We had a pleasant experience with no serious issues. One thing that could use some improvement is your check in procedure. I realize the staff is very busy with phones, computers and people walking in. When a person approaches your counter and your staff is busy, someone should acknowledge the customers presence. A simple "We'll be right with you" or "Thank you for your patience" would greatly improve customer relations. Standing for several minutes with no eye contact or comment is awkward and starts the visit on the wrong note. Everyone was friendly, kind and helpful but the initial contact is uncomfortable. Please relay this to your desk staff. Thank you.

My husband and I travel to the area. The hotel is a basic 2 star. Our room's are usually clean. I have gotten a room before with a dirty blanket on it… Major Turn Off. I travel with my own now. I can say this the Staff there is nice. I have never had a problem. Morice — front desk Leslie — front desk They both are awesome Jessica — Head of Housekeeping very nice. I would stay here — and recommended it to friends and family.

My room did not get cleaned Day 1, when we arrived, there was 1 wash cloth for 2 people, no amenities except face and body soap. No shampoo, conditioner, lotions or tissues. Only desk chair available for seating. Toilet leaked and was never repaired. The desk clerk on duty the first two nights when I had problems, was very nice, polite and helpful. He put in a message saying we should get a discount for our room not being cleaned, he said it wasn't even "on the board". However, the clerk on duty when we checked out, knew nothing about it, said we would have to wait till 9 for the supervisor, but we couldn't, we had to be at a meeting at 9, so we didn't get a discount. No coffee maker in rooms, coffee in lobby disgusting And would it be to much to ask for a clock in the room so you know what time it is? It was like a frat party all night loud guests motorcycles revving all night all night long. Basic room enough to sleep, not even a clock in the room. AC didn’t seem to be working in the room. Bare necessities to sleep for an evening. I’ve stayed in lower cost locations that are more modern and welcoming.

This was my go to hotel for staying in Buffalo before I ended up just moving here. I love this hotel because the staff is consistent and friendly, the rooms are clean, and the hotel is off the beaten path so nice and quiet, yet still close to major roadways. I recommend. I've probably stayed here 30 nights over a few years span and only had one or two meh things happen.

At check in time our room wasn't ready. Apparently the only one at the motel. One day after requesting no service we came back to the curtains wide open so anybody passing by could see everything we had in the room. Plus they didn't do any service, just opened the curtains and left them open. Was constantly people hanging around the parking lot and drinking. Had stayed there a couple times before and had no problems, but I think this will be the last time we stay there.

Overpaid for our handicapped room. Got a bed and a television. Room had no table or chairs to sit in. I use a walker, not a wheelchair, so no place to sit was terrible. Bathroom door bumped into bed on opening. I asked for a chair but was blown off by the staff. On leaving, the front desk person would not even look up from his tablet to accept the key cards. The only smile we got was from housekeeping staff who brought us two extra pillows. The room we stayed in Ashland, Ohio 3 nights previous was nice, clean and only $60 for one night. This was $250 for 2 nights. Last time I stay Motel 6 in Williamsville, NY.

My little hideaway spot. The rooms are generally clean; the corners can use more focus but never any issues. Linens are clean, never any bugs of any kind and the front desk agent Michael is very professional and courteous and the rates are great!

Room is pretty clean. Just a few notes here and there to know before you book: 1. No cellular service in the room. Super weak cellular service only when standing right next to the window. 2. No free Wi-Fi. Need to pay for $3 plus tax for basic connection and $5 plus tax for faster connection. Note that you have to pay this much for only one access code, meaning only one device can be using the internet at a time. Since there is no cellular service in the room, this is my only option. 3. No refrigerator in the room. 4. No free breakfast. 5. Outlets limited. One under the table and one next to the bed. Two next to the sink but that's pretty useless. However, the room costs only $50 plus tax ($60 in total), so I can't complain much. That's why I give it 4 stars.

I understand I get what I pay for… so at $50 a night I wasn't expecting much more than what was provided. Uncarpeted floor was a surprise. Would have liked a refrigerator in the room. My biggest complaint was the unlighted outdoor walkways. Very disconcerting. The front desk clerk was kind enough to accommodate my request for a different room so there was inside access rather than outside. Hallways were poorly marked. Bed linens were clean, bed was comfortable, air conditioning was fine. Would I stay again? Probably not. I'd rather pay an additional $20 per night and have access to a small complimentary breakfast, carpeting and better security.

It would have been better if the heater worked as my Aunt was freezeing, other than that the room was very clean. Also it would have been nice to allow the front desk to give me some change for $5.00 Canadian to US funds as I need to get bottle of water as that is all I can drink. But the Lady at the front desk use her visa card to get me 1 bottle she was on the front Desk so in cases like that I think it would have nice if she could exchange my money for me so I could get 1 bottle of water,.

Housekeeping and maintenance were very nice to me and always treated me very well especially on FIRST SHIFT. They all deserve raises, in my opinion. They never get noticed for the hard work they put in everyday.

The internet is bad, but the Avitan meets N, they have bath tub, no breakfast only coffee and no nglish, only English, but they are friendly the truth.

The young woman who gave me the room key is delightful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The value was great and the pet policy was very helpful.

Staff is great at front desk, maintence responded in minutes! Rooms were clean and had fridge n microwave which is always a plus. If you're in a $queeze while traveling through this area and need to rest for a short period without being extravagant Im highly recommending this location.

I enjoyed my stay at the Buffalo Airport location, many restaurants and shopping places to choose from. I'll be back in the future and will be sure to recommend.

Great for price. Handicap shower/bathroom was exceptionally well designed, one floor just like hospital. Front staff friendly. Would have been nice to have a chair in the room, though.

Our 1st room had an infestation of ants and the bed covers were filthy. We were moved to a 2nd room which was acceptable. Heating system was very noisy. Doors were thin, could hear the outside conversations and noise.

Besides an employee at front desk, Chris on 3rd shift giving out my room key, I was forced to move myself out of there as quickly as possible. After being a long time guest there and never had any other issues there. After he gave my room key to someone I specifically told not to (the room was & always had been in my own name) — due to threats by that specific person, I no longer felt safe. I've been calling CORPORATE continuously with zero calls back. Almost 2 weeks already now. Housekeeping and maintenance were very nice to me and always treated me very well especially on FIRST SHIFT. My husband and I booked a room for last night and were so pleased with everything about this hotel. It was immaculate, smelled fresh, the service was fast and professional and the price was amazing. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

This motel is close to the Buffalo airport and is very clean and the staff is friendly and the price is reasonable. It's in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby. We would book this motel 6 again.

The room was clean and the building provider the basic services. During the colder season it's worth noting that only the 3rd floor has an enclosed climate controlled hallway. The bathrooms are small but adequate.

Location is great, you get what you pay for and the room was clean. I spent the night due to bad weather. Was not expecting the moon and did not get it. What I did get was a warm clean room for 10 hours and a cup of coffee in the morning!

I love it. It smells good and clean. Very friendly staff and just over all loved it.

I had a 2-night stay. Room was neat and clean, however the tub had a major water drip and the bottom of the room door had quite a draft. I notified the front desk of these needed fixes when we departed. Housekeeping did a great job.

I found Motel 6 very decent for the price. Service is courteous and check-in swift. Reasonable value for money. The only thing I would have liked to see is free internet of basic speed (then charge people for faster speed maybe). Other than this Motel 6 is decent choice for overnight stay around Buffalo on a budget.

This location was apparently newly upgraded. Clean room, hospitable staff, quiet location. Checking in was a breeze. We got a room with a microwave and refrigerator. Note you must ask for such a room as not all rooms thusly equipped. I would recommended the following to make this a better experience: Continental breakfast. Coffee available 24/7. A better coffee setup in the morning (need bigger coffee urns and cups). But again, for the price we paid (senior rate out-the-door was $55) it was a great stay.

Great place to stay if you like minimalism. Beds great, shower was good. Clean clean rooms and bathroom. Small bath towels. No shampoo. No tissue. Very basic. Towels really could be bigger, they were like a postage stamp. I was traveling cross country. I did not pack toiletries so not having any was not helpful. Otherwise, fine room for a one night stay. Quiet. Clean. Courteous front desk.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself could have been better. It is a non smoking room but it still smelled like smoke in the room. I think it would come through the vents. There were stains on some of the towels that we had. As well as some the the sheets on the bed had stains. The door to the far west stair well kept jamming so it was very hard to open that. Seems that staff is aware that is gets jammed but nothing is done to fix the issue. The price for a night should be cheaper in my opinion for the type of room and experience it should have been $45 a night. Not to mention there was a young couple outside my room arguing away while I was trying to get some sleep to catch an early flight the next day. Also the smoke alarm in the room was missing, and the smoke alarm wires were exposed.

Service: Arrived late at night and it took about 40mins to get checked in because the employee was answering calls to the motel before servicing those of us who had been waiting in line. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, if maybe a little untrained. Most of the time, I didn't have a major issue with the service. Overall had better experience with the staff during the daytime. Room: A few things, like the bathroom door handle and light switches could have been in better condition, but overall a decent room that was clean where it needed to be (bed, bathroom, etc). The floors underneath trash cans and the bed clearly hadn't been swept in a while. In the shower, the water pressure is average but I had no problems with the temperature being too cold or hot. It was pretty quiet and I had no problems sleeping. Overall: Decent accommodations. For a fairly low end hotel, I'd say that it's better than average. Pay more if you'd like better service and more amenities, but if you just need a clean room and a quiet sleep, this is the place.

Rooms are spartan and you have to pay for Wi-Fi? Front desk friendly and room very clean… A/c unit could use some work, fan wont stay on and unit will not cool room enough.

Ever ridden on the Greyhound bus? It feels like that… Nasty, disgusting, dirty, sketchy, weird people all around that you wouldn't want your kids talking to, cops parked nearby sometimes… Also the service is rude and no free Wi-Fi.

We arrived late at night, around 1AM. The elevator was not working and we have to climb 2 floors with the luggage. There was one used dirty towel hunged in the bathroom. We also found some bugs on the bed. When we came back the second night, nobody neither made the room nor changed the towels. The person on the main desk not evend said "I, m sorry". I called to reception asking for new towels, but after 30 minutes I had to go down for them. Definitively I will not recomend this facility to anybody. And I suggest the brand to improve controls over their hotels.

Cheap room, fine to crash, not a bad area to be to experience Buffalo's amenities. Located within 10 minutes of anything you'd want, 20 minutes of 3 malls, and 30 minutes or less fron downtown.

While this Motel 6 is tucked away behind several more expensive choices, it was easy enough to find and a short distance from the thruway. The single room I rented came with one large, probably king-sized bed. Everything was clean and worked. No complaints.

Absolutely ridiculous. Run down looking hotel. The hallways reeked like weed and cigarettes. A huge fight broke out in the parking lot which caused the police to show up. I immediately packed my things back up, got a refund, and left. Of course I was stopped by the police and gave a statement. Ghetto trash all throughout the hotel. You absolutely get what you pay for. 1 star because it won't let you give a 0.

Simply Awesome. Stayed here for one night on Mar 7 and loved it. Gonna stay here again for a night on April 3rd. Room is nice and clean. Simply outstanding. No one should believe the bad reviews. Thank u. Aali from Binghamton :)

This Motel 6 is one of the consistently nicer ones, especially since they remodeled it. I have very simple expectations: a clean, quiet room with a comfy bed, and I get that here. I don't mind the $3 Wi-Fi fee. (It's free if you are an AARP member! ) Not when I'm paying around $44 a night. Just stayed 3 nights and it was fine. The rooms now have HD TVs. The room heaters are quiet. The beds are comfy and new. I travel to Buffalo a lot and always stay here. I read some bad reviews and I have to wonder because I've stayed here a dozen times with no issues. I guess some people expect the Four Seasons for $44.

The internet was not free, this would not be a big issue, I would just use my phone as a hot spot to connect. Although I discovered after checking in and trying to do my reports online, that in fact this motel had blocked my signal for data on my phone. I could cross the street and get the internet on my phone but after entering the property I would loose my connection (every time) I felt like the management had done this in order to make me purchase the pass-code for the Wi-Fi, I felt that the $ I was saving by staying here was being extracted from me. Furthermore when I asked about this at the front desk, that it seemed to be the normal business operation to tell customers they "HAVE TO BUY" in order to connect. That the lady working that night was rude about it and only after I threatened to SUE the hotel for lost wages due to the fact I could not process my paperwork to get paid. She did NOT apologize or offer explanation for this policy but incited :threw a piece of paper at me with a "free" pass-code. I will NEVER stay there again if you paid me to. FYI the guy who checked us in was great but the rest was a nightmare I will not forget…

Bait and Switch. Had confirmation email with price quote… but price went up $25 at check in! Room clean and comfortable. However, no clock, no hairdryer, no Kleenex, no free internet, no shampoo & conditioner. Towels thin and small… but pure white. No mattress protector under sheets and mattress had stains.

We were notified about 10 minutes before arriving that there was no hot water. We were not offered any discounts. Too tired to book somewhere else. The room bolt did not work. There was an odor in the room. The beds were very uncomfortable, the sheets were scratchy, no breakfast to speak of. If you can live without any of these things then this place is for you, if not keep looking.

Very nice rooms, comfortable bed. Wi-Fi isn't free but that shouldn't be a deal breaker if you're looking for an affordable place to stay. Staff was friendly and it's in a great location. Couldn't ask for more.

Staff was very courteous at check in and because there were multiple rooms available, I got to pick what floor I wanted to stay on. The staff recommended the third floor because it had air conditioning. The Wi-Fi is $2.99 a day, and since I was just staying overnight, I did not purchase it. My room had no clock, and no blow dryer which are things I REALLY would have liked, but for what I paid I wasn't that upset. The room also has no microwave and no refrigerator, but I wouldn't have used them anyway. The room was very clean, and I always check everything very carefully after a bad experience at another chain. A few of the rooms around me were pretty rowdy and kept slamming doors into the early morning.

If you need to do some work using the internet connection don't even think about it. First of ll the internet service is not free, there is a $2.99 charge for 24 hrs and never works.

Was a bit hesitant to walk in. But glad I did. Very suprised how nice the rooms were. Looked newly renovated. Loved the hardwood floors, thin solid colored blankets, and the prices. Staff was also helpful.

Nice place and good value for the money. Just remember your toiletries because they only provide soap. Everything worked well and the sheets and bed (which are one of the things I tend to scrutinize) were extremely clean and fresh! The only complaint I have was there were no lids for the coffee! Overall, they would be my choice again! Oh and staff was super.

Very nice property, stayed here through my employer, staff is extremely attentive and friendly. They DO NOT accept any type of excessive noise or "partying" after 10pm which is great. The staff will immediately put a stop to anything of that nature which is not true of other hotels close by. Rooms are all remolded and very clean, housekeeping does a great job. Front desk staff and management are awesome and always willing to help with anything you might need. I definitely recommend staying here, this is a nice, updated, quiet hotel. I've been to many motel 6 properties while traveling and this is by far the best one I've ever been to.

The sheets weren't clean! A pillowcase had blood on it and one of the bedspreads had a stain which looked like body fluids. The rug was filthy with dried pizza toppings beside the dresser and wadded up papers behind it. Only one free-standing lamp worked and one of its bulbs was burned out. The bathroom was dirty. A previous guest's body wash was sitting on the tub and there were hairs and a big dead bug in the tub. The floor had not been cleaned. There was one small towel, two facecloths and no tissue. The sink also had hairs in it. Do yourself a favour and book into the nice, clean Microtel next door. You couldn't pay me to stay there again.
