Not the most up to date place in the bustling metropolis of Lockport but definitely earned my business and would return. Their neighbors had gotten our reservation and then told us they do not allow dogs. Who doesn't allow a 8 lb quiet dog in their Western New York hotel. Simmer down not so best western. The people working the Quality Inn are all super nice and the breakfast was quite nice.

Worst room experience of my life. Ants were all over the room when I checked in, they offered to exchange rooms but that room was even worse than the other. They gave me a can of bug spray to deal with it. The room had a weird smell to it (probably from the AC not working) and was extremely dark. WAY overpriced for the conditions. The air conditioner stopped working during the middle of the night. I would not recommend staying here unless you like a warm room, dirty bathroom, and ants.

Love it. My sister and I go to lockport at least, 3 times a year. Very friendly and clean. We feel like it's our home away from home.

Solid inexpensive place to stay. Stayed a week and enjoyed my trip. House keeping was on their game and very friendly. Breakfast was pretty decent as well. Getting out of that parking lot was the only down fall as making a left onto transit can be hard in busy traffic.

Made reservation at this hotel and over the phone they asked me if I had pets. I acknowledged yes I will be bringing to dogs. I then asked for a total for the two days and was told $176. I though for Quality Inn a little pricey but realize that I'm able to bring both dogs so I didn't mind paying a little extra. When we arrived I checked in and the price I was given was given at the check in counter was exactly $176. So know questions arose there. I walked through the front door with both my dogs and stayed two days and upon returning home I notice I was charged $256.38 which was outrageous for a hotel of this caliber. I contacted them very next and I was told by the staff that answered that the owners were out for the day and will return my message the very next morning. No phone call back so I contacted them only to be told there is nothing they can do about it that the room charge was the only charges reflected and the additional charge for the dogs was added after my stay. I travel a lot with my animals and when I make reservation the cost I'm given is the cost I pay. I understand additional expenses for having the dogs and never had a problem in the past anywhere else paying other then a hotel/motel like this one charging me after the fact which is not good business! Stay clear.

One of the worst Choice hotels I've stayed at! Rooms smell of smoke! Dogs barking! Construction going on in adjacent property, Manager refused to accommodate due to noise, even though I had booked a five week stay. Left after first week. Won't ever book at this location again! Building not kept, rooms dated, breakfast average. Not sure why people are rating 4's and 5's… must be relitives. Staying here was a mistake. Filed complaint with choice hotels about this location.

Nice for a quality inn. Feels more like a comfort inn which is a better choice brand.

They are not edible, saw other people putting the breakfast plates in the garbage. Not much selection is offered. -The carpet in the rooms smell and are in need of replacing. -The bathroom rags were dirty. -Repairs were done to the bathroom ceiling that is not aesthetically completed. -This hotel is rated 1 out of 10. Would not recommend staying at this location. Ms. Jayhsree Patel, Manager, is a thief. 2 packages forgotten at the hotel were claimed to be thrown in the garbage due to me not being able to return for them after returning to Canada. The hotel would not hold on to them until my next visit to the city.

Room was very clean! Staff was friendly and was able to assist us with everything we needed. Breakfast could of been better but hey it was free!

Great place to stay when in town for business. Incredibly clean and the owner's are very friendly.

Very clean, great service, mediocre breakfast though, but for a free breakfast it's pretty good, very reasonable pricing.

Overall the stay was pretty much what we expected. The check-in girl was so nice which gave the experience an initial boost, but the woman in the morning was so miserable that we will look to stay elsewhere when we return to Buffalo/Lockport.

Hotel is very nice and accommodating. Rooms are clean and at a very decent rate. Free hot breakfast is a nice touch. Decent selection as well.

Stayed here for a night during my 2nd visit to Niagara Falls. Friendly customer service and front desk clerk. Parking is included, and there are quite a lot of options for food/dining around the area. Rooms were super clean and with everything that you pretty much need all included in it. (Fridge, microwave, iron, spacious closet, and again, super clean showers and bathroom. TV is premium sets with private Wi-Fi. Phone is also included that functions properly and can make outside calls without having to ask the clerk for a transfer. Would visit this place again, their rates are quite affordable depending on which days you intend to book but I happen to be part of their Ascend Collection Program, i. E: employee rate up to 75%. Would recommend it to anyone.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The television however is quite small and the room was outdated. The toilet water reservoir cover was broken in half twice. The first break has clear duct tape holding it together. The second break appears new. The staff at check-in was wonderful and extremely helpful! The breakfast was typical for this price of an establishment however the eating area was very small and quite crowded. The Wi-Fi and the television signal we're both very good. When we checked in at 8 at night our room was available and ready for us. However one couple was waiting in the hall for the housekeeper to finish cleaning her room. I noted that four more rooms were awaiting to be cleaned after 8:30 at night.

I have stayed at this hotel three times. The rooms are perfectly adequate and clean. They even include a mini fridge and microwave. There is free continental breakfast with many options. I'd recommend this hotel to all budget travelers.

Excellent Hotel for our four night stay. Rooms were Neat & Clean. Service was excellent. The Scrambled Eggs that were served each morning at breakfast were the best we have ever had. They were so buttery good. Great place to stay. We will defiantly be back.

Moderately priced. Updated clean rooms. Very good breakfast for moderately priced hotel. Close to restaurants, walking distance if your ambitious. Microwave and fridge, work station.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The hotel is warm and the room ac doesnot cool the room off it actually felt cooler outside than in and we stayed in july. The bed was hard we both had backaches after sleeping on this bed and there was a hole in our sheet. We asked for another top sheet and was told by front desk they could not leave the desk.

Paid $330.00 for a hotel that has no elevator so we had to carry all our luggage (4) upstairs, could have stayed down the street for $99 which is much nicer atmosphere. No where to go outside and sit and enjoy.

This is a very nice property, the room rate was awesome and included a hot breakfast with all the extras. The room was nicely decorated and included a flat screen TV and a mini fridge. The staff were nice and greeted us with a smile and were eager to assist. I live and work in this town and stayed here during a weather event when our home was out of power for 3 days. (March 2017) I would recommend this property and would stay again. Thanks for making me feel at home! Oh and they love pets!

The staff are very accommodating and helpful, the rooms were large nice spacious and clean great Wi-Fi and a decent breakfast slim pickings for vegetarians though. Overall great value for the money.

BEWARE! HORRIBLE STAY! My wife, myself and 4 other family members were here for a family funeral. First let me say that the desk staff was very friendly and helpful. As for the hotel it was one of the worst stays we have had. We have stayed at other Quality inns with great results. This hotel had a lot of issues. First our room (162) was located right next to a outside exit and the security lock was broken and the door was open to anyone without needing a key. Through the night there was heavy traffic and we did not feel safe. The rooms had an ant problem. Had to go buy spray to kill ants. Telephones in rooms not working so if you didn't have a cell phone or could not get a signal you could not contact family members in other rooms. Went to desk immediately to report phone problem at 3:10pm and was told sorry maintenance man gone for day nothing we can do. They say free Wi-Fi but I was unable to access it on either my kindle fire hd or my samsung tablets. No Wi-Fi meant I had to wait to get home to conduct business or even check my emails. Drink machine out of order. No where to sit outside other than a picnic table under a tree that was covered in squirrel and bird feces. Doesn't seem to be maintained. Would not stay here again nor would I recommend it. I read previous reviews and these problems seem to be ongoing for some time. I don't understand why Corporate is not addressing these issues!

I stayed at the Quality Inn in Buffalo NY. This hotel is my families go to when visiting Buffalo because the staff is helpful, the food is good, and the rooms are well kept.

This place is absolutely awful. You can hear every noise from people around you, had to call four times to get an answer on my bill the week or so following our stay and the ceiling wasn't just leaking it was pouring water from the room above through what looked like several sub-par previous patch jobs so it obviously wasn't a new problem. Husband and I were on a one week long road trip stayed at 6 different hotels during that time and this one was by far the worse and most expensive. The Biltmore we stayed at later on during our trip was less expensive than this gross place.

BEDBUGS! Reservations: 2/13 — 2/16 Found 5 live bedbugs on the last day of our three night stay. 2 were full of blood when squished. We received a 50% refund for one of two adjoining rooms. The manager claimed he could not give us a full refund for the room with the bedbugs because we didn't report anything earlier. I didn't realise we were supposed to check our room for bugs when we arrived.

Deal with Chet the manager and you will be sorry This guy is a piece of work! I am the Manager of a Bagpipe Band and we had approx 15 rooms booked in Sept 2014 with this hotel. We paid our bills and agreed to our end of agreement! We had a few complaints as the Hotel is not the best up kept hotel ever. They never acted on it. When I tried to book for Sept 2015 I was told " I remember your group" by Chet " And I do not want you guys to stay here again" So I asked, your refusing our buisness (15 Rooms for two nights in September) And he said yes! Because we had a few complaints about his hotel! That's not the way to do business Chet. Best of Luck I would keep your distance far far away from this Comfort Inn Hotel in Lockport NY!

Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, keeps the place well maintained and relatively clean. Breakfast was kept fully stocked and staff was working hard to make sure everyone was satisfied. They were ready to help. Free Wi-Fi, sheets/linens/pillows appeared clean and comfortable, room was ready ahead of time for us to check in early before heading out to the Falls, parking was free and ample, and location was good. Wasn't impressed with the manager. We had a problem with our air conditioning. He drove out 20 minutes late at night to check it out. He ended up fixing it, but we were still in the room with him for 35 minutes sweating and ready to get to bed. He didn't offer to change rooms for us, or a discount, or anything. We ended up asking the front desk lady at check out for a discount since the AC was a problem. She called the mgr and he authorized a discount. On his way out I handed him two sharp 4" screws that we stepped on when entering the room. They were just laying in the middle of the carpet at the entry way. Room had a slight cigarette odor (we're non-smokers). Place seemed nice. If you have a complaint, you might have trouble getting taken care of by the manager.

TERRIBLE! BEWARE! The owners of the motel will rip you off. They overcharged me $50 and never refunded my money when I talked to them on the phone. Stay away!
