymoon for my wife and I. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who cares, lol. P. S. If your worried about rooms not being modern, go to the casino or a more expensive place. The rooms are fine the way they are. Don't pretend to be pretentious, for the price and location, it's PERFECT!

The location of this hotel was it's best feature. The room and especially bathroom was in need of updating. It was one of the dirtier hotels I've ever stayed in while on vacation. The location was walking distance from most attractions. Food on sight was not very satisfying at all. The worst part of the whole experience was parking. We had to park in a lot that was a block away. The lot was trashy and felt unsafe after dark. One of the two small parking lots for the hotel was being repaved while we were there, but even with both small lots open, there still would be a shortage of parking. The parking was irritating enough, that I would not recommend this hotel and doubt I will ever stay here again.

Don't expect to park in the hotel during long weekends. The hotel parking is limited to 30 slots. Once that's filled up you are asked to park in a public parking lot, and walk back to the hotel. Room is just fine — old with shaky bath tub. Go for this hotel only if you are in a tight budget and don't find any other hotel near the falls. Location is the only good thing about this place.

Nice hotel with a very pleasant bed.

Price is good. Walking distance to the Niagara falls and restaurants. Parking next to the building. Front desk really helpful and friendly, specially Ralph. No breakfast included and the rooms look a little bit outdated and need a deep clean. AC ducts, behind the beds, carpet, etc.

Nice place in a very convenient location. You're only a few blocks away from the falls. You can hear them as soon as you leave the hotel which was very pleasant. Their guest services were extremely quick whenever we called for any room service. And not only is there a pool here but they have a nice bar that has a fun karaoke night. I highly recommend staying here if you want the best bang for your buck!

First room they put us was not cleaned properly, empty water bottles and straws on the desk, Second room was clean but couldn't watch TV due to all the snow on the picture,. I've never had to pay for parking in a hotel, motel or inn. And was charged $15.00 to park in their lot. If I could give them no stars or I would do so. Will never stay in a Choice Hotel ever again. I believe they are on the same level as Americas Best Hotels.

THE WORST OF WORSTS CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED IN MY YEARS OF LIFE ON THIS EARTH! 0-STAR RATINGS SHOULD'VE BEEN AN OPTION TO BE FRANK! For anyone who plans on booking a reservation here, I STRONGLY recommend you attend there during the morning & afternoon hours. DON'T EVER request for services at night, or go to the front desk for questions. One of their male staff members STRONGLY NEEDS TO BE FIRED for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a New Yorker, I understand it's NY so its locals have strong, brash personalities. But that does not excuse this old male hotel attendant to speak down to me in a high-pitched tone like I was f***ing ignorant. His explanations & lines of questioning left me slightly confused regarding a reservation-extension request. Such inquiries shouldn't be that hard for him to do since that's part of his job, but he was like 'come back tomorrow morning. ' Message to the President/ Senior Manager of Quality Hotel & Suites: The younger your male staff members in terms of quantity, the better! I would've given my experience here 4 stars because the other staff members were very cool; and the cleaning crew were SPOT-ON in maintaining the rooms with fresh, clean towels & bedding sheets. But my shitty interaction with that old white man partly ruined my experience in this hotel that I'm never booking reservations there ever again!

Room was alright but in the middle of our second night the ac blew up very hot night told desk nothing. Parking is a joke not enough spots for guests and then they rent spots to the public for 20 dollars had to park 2 miles away!

I agree, the rooms are in serious need of renovation. But how much are you really staying in your room? Price was decent. Pet friendly, which I like. And room was clean. Thought staff was nice and helpful. The shower drain was clogged. They had someone up within hours and fixed the issue. Had to park down the street in parking garage, but honestly it was no big deal. (Free parking) Great courtyard area with chairs and a bunch of games. Checkers, chess, connect four, corn hole and more. Best part… perfectly located! Super close to the falls! That's what you're paying for. Truthfully everything around the falls is over priced. So for what it is and price I paid… I'd absolutely stay again.

All I can SAY is DO NOT stay at this hotel. We had our wedding and reception there which the ballroom (Gabriella) were amazing she is great to work with and very professional and the wedding chapel (Sally) and staff were great. The hotel rooms and guest services on the other hand SUCK. I was basically told bugs are everywhere even at home and that because they didn't see them there was nothing they could do about it. Our room had a Jacuzzi in it and the ceiling looked as if it were about to come down on us needless to say we DID NOT use it. The hotel is DATED and in need of serious renovations. For the price that my guests had to pay it should have been **** but it doesn't deserve any *… I would say if you want to host an event there using the ballroom you are safe or the wedding chapel but BEWARE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Clean, comfortable room. Key card needed to access elevator. Free but limited parking. Convenient to park and restaurants. Sink area small but separate from bath. No kind of breakfast included. $11 per person at its restaurant. I guess their pledge of a good, hot breakfast means you can walk to Denny's. Room coffee maker did not work. Also small indoor pool and gift shop.

Great view to watch the fireworks at from the falls. Loved location less than two blocks from the falls, best two blocks from Hard Rock Cafe.

We are here for 3 nights. Arrived late the front desk staff was very helpful. Walkable distance to the Falls. The food in this part of town is extremely disgusting and pricy. The Legends Indian buffet is a joke. How you going to charge someone $47.82 buffet for 2 person. Afraid to leave the hotel to explore the city but scared that I might not have a parking spot when I come back. Will not be staying here in the future.

We stayed there on Thursday we had trouble with are TV check in was horrible the guy at the front desk acted like he didn't even see us standing there. I'm not sure if I will stay there again the front desk worker's never smile they allways have this look on there face like they don't won't to be there. Are TV kept freezering up all night the water come out fast in the sink water leaked in from the rain I left the general manager a message but still haven't heard from the general manager yet and the amount I paid for my room I'm very upset I don't think we will stay there again.

I just loved this hotel … very comfortable beds and pillows… good service… our bus reached by 7.30am in the morning and they gave us a early check in by 10 am though there check-in time is at 4 pm only… really good hospitality… the best part was that the Greyhound bus service drop and pick up was right from the gate of the hotel so it was hassell free… people who are visiting Niagra New York do stay in this hotel u will all Njoy ur stay.

Very clean … staff was very friendly. It made our stay even more amazing. I was worried when I bought the package on groupon because I was unfamiliar with the area and location but the location couldn't have been better! 5 min walk to casino. Souvineer shop. And falls. I would def go back again and recommend if it comes up on groupon grab it while u can!

We had a nice time. The people were friendly and helpful. Pool was too cold so we didn't go in. Jacuzzi was nice but someone should be there to enforce the rules. No kids under 16. Yeah right, the whole time about 6 of them in and out jumping and running around. Only 8 people at a time. About 10 with those kids. We got out after 15 min. Couldn't take the brats. Room was nice. No place to park. Had to walk 2 blocks away to parking ramp. When I went to take shower it was cold water. Had to go to the desk. Said they were having trouble. In morning shower was warmer enough to take a shower but not real hot.

Older but very cute and updated hotel. Great location and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and updated. Love the food from the on site bar and Grill — Legends. They have a pool and hot tub, which I did not use but the ppl I seen that did seemed to have had a good time. Cars can be rented from this location as well as a gift shop onsite as well as a Cigar room. Only a block away from the falls. Parking is not that great. Small lot and if that's full you have to walk a cpl blocks down the street to a parking garage but the hotel pays for that. All in all I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area.

The hotel is located in a perfect location near Niagara Falls. The rooms are large and comfortable. Good breakfast.

The room was stinking. Pretty outdated hotel. The man at the registration desk was very rude. Cheaper hotel with high dollar price. Choose a different hotel or stay at downtown. If you are getting this hotel for $40 it is ok to stay. Bed sheets are not clean. No clean towels … it goes on… ****** Beware of this hotel.

The room was dated. The air conditioning sucked. The man at the registration desk was very rude. No hospality. No patients. Parking was supposed to be included in the room stay it was not. We parked two and a half blocks from hotel because they only have about 30 spots and 200 rooms. This was a rediculius price and rediculius hassle. For rude service. Not happy at all will not be staying in another one of these hotel's or recommending it to anyone either.

I would rate zero stars but have to put at least one. I spend about 95% of the year in hotels for work but this time it was for my fiance's birthday. She wanted to experience the maid of the mist for the first time. We arrived to find the parking to be horrid, very limited. They do have a parking garage 2 blocks away that they will validate but this has to be done every time you go in and out. When I suggested their site advertise this better for guest I was told "its not out problem". Ended up with a handicapped room which was no big deal but no fridge or micowabe the room was musty and dry, mold on the ceiling, cobwebs and mildew in the bathroom. The pool had mildew on the floor and some sort of substance floating in the water. Not to mention its basically in the lobby so everybody walking in and out can see you, and the glass wall faces the street so anybody passing by the outside can see right in. We were checked in and out within 15 minutes.

Lower quality (get it…) hotel but booked for its pet policy (brought along my dog). Good location overall but definitely not one of the nicer in the area. Breakfast was included but sub par. Ice machine and vending machine on my floor were broken. You do get free parking (which is otherwise $20 a day). Come to learn that the Sheraton was also pet friendly (which they don't advertise) and not that much more expensive. Might want to consider some of the others in the area if comparably priced.

This place is great I stay here evertime I'am up there and never had a bad experience. Workers are great and only a block from the falls. Jacuzzi and hot tub in the room was excellent. Keep up the good work.

First off I live in Niagara Falls this is at par with all other hotels with the exception of the casino. This place is connected to a great local bar called legends great food great drinks and people. If your looking for a party in town other than the casino go to playerz or tap room, or if you wanna chill and drink so wine go to wine on third. Hope you enjoy your stay.

Clean, very friendly and walkable to everything. Advanced booking is the smart thing to do when traveling as they are busy. :) The price is inexpensive but justified and if you are looking for a garden palace with white glove service… Pay more at another place.

I would sure like to know what most of the people who have left reviews have stayed at in their past to give this hotel high ratings. The friendly staff was the only good about this stay. Our room was absolutely gross, to top it off we were given a handicap room. It was filthy, smelled like cigarettes, and the hallways smelled like marijuana. Kids were running up and down the hallways with doors slamming. The bar was nice except for the limited seating with carpet. Parking was limited! I will never stay here again!

I stayed there the 24th to the 26th. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was the right size for my stay. The owner really needs to update the decor & have better Wi-Fi. The shower could be better, you either get very cold or very hot water, no in between. The restaurant was ok for being open Christmas eve, but the iced tea was nasty. I wanted to buy a cigar from the cigar lounge, but have to have the bartender do, waited 15 minutes asking to buy one & just gave up after he didn't show up. I would stay again when I do go back for another visit.

Very cost effective. Only issue was their horrible Wi-Fi, couldnt even connect! other than that I guess the price cant be beat. And its absolutely in the center of all attraction! niagra state park and falls are withing 10mins walk, the casino and food places are within 7mins reach! the location and price was wonderful. Thats why I am still giving them 5star regardless of my Wi-Fi issue. I hope they fix that for future.

We stayed here for two days during our Niagara falls trip from Cranston. I saw many Indian tourists coming this hotel. The good thing is Niagara falls is only 5 minute walking distance from this hotel. We bought some Niagara falls memento from the adjoining store in the ground floor. Staffs are very helpful. By using their high speed free wi fi service I have uploaded my entire falls video to my YouTube page. I saw there is a big floor printed chess board and table tennis board in front of entrance. I really liked them.

Horrible place. Run down. Rugs worn out. Drop ceiling tiles broken, have holes, not matching. Cheap plastic phone broken with cover missing. Bath tub cheap plastic, missing grout, worn out. Toilet seat falling off. No wall light switches. Every light turned on and off individually. The entire hotel needs remodelling. I wouldn't bring my dog here to sleep.

We had a great time our room had the best view and was very clean, I would recommend this hotel it was the best… staff was great and services was very good.

Allow you to be close to the fall in a reasonable price. The only withdrawal is the restaurant. Management should preplan it all over again.

Normal hotel for relatively little money. Clean, modern bathroom, large flat screen TV (didn't use because we arrived there one night), one double bed and a sofa bed. Took a Junior Suite for three adults. If for no car seat in 2 small open-air car parks, get a free place in a huge closed Parking near the hotel. In walking distance to the Park of Niagara falls. This is a huge plus. To go 7-10 minutes. Noise at night from the street could be heard. The drawback is that the hotel does not offer Breakfast, but even without leaving the building you can eat in some cafes. By the way, very promptly and at the specified time settled.

Very nice people. The manager on duty helped me change travel plans due to a sudden family illness. So compassionate and understanding. This is my go-to hotel in Niagra Falls.

Hotel employees were great. Shower ran hot and cold but tolerable. DO NOT GO TO LEGENDS BAR inside the hotel! Quality Hotel should take a close look at how the horrible experiences and complete incompetence of this place effects how many people may not stay there if they enjoy having a restaurant and bar connected to the hotel. If you want a clean hotel, do not stay here! While looking for a small ball in our guest room, my child found the following items under a chair: a used tissue, a piece of paper, a bear bottle cap, a MOLDY CUCUMBER, and a KNIFE! When I brought this to the attention of housekeeping, she merely wanted me to give her the items as she mumbled that she had not moved the chair while cleaning the day prior. I explained these items were there before we checked in. When I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk and brought all of the items down for them to see, they were polite and pleasant and said they would send someone up as soon as possible to clean the room and would take the issue up with the manager. (The manager did credit one day off our three night stay. ) When I brought the issue up to the head of housecleaning, he was apologetic but did nothing. When the housekeeper appeared nearly two hours later, she made the beds, gave towels and shampoo and soap, briefly vacuumed without moving anything but NEVER CLEANED anything, including the bathroom floor or mirrors which were dirty from before we had checked in. When that was again brought to the attention of the front desk, along with the issue that the door knowb of the suite was falling off and needed to be fixed and one of the ceiling panels that was falling down needed to be checked, I was told the general manager Chris would give me a call when he got in. I even left a number for him to reach me at.

Friendly staff all the way around super location, and great rates. The BEST PIZZA ever we thoroughly enjoy our stay. Would recommend it to friends and family without hesitation or reservation. Can't miss staying here 2 block walk to the falls.

Not the best wait time at the service desk when checking in. Room looked clean but there was a bug crawling on the floor, the sheets had a stain on them as did one of the towels, they may be rust stains but it makes you feel dirty. There is no breakfast which is unuusal in today's hotel standards. The location was great, parking terrible although they offered valet parking, BUT my car came back with 2 new scratches on the drivers side door that weren't there before our stay. I don't even know where my car was parked to be honest. For the price, $180+ a night I would find somewhere else to stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights of a 3 day stay, and had no complaints. I was skeptical after reading several poor reviews, but we will not hesitate to stay here again. Every member of the hotel staff was kind, friendly and helpfull in every way. Our room was clean and comfortable and everything worked. The hotel is walking distance from the falls and several other attractions.

Its about a block from Niagara Fall. Price is reasonable, Rooms are clean, there is a vent in the bathroom, Internet is good. Nice view from the windows. the bad — We order the Pizza with wings, it took them almost an hour to get it. The Waitress drop the first pizza, atleast she told us that and we understand it, but still 1 hour for pizza and wings. There is a cigar room for all u smokers. The gift Shop is THE CHEAPEST! $2.99 — 3.99 for Tshirts. Mind u once u get near the Falls, all shirts are 15-40 bucks EACH.

Good night 1. Everything in the room is clean, the beds on 3 pillows, TV with 60 channels. Wi-Fi hooked up on a rack, the Administration failed. The shower turned out to be an incomprehensible system, long versed:) Even has a swimming pool on the ground floor, but did not have the bathing supplies, travel agency was not warned.
There is a shop with souvenirs and t-shirts-wear-wear, ultra-stylish. There is a café-bar, in the morning, there's a free breakfast (for vouchers from Sam travel agency).
Staff helpful and friendly, gave free map of town and told how where to get, also received additional funds for the soul in the room them on 1 person.
This room has a radio alarm clock, coffee maker with coffee, telephone, hair dryer, iron, air conditioning, a safe for valuables.
If your number from the façade, the hotel all night lights will shine in the window-close the curtains.
Generally is satisfied.

Great locations within 5 minutes walk of the falls and across the street from the casino. BUT, disappointing motel. Carpets were dirty, worn out and smelly. The room had a odor, probably the carpet. I was never able to get a smile out of the the two front desk receptionists. The motel was at full capacity, yet they only had one attendant at breakfast, so had to keep waiting for food. We requested permission to leave our car in their lot a few hours after the checkout time but were rudely refused (the lot was empty during the day). With its great location seems like it is ready for a purchase by someone who wants to fix it up and make it a class motel.
