This is always a clean, well kept up hotel, that’s why I stay there anytime I come to Niagara Falls.

Not satisfied over-all from the start of booking. I thought it's a good hotel because of the price. I paid 30usd for the parking too. the poorest hotel I ever stayed… the mini bar was empty. Not even a bottle of water… Can't wait to check out!

Charged us a fee for booking through Priceline. Priceline said they never heard of that.

If I could give this a negative 5 star I so would we were orignally going to stay here 3 nights ended up staying one. To start off we had the king suite jacuzzi room city view room 212 the jacuzzi was filled with filth and hair I pulled the drain stopper up and the whole drain ring came out and there was mold caked around that so the extra money we paid for a jacuzzi we were unable to use it. There is black mold growing in the ceiling in the bathroom. There was crust all over the furniture and around the baseboards. The parking is horrible they only have about 20 slots avaliable in the main lot and they have a parking garage that is caving in so there's caution tape and cones all over the place so only about 10-15 cars can park there. And on top that they charge you an extra $20 per night to park and its a hidden fee they advertise free parking that is not the case they add a "destination fee" this is a very piss poor hotel for the price. Save yourself the headache and pay a couple hundred extra to have a clean room down the street. The only thing this hotel has for it is the location and to be quite honest its not that great. Lastly so much for a so called "view" bring windex and paper towels so you can clean the thick crust off the windows to be able to see. Very disappointing!

Our room was nice and clean and a great choice for our anniversary weekend! The staff was so nice and greeted us every time they saw us! Within walking distance of everything! Will definitely be back! Thanks for a great time!

Staff was fine. The room was nice, but overpriced. The bathroom sink stopper was broken making it a gross experience to shave and brush my teeth. I had to use my fingernails to try to lift the stopper up enough to let the water drain. The room should never have been available in that condition. Did anyone else report the problem? Was it ignored if they did? Not a bad room, but too not a great experience. Won’t be returning.

Room was not clean rust in the tub. I got moved to another room and that room had rust in the tub as well! Windows and mirrors dirty. Night stand lamps did not work. I got offer $50 credit on the room or to get refunded and be out within 30 minutes! I drove all the way from Jersey was too tired to search for another room. Settled for credit! Should have been offered 50% off since the hotel was book according to the staff! I would like a refund! Very unsatisfied!

Booked a handicap room because my wife can’t get in a tub. No vanity in bathroom, only a sink. You have no space for shaving stuff and makeup. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is nice. The view is nice, however, it is not the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. They tried to enforcement people to wear masks, but of course, some young people in the lobby would not. This past weekend it was packed, parking was tricky, but if patient, you can find someone pulling out. They booked someone next door to use the 2nd night and they were loud, smoking and arguing. They did not remove these people, so we didn't get the best night's sleep. We complained and they gave us a good discount. Overall, I would say its a decent hotel, considering where it is. Very convenient to everything! has Starbucks venue in the morning which was amazing, and lots of drinks and snacks in the lobby.

We were charged $75 deposit fee upon arrival and then 19.95 per day to park when we checked out. The $75 that was to be returned was never returned and an additional $131 was taken out of my account about a week after we checked out. So we are now out $206 when we call about getting refunded we get the run around.

Bad view. Horrible staff, especially the general manager. I stayed here with my family, called ahead of time too see if we could use the pool. They said yes. When I went too use the pool, my key card wouldn’t work. A little boy let us in and his mother came running up yelling at us. So I went too the desk and they said you have too make reservations too use the pool and we’re all filled up. I said when I called they said I could use the pool. He said you can use the pool. But you don’t have a reservation and I don’t have any spots open. They were rude. Never explained anything. The general manager blamed everything on COVID/19 instead of there lack of communication. Offered nothing too help or refund anything. The hot water didn’t work in our room. I asked if they had a cart too take stuff up too our room. And she laughed, and said you won’t find one of them around here. The beds are old and uncomfortable. The view out the window was an old parking lot. They charged 30.00 for parking yet the had no parking spots available. Highly recommend staying somewhere else. I stayed in a 70.00 motel last year and it was a hundred times better. Plus it’s on the first floor. The elevator took so long and worked so bad we choose too walk up seven flights of steps!

The hotel is very nice but the restaurant and Breakfast cooks could use a little work.

The hotel was really nice but the service in the restaurant was lacking. Food for breakfast was bad bacon was way over cooked and some what cold. Wait staff wasnt that great. For what we pay for the room they dont offer continental breakfast so that was disappointing.

Everything is good except I got charge for parking my car now at almost $20 per day. I won’t stay ever again in the future. I was here February 2019 and June 2019 there was no charge for parking.

Family friendly walking distance to all you ever wanted to see in Niagara Falls. Nice and spacious bedroom. Our families favorite hotel in every time we visit Niagara.

Very excited to be here on our 25th anniversary trip. We’ve been looking forward to visiting Niagara Falls and taking the tour. The location of this hotel is perfect for walking distance to the falls. Great restaurants and atmosphere.

Hotel needs better maintenance to support the room charges.
Please note that the Concierge and Waitstaff are INCREDIBLE. They do their best to perform service recovery for what is beyond their control.

Had a great dinner in Chill 443 restaurant in the hotel! Service, drinks, food were excellent! Our room is spotless! Perfect size with extras like essential oils and “fresh” air fan… not sure what it’s called plus a water softener on shower head.

Don’t recommend. The staff will book your room while your occupying the room. Had three different people walking in when I was in the room. Who knows who enter while I was gone. Avoid this poorly manage hotel.

The hotel is within walking distance of the falls and all of the major tourist attractions. The room was nice and they have a nice roll in shower in the ADA room. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and you can hear everyone in the room next to you and in the hallway. Also, they do not have a refrigerator in the room and there is no breakfast. Check Groupon for deals on the hotel but don’t get too excited about the extra certificates that come with the hotel. They give you coupons like $30 off your meal at Outback but the meals at Outback in Niagara Falls start at $30 along with their 13% state tax so after the coupon, we still paid $60 for a meal that would normally cost about $30. Overall, it is still a nice place to stay, very friendly service, and a great location.

Very helpful staff, helped us find everything we wanted to visit. They did everything they could to help when our 1st hotel reservation fell through with a different hotel (went of business with no notice to customers). They have basement parking for overflow needs. Wow great hotel.

Friendly staff. The room was clean. Our room was facing Rainbow Bridge and had a beautiful view at night. Walking distance to the Falls, Maid of the Mist, observation deck. Heli ride right across the street. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to others. Our stay was from Oct. 21st thru Oct. 24th.

Rooms were a standard size and clean. The hotel has a cafe type restaurant with grab and go items as well as a full menu that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. We didn't use the pool long but it was sufficient for a few groups of people the water was cold! The hotel is located within walking distance to the falls and surrounding areas. Plenty of food options as well.

Great choice to visit the waterfalls from the US and Canadian side without spending a fortune. Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast however essentially only with savory tastes for Americans. A hotel with a swimming pool and ample car parking, it is a short walk from the rainbow bridge and the point where you rent the helicopter to fly over the falls. Kind staff and great Wi-Fi.

Decent room. Small fridge. My SO was taller than the shower door and shower head at six foot 2, so he has to crouch to shower. The food area is okay, but having only one waffle maker (though not always out) and one toaster doesn't really work. The front desk is always kind and helpful as is the rest of the staff. I was there for a week at Christmas and they made it very comfy. We had ice cream at Christmas and no freezer, but we were lucky enough to have a ledge outside our window and we just kept it in the snow and ice. Need a place near Niagara or cheaper than hotels within Buffalo during football season? This is the perfect place for you.

Their is not enough parking, we had to park at the Sherdon Hotel. Our room was clean but the bed covers had huge holes through them which defeated the purpose of having them on the mattress. The elevators are very small and you had to wait at times because they were to full.

Newest and closest hotel to the Falls. Nice, well decorated rooms, though too few drawers. Indoor pool and fit center. Walking distance to restaurants, Falls and Casino. All for very reasonable rates, considering location {$149 plus taxes mid week July. }

Lovely hotel. I love the modern style of the rooms. The bed was comfy and there's a microwave, mini fridge, and a coffee maker for your convince. Clean looking room upon looking around on my behalf. Lovely lobby and some other fun activities to do. Probably one of the best hotels if you're looking for somewhere to stay for niagra falls.

Great location and nice hotel. We had bought this through a Groupon and was happy with the hotel area and location to the falls park. Our room was a handicap room on the first floor. We appreciated the level so we could use the steps rather than waiting for the elevator. Our air conditioner unit was noisy and did not work properly. Either full cold or not much air if we adjusted the temperature. The bathroom had no counter top space and the shower was wheelchair accessible so water went all over the bathroom floor. We did not need or request that but did not request a room change so we could stay on that level. Nice staff. Good shape.

Pros: Very close to the falls. Clean rooms at a really good cost. Cons: Housekeeping always forgot to do something everyday. Important stuff like give us towels after taking our towels. Not enough room in the room to store more than a few people's luggage. Breakfast was an elaborate assortment of carbs. TONS of bread, only protein was deli slices if you got their early enough. Staff seems disinterested and doesn't pay attention. Were overcharged for snacks our first night.

It was fine enough for one night. The place looks great, is clean, is close to the falls, and has a free breakfast. The breakfast was a bit chaotic. It was easier to take food to the room then to eat where it was served and there wasn't a lot of breakfast options to choose from. The one problem we had with the room was that we discovered our floor was wet in the morning. It had something to do with humidity and the A. C. Unit. For one night, i'd stay again. Just keep all items away from the A. C.

Despite the current renovations we had a nice stay. The rooms were clean, service was friendly and overall it felt like a good value. The hotel is extremely close to the falls so we were able to save some money by walking everywhere. I'd definitely stay here again if we stayed on the New York side again. Next time we'll probably stay on the Canadian side because there seems to be way more to do.

It's located very closed to the park In which is very beneficial to park. All the attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast is something that I was a bit upset since all they serve is cold breakfast, but I will leave that up to you. They do have a beer bar for your convenience.

They're doing tons of updates which is BEAUTIFUL. However, we had super loud neighbors from 2:00am-4:00am which I know is not the hotels fault, however their way of dealing with it was offering to move us at 4:00am! Shortly after we explained that we didn't want to move because we were just there that night they called and asked them to be quiet.

Hotel close enough to the falls, spacious rooms, a bit old to renovate. Breakfast buffet with not too much choice.

The location is ideal for those visiting the American and/or Canadian side of Niagara Falls. The king jacuzzi suite was comfortable and relaxing. Only downfall was the pool was under maintenance but we were welcome to use the pool at the Sheraton across the street.

Get Robert on the Front Desk. Great location and refurbished rooms. Microwave n Small fridge included. The continental breakfast was included and the fitness center was fantastic. New Manager is April. Took off a star for her. Can't wait until Cheryl? Comes back to work.

What a quaint place. Everyone is so nice and very knowledgeable about the area. I love great customer service and they indeed provided this. Room was ALWAYS clean, their breakfast was delicious (considering it is included), their workout facilities in working order. Overall very good price for the stay.

Overall the hotel is great the reason why it gets only three stars is because the room has no safe and a TV is so far away that you can barely see it. As for the continental breakfast they provide there is not really a big selection. The staff is great and helpful.

The rooms were newly remodeled and the hotel is now a Wyndam Garden. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that was not ideal was the parking. We ended up having to parking underground the final day, normally wouldn't care but it is so cramped in there it was hard to get into the narrow spaces and many people had to park over the lines, cutting down on spaces. Not ideal. Other than that, our view of the Canadian skyline was wonderful and all the vouchers were a nice bonus. The Express Breakfast was just that. It did the job and was not fancy. Perfect for people on the go! Thanks for great anniversary weekend at the Falls!

We’re checking out tomorrow but all I can say is that were thankful that we choose this hotel. The nice is room, the staffs are friendly and helpful. And what we llve the most is that its really close to niagara falls for its price! Thank you we absolutely be coming back again and next time we will trying to get the suite!

The breakfast was very good. Wi-Fi was fine. Cleanliness very good. Staff very helpful. Microwave and kettle available. No fridge available.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and well kept, other than the bathroom. It had some failing tile and trim that could have used a remodel. But for the price and great location, it made up for this short coming. The location allows you to walk to the falls and nearly all of the attractions. And was right near Rainbow Bridge if visiting the Canadian side also. The on site restaurant had very limited menu, but was ok for a breakfast meal before heading out to see the sites.

It is a good hotel if you want to spend the day to visit the falls. There's not much variety on the breakfast menu, which is served from 8 to 10 am. If you go by car, there's a small parking lot in front of the hotel, with another underground one. If no vagancies are available you can park at another hotel nearby (usually Sheridan) and they'll pay for your ticket. Overall is a regular hotel, pretty standard.

Hotel is so and so, but the breakfast was terrible so very poor, the poorest I’m been have, rooms are very loud, you can here everything from the room beside, clean, and the very important thing, no discount for airlines staff, they show you on advertising the nicer rooms like suite and rooms you can upgrade, but not the regular rooms.

The Days Inn is in a great location because it’s in the middle of all the tourist attractions Niagara Falls has to offer. Being two blocks away from the actual falls on the American side makes it very convenient to walk from your hotel room to 90% of all the attractions. You will absolutely love the clean rooms, comfortable beds and the friendly staff.

This hotel was very affordable. I found it on an app and the lady in reservations took the time to get me the best price available. It was clean and very nice. Easy to get to, free and close parking right at the doors. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, we all slept great! Beautiful view from the rooms. The hotel staff was kind and helpful. It’s very close to the state park to see the falls. The pool was clean, warm and large, so I’m thinking it was a heated pool. We would stay here again if we ever go back. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location. Right near the Rainbow bridge to cross over the border. Also close to the casino. The have a restaurant inside that you can get breakfast from. The market inside came in handy stocked with food, spirits, and medicine. The front desk staff was very helpful answering all the questions I had. The room was great. We has a king suite with a Jacuzzi tub with a nice fireplace. Nice and clean. The indoor pool was nicely heated especially since it was cold outdoors. Not much parking but they do have a lower level parking garage with a few extra spots. Loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Probably the Best place to stay if you're visiting the falls. I stayed here with my family and all of us loved it, given the price we paid for each room. You won't find this good a hotel at a price they charge. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, super clean, equipped with a lot of amenities, and have a modern decor to it. Free Wi-Fi, TVs have cable on it so you don't have to pay to watch various channels. Check-in/out was smooth and didn't take me more than 2 minutes. Parking is free. The hotel is located almost next to the Niagara Falls visitor center and major attractions are at a walking distance. We loved our stay here at this hotel and without a second of thought I'd choose this place next time I'm visiting NF.

Hotel very well placed to visit the falls but a bit too impersonal. Large and comfortable rooms.

Our room wasn't ready at the time of check in, so they were nice enough to take some money off the room. The room itself was beautiful with a great view. They had everything we needed ready for us. At night, the employees in the lobby were happy to have a nice conversation and were helpful with our need to find a place to eat. Would definitely recommend.

MOLD! Stay away! The hotel has a mold problem due to leaky pipes. If you're asthmatic, I suggest you stay away. I suffered from multiple asthma attacks every time I came back to the hotel. I could not figure out what was causing these attacks, so I had to keep the window open to reduce the attacks. On my last day of the stay, I noticed the ceiling was leaking water. When notified a lady at the front desk, another lady standing close to her responded, "Another leak? ". The hotel obviously has a pipe issue, perhaps they only renovated the cosmetic parts of the hotel and not the things that truly matter. The hotel staff, one in particular (guy with glasses and a tongue ring who works at the front desk) was extremely rude on multiple occasions. Furthermore, the other issue with this hotel was cleanliness. The vent in the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in over 10 years. Dust and grime caked on. I though in the beginning that might have been the cause of the asthma attacks. I shortly ruled that out after keeping the bathroom door shut, it didn't stop/reduce the number of attacks. Lastly, also related to cleanliness, the bedding wasn't changed on either of the beds after the room was serviced. I know this due to the other guest's blanket. She brought a blanket from home that shed little bits of fuzz. When we arrived back at the room, both beds were made but they both still had fuzz particles. Overall, highly dissatisfied and will never come back!

Bad bad check in times and procedure. Loud rooms, sounds like the neighbors are in your room!. Doors slam shut all hours. Broken shower. And water goes all over the floor! Wobbly toilet tank. Missing hairdryer. Took forever to get one sent up, hair was almost dry! No counters in bathroom, so no where to put toiletries. Would not recommend this place.

The location was great! We could walk everywhere we needed (the falls were one block away). The hotel itself was quite outdated and the restaurant inside was really limited on menu items, but wasn't bad. The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly, and parking was included in our stay. Great location if you don't want to drive.

Chose this place for the location and pictures of all their renovations! Rooms are very nice for the most part, some wear and tear on the bathroom tile but still very clean! Beds were SUPER comfy and staff was really friendly. Only a 5 minute walk to the falls and in a central area for downtown areas like the casino and restaurants! Highly recommend the ice cream place "Twist o' the Mist" right in front! We would definitely come back for the price, location and cleanliness!

My wife actually booked the room in advance. I was on the 8th floor with a spectacular view of the Canadian border. The room was spacious and looked like a futuristic apartment. I love the fact that they charge you up front without any additional holding fees. I stayed for 3 days 2 nights and the price was decent. I'm suprised it didn't cost more. I will definitely return in the future.

The room was clean and was walking distance from the falls. Did not include breakfast but had a restaurant in the hotel that did offer a breakfast buffet for $12. The parking has a lot to be desired but they do have a deal setup where they validate three parking. The best part was one of their employees ergo worked the desk. His name is Steve. Great customer service. A wealth of knowledge. Very friendly. Just happy and excited to help.

I stayed 2 nights during my Birthday Weekend and was pleased by this property.! the staff were all very nice that I encountered. Check in was a breeze as was check out… To look at his place from outside isn't the greatest, but the interior was clean and updated and the room I was in was clean with plenty of towels, soap and a bottle of shampoo. There was a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave in my room. TV worked and A/C worked fine. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice and very close to the Falls and State Park on the U. S. Side you should look into this hotel.! Also a restaurant within the Building to enjoy a meal.

Driving up from KS with my pick-up towing my wife's car. Found them on expedia, advertised at $126, went to book them and price increased to $137 as we hit the accept button. Arrived and told me they were sold out, when I asked where I should park they couldn't accommodate me so parked across the street and paid for two parking spots… stated that a $20 parking charge was applied to bill that I didn't/couldn't use and did not get a refund for… the place I parked I paid for time ran out at the end of day at 11:50 PM so I had to go back out there at midnight to pay for parking spots for the next day. Then we were awoken by sawing/hammering/drilling around 6:30-7 AM the next day due to construction updates that they were having done.
All in all it was a pretty nice/modernized room with comfortable beds. Faucet did leak a little. Good view from window on 7th floor and only 5-10 min walk to the falls.

Overall this place waa very nice. What was most concerning was that when my family arrived. We checked in about 130am and went to our room. As we were about to enter our room a man shut the door from inside. My daughters and I thought the room had been double booked. At first we stood there in shock then we headed to the elevator. The man then came out and claimed he worked there. He did not have on any clothes that indicated that. The room looked tidy. It didnt appear that he had been doing anything in that room. Although there was toothpaste in the sink… and the counter needed wiped down. We called the front desk. The girl answering said he was staff. We just couldnt believe that this man would need to be in our room at 130am. And why did he shut the door in our face. We were very uneasy. We once again told staff un the morning. They too said staff works all hours. But its not like someone had just checked out or we called for maintenance. This room was booked. It should have been ready since the allowed check in.
I guess we will never know why this man was in our room and why he closed the door in our face.
A worker should have welcomed us and apologized for being in there. Or at least explained why.
The beds were comfortable and the place seemed clean. We were only there for about 6 hours tho.

The service was not bad at all but the hotel was a bit on the ghetto side. The online description said 2 queen beds a pull out couch enough room for 6 people to sleep. We got here and we have just 2 queen beds. Also 220 channel TV turned to 10 channel weak antenna tv. We also have no mini fridge or microwave in the room and are expected to eat at the hotel diner which for 2 of us to eat wings and fries and 3 of us to eat burger and fries we spent over $120 now thats insane.

Beautiful renovations. Work being done on lobby level caused water to stop in the middle of my shower. Overall 4/5 because it came back on within minutes.

They were doing renovations for the summer, so it was a little noisy during the day, but completely fine at night. Decent amenities for the price, built in Denny's for hangover food, down the street from Seneca Niagara. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Check in is at 3 pm … 2 1/2 hrs later still no room. Staff is friendly but did not compensate for the inconceniance. Working on 3 hrs and no room yet! Our rooms were reserved 2 weeks prior to our visit one would have thought that would have been of time to figure things out. Not happy at all.

I would give negative or 0 stars for the service. I strongly don't recommend this place to anyone. The only plus side of this is closer to park. But, the staff are horrible.

This place is a 1993 Toyota Corolla w/ 210, 000 miles on it. It'll probably give you what you need but is utterly incapable of impressing you in any way. Location is great, everything else is a long ways from it. There is a Denny's in the lobby; unless you're starting a crash diet and want to hate food for a while you won't go in there.

4 room were dirty or broken. the crowds from dennys and their inbred hung in the lobby to a point where it was uncomfortable entering. no parking.

I bought a nights stay from Wag Jag. We arrived at the hotel at 2:30 and was told by the desk clerk that we cant check in until 3:00. I'm like really? It was the way she said it like we didn't matter and we were bothering her. We decided to go to the outlet mall and shop so that made me feel better :). We came back around 7 and the two men that were working at the desk were very nice. We had a room on the first floor. We got off the rickety elevator and the hallway smelt like mildew and old smoke. We opened our door without a card because it was already open! We had to slam the door shut in order to have it lock. The lock was broken. The room was gross. There were picture hangers on the wall without pictures. Stained carpets, and a smell of old. All ice machines were broken! Windows were filthy and on such a sunny beautiful day when looking out you just saw spots. They are renovating so we were woken up around 7am with a garbage truck dumping the bins and around 8:30 banging and pounding above us. We might stay here again if they drop the price down to 15/night.

Myself and 3 of my friends had 2 groupon's. Reading the reviews this is a 3 star hotel the price we paid it's fair. The rooms were clean and bathroom was upgraded. Rooms were large but dated. The Casino was a 2 block walk which was nice to get some exercise. The staff was great and couldn't do enough for us. Again for the price point and it being a 3 star we enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

Reviews here don't do justice at all. I was freaked out going there after reading all the reviews here, and ended up having an awesome time. Staff was great and actually helpful. Room was pretty clean, and washrooms are actually upgraded. Went there from Canada and had reception on my phone over there. Denny's restaurant is the best thing about the place. Its open 24 hours and great food, awesome prices, and fabulous service. Its not a 5-star hotel, so don't go with that expectation. Its an old property and the garage looks shady, but given the location and service, its worth the $.

To everyone that's looking to stay here, do yourself a favor and DON'T! I recently stayed here and had a horrible experience! THEY ARE THIEVES HERE! I left my iPod and my Garmin GPS in the hotel room and they were stolen! I did not miss place them or anything along those lines. I simply came back after visiting the falls and they were gone. I'm 100% sure of it. Do not and I repeat dooooo noooottttttt stay at this hotel unless you want to have your things stolen out of your room. Besides the thieves that work at this hotel, it was VERY DIRTY! Went on the elevator late at night and found pringles on the ground and when I woke up the next morning and used the same elevator THE PRINGLES WERE STILL THERE. And as if this wasn't enough, the carpets were stained, there was no A/C in the hallways, the parking lot was too crowded, and the WHOLE HOTEL smelled terrible! AGAIN, I WANT TO HELP EVERYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR A NICE PLACE TO STAY, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STAY! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR THINGS STOLEN! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Do not stay here due to thieves that work here.

This is one of the worst Places I have stayed at Yet. Staffed By transgender Male. Room was (Nasty) filthy, Bathroom was not cleaned. Beds looked like someone else had slept in them before we got there. Carpets were nasty with dirt and Deep stains. Carpetss smelled of mildew. I got sucked into staying here by the Grayline tour package. Dont fall for It! The parking garage had a vagerant sleeping down there. There was a water leak in the under groung garage that damaged the paint on my car. The children were tramtized by a panhandler less than five minuets of being on the property. At the Dennys there was Beer cans and trash laying about the cooks door, Not to mention the Locals Dumpster diving. Please do yourself and family a favor — Get your passports and stay on the Canadian side and avoid this place at all costs. I tryed to contact corperate offices without resolve.

The food at Denny’s was below tolerable. The French fries were cold and when asked to get them warmed, they came back cold again. Our rooms – we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The carpets were so dirty that my socks and soles of my feet turned black from the unclean and unsanitary conditions. We asked about the swimming pool three times, each time getting a different response, from “renovations” to “accident” to “being cleaned. ” The room rates agreed upon were raised at the end, with no way to resolve the difference in costs. The desk clerk’s racism was too much. We simply wanted to avoid this place. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. By the way, the smoker’s lounges are the stairwells and the underground garage.
