Great rooms and fantastic service. This morning I got up late, too find they had saved me some breakfast. Does not get better than that. All staff is friendly and professional. No wonder I keep coming back.

Wonderful breakfast and great hospitality. The location is central yet quiet, though as this is an old house, the floors are very creaky.

Charming. Beats a hotel! We stayed here on our return trip from Galveston Island TX. Spend time on the front porch meeting other guests. Did the Breaking Bad and Albuquerque bus trip while there for a single day.

I had an upstairs room with access to a very pleasant, but small, balcony porch overlooking the street through trees. The staff was personal and awesome giving great service. It was first class accommodations. The included evening wine and cheese social was very nice, and the sunroom breakfast area was a delightful place to enjoy the wonderful soufflés, sausage links (hot dog sized apple smoked), fresh fruit, fruit juice, and wonderful full coffee with real cream. It is conveniently located to downtown and to the museum district and several types of restaurants including an excellent sushi restaurant where we dined. A private parking lot is provided behind the Victorian residence. The house is beautifully appointed with Victorian period furniture and artwork. I definitely will stay there again, and highly recommend it.

Stayed here on our way to Texas. So charming and cozy! Immediately started to feel more relaxed from our long drive upon entering our room. We only stayed one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer. I'm terrible with names, but the lady who checked us in and served breakfast the next morning was friendly and chatty. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Albuquerque!

So cute, we stayed in 1A. It had a little backyard with a dog door. It was perfect for our dachshund. There were always fresh baked cookies and a great breakfast spread. If we go back I will be buying the homemade granola. Great B&B.

This B&B surpassed all expectations! The location is great, the rooms clean and tastefully decorated. The homemade breakfasts were outstanding: yummy muffins and a different casserole everyday. This was in addition to fresh yoghurt and fruits. The staff are delightfully warm and accommodating; packed a breakfast to go when we had to leave at 6am to catch a flight. I'd go back in a heartbeat and would highly recommend staying there. You won't be disappointed!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Nice, comfortable cozy room, and breakfast was surprisingly yummy. Had good conversation with the other families also visiting. Staff was very welcoming and sweet. Would stay again.

Absolutely fantastic B&B. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place itself has a very historic feel and is in a great location so that you can get food from many local New Mexican restaurants and breweries. I would highly recommend staying here for any couple traveling through the city or looking for a weekend getaway.

I think I could be considered an expert on Mauger Estate since we have spent over 60 nights there in the last two years! We have stayed in every room. My husband and I own a motel and stay at Mauger as our getaway. No detail has been overlooked! It is clean, comfortable, quiet and beautiful. The staff is friendly and welcoming, as caring as the owner. The breakfast is absolutely the best in town! If you are looking for a place to get away from it all or just spend the night on your travels, this is it!

Great B&B in a historical building, very tastefully decorated, comfortable beds for a good night's sleep, good location walk in 10 minutes to the City Centre (but with many shady characters along the way), parking right in front of the door, very nice operator.

Booked a weekend for an alternative stay to the usual chains, it was AMAZING. It stepped up what I want in a weekend away when visiting Albuquerque. You will not be disappointed. Truly BEAUTIFUL and so Relaxing.

Just returned from a weekend in Albquerque and we stayed at Mauger Estate B & B. It was GREAT. Place is beautiful, very good location. Breakfast, OMG, wow, etc. Staff was terrific, this was a great choice for us.

This place is fantastic. I was on a business trip to ABQ and a colleague recommended the place. It was such a nice change to be in a local b&b rather than a big chain hotel. The room was clean, spacious and very nicely restored. The breakfast was delicious on both mornings and they serve wine & cheese from 5-7pm every evening. I can't think of any negatives — 5*.

Our first B&B and still our favorite. Tucked into a quaint corner near downtown, we stayed on the third level that had an extra bed for the kids. Best part BY FAR is the breakfast. So yummy. Homemade granola and all sorts of other baked hot goodness. Leaving before breakfast, they will leave a brown bag for you in your room! Quiet, easy, friendly with Wi-Fi. Score! After our stay here from a Living Social deal, we will never stay at another chain hotel again if we can get away with it. Not sure when we will be back in Albuquerque, but we will definitely stay here again.

What a nice place to have an extended stay. Great hostess and increadible breakfast.
