Excellent very clean the only thing is don't have breakfast buffet.

Very clean hotel. Close to everything. Only negative would be the limited grab and go breakfast items, but would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Perfect location for being able to walk to the Niagra Falls.
Our room and hotel seemed clean and safe, which is extra important during this time of the COVID 19 pandemic.
The receptionist was polite. We were allowed to leave our vehicle parked in their parking lot, the day of checkout for o extra cost. This was extremely helpful.

I am from Pittsburgh, PA and I was vacationing in Niagara Falls, NY. This is the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel. Again, I was not disappointed. It is a great place to stay.

Nice hotel however at 10pm we were awoken to extremely loud music playing outside our room window. We have an early morning so we went to bed early to get sleep. Was told by the front desk the noise ordnance is 11pm. Don’t recommend staying here if you want to get up early!

So my parents stayed at this place for 2 nights, paid for the best room this place had. Keep in mind my parents are the most selfless people you'll ever meet. They never go on trips together because they're too busy taking care of everyone else but they decided to go to celebrate there 18th wedding anniversary together. When we booked the room through expedia. Com it listed the room with a jacuzzi, indoor pool, free breakfast etc. When they got there that's when they said no pool, no hot tub and then the "free breakfast" consisted of coffee and donuts (a whole 3.00 they saved them). I called the hotel (without my parents knowledge) upset because I really wanted them to get the full relaxation they deserved, I tried to explain to them what happened with the booking and Ashley (the first one I spoke with) was quite rude, interrupted everytime I tried to get a word out and basically said "well make better reservations next time and they have one of our best rooms". "Best room" is laughable! So, then she puts on the horrible front desk manager who again, interrupted me everytime I tried to get a sentence out and tried to blame it on a scam website. Thankfully expedia took care of my parents to make up for their hotels failures. On top of it all, when my parents got home they said it was the worst hotel they've ever stayed in.

This is an awesome place to stay! This is a no smoking facility but there is a bench outside where you can smoke. It's very clean, the staff is super friendly, and accommodating! There is a free hot breakfast served every morning and free parking. Its located right at the front entrance of the Falls and all attractions are within walking distance. We parked our car and never left the parking lot. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great location at Niagara falls. So close to restaurants and the falls. My husband and I had a great walk around the area. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning was very good too, with lots of different options. Would not mind staying here again!

We had an amazing time the rooms where clean and very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good a lot of choices. And you can't beat the location and the view was amazing. Highly recommend if you are visiting the falls (pictures are of view from room)

A pretty convenient place to stay near the Niagara Falls. One can easily walk down to the falls in just five minutes! Parking place is adequate & there is no additional charge. Family accommodation is available here in which the rooms have an internal connecting door. All contemporary facilities are available in the room. Breakfast is complimentary. However, the item selection is limited.

The staff is quite helpful. The hotel rooms are wonderful for the price. The hotel is on a great street for shopping and has a gift shop. Being located so close to the falls, you can walk almost every where you want to see. The free breakfast is served in the basement, so it can be a little challenging to find. The fitness center has some equipment, but is not that large. The TV channels are mainly local and a few of the cable channels are hard to watch due to picture distortion. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to take a vacation to Niagara Falls.

Delightful experience. Great location — closest to State park entrance. Walk a couple of hundred yards to bridal falls. We were wrongly booked in other Comfort Inn, Niagara Falls but they gracious to cancel our reservation and we were lucky to get the last available room at Comfort Inn Pointe. Room size was sufficient. Warm breakfast was good enough. Staff were courteous and helpful — Sarah at front desk was ever smiling and willing to answer. Parking is a big plus. One minor blemish, there wasa small red stain in one of the bedsheets. Overall memorable experience and have already started referring to friends.

Perfect for visiting the Niagara Falls.

I would extremely highly recommend Comfort Inn The Pointe if you're visiting Niagara Falls. You can walk out the back door right into Niagara Reservation State Park and see the falls. Also, if you have your passport you can walk across the Rainbow Bridge into Canada, which is so close you can see the entrance from the hotel. You will be glad you chose this hotel. Trust me. The convenience of being able to walk out your hotel room to you destination is unmatched. Especially when you want to rest a bit or drop off some shopping you've done. This is a great hotel in a fantastic location, just a few blocks from the Seneca Casino and the Falls are just a few minutes walk away in a beautiful park. Our room was very nice, comfy beds and clean and tidy. Good choice of TV channels, lots of power points and the AC/heater was excellent and very quiet. The breakfast was excellent with just about everything you could want. There were four very helpful staff on hand keeping everything stocked and tables clean. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and we have stayed here a number of times now. Much better value for money than we've come across on the Canadian side. A big thank you to all the staff for another great stay.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Rooms were clean, open and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The ability to walk across the street to the Falls and to the nearby restaurants was an added bonus. The desk staff was so nice and Sarah was very helpful, friendly, and informative. I would highly recommend this place… especially in the off-season. Would definitely stay here again.

A very nice room with an amazing view from our window. A clean room with plenty of towels clean blankets and a friendly staff that were more then helpful to make suggestions to make our visit to the Niagara Falls a wonderful experience than u. I will recommend it to my friends and family.

Closest hotel to the falls! 2 minute walk to american falls. We could hear the falls from our window. Front desk people were helpful and kind. Breakfast staff was efficient, and very cheery — full hot breakfast had all the options & they had tons of seating. Housekeeping was very kind. Great hotel!

Will come back every year… Perfectly situated at the entrance to the park. A short walk to the falls. Amazing vendors outside the hotel to eat at. No worries about parking because you can walk to most attractions from there. I will be back.

Very good hotel in front of the park of the Falls of Niagara (accessed by walking from the hotel). It has rooms with excellent view. The parking is free. In the vicinity there are shopping, eating, and gift shops (gift shops). The service is very good, with breakfast included. Recommended.

We've been going to Niagara Falls for years. This was the best value we have ever gotten in a hotel. Parking was right outside the door. Check in was a breeze. Room was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Everything was obviously quite new. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was exceptional. Waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage, and a bunch of other stuff. 2 workers restocking as needed. Lots of hotels in Niagara Falls advertise that they are "within walking distance to the falls. " Which I suppose is true if you don't mind walking a mile or two in some cases. But this place is literally across the street from the rapids. You can hear the roar of the falls when you walk out the door. We will stay here again.

None of the rooms actually have a view of the falls but it is the closest you are going to get. You are only a 5 minute walk to the American falls and maybe 25 minute walk to horseshoe falls. The breakfast was good. And the only thing I would say about the room is that if you plan on bringing food back check the fridge because our food turned into an ice cube because it was turned up all the way. And we didn't have a microwave in our unit. All of the of these things are very minimal. We are already planning a visit for the summer time.

We just stayed at the Comfort Inn last weekend. Awesome location to everything. Sarah at the front desk is a great asset to this company. She always greeted us with a smile and was interested in our adventures for the day. Sarah suggested places to eat and had coupons to give. Rooms were clean and great views. Everyone there was easy to get along with and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Ladies that prepared the breakfast were very kind and helpful and was there to make sure things were kept up. Keep up the great work everyone! Thumbs up to you all!

Nice place. Friendly staff. Great location. But its the little things. Went in January had a snow storm that night the next morning my car and windows had been brushed cleaned of snow. Now thats GREAT service.

The location of the hotel is ideal. It's right across the street from the falls so you can easily walk over there and enjoy the view. The service was great and the staff was super friendly and personable. The rooms were comfy and cozy as well. I definitely recommend staying here!

When my sister and her friend came to visit from Sacramento I told her that the Comfort Inn would be a good place to stay because its located in the middle of all the attractions Niagara Falls has to offer. She said that it was a great idea because they were within walking distance from all the sites they wanted to see. The rooms were clean and spacious. The meals in the hotel were also very good.

Location is excellent as it's very close to the entrance of the park. Rooms are big with good air conditioning / heater. There's a bath tub in the toilet along with standard toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. No robes or slippers though. Buffet breakfast included and rates are reasonable. Free Wifi and parking also available.

The hotel was standard, service and the room. The falls were right there and could here them from the room. Walking distance from many areas.
The breakfast (hot) was not that great, the potatoes were under cooked and cold as was the eggs (they were wet from being a little undercooked), the sausage wasn't fully cooked and was cold. The other choices, there were many (cold and toaster items) to choose from including the waffle station (we didn't try).

So happy with our stay here. Ashley gave superb customer service, and could tell she really likes what she is doing! Very pleasant young lady! Also our room was very comfortable and loved the king size bed.!

Love the location for access to the Falls. This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was fast, plentiful and good. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our 5 day stay. The room was clean and comfortable. We visited in mid October. We had some trouble with internet access sometimes and it does kick you off daily but once we knew that it was no big deal to log back on. Wonderful Experience for us.

Rooms are the size of a closet… but if you can handle that it is worth it. Continental breakfast and so close to everything! Rainbow bridge is just a 5 minute walk. There was an awesome festival going on when we where there. Will stay there again!

Wonderful Location. Walking distance from the American Falls. Close to eateries and other public attractions. A Hard rock cafe is a block away. I recommend this hotel. Will stay here again. For hotel Management Eyes Only: — 1. The rooms don't have Microwave in the room (No big deal but would be nice) 2. The mini Fridge in our room wasn't working looks dated.

I have stayed in many hotels in the past including many quite expensive hotels and I have never had a better experience than I had at Comfort Inn, Niagara Falls. The room was fabulous including a wonderful wheelchair accessible shower with a shower dam — it was perfect. Every staff member made my families and my stay wonderful. Everyone was very extremely friendly and helpful. I have never stayed at a Comfort Inn before because I thought that they were not less than great hotels. I expected a hard and uncomfortable bed, old comforters, and a subpar handicapped accessible room. What a wonderful surprise I got. I will seek out Comfort Inn's in the future when I'm traveling. Comfort Inn helped make my vacation spectacular. Thank you!

Checked-in midnight 12:30Am on 08/23 and Beverly was at the front desk. Very helpful person with right knowledge about the property and location surrounding. Helped me and my family member with necessary details on our stay. The room was perfectly perfect than beyond my expectations. Breakfast was full of happiness. The overall stay here is 5star.

I really enjoyed everything about this place. The friendly staff. Very clean. The wonderful breakfast. They even had ice cold lemon flavored water in lobby for guest. To the location of the hotel. I opened our window up at night. I could hear the sound of the falls and the river. The view from our room was breath taking. Could see the whole sky line lit up at night. The hotel was with in walking distance of every attraction. Places to eat and shopping. There was a security guard at entrance to place. I would highly recommend this place to stay at. We went for our 28th anniversary. Will be going back for our 30th in 2 years :)

I only stayed for one night, but the place was quiet and fairly clean. The location is prime and in proximity to walk to everything so, no extra parking fees necessary! My room view (pictured) did consist of the parking lot but we didn't spend much time in the room. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was mediocre but a plus that it was included. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

We came to comfort inn after staying in a hotel in Manhattan. Compared to that, these rooms were huge and spacious, much more than what we needed. Even the bathrooms were large. We stayed in the ground floor. Breakfast was good. Location is great as it's just outside the entry point for the state park if you plan to go for maid of the mist.

Very close to the falls, clean, friendly, free parking and breakfast. Not many extras without request, like toiletries. Upper floors are priced $30 higher, but not really worth it. You don't get anything extra for the price.

Hotel was under construction outside but it didn't bother our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were comfortable, room was clean, shower was nice… a standard two queen bed hotel room. We asked for an upper floor with view of Niagara Park and though you can't see the Falls, it was very pretty. Location was great, you walk out the back of the hotel to Niagara Park! Walk to restaurants and casino. Would definitely stay again (Room 409).

Comfort Inn The Pointe was a nice hotel. I found it to be clean, tidy, and in good condition. The beds were also very comfortable. However, I found the rooms to be slightly pricey compared to other hotels of its class and that's the only downfall. The excellent thing though, is the walk to the falls. It's a five minute walk from the hotel directly to the falls. Perfect location! There is no other hotel better situated than this one. Also it's worth noting that the breakfast staff was phenomenally nice and helpful. I would stay again in the future. The hotel also just completed renovations with the exception of the lobby.

It was a comfortable room across the stree from the Niagara State Park (within a 5 minute walk of the Falls). That was the best part. I was only there one night but enjoyed my stay.

Rooms are reasonably priced. Staff is courteous. The location can't be beat, it is within close walking distance to the Rainbow Bridge, U. S. Falls park, and area attractions. Hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The new rooms look and feel nice.

Very nice stay! We will definitely be staying again. The lady at the front desk was so nice and she let us check in early! That was a plus considering our 7 hour drive. Our room was nice, beds were comfortable, not much of a view but very close to everything! I gave a 4 star because even though the room was clean for the most part the house cleaning could have done a better job we didn't use the dressers because they weren't cleaned, the bathroom had hair in the corners, and the base of the toilet was dirty plus we had no tissues. House cleaning needs to improve other than that it was good. Breakfast was okay for being free.

The people were extremely nice. We got up in the morning and ate a wonderful breakfast and then we walked to Niagara Park.

Compared to the other hotels on the american side, I have to say this one is the best. I just stayed in the hotel for a night while the rooms are getting renovated. The renovated rooms are nice and better than before. The staff at the hotel started from the front desk ladies to the service people were all nice and helpfull.

You can't beat this location for the price! The staff were courteous and allowed me to check in early. The only minor complaint is the bed felt a little worn out, but I was so tired from all the walking around that I slept soundly anyway.

I was at this hotel in August 2015 with my family and our friends, we stayed two nights at the hotel. We were only supposed to stay one night but added an extra night very close to our planned stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating when it came to adding the second night. Our room was very clean and tidy when we arrived. We were very happy with our room. It doesn't have a falls view, then again no one goes to Niagara Falls to look at the falls through glass. There's a gift shop in the hotel, and the continental breakfast is served in a conference room. The main attraction of this hotel, for us, is its location. The hotel is across the street from Niagra Falls State Park. It's a one lane, one way street with very little traffic. By walking out the back door of the hotel and across Prospect Street, you're in Niagara Falls State Park. All the attractions and activities one expects are within the park. Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Goat Island, it's all right in the park and easy to walk to. There are food courts in the park as well. The hotel is also about three blocks from Rainbow Bridge, so walking across the bridge or driving across is extremely convenient for guests at Comfort Inn. Don't forget your passport if you decide to go into Canada. Locally on the New York side, there are plenty of places to eat. The Seneca Casino has a great buffet, and is a short walk from the Comfort Inn. One final thing to mention about Niagara Falls State Park.

We stayed here in August 2015. We only booked one night but decided we wanted to stay a second night. Ashley took great care of getting the second night booked at last minute. We had one of the newer remodel rooms. It was very nice. Love the location, walked to everything. Internet was so, so. But that wouldn't stop me from staying here again. Breakfast was good, nice selection. Staff was all very nice. Oh my hubby thought you needed a better selection of cable channels. Lol I read the past reviews that helped us decide to stay here. Hope to get back for a second visit some day, and will stay with you guys again! Thanks for a great couple days get away trip!

I stayed here after reading some other reviews. The location is perfect. We were able walk anywhere we needed to go. It isn't as clean as I thought it would be. The person working in the breakfast area in the morning was extremely rude… rude enough that I will not stay there again because of her. I get that it is free but come on. :-/
