Nice and clean hotel! Our room was very nice and roomy. I would highly recommend.

There is a loud low hum that literally hurt my ears. I’m thinking it may be from the adjacent rooms’ air conditioners, because the noise would come and go. Our air conditioner was loud enough, but didn’t hurt my ears… it just woke me up when it came on. The shower sounds like an alarm going off when stepping around in there. We’ve always loved Hampton Inns, so this one was a disappointment. Room was otherwise nice and bed was comfy, but I go to a hotel to sleep, which didn’t go well due to all of the noise. I could hear when someone was walking down the hall, taking a shower in an other room… just overall, a bad night’s stay. I don’t know if we were assigned the crap room because I used my Hilton Honors points for the room, but I think I will go back to using my Marriott points after this stay. ☹️

Super clean place. Really comfortable worth every penny.

No breakfast, no bottled water and no coffee. Never seen a group hanging around the coffee and you could have had cereals and pastries out for guests to take to their rooms instead of making them go out in public where we don't want them to be.

Convenient, close to services, food. Parking for Semi's, RV's (street) but clean and quite, near Interstate. Not in the husslebussle of downtown either, but close enough.

I love this hotel the staff was great and the breakfast was tasty! The one who ruins everything is Adam is a staff member! Terrible attitude and terrible rudeness!

It is a nice hotel to stay in but unfortunately I forgot my dress in hampton but I cannot turn back to pick it up because we are heading to North carolina…

We had an excellent stay here! The staff was incredible! The rooms were very clean and smelled good! The beds were comfy! Breakfast provided a large selection to choose from! One suggestion? The pool and hot tub was SWARMED with kids until after 10. Adults couldn’t go to relax.

A nice room, a chilly but efficient check in. I got the suite and there is plenty of extra room. There are just a few small things that mark this down. No plastic bag for laundry hanging in the closet. I ran the faucet and an unbelievably loud pounding noise starts. The bed is softer than any other Hampton I have stayed at (not good for me, maybe good for others). A desk chair from the 70's that is darn uncomfortable.

Our room was great, up-to-date decor. The employees were great. The location felt a little sketchy. I'm really glad that I checked-in online the day before, somehow they got overbooked.

Best Hampton ever! This hotel is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. It's also very clean. I was impressed by the quality of the room, the great service, and even a nice breakfast. I have never been to a Hampton where I liked the breakfast — until this one.

My wife left her pillow and they were so sweet to mail it to us. The rooms were awesome.

My husband and I travel frequently and have left items in our room. All I had to do was call the hotel. The hotel held our item until we could pick it up. In one instance the item was mailed to us.

My family and I stayed here for one night and the hotel is in walking distance to gas stations and restaraunts. Highly recommended. Clean, comfortable and the staff were very nice.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. The staff was nice and accommodating. There was a sheet on the front desk that showed where nearby restaurants and fast food were located, which was nice after a long drive. The room was clean and well kept. I had no complaints at all and would stay here again.

This motel has to be one of the shittiest ive ever stayed at. I reserved 2 rooms that joined. I got 2 rooms that were separated by a 50 foot balcony. Imo dont stay at this pos. And to make things even worse 1 of them is handicap. Had a chair mounted in the tub/shower. Had made res 2 days in advance. And this is what I got. I get a sorry. Well take your sorry and stick it.

Good place to stay. Elevators were out of service was very inconvenient. Only one elevator came back in service later in the day. Having a disabled person, hotel didn't take a sense of urgency to have an on-call for service and repairs. Rooms are clean, housekeeping staff are friendly and respond to your needs.

The hotel was nice, and the breakfast was also nice, although the pull out bed was a little rough the rooms we very nice and I had a good stay.

There is a million cats wandering the parking lot which is whatever they're just hungry wild innocent cats, but the bed bugs…? There isn't an excuse or any reason to ease my mind on that topic, if you would like the video or pics of the 4 different kinds of LIVING bugs hmu on Instagram @_Markuel.

Cold showers and lies. We checked in, had a good night sleep, woke up to cold water from the hot water tap. Complained to the front staff, they knew about the problem and offered to give us a free nights stay on my rewards card. 2 weeks later still nothing.

Excellent service, pricing was very competitive, room was spacious, breakfast was great, and the kids enjoyed the pool! I would return to this hotel for a second visit!

Beautiful room with plenty of space to spread out my yoga mat. The only negative I have is the fitness room. We stayed at another Hampton the previous night and their fitness room was wonderful, with free weights and aerobic equipment. This one had one treadmill, one elliptical and one bike. Plus it was pretty tight but hey I got to get some exercise in and for that I was thankful. We left before breakfast at 6 so I'm not sure how that was but our stay was uneventful and comfortable.

Great Staff, Rooms are clean and ready every day. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is gym is just 3 machines, no weights. Other than that, its a great place to stay.

Hotel has lot for commercial vehicle parking. Fitness center did not have any free weights. Internet speed was moderate. Hotel had full hot breakfast.

My room was nice and clean. The staff was professional (as to be expected) and it was nice to be able to grab a bite to eat before hitting the road! FYI, it's nestled at the end of Iliff Rd… beyond the LaQuinta and Days Inn hotels.

Very nice rooms, reasonable rates. There is a pick up at the hotel for an marvelous Grand Canyon Tour.

Clean and efficient accommodations. DirecTV is a bit clunky to work. More expensive than it should be but overall a very nice hotel.

I am giving this two starts due to the clean room, which included a nice animal towel on the bed, and for the excellent free breakfast. Other than that, the staff was not very caring of any issue and there were a few. I only note this due to the things that piled up — upon our arrival, but we always get the "thank you for being a Honors Member" greeting, but not this time. Alex rushed through the check in (which was fine. ) When we got to the room, one dresser drawer would was open and would not stay closed. It was hard, in such cramped quarters, not to catch your skin or clothing on it as you passed by. We called the desk and Alex said he'd have maintenance fix it the following day, but didn't even offer and apology for the inconvenience. Later, we noticed wires hanging down from the very noisy climate control unit, which I mentioned to the gal at check out, along with the drawer issue and the fact that the bath tub was very unstable (felt and sounded as if we were going to fall through it. ) She did not offer an apology for the issues either — just handed me a receipt for the $130 charge. This stay felt no more special or worthy than a Motel 6 but cost double. I would not recommend staying here. Also there were people strung out on drugs all over the streets all around the hotel.

Relaying a story from my mother. My mother stayed at this hotel last night and had a horrible experience. The staff was rude to her the entire time. The outside of the hotel and the lobby area looked fantastic but the room was a different story. The wallpaper was peeling, the toilet paper holder fell off, and the remote did not work. Everyone appeared to be annoyed with her requests for assistance. She said it was a horrible night's sleep due to the air conditioner. I realize that overall the reviews appear to be good but my mother and travel quite a bit and have a pretty good reference point for lodging. So you may wish to review the room before agreeing to stay.

The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms had space, but the air conditioner leaked making an odd smell. My visit, unfortunately, had a team of boys worry poor supervision running around, and very inconsiderate of others. The crew at the hotel did not really intervene either. Cleaning crew did great, and drive wise it is a convenient spot.

We enjoyed the clean rooms. The layout was comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable. There was a rowdy family in the pool using the safety devices as toys and the entry aid as a diving board, but the staff is not to blame for this behavior.

Located right off the highway next to various restaurants. The amenities such as the hot tub and breakfast were remarkable. Overall, even though there are other options in the area this hotel is definitely the best bang for your buck.

Our stay was personal the hotel was off Interstate surrounded by other hotels which was I'm fine. The rooms were very clean guest service was exceptional when you walked into the hotel. All the employees spoke when you pass them in the hallway. Breakfast was wonderful and the person working in the breakfast area was extremely friendly comma she kept the food coming as long as you needed it.

Very nice and friendly staff. Super clean and comfy room. Super close to I40 but don't notice any noise. Love the indoor pool and whirlpool. Breakfast is one of the best I've seen. The reason for only 4 stars is the internet options. If you want to do anything other than check email you have to pay by the day. I'm using complimentary internet and it doesn't stay connected and tells me I'm offline if I try to access Facebook from tablet. Phones have their own internet so not on hotel service.

Very nice hotel with nice breakfast. Water pressure on shower was just OK. It is a little noisy as it sits by the interstate. Nice carpet.

The "quiet" room we requested was next to the elevators. When we asked for a different room they informed us there were no others available. They should have told us its location prior to booking and we could have gone elsewhere.

This is a great hotel. The beds are comfortabe, the breakfest is great, and the service is wonderful. I recommend this hotel. The only disappointment was the gym equipment is old and pool is a little on the cold side.

Cleaning the room and amenities this excellent just a call for attention to the showers, is difficult to regulate the water; the excellent service in spite of that I had incorrect information of the delivery time they behaved very well.

Nice hotel as a whole. Friendly staff willing to help with any issues. A little dated, but not too bad with what I payed. I would stay there again.

High quality relatively new Hampton Inn. Lots of charging plugs by bed. Good free hot breakfast. 24 hr coffee and chocolate chip cookies in early evening. Hotel is quiet, located south on Coors. Several restaurants within one block walk. We tried locally owned Mariscos Altamira which is an excellent Mexican seafood restaurant. Other chain choices within same block. We've tried several Hilton variety hotels in Albuquerque and this is the best so far for location, quality, local food within walking distance, ease of entry and exit to freeway.

VERY noisy. Walls must be very thin. We could hear the tv's in the rooms on both sides of us. I would not ever stay here again.

Can't say enough good things about our stay. This hotel is outstanding. The bed were great as were the pillows. Everything was clean and fresh. Towels were not skimpy thing but thick and great. Breakfast was great and service outstanding and friendly. This is a must stay hotel.

Nice! I would have to say this was one of the best nights sleep I have ever had at a hotel. The beds were to die for & the pillows come straight from heaven! The rooms were a great size & very clean. The only thing that bothered me was the shower head was old & that it got water everywhere but on me. Besides that we had a great nights stay and we'll be staying here again.
