Older hotel. Room was just average. Not what you would expect from a Doubletree! Great location.

It's very clean and comfortable. The lobby and dining rooms are beautiful! The food was delicious, a variety of foods were offered. The staff is very friendly, efficient and ready to help! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Previously a Sheraton and now gets all the renovation needed. Food is simply delicious and staff are always ready to help!

Gave away our prepaid room then offered us a 3rd floor walkup instead. Finally took a lesser room and found dirty silverware and used gloves on the floor in front. Our second bad experience here. Not waiting for the 3rd strike!

Hotel cleaning is awful. There were soiled towels from a previous occupant in the closet. Front desk staff looked clueless as to why I may have thought this was disgusting! A sincere apology would have made me happy, but they looked more annoyed than anything. It’s just not that same quality hotel since it was a Sheraton.

I recently stayed at the doubletree (April 28-29) this is my preferred hotel in the area (as I’m down there every few months) and usually very happy with them. This time the check in person was very rude and not accommodating at all (taller lady with dark lipstick). I just wanted two small simple things that I always ask for every time. 1. I didn’t want a room on the first floor and 2. I need a room with two beds (I didn’t care what size) and no way would she do it. It was a Sunday evening and I’m sure there was available. My toilet in the room would just run and run very loud and made us have a bad sleep. Upon check out I wasn’t even asked how my stay was or anything else. I got your checked out! Very disappointed in this stay and will be trying a different hotel for sure.

This way by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Management is horrible. Housekeepers are not very communicative a housekeeper stole out of my friends room they caught her and she claimed she accidentally put it in her pocket and took it home. The bed I slept on had hair all over it like it was just remade. You have to pay for breakfast when you have to pay for a order room that’s very dusty and the bathroom floors and bath tub are stained. I told management and all they did was apologize. My job paid for the room thsnkgod because I personally wouldn’t have even paid $50 dollars for such a horrible experience don’t waste your time and also check under your beds I found many water bottles and even crumbs to chips.

Bad management and a lousy tavern menu. Chefs have no clue on how to prepare great food! Save your money and go elsewhere. Lots of great hotels in Burlington and great restaurants that are a better price. Lousy nights stay.

Stayed Thur and Sunday, bar and food excellent. Front desk could not find my reservations either time. I had to show them my email confirmation both times. One said reservations are not listed by last name, that could be the issue. Also both times we received one cookie with 2 of us standing there. Not a big deal just odd. Getting to both rooms was like a maze. Looks like the hotel may have been added on to several times. Overall I would recommend if you want to be near the airport.

Not the best experience, I realize the hotel is under new management, but the Mother day brunch was not what I expected. In the past under the Sheraton this was held in a ballroom this was confusing being held with the regular dinning area, definitely not worth the price that was charged. The food however was fine the assortment not that great.
