I have stayed at Motel 6 many times and was surprised that you have to request room service if you stay more than 1 day. I stayed 3 days and had to get fresh towels from the front office and also a new key each day! But they did fix the toilet seat that was very loose. The mattress was very firm and I had trouble sleeping due to being very aware of my "pressure points. " A medium mattress would be far better I believe, especially for someone who is 80!

It was a really nice clean room, very spacious. Had King size bed, 3 pillows, flat screen. Fridge/Micro. Very nice! Had security roaming around all night, & also cameras monitoring all the different areas outside. Pleasant staff. Highly recommend.

My Daughter, Son n law and granddaughter stopped here. I paid for the hotel through Expedia. $48.01 The motel room was clean but they noticed there was no soap or shampoo so they called the front desk and inquired about the items. The front desk said they don't supply shampoo but if they needed soap they could come down to the desk and get some. The laundry room had an out of order sign. No fridge, no microwave. Large bathroom. Lady at the front desk was nice.

The room was updated and looked amazing. Initially the batteries in the remote for the TV were dead but I went to the front desk and they replaced them immediately. Everything else was above my expectations. Great Job and Keep Up the Good Work!

Hard old saggy mattresses that have buttons. Soap vending machine took $1.00 but gave no soap. Washer works, dryers don't. They use a third party to maintain the machines. I called the company and put in a trouble ticket, I don't know if anyone at the motel did. The room was clean, bathroom had one big towel, even though it had two queen beds. They only provide one small bar of soap, no shampoo or anything else. The air conditioner worked, but it's broken. It looks like someone body slammed it.

I left my diamond necklace behind! It was my Valentines gift! Housekeeper Blanca Leon found it and Miriam the manager mailed it home to me! I am so grateful to your honest and wonderful employees! I am not surprised I have always had good service at Motel6. I have been going here for years. Thank you.

Lock and doorknob barely worked. Mattress was old and sagging and quite compressed. A/C took hours to cool the room. The smell of insecticide? Cleanser? Whatever it was proved to be overwhelming. Then the icemaker was turned off overnight — not good on a hot day.

Great location! Beds hard but the room had a great layout with a little corner booth table we ate at twice. It was comfy, the staff was great and we found nice grassy spots to walk the dogs. Not that far from Petroglyphs National Park or Old Town. I'd come back here.

Not much stands out about this place. Average in everyway. Rooms are decently clean and at the usual average price. Front desk workers are very cool and nice though. Also 12 checkout is good and pro-rate is awesome.

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean. When I was leaving, I left a huge cockroach under a towel on the floor. Other than that, it was great.

Room was decent at a fair price but bathroom looked old/outdated albeit clean. Also was disappointed that this Motel 6 had no powdered coffee creamer in the morning (staff said they were all out). We always first try to book Motel 6's because dogs are welcomed. Would be nice if all M6's offered real coffee creamer (if you're going to serve coffee, please do it right).

Second Motel 6 I stayed at en route to LA from Chicago. Rooms were super clean and quiet and for the first time in two days my cat Lucas felt relaxed. He didnt want to leave! lol They have security on the premises and the staff was super nice. As a single female traveling alone I felt safe. Gas station and food right across the way. Would definitely stay again.

1st time staying at this location, kind of in a rough neighborhood, motel looks clean from the outside. Room very clean updated recently. The bed has no box spring, mattress is sitting on a hard wooden frame. It’s like sleeping on a futon. Definitely wouldn’t stay here if I was paying for it. I’m on a company trip.

The stay there at Motel 6 was amazing. They had great customer service and they lady who checked me in was very nice and helped me the best she can. I like the security on the property. He made us feel safe and welcomed. I will definitely come back, service was the best. Thank you.

I usually LOVE Motel 6 and chose to stay there because, while it isn't a fancy or expensive place to stay, it is usually comfortable and clean. This did not happen… at all. There were hairs in the bathtub. Dirt on the floor. The toilet was NOT clean. I was appalled and deeply saddened. We did not stay in another Motel 6 for the rest of the trip (although we stayed at other hotels) due to the very filthy and unkempt condition of the Motel 6 in Albuquerque, NM. I will be less likely to choose Motel 6 in the future due to this unfortunate incident.

We stayed here last night clean rooms. Friendly staff easy on an off 40. Would stay again. Under 50 dollars.

Floors have not been mopped in… I don't know how long. We had a two night reservation and the keys were only set for one day. When I went to get the keys fixed the woman at the front desk insisted they didn't work because I MUST have had them next to a phone, keys etc. Actually, I know how the keys work and if they worked at ten and not one o'clock, it was a desk error not a guest error. I am not sure why they couldn't have just smiled and fixed the keys rather than insisting I had somehow erased them.

The place was clean. The people in the office were friendly. They had a security guard. Did not have refrigerator or microwave in room. But for the price, it was a good stay.

The room was clean. The chemical room deodorizer was not too strong. The Beds have seen much better days, or they simple are of very very poor quality. The inner springs could be felt, the bed was saggy and uncomfortable. The room curtains allowed so much light from the parking lot in that it was as if it was twilight inside all night long. Very difficult to sleep.

Clean room. Felt safe. Nice ladies at the desk. Able to easily connect my laptop to the TV via HDMI to watch movies. Plenty of easily accessed power outlets. And now surprise, no more internet charge! Very pleased with that.

The stop overto let my lady love catch some rest was granted by this Motel. The boys and I found the beds comfy as the beauty by my side slipped into them and fast asleep. The only gripe is there was no breakfast for such a comfy sleeping area.

Stayed here several times. Really like Mariscos Mexican Seafood restaurant 1 1/2 blocks south on Coors Blvd. Near I-40 but most rooms face away from the freeway. Like ours, it was in an alcove and quite protected from disturbances. Rooms are comfortable.

Everything you would expect from a Motel 6! — clean rooms — well lit parking lot — friendly staff — allows pets — free Wi-Fi (although a bit slow unless you pay $4.99/day) — inexpensive — right off I-40 convenient for travelers — many fast food chains surrounding Don’t expect luxury. Expect a good rest at a clean, modest and safe location after driving all day.

Don't know if other Motel 6's are the same blueprint but my wife enjoyed the quirkiness of the rooms … good use of space, colorful, smart design (unexpected for a Motel 6). Location was good off I-40 with Buffalo Wild Wings next door and Del Taco, Little Caesar's, Denny's across street. Although sparse in amenities (no fridge, micro, coffee maker) king bed was comfortable, room looked clean, large TV and had the basic of basic necessities. BUT A BIG SAFETY issue, FIX deadbolt in door for room 227 … may want to check your other rooms too. Deadbolts should work properly! Motel 6's may attract more "less desirable" hotel clientele but my wife felt safer on the 2nd floor just in case drunk people came banging on someone's door as mentioned in another review. We did see a family evicted by police the next morning! Otherwise for my wife and last minute stopover in Albuquerque … good price with less than expected "quirky" in a good way accommodation per my wife plus pet friendly free-of-charge! That makes Motel 6 more welcoming for travelers with pets!

This motel was clean, budget-priced, and the room was nice, larger than I expected. They are pet friendly and allowed my cat to stay the night. Very close to a Dennys for 24 hour dining, but a pain in the butt to access the way that the concrete road dividers are set up in this town. I will definitely stay at this motel again on the way back to California.

The front desk lady seemed very cold and unfriendly when I checked in. She did not greet me and all she asked me was to show my id. She assigned me a room that was not directly facing the parking lot. When I asked for a room that I could have my car parked in front of it, she said that I would need to pay $6 more to get that kind of room. Was that your company's policy? That night was a very slow night, she just would not budge to give a room that was more convenient to unload my luggage. When I finished checking in, she did not say any thing nice to me, let alone wishing me a good night.

The room was priced well. Next to stores and food. Clean upon arrival. Fast forward to 6:45am. We were woken up by some intoxicated lady banging on our door and screaming and cussing for a good two minutes before wondering off. We ran to phone and tried to call the office/911 only to find that the phone didn't work. No matter how good the price was, it doesn't make up for our safety. Told the front office and they said they were sorry for the inconvenience. Also, the toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor during the night. It took the only 2 towels they left us to clean it up.

I understand company police is company policy however when it's delivered in a disrespectful way it really makes your company look bad. 10/29/17 11:00pm the lady at the front desk was rude and bad-mannered, and was more worried about getting back to talking with the security guard who was just lounging around. I have previously stayed at this location about a year ago and the staff working then was very nice and pleasant and helpful especially at such a late hour and to an obvious exhausted person. Sad to see that this is no longer the case. Instead of barely even looking at my ID and telling me I can't stay there, you could of explained that it's motel 6's policy and the previous worker who had allowed me to stay a year ago was going against that, rather than rudely saying "oh did they? Well I'm not going to let you stay here. " With a fake pouty face. Poor customer service skills especially for a night shift when I would assume most people coming in at this hr have been driving for a long period of time and are exhausted to say the least. Also I had not been informed that you had to be 21 or older to stay when I called earlier that day to make my reservation. The lady barely took my name, was very eager to get off phone, I'm presume it was the same lady.

This was our 2nd stop on a 3 week trip to New England & back to CA. I knew we would be using Motel 6 as we carried 2 pets with us. This motel & staff rated up at the top after our trip was done. It was pouring rain. We had a ground floor room, opening directly to parking space. That rated 5 stars! 2 beds;large room;very clean;newly renovated. The room phone rang & young woman @ front desk calling to see if all was well with us! I wish I had noted her name. She should receive kudos for that!

This Motel 6 was conveniently located near the I40 and restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised at the room decor. I would say it was a mix of retro and futuristic. I liked it very much. The platform king size bed was very comfortable.

Clean, good staff. Pet friendly which is fantastic. The only thing I would improve are :have shampoo in shower and free Wi-Fi. The charge is low but still, free would be nice. Excellent stay.

We walked into the room and I was immediatley smacked in the face with a pungent odor. Then I saw the beds. They were bent in the middle. We asked for a room with better beds. The front desk gal said we could check out a room 2 doors down. No smell, but the beds werent any better and the remote was missing. We took it since it didn't stink. The beds were the most uncomfortable that I have ever tried to sleep on. This is what you get for being cheap. Take my advice and pay a little more next door!

Good location close to restaurants. Quiet at night. Big room. Bigger TV screen. Well maintained and friendly, helpful staff. The best Motel 6 we stayed at on the 11 day trip. We would stay at this one again.

Good location right off I-40 was convenient for travelers. Only surprise was we booked a king room and requested ground floor and stated we had 2 dogs. The room was ground floor and decent for us and the dogs, but there were 2 full beds rather than 1 king. Preferred the king. Also one of the bedspreads looked pretty stained. Staff was nice and quick. Security guard was walking the property which made us feel safer. We'll stay there again.

Dirty! Dust where clean towels go. Dirty bathtub. Hair in bathroom and on sheets. Floor needed swept badly. So, its probably been a while since it was mopped. Bed was very hard. I like a firm bed with softness to it. I woke up with a sore back and stiff neck.

This place was previously a Red Roof Inn and newly remodeled. Laminate wood floors with a mid century modern design. Very clean, dogs allowed with no extra charge or fee for them. The two ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Great restaurant right next door made it easy to call in an order and walk over to pick up without having to leave the dogs by themselves or load them up in the car again. This will be my go to motel when traveling through Albuquerque again.

Planned on staying at this location because they said we would have a room with a fridge. I needed a room with a fridge to keep my insulin in (I ha e type 1 diabetes). Get there, check in, get told we can't have a fridge. Very sad. Killed a roach in the bathroom.

I don't know if it is normal where we where at but someone got mugged in the parking lot. The rooms were nice and clean though.

So let's start with the negatives since that's what we all come here for. CONS- 1. The beds feel like you're sleeping on cushioned cardboard. NOT at all comfortable. I wouldn't be able to stay more than a night here because of that. 2. The a. C. Wasn't the coolest, on a 90 degree day this could prove a problem. 3. The toilet doesn't flush the best. And it's one of those awkward toilets that the water is too high and the bowl is too low and you might end up dipping your hand in the water and it'll leave you crying to every deity wondering where you went wrong. 4. My sheets had stains on them. VERY concerning. PRO'S- 1. The atmosphere is beautiful, the trees, flowers, hobos, and bushes outside. Then the interior is remodeled it seems and really nice considering the price. There is a place to eat, put on your makeup, place luggage, weapons, and clothes. 2. Room service! Though I didn't use it so I can't say if it was any good. 3. Pool! Though I didn't use that either. 4. Yeah… That's pretty much it. Not too bad if I do say. I'd recommend it if you don't mind a tough bed.

On April 29, 2016, my family had to leave. Due bed bugs. They didn't want to reimburse our money for that night. I will never stay there again!

Gnats and fleas in the rooms. Spider webs on the corners of the walls in addition to dusty curtains. Stains on the bed. Told the front desk and she was no help. No contact from management or anything. Employees need to retrained and the place needs to be inspected. DO NOT go here. No motel 6 for us anymore. Very disappointed. Will be filing a BBB complaint and will look into filing additional complaints with regulatory agencies about this "motel".

Parking is rough. Toilet in room was not working right — when I opened it up, wash cloths were in the tank to stop the leaks. Key card was programed incorrectly so I had to walk down to office second day to get it reprogrammed. Room was large and clean. Staff was not rude but also not overly friendly either. Room was clean.

I recently stayed at the motel 6 at Coors and i40. The room and it's features were so nice it seemed more like I was at a ritzy type hotel. Best of all it was no more expensive than any of the other motel 6s in town. I have not a single complaint. I definitely recommend staying there if you get the chance. :-D.

Very friendly staff, with clean rooms and they smelt nice. Made us feel very welcomed. A special thanks to Ms. Lalania for helping us find a few great places to see and eat at along the way. Will stay here again.

Clean room. No service during two day stay (towels, trash etc). $3 for Wi-Fi per day? Uh, no.

When arrived 2 hookers and 2 guys were checking in. I asked for non smoking first room smelled of drugs they took me to another that smelled of realy bad smoke security that took is there almost puked on smell the last room smelled ok not great. But I found baseball size of clumps of hair all over room I started looking at bed top blanket had a puddle of fresh clumpy blood. We left. I think this place is known as the local hooker place. Avoid at all cost.

Nice motel, first motel 6 I stayed at. Clean, nice fixtures and flat panel TV. Make sure you bring shampoo and conditioner and a blow dryer they don't have those here, that way you won't be disappointed. Nice lady checked us in she's very courteous and friendly. Felt very welcome. Great price so I don't mind bringing my own shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer. Now I know where to take my dog the next time I stay. Very quiet night I stayed, and felt safe.

I made a reservation weeks in advance for an Ada room with fridge and microwave. And then called about 8 hrs before I got here and confirmed that I would have both the fridge and microwave and they assured me that I would get on and once I got here the lady at the front desk told me that they are out of them and if I wanted she could put my insulin in the fridge in the office for the night and if the fridge and microwave come available in the morning she will have them brought to the room for my second night and not charge me for them once I got to the room the beds were like sleeping on rocks and the water in the shower/tub never got hot just warm and when I walked up to the office to see if they have and rolling beds she told me know but if I want they have a conjoined room I can have but I will have to pay for both rooms so I told her I would like to talk to the gm and she told me I have to call in the morning. In my opinion this place is totally crappie and I will not be staying here again in less the gm works with me and fixes the wrongs so I don't recommend this place to anyone.

When I arrived here the room was not ready (they said there was a sell out the night before) and I had to wait for a refrig/microwave which was not in the room (though I indicated one online several days in advance). It's in a convenient area off the interstate and accessible to shopping and eating places. The only complaint is that the night before at 2am there were 2 people yelling outside my room and I did call the front desk to report. The next morning there were 2 police cars on the premises so not sure what happened but obviously something obviously happened. So that would be a concern the next time I come thru Albuquerque. The Motel 6 on Pan American highway is much nicer than this location.

I stayed here two days ago and it was awful. There were stains all over the bed. It was a non-smoking room but their were burnt stains on my bed, it smelled so bad I called the Clark and she said she would call house keeping to deal with it. Of course no one came by I actually went down stairs and she said that's not possible for the room to be dirty reallllllly? So I complain to speak with the general manager she said she wasn't their so I had to call the next day and the GENERAL MANAGER told me she would call me back because she had her hands full and she never called back. I kept calling her and never heard back from her. Please face the issues and help customers and don't be a coward and call back I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE.

The rooms were very clean and modern! I liked the updated look as well as the TV and cable. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone! Especially if you're looking for pet friendly and affordable, this is the place to go. This motel really exceeded my expectations and I would stay here again and again specifically for the rooms and cost. Excellent.

I made the reservations based on the good reviews and a lot of hope. To say the hotel exceeded my expectations is an understatement. The lobby is brightly lit and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I don't remember the one young woman on duty, but the other, Lalania, was awesome. She assisted my father on finding parking for the RV. By the way, if you have an RV you can park it in the Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot. The hotel has an agreement with the restaurant (and there's security). As for the rooms. Just wow! Hardwood floors, flat panel televisions, and modern fixtures. The beds were very comfortable (and no bed bugs). After days of travel we all got plenty of rest. Lots of outlets for cellphones and computers. Basic Wi-Fi is $2.99. Great location with lots of restaurants too. Seriously, this Motel 6 is great.

Cleanest motel/hotel I have EVER stayed at. I could not believe how nice the rooms were for the 40$ price, (complete with brand new faux wood flooring, paint (great color scheme), and new HD t. V. I have had two less than enjoyable motel experiences in my one week New Mexico vacation, but this place (and the Whitten Inn in Taos) are doing it right, both in room cleanliness and customer service. Not the best area, but no worries as the parking lot, walkways and surrounding building is extremely well lit up.

It's a Motel 6. There's nothing great about it. Everything worked, relatively clean. A decent place to crash for the night. Super cheap.

I think these reviews listed our for 6015 Liff rd motel 6. That motel 6 was horrible this one is very comfy and clean very nice court yard wth grass and apple trees. Staff vert nice.
