Really good security. The shuttle driver is the neatest old hippy… he should be promoted to management just by the way he treats the guests.

Very good breakfast super nice and the egges where on point and the room was so quiet.

Very clean rooms, got a shuttle from the airport. Had a bottle of water in the room. Breakfast was great, scrambled eggs with green chili, hash browns and sausage. Friendly staff! Shower had a good spray and u can pick your stream.

It was a good time plenty of rest and the pool was the best!

Very helpful staff, complimentary bottled water (because Albuquerque water tastes horrible), hot breakfast with your room, they conveniently sell snacks in the lobby, and the beds were very comfortable.

We stopped at this hotel on our way home from Oceanside California. Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were extremely clean. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff are absolutely amazing and always willing to help you out with whatever you need. I was going to stay for 1 night and made it a 4 nights stay… extremely comfortable and relaxing. The pool, jacuzzi and gym are very well kept; clean and ready for use!

I extremely like this hotel. It is located close to the airport, offers Mobil service to and from airport. It is located within walking distance to restaurants if you want more than is offered at hotel. I have found the food offered at hotel to be adequate for my needs. The motel is clean and secured. The conciers where friendly and courteous and went out of their way to be helpful.

Our stay here was fantastic. The room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. The bed slept great and the sheets where perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub before retiring for the night, which was also extremely clean. The breakfast was great and included; scrambled eggs, hash bowns, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruit and cereal. Dylan at the front desk was very nice and one of the most professional people we have dealt with at a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this Best Western to others and look forward to returning when we are coming through the Albuquerque area.

Very happy with this visit to Best Western. The room was comfortable, the staff were professional and helpful. I had an issue with the room size the first night and was transferred to a larger room the next morning. I was able to extend my stay by two days with no problems. The lobby decor was welcoming, and made even better by the just-baked cookies each afternoon.

Definitely one of the better Best Westerns I have stayed at. They are clearly striving to be a top notch Best Western. Location is not downtown but it is airport perfect. They take excellent care of the pool and spa areas, inside and outside … no Chlorine orders … even with the inside pool area door open. The water water was perfectly clear! They seem to be updating things regularly … I like the rooms I have stayed in. I am a Gold Card Rewards member and do get upgrades that I really like.

We’re driving from NC to Los Angeles and we made it a point to stay at this particular Best Western, the Best of the Best Western again. I’m not familiar with what denotes a Best Western Plus listing, but I’ve stayed at many of both and I’ll say this one is nicer than most BW Pluses even. I love that they make it a point to give everyone (not just club members) free bottled water, and they also leave an additional one in you room that you won’t be charged for. Property is in a great location with 3 dining options in a small radius. I didn’t need to leave hotel as this one does the dinner socials and also has an expansive 4 hour window of above average continental breakfast with hot options. This property also features a shuttle, great work out center that is open late, laundry (why so some hotels not have laundry? ) and business center. Property is spotless and in great repair. Could go on and on about great customer service, etc. You’ll get way more with a stay here than you’ll pay for. Thanks team.

This hotel is so conveniently located right next to the airport, yet is still quiet. Check-in was fast and easy, and thankfully bottles of water were readily available in the lobby on the 100-degree day. The room was very spacious and very clean, with a great bathroom and huge shower, which was welcome after a long day of driving. Bathroom was stocked with amenities, and the room was stocked with coffee and tea. I only gave four stars out of five because the back building where my room was located did not have an elevator, and while it was a mild inconvenience for me, I could forsee it being a difficult issue for others. But overall, a wonderful stay!

Update: This is my second night unable to sleep because the person above me just walks around all night. The walls are paper thin and the floors squeak. When someone is running water in the room above you, it sounds like your room is filling with water. The location is decent for being near the airport. There is a nice Diner next door as well as a bunch of chains nobody should care about. I got a suite because it was only a few dollars more than a regular room. It is huge. Way bigger than I need and it has a jacuzzi. The rooms are nice, but on par with what you would expect. Staff is friendly and it's pretty chill. The only negatives are that it's a bit loud when people are walking around, the breakfast is not very good (but it's free so I'll take it), and it takes several tries for my door to actually open.

The staff was the best I have ever seen. Extremely helpful and gentle. Very big room, nice furniture. Good breakfast. Very well located. Excellent shuttle to and from airport.

This Best Western is very close to the Albuquerque Airport. I called the for the shuttle and was told it would be there in 5-8 minutes, and it was. I checked in after midnight, the hotel was quiet. I wanted to verify late check-out and was told 12:30pm was the latest. I had called before traveling and was told 1:00pm. The make staff member told me he would make a note and would honor 1:00 pm. Evidently he didn't leave the note where others could find it. The maid knocked to ask if I was staying another day. I did leave before one by choice. The maid was apologetic and the female staff member at the front desk was going to honor 1:00 pm also. The room was nice, I did find hair on my face towel that wasn't mine. The breakfast was good. If I needed to stay near the airport again, I would stay there again.

This is an older hotel but nicely renovated. I stayed here 20 years ago and it was nice then. For a quick overnight hotel this place can't be beat! The bedding is unbelievably comfortable. Thank you Best Western!

Nicest staff I've encountered in awhile. In a time when customer service was dying this staff was great. They remembered my friend from when he stayed here 6 months ago. Friendly and smiling. And welcoming. Exactly what you want when checking in. The rooms are great too. Beds that fall asleep right away in. TV's had every channel I needed to watch the playoffs. Clean. Plus it's located near a lot of restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Very convenient location if you need to get to or from the airport. Check in/out was quick and easy. No complaints about the room at all. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Also plenty of places to eat in the area.

I wish I could put no stars for this. As the quality of the rooms, and rates does not matter when you have rude and sarcastic customer service. I go out of town multiple times a month and have always thought the quality of this hotel is better than alternate options. I have a a big pet peeve of disrespectful or just plain rude employees especially at the places that I am supposed to be calling home for a period of time. However, this hotels employees are flat out RUDE. And good luck complaining about one of them to the manager as he too shuts down anything you have to say, says sarcastic comments in response to your concerns and clearly allows his employees to treat people in a way that does not make you feel comfortable. The GM is one of the worst hotel management I have ever come across. It's hard enough to have complaints about your hotel but to be shot down and talk to in a disrespectful manner well raising those concerns or complaints is enough to make me not want to stay anywhere no matter how good of quality it is. Count my business out.

Not impressed with this location! First my reservation was messed up… it was supposed to be on my friends points NOT TO BE PAID FOR IN CASH… Then when asked where the elevator was, they replied that they DID NOT HAVE ONE… they did offer to help with the luggage but when we brought our luggage in 3 different employees (INCLUDING 2 MEN) did not assist me or my friend, TWO WOMEN! My friend recently had back surgery surgery so I had to carry all of the luggage up myself. I had to make 3 trips up and down the stairs to get all of our stuff upstairs while the staff just watched me. Once we got to our room, the door only worked half the time. Once we got inside the main light did not work, there was trash left under the bed, stuff was left in the refrigerator, the remote had crusty stuff on it, yet was in the sanitary bag they claim it was cleaned and sanitized yet clearly was NOT! The sliding door to the balcony only worked HALF the time. There was no outdoor trashcans or ash trays therefore trash and cigarette butts were EVERYWHERE! The room service maid was extremely rude. Overall it was a horrible place to stay for my birthday weekend getaway!

Best suites we've stayed at! Theres always water and coffee in the lobby. Bathrooms are small but there are 2 per suite which is great for those traveling with family! Enough grassy area outside for little kids to run around on… and there is a great restaurant right across the parking lot!

Best night of sleep. Super comfy bed, awesome pillows. Excellent breakfast selections. Clean rooms. Super nice and helpful staff. Thanks to the young lady who checked us in and a big thanks to the young lady taking care of breakfast! Great experience.

Very good place to stay… good location.

This is our second stay at this best Western; the best best Western and we drove out of the way to stay here between concerts in Scottsdale and Fort Worth. The quality and experience was just as amazing as the previous stay. Greeted by a cordial staff member who helped us find parking for a sprinter and trailer in a semi-full lot. Great location right off of the interstate with three 24 hour restaurants within walking distance. This location features an extensive and delicious breakfast buffet; way above your average continental breakfast. Super comfy pillows and beds. My favorite part of these rooms is the sliding door/porch area which has a small area with chairs to get some fresh air. Love this spot.

Had a great stay here. The front desk lady was very friendly and courteous upon my arrival. The check in was quick. There was a special social going on when I checked in so I got to eat some nachos with soda for free which really hit the spot after a long flight. The room was clean and had all the amenities I could need plus free Wi-Fi. It's very conveniently located within walking distance of a few restaurants, and is also very close to the airport. They also offer a free shuttle service to the Albuquerque airport and car rental terminal as well. Oh and the free hot breakfast in the morning was great too. Would definitely stay here again.

The Concierge service at night time needs to be improved. The shuttle service in the late evening is Practically absent but it works well on normal time. It Is still convenient for the airport proximity. Good Breakfast.

Breakfast was pretty good. The biscuits and gravy had real gravy like they make it in the South. That's where the compliments end. This is by far the most disgusting hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying at. The whole place smells, there are stains on everything, and all the electronic locks I used didn't work correctly. I've stayed at motels nicer than this.

The service was amazing, the front desk was very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We used the pool. The breakfast was delicous and started our day out right. I would highly reccomend this hotel :)

I had a great stay at the Best Western Airport Inn Suites in Albuquerque, NM. Comfy beds, accommodating staff, and very nice rooms. Great place to stay! FYI the free airport shuttle begins at 4:30 AM so if you have one of those rare earlier flights you will need to make another plan to get to the airport. The clerk at the desk ordered me a cab ahead of time. The cab was very late as there seems to be a shortage of cabbies in the area but the hotel staff did all they could.

I checked into this room for an overnight stay and easy access to the Albuquerque Sunport. The room was very comfortable and the service was wonderful. While it was close to the airport and you could hear the planes taking off, the noise only occurs during the day so they don't wake you up in the middle of the night. My only complaints are that the doors to the front were not automatic, which was a bit of a pain as I had a few bags to carry with me. In addition, the bathroom door was in an awkward place with regard to the toilet. Also, there was no bacon at the breakfast counter in the morning. However, those are relatively small complaints as I have experienced larger problems at other hotels and they do not deserve losing a star. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Best Western near Albuquerque Airport for anyone traveling through the area.

Let me start by saying the staff is really awesome. Michael was very nice and very accommodating. However I have no idea how this hotel got a 4 star rating. It reeks of smoke everywhere. The pet friendly non smoking room smelt like it's been smoked in for 30 years. It's very old and outdated. I would not recommend if anyone has kids or asthema. They willingly switched us to another room and we were very grateful but I still smell the cigarette smoke even in my new room and cannot stop coughing. If youre a smoker, 4 stars! If not… I'd find another Best Western.

I really enjoyed my stay. There was mints on the pillow. Breakfast had plenty of choices. The social hour was nice as well. I will stay here again.

I may rant alot on here but I also like to give credit where do. The room is sweet, great price, clean, staff has been friendly every thing is clean and tidy all the way down to the TV remote. Great Job, I will definitely stay here on a return visit.

Great staff, the bed was so comfortable I fell right to sleep and slept like a baby. Very clean!

So, we called letting the front desk know we were checking in around 3am. We were driving overnight from Tucson because my mother fell ill. We ended up arriving at 6am because we needed to get to the hospital before checking in. The front desk person was so rude! She commented how late we were checking in. My mother ended up passing away unexpectedly. The day we were checking out, I had to go to the funeral home. The appointment was at 9am. I'd never done this before. I had no idea it'd take hours. See, my mom had not made any plans but I didn't know that. I called the hotel and asked if we could have until 1pm to check out. We were given until 12:30. On the way to the hotel, we needed gas and my husband called to let the hotel know that we'd be right there. We were threatened with another charge. So we ran up to the room as soon as we could, packed up, and we were out by 12:51. I can't believe in the face of the worst moment of my life, a hotel would be so heartless. We had to clear out my mom's whole house, deal with her sudden passing, and get back home to our own move out. I'll never stay at another Best Western again.

I stayed here while playing a show in town in the Nob Hill area with my band. The hotel is conveniently located to the Nob Hill area, filled with restaurants, bars and great shops. The staff was extremely kind and attentive every time I walked through the lobby. I must have heard "have a great day/evening" 10 times in the one night I spent there. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. As a musician who travels the country most of the year it is very important to have a room with a great bed so sleep and rest are optimal. This bed did not disappoint. I slept like a rock. The breakfast had many good options from fruit and yogurt to hash browns and sausage. Overall my stay was a great experience.

Be Aware of A CAR THEFT! You can be a victim! Don't stay here! And my review was also gone too! Our car was stolen on new years day. While We were eating breakfast, someone stolen our car that has valuable things like our SS card, some credit cards, passports, laptops, my bike, custom surfboard even my collections for more than 10 years. This is not a joke. We parked the car next to dump area which has NO Camera. And got a police report 1week later. Don't stay here. You can be a victim. We've heard the guy is an african american and kept stealing someone's belongings by using our car. The robber had a gun too. Police called us later and found the car that already chopped, they found a gun holder that we don't have.

The large balcony window/sliding glass door entirely lacked a curtain. There was a very thin, see-through and white curtain that covered the entire window, but nothing else, allowing us to see out and others to see in. Entire lack of privacy. This also meant, the lights illuminating the parking lot shined into our room the entire night. Absolutely no excuse for this kind of terrible accommodation, especially at a Best Western that charges, at the very least, $70 a night. In addition, the floors in the building and in the rooms are a lawsuit waiting to happen, with obvious indentations the size of coffee cans, going up to 1-2 inches deep into the floor. The evening staff enjoyed ignoring us as we waited for them to stop surfing the web so we could ask simple questions. The pool and hot tub are outside, which is listed nowhere on the website. The hot breakfast is nice, assuming you get to it before it runs out.

Due to booking issues my 2 queen room was not available but Michael at the front desk made sure I got a room at the price I reserved it at. He upgraded us to a suite. Can you say OMG big and roomy… Even has a small kitchen and living/dining room and a private patio outside. Wish it wasn't 16* outside so I could enjoy it… Thank you for making a 700+ drive on winter weather relaxing at the end.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel after hours of driving to NM from Arizona. We were exhausted and wanted a comfortable place to stay for the night. This hotel delivered exactly that. We had a clean room with freshly made beds, comfortable pillows and blanket, TV with too many channels (is there such a thing?! ), warm water, and a friendly staff. It was all we needed after a long day of driving. Micheal, the hotel clerk, gave us advice on areas to visit during the following day — this was helpful since my girlfriend wanted to explore trendy shopping areas and we had no idea where to start. He was really friendly and personable. We also woke up early for the breakfast, which was a free, freshly made, continental breakfast. It was seriously amazing — they had bacon, sausage, gravy, biscuits, waffles, hash browns (which were SO good), etc. The best hotel breakfast we've had to date. There was even an attendant on site to make sure that all of the dishes stayed replenished and every guest was being helped. The area was conveniently located to a highway, which was helpful for us to access the whole city. There were also surrounding restaurants and businesses which kept the parking lot lit up and us feeling comfortable with parking our car. The parking lot is something that we are most concerned with (so we don't have to unload our van every night), and it was very safe and well-lit. We'd recommend this hotel to anyone!

We were extremely pleased with our experience at this motel. The room was spacious, pleasant and very clean. What impressed us most was our experience with the desk clerk that welcomed us: Jocelyn could be the standard by which all check-in personnel are judged. She was friendly, competent, answered all our (many) questions, and made offers of amenities, such as the "breakfast bag, " since we were leaving very early the next morning. We arrived thoroughly exhausted, but were made to feel so very much better, simply by her welcoming presence.

Loved this place! Great staff, quick check-in, conveniently located near airport and cool shops and great restaurants. My stay was brief, but I was thrilled with my time there as there was always hot coffee in the lobby, a nice courtyard to relax outside, and the room was super comfortable with a million channels on DirecTV. Book this place now if you're considering staying in the area.

A great room for our short stay on the way to Texas! We were coming in very late and were very tired, but it was easy to find off the freeway and the staff was friendly and helpful, even at 1 a. M. They checked us in quickly and offered advice on where we could park our trailer for the evening since we were traveling with our instruments for the band. Breakfast in the morning had a great selection of eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, cereal, breads and great coffee. A great stay!

Rates are deceiving. Told me 79 when I checked in ended up paying over 90. Wouldn't let me pay cash up front. Charge my room to card and will take 10 days to get my money back.

I arrived after my flight was delayed in new mexico and I had missed my connecting flights by AA. The airline voucher was for this hotel. I arrived at 1 Am and let the front desk know that I will need to leave at 5 am. Meaning at most 3 hours of sleep. At 1:30 am, I started heayri g noises from top floor that would not stop. At 2 am, I called front desk. Gregory, the front desk person mentioned he just sent some folks with some luggage there and they are settling. I wonder how he would decide to place them on top of my room. I had to call him 2 times and it really did not help with noise. When checking in, I saw that they offer free breakfast and I asked if I can have a banana or some simple thing from kitchen to go and he told me kitchen is closed. However in the am, he gave two other paying guests traveling in the same shuttle breakfast to go. I asked him if he can check the shuttle is ready to go and he said : I am not a shuttle driver. I stepped out to ask shuttle driver and he cameafter me telling me shuttle driver is having breakfast. Overall, I beleive as a hotel front desk, you need someone with a much more polite behavior, better judgment in allocation of rooms, and more empathy towards people who face delayed or cancelled flights due to mismanagement of an airline.

Fantastic Stay! This is where I'm staying anytime I'm in or near Alburqueque. Room was huge! Very clean and staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Free hot breakfast with eggs/bacon/biscuits and gravy/waffles/cereal etc etc Hotel is just minutes off the highway with easy accessibility to numerous restaurants and shopping. Outdoor pool that the kids loved and outdoor hot tub the wife loved. No complaints!

Driving through Albuquerque on the way to our new home, this hotel was exactly what we needed after a 12 hour drive. The room was sooooooooo comfortable and impeccably clean. The free breakfast the next morning was a great bonus. It was far barter then we thought we'd get for free. Bacon and eggs? You bet… Fresh coffee and tasty orange juice? Yep. The waffle makers suck tho. They destroyed everyone's waffles that morning. A little cooking spray is in order. But, if that's the only thing you've got to worry about. Then there's no reason to not stay here. The staff were very friendly and the property was super nice.

Pros: When we finally did get in our room, it was great. Perfectly met our needs of having 2 rooms for us and our baby. Clean and had everything we needed. Full size ironing board was also a plus. And the breakfast is fantastic! Cons: We had requested an early check-in of 12:30 (would have been fine with even 2pm). We did not get in to our room until 3:10. Normal check in is at 3! We have a 9 month old who needed to nap so we requested to check in early. There was no effort to try to accommodate us with our baby. Shifts changed and we were still treated as if it was our problem that our room was not ready even by 3. (Because we had requested a king suite. ) In short, don't bother requesting an early check in. And if you're checking in for the king suite, apparently they are not available until AFTER 3pm. And if you're bringing a baby, the pack 'n play situation is a nightmare. IT took 3 before getting one that would stay open and had all of the parts needed to use it. Some of the staff actually are more professional and caring…

I had my truck stolen from this places parking lot… I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional uncaring reaction in my life. They say they have camera but for whatever reason they didn't catch anything on camera. And basically told me too call the cops my self beside that. I was given the run around trying to figure out who was on shift when it happened and refused the number of the motels Manger. Oh she on vacation and a… just horrible horrible service to say the least. Common sence would tell u a palace located by the airport would have working security cameras and a on duty security of some sort. I still till this day haven't received anything concerning this from management or higher ups … the employee seemed like he/she couldn't give a damn about the situation. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Lease u can afford to have your car and ever thing in it stolen. … and this just happen you been warned…

The Best Western Albuquerque was just what we needed after a 12 hour drive. The hot tub was to temperature and the pool area was clean. The beds were pillow-top and there were plenty of pillows. The breakfast was great, including scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. We have always been extremely satisfied with Best Western, and this was no exception.

I'm a frequent traveler and this place earns high marks. First of all there's an Airport Shuttle! This place is clean. The free Wi-Fi is fast! Check in was fast and courteous. The whole place had a professional atmosphere. The breakfast was far beyond your typical Continental breakfast. Very well done! My room had a fridge, microwave and HDTV. The location is safe. There's a terrific mom and pop restaurant located 100 yards away; open 24hrs. Great Salads! I didn't have time for a dip in the pool but it was awesome. Next time! Definitely would recommend and stay again if I was in the area without hesitation.

I cannot tell you how much I like the Best Western Plus properties — Always great size rooms — comfortable beds — and furniture — The staff is friendly and this area has restaurants within walking distance.

Josaline counter help was very sweet and friendly. I asked questions and she was gracious to give me answers. The only problem I had I reserved a room over to weeks ago and forgot my mother was handicap so it was very hard for her to climb the stairs. But josaline had a coworker don't know his name? He helped mom up the stairs. These two where great and very helpful! Kudos to them two. You are very lucky to have wonderful employees like these two.

For the price, this is hard to beat. This place isn't a 5 star hotel but gets you through the night while traveling. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly very good.

I travel a great deal and appreciate a helpful and considerate staff more than most. This is one of the finest Best Western's I have ever stayed in.

Like most retired seniors my wife and I are always looking for good value while traveling. We probably spend more time in the rooms than the younger generation. We carry tablets for reading and keeping in touch so Wi-Fi is a must. Our check list of amenities include, hot breakfast, refrigerator, microwave, and of course a coffee maker. We do a lot of research, reading reviews from several different resources, and normally our picks are pretty darn spot on. Check-in was fast and friendly. Parking was adequate and plentiful. The hotel is in need of updating but our stay was quite enjoyable. The suite was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was superb and what I expect from Best western. The Wi-Fi was extremely fast. Location was good to go into town for touring Management should be proud as the staff did a excellent job with the guest. Definitely would recommend and stay again if I was in the area.

I have to say, for a Best Western, this is a damn good hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff seems very friendly, while I didn't have the breakfast this morning (in a rush), it looked good and must have been, because there were a bunch of folks eating this morning. One more thing. This hotel has the best internet speed of any that I've stayed in a long time, 15mbps up AND down! If you're looking for hotel that's close to the airport, has great Wi-Fi, clean and has GSA limit rates, this is the place to stay.

Excellent hotel. I am a constant road tripper and have so many hotels to compare; this is a great Best Western. My room was so clean, the pool was clean and friendly, all of the food was great. The front desk employee stopped to help my son with his paper airplane. We love that all of the vending was available, fresh towels at the pool, restocking my water and coffee. This Best Western is clean and right next to a cute cafe, the Village Inn. Perfect location, we drove in but chose this airport location. Not seedy at all like one may think in terms of airprt area. This is my always Albuquerque hotel from now on. LOVED my stay.

Room was good clean and welcoming. Staff at the front desk was either very incompetent or just plane stupid when it came to extending the room. The breakfast buffet is nothing fancy. Liquid eggs from a carton and juice from concentrate. If you request fresh eggs the lady attending the buffet will lie to you and give you liquid egg from the carton as well. Be sure to wake up early because when your eating and time has come to clean the buffet off, they won't ask you if you would like anything else before they clean up. They just take the food away. Over all I recommend you stay at another hotel.
