Awesome great staff very helpful/friendly.

Staff at front desk was very rude and unprofessional on New Years Eve. Gave my family a very hard time… went to a hotel up the street and did not have any issues.

The receptionist Erica at the front desk was very rude and racist. She really tried to ruin our New Years Eve but little do she know this is not the only hotel in town. She is so miserable and hope she finds peace with herself. The devil was all over her face the entire time.

Friendly staff that wants to make sure you enjoy your stay with them!

Check in was smooth. Greeted as we walked in by Tony and Donte front desk associates. They were very friendly and made sure our room was fine. To the managers these two employees, customer service is outstanding. And the hotel is great! I’m glad I choose this hotel.

The suites are large and nicely organized to give you a chance to relax and be comfortable. The rooms are quiet and organized very well. The bathroom is beautiful and the shower was wonderful. Since my husband is having difficult with his health it was easy for him to use the large sofa complex to get comfortable and have a very restful sleep. Thank you for all the care you took to set up a beautiful, relaxing and restful stay!

Location was 25 miles from Niagara falls which we were visiting. The place was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Used the indoor swimming pool and gym. The associates were very friendly. Will stay there again.

Would give 3 1/2 stars if I could but not 3 so 4 stars it is. The hallway floors are stained, bathrooms could use a deap cleaning, and rooms are noisy. On the plus side the staff is amazing, beds are comfy, breakfast was great and proximity to the airport and highways are great. I would recommend to friends and family.

Very nice room. Pool was put to good use. Quiet. Would have received a 5 star rating but water leaked under the shower door. Friendly atmosphere.

Overall a solid stay. The rooms are nice and spacious, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the office space was adequate. The front staff was courteous, although they did lose one of our reservations. The breakfast is basic and simple. There is no bar at the hotel. Overall a nice overnight stay.

We stayed for a wedding, and the hotel was gorgeous. It offered a shuttle to and from the venue, had a lovely outdoor fire area which was lovely to gather around after the wedding. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a very comfortable bed, huge TV and modern look. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff was helpful and not annoying. The pool was clean. The room was clean and enough space and bedding for my family of 6. I would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel for fair price just a few miles from the airport. They also have a free airport shuttle if you call them from the airport. Hotel is only 2 years old and very clean with decent free breakfast.

The only reason this isn't a 5 is because the parking lot lights have the same level of intensity as the surface of the sun and I kept frantically waking up in the middle of the night thinking it was 8am already. Great service. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and common areas were well kept. Would stay here again if I had a sleep mask or they got better curtains.

Rooms furnished by West Elm and very modern decor. Shower was generously sized, we liked the privacy of the frosted glass bathroom barn door and the beds were comfy. Room includes a microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast runs thru 9:30am weekdays and included: milk and juice, yogurt, oatmeal, cereals, toast and muffins, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage eggs scramble, deli meat and cheese. Coffee and hot chocolate also available. The pool was spacious and offered many seating options. No hot tub which was disappointing for my kids. 4.5 stars because the floors weren't as soundproof as I would have liked. Our upstairs neighbor was stomping around at 11:30pm (we didn't call to complain). Overall a very nice experience.

Amazing place! The room was beautiful and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was good. Service at the counter was very professional and our customer service was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing atmosphere.

Very happy with our stay. No issues with staff. Clean and large rooms. Large breakfast selection and frequently restocked even though it was very busy. Nice and modern facilities. Will be back.

Great place. It’s my favorite of the Marriott hotels. I always tell the girls at check in I here for the lollipops! Heat rooms, great service, wonderful free breakfast.

The hotel was wonderful. Great location, next to many amenities and a short drive to downtown Buffalo. Extremely clean lobby, friendly and knowledgeable staff and the general manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. Was very impressed and will be telling friends and family about how great our stay was.

Left my wedding ring in a soap dish in the bathroom and called to have them check with the cleaning crew three times. Never got a call back. Drove back to Buffalo FROM MICHIGAN and talked to the front desk staff. They checked the room, which was three days later at this point, and of course they found nothing. I asked again for the manager to call me and still no call. I finally got a hold of him and he acted like it was someone else’s responsibility to handle it. Thanks! I hope Jessica, “the cleaning girl” didn’t hock it for less than $5000.00. It’s appraised at $10, 000.00 and had several diamonds from my deceased mothers wedding ring. Priceless. Enjoy! And thanks again for all your effort.

Love this hotel! Our favourite for overnight shopping trips in the Buffalo area. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and fun. The pool and workout room are just the right size. Staff are very friendly. Free breakfast is way better than average, and coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available 24 hours a day. And best of all, it's usually one of the most reasonably priced hotels!

Beautiful property. Amazing staff. Breakfast was Good. Pillow and blankets were so comfortable, but the bed was too hard. I’m a light sleeper so the kids running up and down the halls weren’t such a delight. Our door was very hard to open and since I heard constant door slamming I’m guessing other guests had the same issue. All in all great property and I’d stay there again.

Went up for a baby shower and a Bills/Patriots game. Overall a great location, especially to the stadium. Only negative was that the shower looked dirty and stained. Other than that, the staff was super friendly and all other facilities looked clean. Rooms were spacious for a hotel and the beds we're very comfortable, even the pull out couch was somewhat comfortable to sleep on! Their breakfast was pretty good as well.

They gave us the handicapped room supposedly at 8:00PM I was the last one in the hotel to check in so the front desk clerk says we are sold out someone has to take that room unfortunately it’s you. We get ready for bed we open up the sheets and there is dried up blood on the bedroom sheet. They did come up and replace the sheets. Carpet was not vacuumed. When we went to use the shower in the morning there were dirty towels still in the shower from the previous occupant. New hotel but I will never stay there again for sure.

I'm not one who usually leaves reviews but I felt I had to in this case. My family visited Buffalo recently & we stayed at the SpringHill Suites. We now have our go-to place when we visit the area. This hotel is amazing. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast is also included & it's not one of those "hard bagels or a granola bar breakfast" deals. This is a legitimate hot (or cold, your choice) breakfast. On a side note, upon checking out, I neglected to pack out electronic toothbrush. While it isn't a gold-plated tooth-brushing system, it was a little pricey so I called the hotel & let them know. A few days a later, it was at my house courtesy of the hotel. So basically, if you want an affordable, clean place to stay where the staff treats like a friend you've found your spot in the Buffalo area.

Absolutely loved this place. New furniture, nicely updated rooms, bright colors. The only downside was the loud heater that ran throughout the night. Otherwise the place was very clean and there's great value because of the complimentary breakfast buffet. Rooms were a bit on the small side but the base rooms were actually divided into two sections. The washrooms were really nice but some of the wood pattern on the paneling was already peeling off. No bathtubs (not necessarily a bad thing as the bathroom was big and bright. )

Here on a business and the staff couldn't be more accommodating, friendly and willing to assist. We had a large group of 40-plus staying here. The location is close to many restaurants, highway access, and airport. I found my new go-to hotel when I am doing business in Buffalo.

Brand new hotel, and it looks like it. Beautiful, clean, and we'll kept. The pool was perfect, the staff super helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and a joy to be in. Definitely recommend, and will be visiting here again.

Most amazing staff! Incredibly pleasant and accommodating. Went out of their way to make our baseball team's stay enjoyable. Rooms were spacious and clean, lobby is beautiful. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend this hotel!

I was impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel! Not that Marriott's are normally bad, but even the lobby was flawlessly clean. I appreciate the attention to detail. A great stay!

This is amazing hotel for the price of $120.00 not only is the look of it amazing but the staff is beautiful as well I really enjoyed my stay I will recommend this place to any and everyone.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The furniture and rooms seem relatively new/renovated. Pool and fitness center were rather small and lacking. There is complimentary coffee, teas and juices for self-serve 24/7

Upon Check IN the front desk girl seemed very stressed and flustered. I guess it was busy and she was the only one at the Desk (around 2pm). The hotel is in a good location with lots of restaurants in the area. It seems to be one of the newer hotels, but the room DID NOT wow me! The room seemed clean but it had a smell in it! It smelt almost like a Wet Dog! I did tell the front desk upon check out since I was only there for one night and he said thanks I will let the Maint. Team know. He was not apologetic or anything, I guess I should have complained when I first got there! Overall I would give it a 2.5 star hotel because of the smell and no WOW factor.

Did not have usb plug-ins for charging. This is needed at every hotel in the world. The location was cool, the steak house across from it was incredible. Staff was also really good.

Nicely finished rooms. I would prefer the Springhill Suites chain over the other Marriott chains. But the breakfast as a little lacking at this location. However this location is close to a lot of shops just up the street so not a bad location.

We went there yesterday February 17 till today and lots of noises on the floor above us! Kids jumping around on the floor like someone was having a wrestling fight! UGH! Then in the brochure says breakfast till 11 am so we went down at 10 and guess what? Breakfast was already over! Seriously?!?!?! They need to update their brochure! Very disappointed with that! Other wise it was good! Also bad pillows! Not comfortable at all! They need better quality pillows… Hope things are better next time! Not even discount for not having the breakfast and the noises from above!

Friendly service, whirlpool room was spacious. Bed comfort 4/5, pillow comfort 3/5. Had an enjoyable stay, however we had a problem with one of the cleaning staff trying to take something home we left in the room by accident when we left. Manager was very sympathetic and helped us to the best of his ability. Would stay again.

Great service from the front desk and breakfast staff. Clean, spacious, and comfortable room with modern and chic design. Breakfast was yummy and had tonnes of variety. Pool was clean and warm, but the gym was somewhat lacking in equipment. Had treadmills, free weights, and a bench but nothing else.
