Very new and modern/cozy furnishings. 3 stars only because the walls are paper thin. Could hear the guests next door talking (in normal voices), the TV, and the phone ringing sounded like it was in my room. Keep the AC / fan on in the room to cover any noises.

Great hotel and outstanding location in the city. I’ll be back here for sure. One of the better HGI I’ve stayed in. Staff very friendly.

Beautiful view of Lake Champlain from the room. Room was a little small but bed was really comfy. The armory bar had great drinks. Incredibly close to basically anything you want to do in Burlington apart from brewery tours which mostly aren't downtown.

The hotel's decor is fresh, the property is well maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is located downtown and and Church Street is an easy walk from the hotel. ATM machines are close, and the valet parking is included in the room rate.

First and foremost I love the Hilton brand. I stay between 2-3 nights weekly at Hilton’s in the New England area. This has to be my worst hotel experience I’ve ever endured. Our stay was $480 for 2 queen beds with a view. I’m usually okay with spending a little more on a getaway weekend when it’s not work related but seriously this place makes second guess my decision on doing so. Our room was literally right next to an elevator. We could hear the constant traffic of party’s going up and down all night. As if they were in our room. Our beds felt like they were full beds and my gf and I were almost rolling off the bed touching. We aren’t big people. Again we stay at Hilton’s with 2 queens and NEVER have an issue… calling those beds a queen is false advertising. The cleanliness of the room was not up to Hilton standards. The bathroom had some weird funk in the corner and the carpet seemed to not have been vacuumed for days. The parking is $18 per night. You’re not allowed to walk to your car they must move it on a regular basis. Are you kidding me? Perhaps I don’t want you driving my vehicle. My favorite event was when the valet person asked me for a tip. I thought that was gold. A tip is for exceptional service. Overall this place was terrible. Great location and a decent view but for $480 you’re better off else where. I’ve cancelled my future reservations and I advise to stay at the Hilton just up the road with a far superior staff, hotel, and price. P. S.

Great hotel! My business partners with them yearly for a grand event. They’re pleasant and helpful. Good food and drinks, too! The valets will work with your schedule. It’s where I recommend all of my friends and family to stay when they’re in town. Also, it’s right downtown so you’re about a 5-10 minute walk from anything you would want to see!

The hotel is in a great location. Its two blocks from Church Street where you have a great selection of restaurants to choose from. You are also within walking distance to the waterfront, so the location is A+. The hotel also seems brand new. My room was very nice. It was spacious and clean with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I did not see a room safe. There was also a sitting area with an ottoman and a small desk. My room was very clean. Breakfast wasnt free but I felt it was worth the price because it was very well done. Real eggs and real bacon! Parking isn't free. You have to pay to park through a valet. The hotel had free Wifi. Now comes the not so good. I felt the room walls were pretty thin. I could clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway past my room. Also the floors are wood and I endured the person on the floor above me walking back and forth as they got ready to leave at 430am. But most importantly the check in and check out was frustrating. I called the hotel beforehand to update my reservation by changing the address and credit card on file. The person on the phone told me it was done. When I went to check in, it had not been updated. So at check in I asked that my address, email and card be corrected. When your tired from traveling the last thing you want to do is stand at the front desk and correct something that you already addressed with the hotel. Then when I went to check out they still had the wrong address on my bill.

Location is quite convenient. Rooms are smaller than expected for price, but exceptionally well furnished. Pool and meal service make this very worthwhile.

Great location, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. I stay here anytime I travel to Burlington for work, and it never gets old. Just off of Church Street (and just a few blocks from Lake Champlain) with easy access to great restaurants and shops. Only downside is valet only parking. Would highly recommend!

Valet parking only. Older building but nice renovation. No free breakfast. Left room at 9 am gone all day came back at 8pm and the room was not made up. Hard to believe but true. No compensation offered. Like maybe a free breakfast?

Great location! Right next to the main shopping area. Amazing comedie club in the same building. Loved my stay, I'll be booking a next trip there soon.

Fairly new hotel which you can tell. Very clean which is most important to me. Most staff very helpful & friendly. From valet (they have their own safe parking garage which is important in Burlington) Attracts all different crowds. Right in the middle of Burlington only 2-3 blocks from Lake Champlain. 1 block from Church St. Some rooms have views of Lake Champlain. Dont be confused with the Hilton on Battery St. Which is also nice however older with some recent renovations. You can tell the difference due to the Garden Inns prices which run a bit higher.

Walking distance to Church Street and great restaurants in Burlington! Staff was very friendly, room was clean, breakfast is great, and decor is modern. Only downside is you must pay to valet your car if you want to park at the hotel.

Popped in for breakfast with some folks staying at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very friendly. Great location in the heart of Burlington. Very short walk to Church Street Marketplace and Battery Park.

This is the best HGI I've visited. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel's decor is unique and inviting. The restaurant staff were very accommodating of my dietary restrictions. The location is fabulous and the people there are awesome. I would highly recommend.

The entire staff signed a birthday card for me and left it in my room along with water, chocolates and a voucher for a free dessert. Such a nice and thoughtful gesture. I was actually touched. The room was standard but clean and new. The view in room 409 (2 queens) was phenomenal and came recommended by the front desk staff when I called to ask. I downloaded signed up for hhonors and downloaded the app so I got a pretty good discount and got to do mobile check in. We had a great time and a great stay here! And shout out to the nice valet guys for standing outside at night in the freezing cold! That deserves a tip!

The only realistic parking option is $17 per night for valet parking, which is crazy in a little town like Burlington. Also, not having breakfast was a disappointment and the internet was slow ("premium" speeds were available for a fee). Overall, factor in all these extra charges when looking at the nightly rate.

I really enjoy staying here. It's clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Poop stained towels, cigarette smoke was flooding in the room from neighbors room, called staff and they did nothing, the hotel has been updated but not kept cleaned, the staff was rude and condescending. NEVER AGAIN… Highly recommended against staying there. There are much better Hilton in the area such as home-wood suites and Hilton… Rooms were over $250 but more like motel 6 (And they wouldn't even leave the lights on for ya) Parking is around $20 per night. Its more like a motel 6… I travel a lot and this is my first feedback… The poop stained towels and rude manager put me over the edge… (By the way not one towel 2 out of 3 were covered in poop stain… SICK NEVER AGAIN.

Likes: Well cleaned bedsheets and pillows. Well maintained bedrooms and bathrooms. Dislikes: No complimentary breakfast, Their AC (air conditioning) units were arranged in middle of the room; So noisy during night.

This hotel is very centrally located and has modern amenities. It looks as though it was recently built or remodeled so the rooms were very clean and well appointed. Parking was also very easy with valet service.

Newly remodeled and looks awesome. Courteous and attentive staff. Close to church street restaurant & shopping market. Close to Burlington bike path and waterfront bike path. Delicious cookies and fresh citrus water in afternoon. I would definitely come here again.

Clean spacious rooms, neat rustic building remodeled. The bartender was friendly and poured strong drinks. Location was perfect, very close to church street. The only downside is the valet parking for $17/night.

We stayed in a two room suite, which was spacious and had a nice view of the lake. Accommodations were clean and newer than most hotels. Room included a microwave, mini fridge, and Kuerig. Only complaint was that the pool was rather tiny (about the size of 3 hot tubs) and there was no hot tub. Breakfast is served in the lobby, but is a bit pricey given the quality of other offerings in the area. Would stay here again.

Of the 2 Hilton's in downtown Burlington, this is the one to stay at. Modern, clean rooms, very good staff, good breakfast options. I will definitely come back to stay again.

I spent a week there. The service was great, people was kind and rooms were very comfortable. I love their amenities, the fire place at the entrance and the swimming pool.

Excellent location, close to Church St. And everything else was great quality. I was stuck choosing between the Hilton on the lake and this location. I'm happy to have chosen wisely.

Always so hospitable. The only thing I would have liked to be different is for a firmer pillow. It occurs to me that I didn't ask if they had firmer pillows when I was there. Well, guess what? I just called and asked if they could have made that happen. Sure enough; you have to ask to have your needs met. Awesome!

We booked a king room and our first room was next to the furnace/ac units and was extremely loud. We notified front desk and we're promptly upgraded to a Lakeview suite! Staff was friendly and prompt to respond to our issue. Both rooms were clean. Would definitely stay again. Within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops.

I visited my parents here, they were staying during graduation weekend. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Everything was very clean and tastefully designed. I didn't stay in a room, but I know my parents very much enjoyed their experience.

We were in room 417 and had a decent view of the lake. The staff and especially the valet are top notch. Everyone is super friendly and very attentive. I would definitely recommend this to friends and we will stay here again.

The Hilton Garden Inn is located near the bottom of the Church Street shopping and restaurant area of Burlington. There are dozens of places to eat and shop within walking distance. The rooms are finely finished and comfortable. The restaurant serves good food and the hotel gym is small, but adequate. It was a comfortable stay.

Nice rooms, great staff, over priced and quite a few additional charges for things like parking and Wi-Fi. No continental breakfast, it's $16 for an adult, $9 for a child. Even a candy bar is $2.50. Despite this it's in a great central location and the rooms are exceptional.

Hands down the best Garden Inn I have stayed in. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. The restaurant and wait staff was a pleasant surprise, as was the extra firm pillow in the closet. Only wish there was self parking, as valet only seems a little much for a Garden Inn.

Great hotel! After snowboarding at Smugglers notch, heading back toward new York, MT boyfriend and I decided to stop in Burlington for the night. The hotel was perfectly located in downtown Burlington, walking distance to all the shops and Church Street. Extremely friendly staff. Gorgeous and extremely clean!

Hilton lives up to its name. All expectations are met and surpassed! The staff humbly makes great recommendations for places to wine, dine, and wind down. Location is par none. Would recommend only this hotel to an future visitors of Burlington, VT.

Great hotel. Very clean and good service. The location is perfect because you can walk all around Burlington. Central location also great if you need to grab a cab somewhere.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel! Perfect location, excellent, caring staff, beautifully appointed lobby area and rooms — perfect for someone of my generation (30 something)! The lighting fixtures are so fun and funky! I love the convenience of the little pantry snack bar for midnight snacks after a night out on Burlington's Church St. Thank you Hilton Garden for a great place to stay.

When checking in person at front desk looked lost first finding a room then saying room would be ready in a hour, 3 hours later they called to tell me room was ready. It was before for 4 so I guess that's the rules. Also fire alarm went off at 10:00 at night, no explanation or apology given person at front desk said they didn't know how alarm went off. After checking out and returning home we realized we left out phone chargers on nightstands. Called hotel 5 times talked to different managers and finally after a week they said they didn't find any and oh well not our fault. Wouldn't trust them, especially after taken a week to come up with this answer.

GREAT LOCATION, AMAZING SERVICE! Burlington has been our "get away" place for many years. We love the food, shopping and activities. The Hilton Garden Inn is in the middle of it all. Church Street shopping and great restaurants are an easy walk from the hotel. As Hilton Gold members, we know when we've found a great place to stay. This hotel is one more reason to visit Burlington.

What a wonderful hotel with the most hospitable staff! I stayed shortly after this brand new hotel opened. The location was excellent with many great places within walking distance in the neighborhood; the view of Lake Champlain from my window was breathtaking. I will be back.

This Burlington Vermont Downtown hotel is perfect for taking in all that is Burlington. This is a new Hilton Garden Inn two blocks from Church street. I had a great stay and the staff was excellent. Excellent breakfast and a huge open concept area to enjoy with a birds eye view of Main Street Burlington. Workout room was large and well spaced equipment so I did not feel like I was right next to someone.

We stayed there the last week in March and were wowed. Have stayed at virtually all the other Burlington hotels and this was easily the best. Don't know if I loved the staff or the rooms better. Thought the lobby and restaurant were different and cool. We spent a lot of time just enjoying hanging our there. Walkable location to most everything too.

The hotel is an amazing addition to the downtown Burlington area, It is right in the heart of downtown and walkable to the water. The rooms are amazing and the staff is great.

I stayed at the HGI Thursday night. The coolest Hilton Garden Inn I have ever stayed seen. Rooms were spacious, great bathrooms. Restaurant is so cool looking. Lots of colts and in an historic Armory. The Valet guys were very helpful and the Front desk people were lots of fun. I didn't realize this was the closets hotel to church street. Loved not having to drive after a few drinks. top notch! I will be back.
