Very clean, updated, friendly service. Expensive but I assume because it is near a tourist attraction and July 1st weekend. Visiting family and have stayed other placed in the Niagara area that are extremely run down and in desperate need of updating. For that reason this was worth every penny.

Best thing thats happened to Lockport in a very long time. Staff is excellent. Lots of choices on the complementary breakfast. We'll be back. Also, exercise room and indoor pool. Nice touch.

Fairly updated Hilton property. I do like the amenities and the decor. Everything you would typically expect from a Hilton property. Will probably need to be updated in a few years. Very clean despite any aging.

I stay here often for work. Location is decent and hotel is only a couple yrs old so it is pretty nice. Nice pool. No hot tub: (free breakfast is always good.

Great Hotel in Lockport. Love the images of Lockport through out. Great Breakfast included. Drew who works the front desk is very friendly and goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. Mary who runs breakfast is delightful. Mary Ann and Jordan from housekeeping are amazing. Manager Kelly has a great team.

My husband Chris and I got married last October at the Lockport Locks venue in Lockport, NY. The Hampton Inn played such an important role in making our wedding day absolutely perfect not only for us, but for our guests as well. We reserved some hotel rooms at the Hampton Inn Lockport so that our guests could stay there after the wedding, along with my husband, myself, and our families. In addition to providing clean, comfortable rooms for us to stay in that night, we were also able to reserve the meeting room near the lobby for all of the bridesmaids to get ready in before going over to the venue for the big day. It was absolutely amazing! They made sure that we had everything we needed and asked for, and were so incredibly accommodating, especially considering that we had many guests coming from out of town. This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in, the customer service is absolutely above and beyond anything we expected, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anybody that is simply visiting, or planning a wedding of their own in the Lockport area. Thank you so much for helping to make our day and our experience so incredibly special! Five stars for the Hampton Inn Lockport!

I recently stayed here for the night with family and friends. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile. The gentleman Drew at the front desk took great care of us! The Kids LOVED the Clean Beautiful Salt Water indoor pool! The Rooms are crisp, modern & VERY clean! Complimentary cookies & Hot Chocolate at 5pm which the kids loved! The Hotel is Beautifully Decorated also! HIGHLY recommend this Hotel! Prices are on point as well!

Beautiful new property. Everything up to date, clean. Nice free breakfast. Indoor pool. Within 15-20 min of Buffalo & surrounding suburbs (Tonawanda/North Ton, Amherst, etc). Nicest hotel in Lockport.

This hotel is very clean and beautiful. I was surprised at the lack of presence of the desk help. Each time we needed to check-in or ask a question we had to look for the employee of the hour. The breakfast was very nice and the sitting area for it was modern and clean. Despite the lack of help, I would definitely stay here as the hotel was nice and quiet and beautiful.

Clean and well priced. The desk staff was efficient. The room had all the necessary amenities. Everything was comfortable and stylish. The morning breakfast had many options. And my favorite, they had a pool. Parking was all around the building.

Rooms were clean and modern. Staff seemed friendly and accommodating as well. There is a large parking lot on site, but the location isn't the greatest. Close to a lot of car dealerships but not too much else. Still a nice place to stay!

Hampton Inn Lockport is clean and modern. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Room was fresh and clean. Pool was clean an operational. Centrally located to Niagara Falls and Buffalo NY. Surrounding businesses include car dealerships, auto repair and light industrial area.

Clean! Modern! Comfortable! Great breakfast! Nice staff! I'm glad I booked thru their website because they price match anyways and got points! (i Have been misled&lied to when booking thru 3rd party travel sites TWICE before) Plus a pool and fitness center! Not huge but all you need! Impressed me completely! I'll return FOR SURE!

Mary Ann was remarkable. By far the best in customer service I have encountered. The front desk clerk with the multi colored hair was absolutely wonderful also. My stay was very enjoyable.

Very nice! Newly constructed hotel, staff is friendly and helpful. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Just wish they would not always have western omelet for breakfast, just not my thing. But the waffles are good!

Katy is awesome! She made me feel welcome and recommended a great place to eat. Hampton Inn Lockport will be my preference when I visit Lockport from now on.

My mother is staying at the Hampton Inn while visiting. The time I spent there was enjoyable. Staff was very professional and personal. All areas we visited were very clean and pleasant. Definitely would recommend!

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Pool was very small and there was no hot tub. Rooms were a little cramped and the bathroom sliding door was a little hard too use and pretty much provided no privacy. Breakfast staff was awesome and very friendly.

I stay here when I visit my family. Half of which live in Lockport and the other in Amherst so it's a good location for me. It's very new and looks nice and the rooms are a good size. The walls are a little thin but that's typical for most places like this. Never had a bad experience so I'd definitely recommend it if you're in the area. Almost forgot… tasty treat is right next door which is a local favorite!

Three stars is probably too high, but the third star is for being a brand new hotel. The hotel was built very cheaply, you will be able to hear the people above you walking. When I was in the bathroom, I could hear the man in the bathroom next to our room and their conversation. I heard everything clearly. Also, the breakfast was not open at 6:00 am and the lady caught an attitude, when we inquired about breakfast. We wanted to hit the road. Otherwise, the hotel had a nice fitness center and I loved the digital key system.

Hotel is very new. I've stayed here a few times. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are fresh and clean. Free breakfast is great also. Location is convenient to the city of Lockport and close to several bars and restaurants.

Very friendly staff, pleasant accommodations. Seems to be newly opened. Glad we chose this hotel for a multi-year visit with family.

The hotel is great! The rooms are clean, good ambience, good food.

Hotel itself is very nice. Clean and attractive. The big downside for my family was the pool. It was SO cold. We asked maintenance and they told us it's kept at 74. We were local guests and we stayed for the weekend specifically so the kids could swim so it was very disappointing. The other thing we didn't like was the weird setup with the bathroom/closet doors. It's a barn door style which is nice in theory but it doesn't close all the way! Very awkward. Won't go back.

My mother-in-law is in town, awaiting the birth of her granddaughter and is staying at the newly-opened Hampton Inn. We've all been impressed with how clean and nice the facilities are, as well as the extremely friendly and courteous staff. She also mentioned that there is a nice continental breakfast spread awaiting each morning, with fresh fruit and many other goodies. The gym has all of the equipment that she could want and she's been having a blast taking my other daughter into the pool. Thank you for making her visit even more special.

Enjoy my stay. Very new and clean hotel. It is much nice than other Hampton Inn. More close to Hilton grade. For my stay, staff are very friendly, breakfast are also fresh.
