Outstanding talent, but Isleta Amphitheatre is the worst venue ever experienced. There is no slope for seated area, you cannot see around anyone. The monitors are not placed high enough to see if rude attendees decide to stand (even if they are literally the ONLY people standing). Website reads no umbrellas, bag specifications, and many, many rules. However, no worries, the 'rules' are only for rule followers. Go ahead and bring what you like, that way you'll have an umbrella when it pours and whatever else you want to bring. Cannot even go into the parking issues. Best bet, park on Bobby Foster and walk the mile to the gate. If you decide to attend something at the Isleta Amphitheatre, you've been warned.

Nice place. A lot of gaming options. I noticed that the slot attendants didn't bring drinks around much, or empty Ash trays. The players club host was nice and personable. Unfortunately, after going through the whole process of getting the card, he said uh oh we're going to have to go through the whole thing over. I said no thanks, I didn't want to wait any longer.

We stayed at this resort overnight after we attended a friend's wedding there. The decor is very nice, rooms are very clean, and the food was very good. We appreciated the upgraded room decor and bathrooms. It made it feel very upscale. The wedding hall was very spacious and lovely. They did a great job setting up the wedding decor. We appreciated security making sure drunk guests weren't getting too obnoxious. Overall it was a nice experience.

All inclusive resort. Has a super nice spa. Great live music to dance to in the bar. Good food. Interesting NM law doesn't allow alcohol on The casino floor and they are serious about that. I also don't like all the cigarette smoke in the casino. Really was a GREAT experience.

Service from restaurants and casino was horrible. No customer service skills. But the worst part is that I woke up to bed bug bites at 2 am and caught a couple bed bugs. Very gross and uncomfortable. Will never stay here again. Follow up, : Staff was very helpful in resolving the issue. Apologetic. Luke was great and did his best to fix the problem. I do appreciate that but I am shying away from any hotel.

Location is great. Right before you get to Albuquerque. The service is really good. I'm treated as a very welcomed guest. Didn't stay overnight but will definitely try to next time I'm there. Highly recommend!

When I made my reservation I asked for a room with one bed non handicap. They advised me they had several rooms that were regular rooms. I reserved it. They also informed me check in time was 3:00. I arrived at Isleta Casino Hotel to check in at 3:00 pm. First they advised me that I was in a handicap room then proceeded to advise me that the room wasn't ready. It took them 1 1/2 hours before it was ready. I will say I enjoyed my stay here. I just hope they work on their promise to make us happy, and comfortable.

Nice clean resort with a very nice indoor / outdoor pool setup. We were just passing through and did not take advantage of the casinos, but they seemed to be clean and safe. Ample parking and easy to access facilities. It is all good to go.

The times I've been there I've never seen anyone galar. But it's good atmosphere.

I love visiting this resort. The staff is incredible from the front desk clerk to housekeeping. Love the indoor/outdoor pool. Our room had the most incredible view. By far one of the best vacation experiences I've ever had. Will come back time and time again.

A true Vegas experience in Albuquerque! The casino is well laid out, the table games are orchestrated by friendly, well-trained dealers, and they have complimentary water and soda. Alcohol is not allowed in the casino floor, but there's a central bar. The rooms are extremely clean and modern. The restaurants leave a little to be desired, but the staff there are very cordial as well. Definitely a fun place to stay!

I went with my sister to celebrate her birthday and was very excited to play Bingo here for the first time in a long time. When we arrived there, I received a Discerning welcome, and a very impolite cashier assisted me with my bingo package, to which I immediately dismissed it and decided maybe they were having a bad day. So I went to the next cashier who was very upbeat and friendly. As the night went on, even the Bingo vendors seem to have a very bad attitude. I had won bingo, and was so embarrassed due to them stopping the entire Bingo to check my machine, my receipt, my ID, and made a bad impression to the people around me, like I was cheating. I was so upset I told them to just keep the money, at which point the interrogation stopped, and I assume they were embarrassed enough for embarrassing me. I don't believe I have ever been so humiliated in my life. I've always considered myself a somewhat responsible individual and give to my community and yet I felt as though they had turned me into some kind of criminal. I haven't been here in a long time, and I can say without a doubt, that I won't ever return.

The location is easy to find. Great service from the minute you park you are picked up and shuttled to the entrance. Wonderful experience. Lots to play and less crowd sometimes. Service is amazing all around here.

Good customer service, huge selection of gaming choices, both live table action & the latest slots. Very busy at times, especially the weekends. They have both non-smoking & smoking areas. The hotel rooms are nice, although they are now being updated. They have a golf course, huge recreation center for the kids, camping with large lake & a scenic area with bison roaming.

It is good place only that the owners of the place have very controlled the machines and do not give you chance to win anything.

Everyone who works there is genuinely friendly and welcoming — from the reception staff to the service folks you just pass in the hallway. You always get a hello and a smile. It’s a beautifully designed space: a modern, sleek take on the traditional tribal architecture and the gorgeous colors of the desert. 4 out of 5 stars because for a 5-star resort, the rooms should be more perfectly maintained. For example, hard water stains and not quite clean corners take away from the beautifully designed and appointed bathrooms. Having said that, still a great weekend getaway.

Had some time to kill and stopped by on a whim. Lovely space, looks very new. Walked around the property, checked out the spa and pool — lovely! Stayed for lunch at Tiwa. Food and service were both very good. Will definitely plan a trip back!

Nice updated casino especially after the recent renovations. Slots tend to be super tight. As for the tables, some dealers are more personable than others, and some are oddly particular about hand movements. The snack bar is great for something quick and the small restaurant on the floor has some great food with big portions. The bar in the center has been hit or miss some days great service from tenders that seem to enjoy their jobs and other days you're lucky if you can get a beer in under 10 minutes. The bar in the back (can not remember it's name) had horrible service the one time I tried going in there. Myself and two of my friends were overnight guests that just wanted A Drink before heading up to the room, the server/bartender waiting on two tables on either side of us and never even acknowledged we were there. We left and went to the center bar and had a great time that night despite the way it started.

Just spent 3 days and 2 nights at this Lovely Resort. AMAZING! Clean, Easy Access to our Very Clean Room. Customer Service is Superb and Restaurants are Convenient with Many Menu Choices. Look Forward to our Next Visit.

Everything was very well organized.

Used to be a nice Casino where you could eat a decent meal at good prices and great rewards. The rewards now are not reliable you get there and the rewards are not on the card or the machines and the end of the Year Awards they took it away what you earned and wouldn't give you any free play or other rewards the end of December 2017. Would not recommend to go to this casino Route 66 is a lot better place to gamble and have a fun time.

The room was very nice though the view could have been a little better. Loved the bed and the bathroom! It's always nice to stay in a place with a big indoor pool like Isleta's. The food is great and the bowling alley/arcade across the parking lot was a lot of fun… just wish it was attached to the main building.

There's a little problem with the parking lot. Out of that is divine and cozy fine and fantastic.

Our stay was awesome! The room was spotless, the staff were very friendly, and service was on point! The food at each restaurant was great! And, the spa… to die for! We will definitely be returning, soon!

Isleta is one of my favorite casinos. A little out of the way but totally worth the drive. Poker tournaments, table games, nice gaming floor layout. It's a really beautiful building, with pretty decor and a warm welcoming ambiance. Stop by if you have the time!

Isleta looks so much nicer and more modern with the ongoing renovations. It has some of the best a lot machines around too. Triple 7s bar is pretty awesome the staff is always friendly and social. Can't wait till the new bar opens. Just wish they have a better food menu a the bar. The nachos are so so and the quesadilla usually comes out soggy from all the grease.

Came in for dinner at the tiwa restaurant & lounge. Had a nice meal an one person chose the buffet. Which had good selection of soup an salads. It was only a taco bar. But that was fully stocked an fresh. Our dinners from the menu were awesome. Very good burger an puller pork. Waitress was good at checking it but not too much! Drinks stayed filled an food was hot when it was served!

If you like Bingo Isleta is so so fun. The food is great inside the Bingo area. I always have a blast and I always meet great People. The Supervisor Octavia M. Is so Professional and is so helpful. The Staff are also awesome.

We've only been to the theater here while it was being renovated, so things might be different/better now, but the lines for everything were long. Getting into the theater wasn't bad, but getting out of it was really bad. There are only two exits and it took us about 10 minutes to get out and back in the casino to exit the building. There were two bars set up on each side of the stage with one server each. The lines we so long people were still in line after the show started. We also attended a beer festival here and that was fine. They had some stands inside and outside.

One of the nicest resorts in New Mexico. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Accommodations are beautiful. The pool area is amazing!

My girlfriend and I have just discovered Isleta resort. We had another resort that was our favorite local get away but decided to try it die to a recommendation of a friend. We went thinking it would be a one time event. We have not been anywhere else but Isleta since that day. It is now out new favorite! We go twice a week or more. The people are very friendly. The rewards program is awesome and the resort is always clean and attractive. If you are from out of town or a local like us then needs a place to relax and recooperate I highly recommend you try Isleta! Take it from an Albuquerque native you can trust like me!

The place was beautiful. Is all I have to say. The staff was great the day we stayed too. Our room was falling apart and the they over charge you. However they did not give me to promotional price as I had called about and booked. Then the Spa really misinformed me and had double charged me with an invoice they sent to me that does not state they will change that price 2 times. They won't even voucher the conformation email price they sent to me. I will never be going back there to stay. There are better places that cost hundreds less.

I was the wedding photographer asst a wedding at Isleta Resort. The location was good and they catered to our needs for wedding photos. There were some great backgrounds and they shuttled or group to the golf coarse to take family photos and images of the bride and groom. There was an amazing backdrop of the river and the sun shining through the ran clouds. The food was good and the ballroom a good location for the reception. The staff was accommodating, polite and professional. Great place to host a wedding.

We visited the casino. LOTS of slots to choose from, a variety of table games, and a sports bar in the center. Employees were nice. Enjoyed our time there — won a little money, and had delicious RED CHILI CHEESE FRIES at the snack bar. Isleta Resort and Casino is open 24/7 (including holidays) … So no need to make plans, we can just go anytime. I have been in the rooms when a friend stayed recently, they are AWESOME!

The room was nice and clean. The elevator was frustrating having to swipe your room key for each floor. When it came time to check out I had to call the valet desk to bring a cart up since this hotel is so cheap they only own 4 carts. So they won't let anyone use it but their staff. After 20 minutes we gave up waiting and managed to hand carry all our bags and my son. Valet had brought my car up but had lost the key. So we stood there with our hands full waiting for them to find it. They said they got really busy, but how could anyone be surprised that a bunch of people are checking out at 11 am on a Sunday.

Beautiful hotel with great extras but customer service is lacking. Booked two adjoining rooms with two queen beds in each months in advance and when we got there they gave us two rooms across the hall from each other with only one queen bed in each and hotel was full. Also, they booked 7 weddings that day and we had to compete for space in the large hallways for photo ops. Couldn't take photos in areas I was told I could because it was being used by other wedding parties. It seemed they were more concerned with make as much money as possible and not keeping their promises. Will not use again.

Beautiful place, very clean it's like one stop shopping for a small get away. From a the comfy room, to a quick work out, relax at the spa, see how your luck is doing in the casino. Getting hungry at any time no problem the choices of what to eat awesome. Just want to stroll area the grounds you will see history on the walls in the cases. From staff to patrons there's a smile and a friendly getting. I'll be visiting everyone I come to NM.

Ppl were nice the park is very nice and clean, pet friendly. Definitely will make another trip. We had a great deal there. We bought 2 nights for a total of 74$ and the 3rd night free. The lakes FULL of catfish. They were biting left and right and they weren't no tiny fish they were good size you do have to have a permit but it was $30 for two people not bad!

We stayed at the hotel and it was very nice, was probably the nicest hotel we've ever stayed at. The rooms were very nice and well maintained, and the staff was very nice and had excellent customer service.

Rooms are spacious, cozy, and very clean. Very large beds. Incredible service, hotel staff really makes sure you are enjoying your stay. Bathrooms are immaculate. Giant tubs, plenty of adequate lighting and counter space. We dined all 4 nights of our most recent stay in the hotel and casino, and never got bored. Tiwa has a FANTASTIC seafood buffet on Thursdays. Pool is lovely, and the hot tub is huge. Bottom line, I have stayed here two seperate occasions in a balcony room, and it is by far my favorite hotel in central NM. A relaxing desert paradise.

The staff is great and very friendly. The casino was very clean. The ventilation system could be better as it was smokey. I did play a machine and found one of the buttons was broken. I hit the help button and no one showed up.

We attended concert at Isleta Resort and Casino. The venue is good; the staff is friendly, ticket prices are reasonable and the hall is well maintained. There is no raking of the seating so you will have to crane your neck to see the stage if you're seated behind someone who is taller. The concert was good, but not outstanding. The casino has had many great events we've attended over the years, and we will continue to keep an eye out for what they have on their eclectic schedule. On a side note, we have also stayed at their hotel and eaten at their steakhouse. I would give both highest recommendations without hesitation.

This used to be a fun casino, even when it was a Hard Rock. I think the best this casino ever was was before they changed to Hard Rock and changed back. This place has gone downhill and there doesn't seem to be much excitement anymore. Rarely do I see special events or deals on meals. The slots are also so tight it's not worth going to anymore. Santa Ana Star Casino is way more fun and you can actually win. Isleta Casino is just, well, boring.

Great casino 10 minutes from the airport (Sunport). The rooms are fairly modern, clean, and predictable after a couple stays. Recent addition of doors separating casino from hotel lobby are a welcomed upgrade and keeps cigarette smoke from invading the entire building. Conference rooms and staff are fantastic. The Wi-Fi is fast, too. Bonus!

Beautiful room, amazing staff and great food. Lounge area was too small and not as nice as the rest of the hotel. Band was great but the drink selection was extremely limited. Overall great experience.

My family and I stayed for two nights. The second night/morning (Wednesday, January 13th) the water was turned off with no notification OR warning. I called the front desk around 3:15 am, no answer. I waited and waited with the water faucet turned on to give warning if it should happen to turn on while I'm watching TV. I called the front desk again around 4 am. I was told by the worker that she just called Maintenance and did not get an answer on when the water will be turned on. So I waited and waited. Finally I had to wake up my family to get up and leave because me and my husband had to be at work by 6:00 am. My family and I stay at Isleta Resort often, and we always seem to stay when the water being is turned off… Very frustrating!. Hotel staff DO NOT give you notification of upcoming Maintenance upon check in, nor do they leave a notice under your door to give warning. When we left the hotel, we did not see any Hotel staff around to answer questions. Seems like they were all hiding. Bad Business! Rated as a Four star Hotel? More like Four Thumbs down!

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Love the environment there. Lots are very kind to.

This casino is just one of the many top of the line grand casino New Mexico has, Isleta sponcers many live concerts. Their couzinet is delish, the gaming is plenty and lots of fun. Their service is to make you feel right at home, and I love it!

Whoever is the cook tonight at embers is horrible. Ask for a medium steak get it rare. Send it back get medium rare. I wonder if they even train these people or not. Sent it back a third time so I could eat my steak the way I ordered. It. The waiter was very nice and kind but your kitchen needs serious help.

Not one of the cheapest casinos I have stayed at but, one of the cleanest places I have been in a long time. Awesome front desk service, cleaning crew was great. Food was on par with most motels, nothing great but nothing terrible, not 4 or 5 star class. Gambling was fun, played roulette and won some money. The Embers Steakhouse could be one great place to eat, just not the finishing touches that the ambiance has to offer with views overlooking the mountains and an open air 3 rd floor patio, it could be Awesome!. (update) Ate here a second time and the food was much much better. Do not expect 5 star service out of these servers, very very friendly yes, great servers. No, awesome smiles a big yes!. (I believe these folks just have not been trained correctly so you really cannot blame them, that is the managements fault) I would return, but considering I can go to Vegas and get the room and most food comped. If your traveling through, stop and enjoy, but do not make a special trip just to get here. Just saying.

We were excited to stay here cause we could stay here in an RV and go gambling. The RV resort does not take reservations. First come first serve. We stayed one night which was our original plan. The RV resort is across the street and about 1/2 mile from the casino. When we showed up the check in process was nice, friendly check in staff. Has full RV hookups. When we got to the resort, didn't look the same as the website photos. Looks like they put a lot of money building it, but over the years it shows signs of disrepair. They gave us a cable TV menu of channels; had about 25 percent of the channels when we searched for them and the ones we found didn't match the menu they gave us. Not sure why the difference. Pulled into our site at noon, trash cans at each site were full or overflowing. Cigarette butts all around our picnic table, more signs of lack of care. Also an Albuquerque trains stops right in front of the RV resort within 200 feet and blows its whistle as it arrives and departs. Very loud. Didn't find any walking trails as brochure described. Disappointed with overall upkeep and experience for what we paid.

Every time I go to Isleta, they treat me so good. Very good personal. Their food is just like my authentic home cooking. But isn't IT nice when someone else does the cooking for you.

First time here. I usually stay at Route 66 across town. I will be coming back. The hotel has nice rooms and comfortable beds. I paid around $130 The casino offers all standard gaming. Slots are older machines. The Mexican restaurant makes a mean breakfast burrito. The green sauce is amazing. Actually, get green sauce and then add your favorite dish from the menu.

The dance floor in the club is small. The bartender will cut you off after three drinks. The Tribal Police don't have anywhere else to patrol but right on the road to the casino and they will stop you for going two miles over the speed limit. Update: went again, me and my girl sat at the bar for about an hour or so. We were finishing our drinks, I'm getting glared at by a suit, I pay out tab and a generous tip, we start walking out, the suit stops me close to the exit and asks me if I have a knife. I'm like WTF? I hold up my shirt to expose my phone in my phone holster! The guy shrugs his shoulders at the security guard at the entrance to the bar! Un freakin believable! Embarrassing! Should have yanked my tab and my tip.

While playing at blackjack at the casino today — for over 3 hours, playing 2 hands at twice the table minimum. I was also one of the only players tipping the dealer. I was asked to go down to one hand to allow another player into the game. This request was made even though there were several tables in the casino with NO players. When I refused to give up a hand, I was asked to leave by Allison, one of the pit bosses. This is after being promised by Chris Scot this would NEVER happen again. This casino does not value its returning patrons. I will not go to Isleta again — there are too many other casinos in the Albuquerque area. I just don't understand why players aren't invited to play at other tables with vacant seats. I am appalled at this casino's treatment of returning customers. Go somewhere where you are welcome.

WILL NEVER GO BACK! Arrived well after check in 3p. M. Was told room not ready and would not be for 15-20 min. I have a child on crutches this was inconvenient. When I inquired and hour later was told room still not ready. I explained that my child was in some pain due to travel and long wait. While they were " sorry" My room was still not ready but, they could give me a down graded room. For the comfort of my child I took it. I was promised a discount for my trouble. Not so they did charge me the going rate for the room we stayed in. After complaining again. I was given a small food credit. Not once did anyone show concern for my child.

Had my wedding and reception at Isleta. We used to live in ABQ but had recently moved to Texas, so I wanted a venue that had it all, and this was it! There was a shuttle from the airport for guests, and we had a block of rooms at the hotel so everyone could stay there and still have plenty to do. We took full advantage of the golf course, bowling alley, spa, casino, indoor/outdoor pool, and the bars and restaurants on property. We got our hair, makeup and nails done at the spa, which was fantastic and convenient. The wedding itself was beautiful, and the Seminar Room was perfect for an indoor ceremony. The reception was also lovely! The food and cake were excellent, and the staff could not have been more polite and organized.

I had a great experience at the resort. The people at the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable. When I read some of the other reviews I was a little worried that I might experience some of the negativity that they wrote about. But when I walked in I was helped and treated with respect. I am a gay Hispanic male who went to stay with my partner and thought that some of the staff would have some issue with that but like I said everyone was very nice and courteous. I will most definitely be staying here again when I have to travel to Albuquerque.
