Amazing little hotel just outside of town! We stayed one night on our way east and found the front desk staff extremly hospitable, giving us suggestions for local eateries and overall being very welcoming. Our room was modern and clean, and the beds cozy. If we are ever in the area again this will be our first choice.

Was going to book rooms here for my guests good thing I checked it out first. Every room had its own awful smell. The third floor hallway made my eyes water with the smell of rotting food. The front desk staff didn't seem to care to do anything about it.

Comfortable rooms. Really enjoyed the indoor pool when we stayed during the winter. Convenient to downtown, with shuttle service to anywhere within about 5 miles (includes airport). Breakfast was fairly standard breakfast buffet fare. Fruits were fresh, and they did a nice job keeping things clean and topped off.

Good hotel for an overnight stay with shuttle to the airport.

The rooms are big. The beds are so comfortable. The rooms are clean. Everyone that works there is super nice. I will be back to stay again.

I am giving one star purely based on one of my biggest issues, water pressure in shower. The bathroom was cold so taking a nice warm shower was key to warm up the bathroom and me. I am standing in the shower with a very small pitiful stream of water coming out of shower head. If they are trying to save water I was in there twice as long attempting to rinse and get warm, Please for sake of other travelers looking for a nice shower after a long day of travel? Change your shower heads and fix pressure. Everything else 5 stars for price!

The staff at this hotel was so pleasant and accommodating they made our weekend amazing. We were put on the third floor and my husband is a very light sleeper and we could hear someone abI’ve us so after being there for about an hour they were willing to move us to the fourth floor. We also asked for a second room for our son, who we were visiting, and his fiancée and they were able to get one right down the hall from us so that we could truly enjoy the weekend with them. They were pleasant, friendly, and just extremely accommodating. My daughter and her friend were even allowed to make a very short walk to the Hilton hotel just a few yards away to use their exercise room and pool which was like getting two hotels for the price of one. It was a very cold weekend in Vermont, but they made it an awesome weekend for all of us and we didn’t have to travel much. We were able to be together and visit. I cannot thank them enough for my first experience in Vermont being a pleasure and a very nice experience. From the minute we walked in the door until the minute we left all I can say is that the staff was amazing! Thank you for making our visit enjoyable!

Very clean rooms, the beds are super soft. The staff are all very friendly. The hot breakfast options in the morning are numerous and fresh. Excellent hotel, very reasonably priced, would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed here quite a few times. The service staff is always excellent and helpful. Location is great, close to University mall and a very short drive to downtown. The only complaint I would have is stay away from rooms at the end of the hall. (Near the stairs). We were in room 270, and were woken up very early with the non stop echo of stomping feet on the stairs from (I presume) guests checking out. Don't let that deter you from staying here because the rest of the hotel is great.

People make the place. As my wife said. Here they do. Our stay here has been remarkable in how friendly the whole staff has been very welcoming from the time we arrived. The facilities are all new and clean with the parking mainly in the back and a entrance at that end of the building. The location is right off the northbound exit ramp coming up rt 89 take a right and a right into the front receiving area what could be easier than that? Just down the street from University of Vermont. The breakfast buffet service was attentive and Cindy who keeps everything stocked was always moving to keep things right and great people. We will definitely stay again next time we come to Burlington.

Room was comfortable and clean, continental breakfast had more variety than I expected. There was an issue with the hot water in the morning but it was explained to us that one of the hot water heaters broke. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and reasonably priced. Shuttle picked us up at airport and the next day took us to downtown. All in all it made for a nice place to spend a getaway weekend!

Stayed on the 4th floor. Room was clean, staff was friendly & breakfast was pretty decent. Only 10 minutes from downtown. Great stay.

The room was fine aside from the thermostat being broken. It was hot as hell in the room. I don't know if it was a problem with all of the rooms, or just ours.

The staff went above and beyond what I would have expected. They made me feel so comfortable. I will be staying here every time I go to the Burlington area. Thank you!

Did not stay. I dropped off a co-worker and used the love bathroom. Thanks lobby was super clean and smelled good.

Friendly staff. Pool was great for the kids. Breakfast was good too. The room was clean except the bathroom could have used a little more work. But overall I would recommend this hotel.

Clean! Comfortable bed and a choice of firm or soft pillows! The carpet was newer, and looked clean and well taken care of. I hate stepping barefoot on a hotel carpet. BUT in this hotel the carpets are clean. The bathroom was also extremely clean!

Wow. Clean, friendly, spacious! The outdoor pool was heated and the perfect way to relax after a long day in the sun. Jess at the front desk was an absolute superstar, as was everyone I encountered. The housekeeping staff were all congenial and sweet. What a pleasant trip made even more pleasant by our stay. Couldn't be closer or more convenient to get downtown (5 minutes sometimes). Lots of space in comfortable room. Quiet. Big comfortable bed. OK breakfast. Nice pool. Complained about the a/c, temperature wouldn't reach more than 66 — nothing's been done after 24 hours…

Check in was fast and easy, the room easy clean. Well save for the bathtub. There was hair and dirt in it. The air was nice and cool, free breakfast and an outdoor pool.

Good location, not terribly clean though. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was spacious and quiet. The only negative point was there was no safe in the room to keep valuables like passports.

Comfort Inn on Dorset St. In South Burlington, VT. Rooms are nice and clean, right off the highway and next to University Mall. Friendly staff and a professional atmosphere make it a good stay.

Had a great time getting drunk with a couple friends in a suite, although the website says you get a kitchen it is unclear that you don't get a stove which we wish we had. The continental breakfast made up for the lack of kitchen however.

My wife and I stayed at the comfort Inn on 10/14/2014. My first impression was of the upgrades going on in the parking lot and to the main building. Although, upgrades are great when finished they are kind of inconvenient when living through them. The wireless and free parking are what all travelers want! The complimentary breakfast in the lobby sealed the deal for me! To make a long review short; we enjoyed our one night stay (great king size bed) and the manager was above board in dealing with our noise complaint due to construction on the roof above our room. He adjusted our bill and erased my displeasure of not being able to sleep in on our stay. We will stay at this location on all of our future visits to Burlington. Good bye Hilton!
