Good clean hotel on a budget. Rooms are spacious enough, free from the usual dust and lint in corners you often find in budget hotels. No fridge in the room but free ice in the hallway from a dispensing machine. Staff is friendly. I left $1 gratuity for housekeeping and they in turn left me a note on the pillow thanking me. I travel a ton, have for years, and I've never seen that. Nice touch. Pool in back (outdoors) if you want it. On site parking is free. Breakfast is free — kind of minimal, though adequate/the norm. For a budget place, they're doing quite a nice job here.

Good hotel. Clean. Breakfast was okay, no hot breakfast like eggs and sausage/bacon. Check in/out was quick and easy.

My family and I had come to Vermont from Canada for my son's graduation this weekend May 12 2018. It had been a long day but once we had finally arrived at the hotel we felt very comfortable. Everyone was so kind and polite. Thank you Bob for being so nice and understanding. I'm hoping to come back soon.

Hotel is nice and clean, nothing extravagant. Staff is wonderful and friendly, very attentive. The complimentary breakfast offered is okay, typical breakfast-on-the-go food; I wanted a little more but it was enough. Nice size functional room and with Wi-Fi! I would stay here again.

Pet friendly and everyone was so nice! Definitely recommend this place and will be our go to place when traveling! We are a large family, 3 humans and 4 furr babies and it wasn't even a question if they could stay, that was a blessing when we needed it the most! Thank you La Quinta Inn & Suits for making our stay as easy as could be!

Pet friendly (the whole reason we stay here). Doesn’t stink of pets or anything. Rooms are clean. You can tell the place has been around. Could use a sprucing up. But we’ll stay here again for sure.

Woke up with crusted eye, pretty sure the std infested couch gave me pink eye. (DID NOT touch my own butt hole. ) Pretty sure the girl at the front desk was on more Xanax then Lil' Pump. When asked about exciting things to do she replied in the most exhilrated sloth like way Sleeping is fun… Mind you I just left a concert. Ill never forget this stay I'm headed to planned parenthood for a pregnancy test… Wish me luck guys Disclainer this wont let me give 0 stars I'm feeling extorted.

Excellent service and close to airport and shops.

Great location near the airport. Room was average; walls/doors were very thin and the subsequent room activity at 6am meant we couldn't sleep. Breakfast was subpar. A few cereal choice with warm milk, hard small bagels, no real hot food options. We opted to eat elsewhere. It's not bad for the price and the location, just don't expect much.

Very nice location. Deirdre at the front desk gave me a complementary room upgrade because I’m a veteran and she thanked me for my service. I really appreciated that. The room was clean and perfect for traveling with our dog. We will be back again soon.

Everything was going very well except that the alarm system is triggered in the middle of the night evacuated in the night from 29 to 30 December 2017. Have would appreciate some compassion and the 30 in the morning no orange juice, nor even the fruit, all the employees come to use in what should be for customers.

Dog friendly, kind staff and quite clean. Because I travel with my pets, I stay at La Quintas all across the country. Most are recently if not currently being remodeled, so they are quite clean. Burlington's La Quinta is no exception. Everyone from the housekeeping staff, maintenance and front desk are real sweet and greet you in passing, something I never see outside of Nashville. One sweet old lady on the housekeeping staff even greeted my dogs and loved on them as we were leaving. I wish I had taken notice of her name. It was quite special because one of my dogs is really shy and she was wagging her tail getting pets from her. I couldn't believe it. It is really close to everything and I will definitely stay there any time I am passing through.

Rooms are spacious, not very clean & breakfast items are all cold except waffles u can make urself. Front desk staff is nice.

Wonderful place to stay! Hotel was very clean, staff was smiling and helpful… it was perfect for our dogs too! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Basic hotel… but cheap price and easy to find location off the highway. A little dated looking, but clean enough. Wifi needs to be upgraded as it ran really slow. Front desk was friendly and check in was fast. I'd stay here again for another pit stop at a good price.

Checkin was quick asked for a toothbrush as I forgot mine. Room was nice a bit small with the 2 beds but adequate. Tv remote was glitchy worked some time not always. Didn't bother bringing it up until checkout. Location is convenient to downtown and walking distance to Al's burgers which is a plus. Morning breakfast was standard. Waffles a standout. Bonus they allowed us to bring the dog.

It’s nothing grand, but it’s suitable for a road trip. Front desk staff were kind and pleasant. Internet is fast and free. Simple, but suitable.

Reception were rude and lots of attitude. Rooms are outdated and worn out. Would not recommend this hotel.

It was fine… a little outdated… but Clean bed and room. Close to the grocery store and close to all the downtown activities!

Excellent location! Terrific location! Clean well appointed rooms! Pool! All you can eat buffet and 20 hour Supermarket right behind building! Decent fitness center! Elevator! 14 minute walk to Airport! Safe Neighborhood!

Room was clean, heated outdoor pool was a nice bonus and the price was great. Stayed overnight for a concert at Higher Ground (4 min walk from hotel). Breakfast was good, but without the waffle option there wasn't much to offer. Al's dinner next door was fantastic, make sure you go!

Part of our party had no air conditioning, even after reporting it and being told it would be fixed. The hotel is older, but adequate. Renovation would be nice. The price was about equal to some better places. The breakfast counter could have had more attention without guests having to ask at the desk.

This hotel wasn't too bad. It was my first stay in a La Quinta. The staff was friendly. The hotel felt pretty old fashioned to me in terms of looks and amenities. The room was clean and pleasant enough but the air conditioner was pretty loud and on a manual setting (no auto control based on temperature). The sink was clogged when we used it. Since we were only staying one night, we didn't bother to ask to have it fixed, but it was inconvenient. The bed was fine, but the curtains were not good enough to block out the morning sun. The bathroom felt a bit cramped. For a quick one night stay though it was good enough.

Wanted to give a special shout-out to this LQ for all of their kindness to me. I needed repairs done to my van during my stay, and they were kind enough to let me both check-in way early and check-out way late so I could wait in the room for the van work to be done. This was super convenient to me, and I really appreciated the extra service. Otherwise, it's a typical La Quinta — — reasonably priced, clean, expansive, great TV channels, and totally dog friendly. Recommended.

My friend and I booked a room for New Years. The beds were really comfortable but the trash cans didn't have liners and the toilet was broken. They couldn't move us to another room because all the rooms were full. I expected my room to have a mini fridge but it didn't. The front desk clerks were very professional though which really helped. I.

We rent 5 rooms for 9 days, we paid over $4, 700, and because a job reason we have to stay one extra night for just two rooms, we can from a job, they just said you can not take you personal belongs until your company pay the extra day, they call the manager and she say nothing to do until my company paid the extra night, we were very tired, I can not belive how they are good to take the money for 9 days and they can honor a guest just let it him go to the room until my company do the one day extend. Also other 2 employees are book here for another week and the hotel just don't care all the money we are bring it in.

Room was nice, but nothing fancy. Clean and well maintained facility. Breakfast is pretty basic, but there were enough options that everyone can find something they like. Biggest downside is pool is outdoors.

The room is very spacious. Being located so close to Price Chopper and Als French Fries is very convenient for those who want just a quick snack instead of going out to dinner.

We've only been here one night, but despite the room being a little small for the four of us, it is a clean and friendly place. The staff we've interacted with are extremely helpful and nice. We are enjoying our stay and will definitely recommend.

The place is amazing. Comfortable, cozy, clean, good location, and the people who work there are great, really friendly, polite, and helpful. It's not too expensive either, and has a nice breakfast setup in the morning. Definitely a good go to choice for a stay.

We stayed in a room on the third floor for 2 nights. The pull out couch was pretty broken and didn't have sheets, we had to go find them. It rained the second night and water started spilling in from the window.

La Quinta is a nice little hotel not too far from UVM where I was attending a graduation. Complimentary breakfast while not exquisite is what you'd expect (mostly the basics). Rooms were small but not cramped and we'll kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again if fate had me back in Burlington.

Everything is great except for the coffee out of the machine. Luckily a dunkin donuts is a 3 minute walk away.

The room is ok. But it's borderline. The only reason I choose this hotel is because it's Pet Friendly and in Berlington it seem like there's only 2-3. Staff is nice and polite.

The rooms are way too big, there aren't enough wall sockets to charge all of your devices and if you are staying with another person you have to either unplug a lamp or the radio in order to charge your phone, battery or laptop, breakfast is really poor, only some bread and butter that's it, some corridors are way too hot.

The breakfast was really great after a night out on the town. Although we had some issues with the room, the staff was very understanding and helpful with resolving them.

The only thing that I can say: DON'T STAY THERE.

Here's a detailed review of my stay: *** ***The rooms — — The first room I was given, is a single bed room with a couch. I go into the room, and I inspect, like everyone should do. Hairs in the bathtub, stain on the toilet seat, toenail clippings on the floor by the bed, hairs on the couch, and it smelled funny. I pulled back the sheets to look for bedbugs and found none. I called the front desk and asked for someone to come clean it. I left and went to the grocery store across the street for a snack. When I came back, the only change was the bed was made, toilet seat was put down, and the bed was made, so I asked for a different room. The next room I got, is a double bed room. This one was MUCH cleaner than the previous one, except the floor was not vacuumed throughly because there were little crumbs in a few spots, but not bad. I sanitized everything just to be safe, though. Both rooms have a very loud air conditioning unit, that despite the noise work extremely well. *** *** The hotel staff — — Real nice people at the front desk. The maintenance guy is nice too. Just be warned that a lot of the cleaning ladies don't speak English very well and a few of them were a bit mean. *** ***The building — — it's a mid '80s three-story building that is in desperate need of a renovation. The paint on the outside needs a new coat, the rugs are a bit stained, the fire alarm system is original to the building (I am a fire alarm technician) and the elevator works but is pretty ugly.

Very dirty. I'm not very picky but in my first room not even the sheets were clean. The second room at least has clean sheets and partially vacuumed floors. The coffee table had greasy marks covering it. I had to wash it off before I was willing to touch it. Bathroom tub has hair in it. Even the elevator has dried up mac and cheese looking stuff in the corners and the hallways are in a desperate need of vacuuming. If the whole town wasn't booked I'd go elsewhere.
