Located just over 1/2 mile from the airport, sidewalks if you choose to walk. Area seemed safe. The staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean but smelled of cigarettes despite being non smoking rooms, carpets were on the scruffy side! They changed our room to a less aromatic one immediately. Breakfast was pretty good, waffle maker, eggs, yogurts, breads etc.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Non smoking seems to be optional! But they did change our room to a less smelly room when we asked. Beds were comfortable, everything seemed clean though the carpets had seen better days. Breakfast was good, there was even a waffle maker.

The beds here are Fabulous. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, nice rooms, I'm very pleased, We have had a great stay so far. We have been here for 3 days and have another 3 to go.

The young man at the front desk with the Afro is extremely rude. I asked for a bottled water, and then a live press conference came on that I wanted to hear what was being said. I told him I wanted to hear this and not miss it, he just kept talking and making to where I couldn’t hear the TV. I then again said I was trying to listen to what was being said and walked closer to the TV, and he continued to speak and even louder this time. The lobby was completely empty and it was 10 pm at night. During this whole exchange there was what appeared to be his manager there the whole time just watching the whole exchange and never once saying “The customer will purchase their items when they are ready to spend their money”. I hope that was said after I left and spent my money at a convenience store instead. I will rethink my next lodging choices when I see Ramada next time as well.

I arrived about 10ish in the morning and my check in wasn’t till 3pm but I guess the room was unoccupied and they let me check in early which was very nice of them. I stay for 2 nights in a nonsmoking room (which was actually a non-smoking room). I’ve stayed in other hotels where they say it’s a non-smoking room but smells like an ashtray. All in all I was very satisfied with the room, the cleanliness and the overall stay. The breakfast was decent too (your average hotel breakfast).

Carpets were gross. Bathroom was outdated. Beds were comfy. Ac didnt work. It was hot as hell in the room.

It's good for quick stay especially if you made your reservation a bit earlier. Price was very reasonable and we've enjoyed our stay here. The place is relaxing. We love it! Good job Ramada!

The front desk worker was extremely helpful. She was great. The rooms were standard and worth the price. Good for a quick stay and moving on to your next adventure. I didn't try the breakfast bar but it looked ok.

My favorite and best place to stay, friendliest knowledgeable; staff. Always accommodating, everyone always takes good care of me. I fell in love with this place before the remodel. Now it's an oasis before or after a trip. I always look forward to travel so I can stay before and after my trip.

Ramada is a pretty decent hotel, with a nice staff. Our room was nice, and it has microwave and small refrigerator. The price is VERY reasonable if you are on a budget. Best of all it is very short drive from the airport. And it is centrally located in ABQ.

The place is alright, and the people who work there are really nice. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The only thing that I wasn't crazy about was every time I turn around I'm back at the front desk asking to have my door card reset! The door cards do not last long at all.

The employees are nice, and for a cheap $50 motel it's decent. It's obviously not a Fancy hotel that costs $250, but for a $50 motel it's decent. The rooms were a little bit outdated, but they were actually pretty clean. Once again, the employees are really the ones that made it a pleasant place to stay. One other bonus is that it's right by the airport, so it's easy to find.

Amazing, friendly staff. The room was spacious and was great for the price. The shuttle driver offered an early ride to the airport when I came down. 11/10, would stay here again.

When we checked in to the room. The room was dirty the floor in the bathroom had hair in the tub and all around the floor. We had a Jacuzzi in the room as well it too had hair in it. We went to notify them about it and they said they would clean it but we asked for another room instead. That room was cleaner than the first one. We hung a do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping started knocking on the door early and at 930 in the morning again and tried to open the door… At check out we told the manager about the problems we had and he said he was aware of what had happened the night before and that we had had requested another room. No apologies about the inconvenience here is your bill no thank you or anything. My girlfriend told him that we would post this on line and he said we were threating him and ask us to leave. He said we were looking for a free night so just leave. We have never experienced anything like this at any best western. The one there at Albuquerque airport will be our last there. Very rude staff and manger…

Rooms are nice! Budget friendly price. Recently renovated rooms are clean, modern, and pretty big. Location of hotel is literally right across the street from the airport, a short drive from downtown, and near many great restaurants!

Stayed at this hotel on two different days, on the 1st & the 3rd. Both rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable and the staff were very professional and accomodating. Excellent breakfast of sausage & eggs was avaliable. Highly recommend this establishment. High amminities at very economic rates.

Looked OK from the road, but I didn't stay there. I find Google's invasion of my phone for a review an invasion of my privacy and totally unacceptable. To the best of my knowledge I have not asked or given my permission to Google to track my location. On several occasions I have refused permission. Stop it.

Just checked in and the young man at the front desk that helped me was professional and very helpful. Great room for the price and would definitely stay here again.

Reasonable price, nice complementary breakfast. Rooms and hotel could use a refresh since it is showing its age. Carpet in my room was worn in spots and tub should be replaced due to wear.

At least the sheets were clean But don't go here if you have a vehicle. My truck was broken into & almost stolen. But was damaged & not drivable. I had to argue with the manager before agreeing to comp me for one night until I was finally given one night. I also found out that they've been having a problems with auto theft in that parking lot. Mine was the 3rd in 2 weeks. The hotel doesn't have proper security cameras to cover their property & the break-in wasn't caught on tape. Stay here at your own risk.

Although I turned up super late for check in, the guy on reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. He rooms are immaculately clean and extremely spacious. Complimentary breakfast and coffee are available. Would definitely recommend the Ramada going forward.

Don't stay here. The room was dirty. The bathroom floor was gross. The shower curtain had a blood stain. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. They put us on the third floor and I'm pretty sure that floor doesn't get cleaned very often. I'll be posting pics. Pro Tip: just pay the extra $30-40 a night for a decent night's stay somewhere else. Just saying!

Great value. Rooms were clean but a little dated. They had a decent breakfast in the morning. Staff was nice. Airport shuttle and free Wi-Fi.

The guys at check in were friendly and helpful… the room was older but VERY clean… and the breakfast was fabulous for 5 kids… the breakfast lady Dennee was the BEST… friendly and helpful. GREAT stopover.

Room was a tad small, I spent just one night here for a track meet I had in alberqureqe. They offer an Outdoor Pool & Spa however were very small and crowded. But I would recomend this room if just staying one night and not trying break the bank.

Clean rooms comfortable bed and a good breakfast are all I ever ask for at a hotel. And this hotel did well. The only problem was having to get my key card redone 5 times.

It was a convenient location. The rooms were nice and clean. The continental breakfast exceeded all expectations. It was a great deal for the price.

Wonderful and clean rooms. The room had both a table with two chairs and a desk, as well as a fridge, microwave, and TV. Good free breakfast as well. By far the best motel I've stayed in for the price.

It's a small simple hotel near the airport. Good for those who need to rest after a day on the road or need to be early in the airport. Hotel offers a satisfactory breakfast with hot chelate, coffee, yogurt, toast, waffles… Room is ok. Not new but mine was clean. I arrived late night, took a long hot shower and turned the heater on. TV, Wi-Fi, everything works fine. Left in the morning after breakfast. Would stay again if rate was good and needed a room for one night.

I really appreciate the friendly staff and the check was fast, I would stay here again.

After a day of flights from hell I landed in Albuquerque much later in the day than anticipated, exhausted and ready to cry. Rather than try to drive to my final destination, Canon AFB, in this state I asked for a hotel recommendation. The clerk suggested the Ramada. I called for a room and was told they had one, they came to pick me up and made this hitch in my travel plans so smooth and without complication! The room was clean, the staff friendly and kind to an exhausted traveler! Nico and Samir were wonderful. I slept for 13 hours, woke up refreshed, had breakfast and continued on to see my kids. I highly recommend this hotel. The prices are reasonable, the rooms are clean and the staff friendly and accommodating.

They were very accommodating to us. We had to switch credit cards around with having separate rooms/parties and they took care of it. Also, Tre (front desk) shuttled us to the Lobos game and picked up afterwards with no problems and at no extra costs. Rooms were decent and housekeeping was great. Definitely would stay there again.

Roaches and bed bugs. Dusty furniture and broken air conditioner. Roaches put my girl into an anxiety attack and refused to stay there like the hotel refused our money back so there I was stuck in car with a girl trippin on roaches and no where to go cuz I couldn't afford it… I'm not lying ppl although the staff was courteous they weren't courteous enough to give us our money back or even switch the booking to the other Ramada here… Just my luck! … I just noticed I wrote this review under my gfs account… She's not as nice as me they would of got negative stars from her.

The staff was awesome! Had to check out late, they were super helpful and nice about it! Really clean, pool is perfect and again loved the staff!

Hair all over the towels and shower tiles and shower was clogged. Very grossed out and disappointed.

Great staff, nice grounds and a very spacious, well appointed and almost spotless room; great value for the money.

We have stayed with the Ramada Albuquerque Airport twice now. Both times the staff was courteous and helpful. This last time we left an item behind in our room. The manager arranged to mail it to us and refused our offer to pay the postage. How cool is that! But cool things multiply at this wonderful little motel. Consider that they will keep your car on their lot for a charge of $10 for a week, a money saver compared to the options, AND they have a shuttle that will get you to the airport and pick you up on your return. Their free breakfast is above average with real scrambled eggs and sausage and a good variety of other menu items including decent green chili, and their $59 charge for all this beats Motel 6 when you add up all the benefits. Highly recommended.
