Decent place to stay, nice owners, everyone is easily accessible.

Where could I possibly start. From the time we arrived there was nothing but issues. The check in office was locked and we need to wait outside in the cold ringing the doorbell for a while until we got let it. The attendant came to the door barefoot and bothered as if our checking in was an issue. The office smelled disgusting such a strong smell we couldn't wait to leave. Once we were given our key and went to our room it appeared clean but we quickly realized this was not the case. The towels were dirty the linen had holes in it. We had to shower with our sandals on because the bathtub did not appear to have been cleaned in a while. Once we got the courage to actually get into our beds we were unable to fall asleep due to all the banging outside and it was after 1AM at this point. The most rediculous part for me was the service or should I say lack there of. In the morning when we woke up and got ready to go. At 10:49am we get a bang on the door when I open it there's a lady telling me we need to leave she needs to clean the room and we must check out, I explained we were just finishing getting dressed and we were leaving. Check out is 11am, I finished getting dressed and was bringing my luggage to the car where the man who had checked us in says give me your key. To which I responded check out is 11am we will bring you key we finishing we are simply doing our final check to make sure we have everything. He snapped back its after 11 and you need to leave.

It's a budget motel, so you get what you pay for. The beds were comfy, the place was clean and the water pressure was good in the shower. There were a few issues like the bathroom door not shutting properly, but for the most part I was pleasantly surprised about this place. I have paid far more for much worse accommodations before. 4 stars.

Rooms are updated, flat screen TV's… etc. When you are in a pinch, great bang for your buck. Patrolled often by local authorities so it seemed very safe.

Don't ever think to book this hotel. No lock, bad smell all around the rooms, no locks for bathroom. Heater vent is damaged and more insects are living in it. If you ask these to assistant he will say no no no nothing like that. So don't waste your money and time here. I didn't have chance to get the photos of rooms sorry.

Deadbolt on door didn't work. Room nice but not secure to my satisfaction.

Great rooms, good service and friendly staff. If you need a quick stay, you can't beat the quality for the price.

Kinda scary when you walk in. Room 112 is pretty beat up. First thing I was concerned about was possible bed bugs. But there wasn't any bugs in the room at all. I even got up in the middle of the night twice to check. Very small room. But the bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Nice tv. Furniture was horrible.

One of the most ghetto places I've ever stayed at. The hotel manager was barefoot when he checked me in. Bathroom door wouldn't even close. The floor was wavy etc… on the other hand it was insanely inexpensive and not far at all from Buffalo and Niagara Falls.

I'm from out of town, so they gave me a discount, the price of two weeks for one, The room was fairly clean, They supplied my toilet paper and the fourth day offered housekeeping. I've heard people complain of cops, but I haven't seen any. It's actually really quiet and the owners are very kind. The only thing I didn't like is they didn't have a laundry room.

I know most of you who are looking at this are thinking, "Well it's just for the night, all we'll be doing is sleeping! This is fine. " And you would be wrong. Upon arrival, the surly gentleman with an indecipherable accent eventually got us our room key and closed up shop. We entered the room to discover no deadbolt. There was a hole for it, but it simply didn't exist. The only locking mechanism whatsoever was the little chain that couldn't stop a stuff breeze. We could indeed connect to the "free Wi-Fi", but the connection was completely unsecured. No thanks. I honestly felt that I was less clean after using the shower than before. In addition to being poorly cleaned all around, the curtain itself had mold growing from the bottom. The door also didn't even fully close. I will give them some credit though… they did manage to find thinner toilet paper than single ply. All in all, it was the worst extra few bucks we didn't spend.
