Terrible service. Filthy rooms. And will not own up or refund. This place should be inspected!

Absolutely disgusting. Bedding gross, mold everwhere. Wouldnt return money.

No toilet paper. No towels. I complained about my room smelling like cigarette smoke. Asked for a refund… paid cash. Guy who works there would not give back my CASH!
JANG BANDAHUR SINGH is ripoff artist. He was very RUDE. I do not smoke. Tv blew circuit breaker twice.

15 Min Away from the Goat Island. Good Place for a overnight stay. Not much but a good motel.

This hotel was perfect for our family. The family and the workers were all very nice. We didn't want clean linens for anything they were always bringing us clean towels.

The hotel was simple and as described. It was very clean and the staff was polite. It’s conveniently located right next to the trolley stop and you get a day pass per day stayed. I appreciated my stay. Thank you!

A simple motel, good price, the bathroom was new everything worked, only what they should not promote is that they offer breakfast as it is not breakfast it's coffee and some bagels, from there on out all good.

Leaving 5 stars because for the price it's not a bad place. Beds are comfortable had hot water and a convenient location. The gentleman who checked us in and we dealt with the entire time was very nice. Only complaint is I think they should add some lights around the pool so it can stay open later. Like I said this isn't the Marriott but I liked it and thought it was good for the price. I would stay again.

We were charged extremely high, still equipments was not properly working in the room. Some issue with bathroom too. Not recommended.

Duck tape with paint holding the room door together. Clean but nothing but bare bones. Noise from thin walls and no phone, hair drier, or coffee breakfast. Soap not replenished, terrible bed and worn out pillow.

A rather lousy but cheap place.

Have travel allot close to 150 nights a year. Never have I seen or smelt a more disgusting motel. This place is unclean do not rent. They also are thieves. Booked through trivago for $35 got here and they didn't care charge me $60. Id rather sleep in a filthy pile of human excrement. Look at this tub. Theses people are pigs.

One of the better motels I've stayed at. Clean, includes a fridge and microwave, but no coffee maker. Overall, worth the stay. 12 minute drive to Niagara Falls.

Normal rooms with a bathroom, with discreet cleanliness and with breakfast included. Useful if you have to stay for one night and visit Niagara Falls.

The rooms smell like weed the guy said he didn't clean it in 4 days there spiders in the pool/tire breakfasts is donuts/muffins/ and sterile foam cups for tea the ac didn't work people smoking all around the motel.

The motel was amazing the staff was really nice the pool was clean and didnt have any problems sleeping but the breakfast room was small but dunking was not even a mile Also th falls was really close to the motel great location which lots of food selections.

The room was VERY outdated and you can see many repairs have been done and need to be done. It's hard to say the place was clean because it was so run down. The pool is not heated. Did not get offered breakfast or even knew there was free Wi-Fi. I will not go back or recommend this place to anyone and feel I was cheated.

It was cheap with no frills but a bed, TV and frig, pool was not being used but looked ok.

Wasnt not thrilled by it. They say free breakfast and it consists of powered and chocolate donuts you by at a convince store and mini muffins with 4oz coffee. And the pool looks like a kiddies pool. Very small. I would say you get what you pay for but I feel like 80 was too much. I would've paid 40. Washcloths was dirty. Only good things is it has a flat screen and mini fridge and stove. And no central air btw. Air conditioner in the wall.

$80/night for this? What a rip off. In a very dirty, very scary location; only one soda machine on site and it was broken; staff was rude and spoke very broken English; and worst of all was the bugs. My god the bugs. I've never been so horrified. We came home around 11 PM to find our door littered with these weird mosquito looking bugs and we had to run in the room to make sure they didn't get inside. Then I went to use the restroom, turned on the light to a HORRIFYING sight of these little bugs COVERING the entire bathroom door and bathtub floor. I mean they were EVERYWHERE. Got in despite the screen on the bathroom window. There were these little bugs all over the ceiling and walls and sink and floor. It was absolutely disgusting. The room was tiny, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and it was not at all worth the price. Don't stay here. Do not recommend.

It was a nice clean place. There was allot of parking spaces the mattress were comfortable and the pool was clean. The only time I noticed an odd smell was when we first entered the room after being away for a few hours, but the smell went away fast. Also the breakfast room was small and didn't have much options. That wasn't a big problem because a Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks were less than a block away.

The house is clean, although the furniture is old. Relative prices also affordable that. Indian boss, who was very nice.

Had a nightmare experience last week during our visit to Niagara Falls. Very congested rooms with very little space. They did have a breakfast but it was just nothing. I would never recommend it to nobody.

This place should be shut down. Do not stay here. Worst experience ever. After charging me double for a dirty, smelly, spider infested room they were rude when I brought it to the managers attention, who is a hard understand Indian man who only refunded my money because I told him I was going to contact the better business bureau, which I am doing anyways. Also shortly after my extremely unpleasant stay here I started to receive phone calls from Indian women at all hours of the night, telling me my money was charged to my card. This I think is no coincidence. A small free piece of advice, many hotels and motels in area just pick another.
