Our room was next to the fitness room. At 7:30 in the morning we were awoken by someone dropping weights between sets. My wife called the front desk, and the person at the desk argued with my wife and told her it was the treadmill. After a few minutes the desk called back and said the room was full and there was nothing they could do for us. I went next door and there were two people; one lifting weights and one on a treadmill. I spoke to the guy lifting weights and he was respectful and stopped dropping weights. My wife called back to the desk to tell them we spoke to the person and the room wasn't full. The person at the desk basically told my wife she was wrong… Terrible customer service. Also, the Wi-Fi is so slow its unusable, and the bed feels like the cheapest mattress a person could buy. Find a different place to stay.

Very nice hotel had the same amenities as other Hampton Inns that I've stayed in. However the hotel is dated, especially the elevator. The rooms themselves we're quite large I was in a king suite and had ample room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Fix that elevator and you get an extra star! Happy travels.

I love the overall experience of staying at this Hampton Inn, particularly their delightful tradition of serving cookies at 8 every night. But it seems like the hotel is always under some amount of strange renovation, and the parking lot seems full beyond capacity no matter what time of year, which has always confounded me. But great rooms and staff and an overall quality experience.

Accommodations at his hotel are nice, Wi-Fi and room setup are about average for a Hampton inn. The floor layout in this hotel is a little awkward — the main entrance is the 3rd floor, but overall it is very adequate. Getting out of this location at prime travel times has been problematic as the traffic light sits almost immediately off the left turn from the parking lot and there can be a line 20 cars long blocking your exit.

Open, spacious lobby with excellent free breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Right off 89 with plenty of parking. Close to restaurants and grocery shops.

Awesome place! The staff was incredibly nice. The room is very big with plenty of room to stretch out. Would have given 5 stars, but the people with the two dogs barking coming through our breakfast twice is a game changer. Dogs are great, but not where I eat! Oh, and these weren’t service dogs!

Loved the stay. It had everything we need. Amneties are nice and staff are friendly. Room wasn't really set up for 4 people though… It had the size of a 2 people room with a sofabed that makes everything tight.

Very nice hotel, appears to have been recently remodeled. The banquet hall was rather pleasant. Room noise was minimal at this hotel. Not much within walking distance, however there is a bar on site. Not a bad place to stay over all.

Love Hampton inn. We always stay with them. Great staff. Very clean. Great breakfasts.

It is clean, handicapped accessible, great breakfast and friendly staff. The shower did not drain properly as we stood in our own dirty water during our time in it. The toilet handle sticks after using the toilet and in bed allready settled we had to get up and jingle it to stop the water from running. The Bathroom does not have a ventilation fan or a fan switch for that matter, so when going number 2 the smell lingers. A real turn off. The bathroom sink is small and round similar to an aircraft tiny sink. Too compact I'd say. On the bright side, the bed was the best part. I got to rest and slept as if I was floating on clouds. The best part of it all indeed, The Bed! Overall I give this establishment 3 Stars. It has room to improve. In all fairness it served the purpose. I may or may not be back.

Great place to s stay. Awesome breakfast, make your own waffles. The Light House restaurant next door is also a great place to eat.

Stayed here often. Very clean. Comfortable. Great complimentary breakfast with lots of choice. Not too expensive.

Location is great being right off the highway, across the street from Maplefield's, and down the road from a good breakfast joint and a diner. Burlington is a quick drive south, and the rooms are reliably clean, staff always friendly, and the free coffee and breakfast are keys to a good stay in any hotel. No frills here, but nicely priced for everything you need.

Pleasant staff. Halls drafty but was 15°f out when I visited. The kielbasa with local syrup in warming trays in the am upped it a star for me! As well as yum cookies at night. Clean crisp linen and clean baths.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Free shuttle service to and from the airport as well as to local places. The shuttle service wasn't available when I arrived at midnight but they were willing to pay for my taxi. Free breakfast was great and I think that means a lot coming from a picky eater. Customer service was great when I called in order to edit my reservations due to a flight cancellation. The only complaint I could come up with is the lack of light blocking curtains on the window. It didn't look like they close more than 20% of the way.

What a great hotel! Friendly staff, clean as can be, very comfortable beds and showers, and very spacious. But the best part is the large social area in the lobby. It was great for group events such as dinners or just hanging out!

Hotel staff was absolutely amazing and the hotel itself was very clean. I believe there was some sort of comic book convention going on and I absolutely loved see all of the people in costume. All of the attendees that I spoke to were polite and happy to share what their costumes were.

Overall the hotel is pretty nice, the rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable, and the a. C. Works well. The breakfast in the morning is pretty good, but gets busy around 9am. There isn't much around the hotel to walk to.

The front desk was especially helpful, telling us truthfully which spots were tourist traps and which were truly worth the drive. Amazing service, and of course breakfast was good too. Room was clean and easy to find.

Nice and fresh. From the lobby to the hallway and finally my room. Fresh carpet, paint and decor. Nice New England feeling in the cozy room. Updated bathroom with a wonderful tub to soak in. Friendly staff. Very enjoyable stay.

This Hampton as the Lighthouse restaurant built in and has newly designed rooms and an updated looking lobby. They offer a free shuttle to and from downtown and the airport. The a/c worked great and the hot water and water pressure were consistent and better than most Hampton Inn's I've stayed at.

The hotel is in a very convenient location close to city center. This facility includes free breakfast and parking is widely available. If you are looking for a great value make sure you stay at Hampton Inn Burlington.

This is a 5 star hotel with a 3 star price. Very cozy feel like your staying in a lodge. Our room felt like a cottage. This is our third hotel across 3 states and this is by far the nicest one. Highly recommend this hotel over a $300 + per night hotel.

I regularly stay at Hampton Inn in Burlington for work. There isn't much bad to say about it, if anything! The staff is always really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has an interesting layout, but has pretty much everything you'd need. There isn't a lot of food in the immediate vicinity, but some places do deliver. The front desk is always willing to help find food as well! The rooms are adorable; they're different from a conventional Hampton. Cute little home-like design. They're also well-kept. I highly recommend it!

Modern lobby and rooms. Fully updated. Everything was very clean. Breakfast wasn't great but it was good. Staff was very friendly. Endless supply of coffee in the lobby. Enjoyed the indoor, heated salt water pool. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed my one-night stay here. Big, clean, comfortable room with a nice couch and decent-sized desk. Plenty of outlets, and Wi-Fi worked right away and was never down. Very quiet too. Staff was friendly, check-in was quick. The property itself is nice looking, the lobby has a big welcoming fireplace and the pool and fitness center are first-rate. Would highly recommend this place, it met all my needs.

Staff are always friendly, helpful and keep the hotel clean. Breakfast is Hampton Inn breakfast, nothing special or particularly flavorful, but there's variety and it's always pretty fresh. I am here annually for a social event in the fall and there are always bumps when you're in a crowd of 400; the mark of a good hotel is how it handles those bumps, and in the last few years the Hampton Inn Burlington has done a great job.

Been going to this Hampton Inn since I was a child. The rooms are worth the price. It's a nice Cozy place to stay. The pool is fun to relax in.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Important to note that the lobby is on the 3rd floor. I was told this is due to the hotel being on a hill. Also, parking near the lower part of the hill is level with floor 2 and the elevator and pool are right there. Breakfast was good too. The hotel is located right off the highway (I-89) which is convenient.

Great service! Very nice room and comfortable bed. I was up early and the continental breakfast was already ready.

The hotel is located just north of Burlington, with fast access to the city provided you have a car. The interior design is a mix of old'n'ugly with some renovation. Rooms are fairly large and clean. Breakfast is included and decent.

Location was fine for the price, close enough to Burlington but still need to drive. Service was good. Room was fine, wish it had full black out curtains though.

Nicest Hampton inn I've ever stayed in. Very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful facility, well maintained, clean, up to date, impeccable service. Very impressed with our stay here. It was during a Neil Young concert at the nearby expo, and they were also hosting a wedding. The place was obviously busy, but despite it all the entire staff remained composed, accommodating, and professional. We had requested early check in at the time of booking, understanding of course that it wasn't guaranteed. When my partner and I arrived earlier than expected, we were pleasantly surprised that they had planned ahead to accommodate our early check in request, and so we were able to check into our room right away. Quite a relief for a sun/heat sensitive person who arrived in the heat of the day with no air conditioning in our car! The room was beautiful, airy, cool, cozy, and quiet. Everything was of excellent quality and good taste (no overly gaudy/cheap carpet, fixtures, or drape patterns — Neutrogena Clean body care products! ). We enjoyed the indoor salt water pool, and well stocked hot breakfast bar. We would have taken advantage of the nightly milk and cookies, but were only there for one night and were at the concert during cookie hour. They also have a killer business center and decent work out area with a god set of weights. On site there is a good quality restaurant we got brunch and killer drinks at. Wish we could have stayed an extra day just to lounge, eat/drink, and stroll the grounds.

The breakfast is nice. The staff is friendly. The pool is decent. The exercise room though is too basic. The rooms are clean and quiet, EXCEPT WHEN THEY START MOWING AT 8AM ON A SATURDAY MORNING! I'm on vacation; I want to sleep in. Not today. If you're an early bird that is not going to use their fitness room, this place would be perfect.

This hotel will probably haunt me for a long time. We stayed at the Hampton Inn for 4 days when we were visiting my mom. We have 2 kids, a 10 year old and a 14 year old, who is autistic. The hotel was jammed, and the breakfast area was totally crowded and stressful, and there was hardly anywhere to sit. On the last day we stayed there, at breakfast something happened between my 14 year old and the breakfast attendant, and my son punched the attendant in the arm. We did not see it happen, and we did not see any commotion. My son has not exhibited this very often, but I think the chaos of the breakfast room got him upset. He sat down with us and after a few minutes, we left the breakfast room. My son and I went out to the convenience store, and when we came back, we were pulled aside in the lobby by a policeman with what looked like a semi-automatic weapon and a bullet proof vest. I thought we were going to be accused of theft or something terrible, but instead it all had to do with my son popping the person in the arm. The manager told me she knew he had special needs, and I asked her why she didn't talk to us about it, and she said she couldn't find us (but was anyone trying? We didn't see anyone looking for us). They called the police instead, and the guy looked like he was about to take us down, bullets and all. I cannot understand why anyone would call the police on a special needs teenager, and why the management didn't try to find us. We were there for 4 days!

The hotel itself is very nice. Also, if you are relying on the shuttle, the night shuttle driver is awesome! His name is Jason and he is very helpful. The downside to the shuttle. I am currently staying here on company buis. And the hotel front desk has not been very friendly about our hotel shuttle needs. Our company chooses the hotels based on them having a shuttle to transport us back and forth to the company building and the hotel. The Hampton shuttle does not have a driver after noon and you have to take a taxi. This is of course no big deal because they pay for it. The problem is they are not very friendly about the fact they have to pay and become very snippy when you request a shuttle. HELLO, it's part of the reason you get 4 weeks stay from my company! Also, if they starting becoming overwhelmed with shuttle request to go see tourist spots they are very snippy in telling you so. For ex; we asked for a shuttle down town and instead of just telling us it would be about 40 minutes. The front desk agent was very dramatic and raised her voice to say the shuttle driver is going here and then here and we won't be able to take you until this time! Easy. A simple estimated time will do. We're reasonable and know we are not the only guest. Besides, we've been at the hotel awhile and have created a pretty good relationship with the shuttle drivers, so we know they get busy. Just trying to use the complimentary shuttle the hotel claims to have. Sorry for the rant.

Thay have washer machine that don't work they make there house keepers use broken cart with very heavy lode of clean lien there elevateor to laundry is broken guest have to walk up an down the steps the housekeepers never clean the tub. Linen are not change everyday.

I've used the Hampton Inn in Burlington on several occasions for both business and personal events. As the former executive director of a membership association, we held our spring conference there a year ago. (And chose it again this spring, too! ) I've never worked with such a wonderful staff who took care of every last detail which gave me the time to focus on the content for the day. I didn't worry about one single thing. The staff were right there if I needed them and made the event fun for all. I also stayed there on another occasion for my son's 10th birthday. He wanted to stay in a hotel and bring a few friends. What a great time we had in their wonderful salt water pool. The convenience of the restaurant next door for our meal and the great staff who made our little event so meaningful to my son was something I'll never forget. The food at their events is of high caliber. Our conference attendees specifically mentioned that in the comments of our conference survey. I would recommend the Hampton Inn Burlington to anyone in-state or out-of-state.

I travel a lot for business and you never know where you are going to end up. Will it be clean, convenient, priced right, safe with easy access to everything I need? With the Hampton Inn Burlington you get it all! The Hampton Inn Burlington is always spotless. It's located within 10 minutes from the airport and right off the interstate. The Hampton Inn Burlington is convenient for skiing, enjoying the lake and all the great shops and nightlife in downtown Burlington (within 10 minutes). The price is right, everything that I need is close by and the morning breakfast is to die for! The quality and variety of the breakfast offering has something for everyone and there is plenty of everything! At night they provide hot cookies that are exquisite (I may have eaten more than one! ). A big plus for me is the free Wi-Fi. Plus I love being able to bring my leftovers (from the restaurant right next door "TBones" back to the room for a late night snack (mini-refrigerator and microwave are a great bonus). I try to make sure that I work out when I travel and their gym has everything I need — even a salt water pool! Whenever we have folks travel to VT we set them up at the Hampton Inn Burlington and have had the joy of staying for pleasure ourselves! Anytime I ever need anything the staff is beyond accommodating and friendly.
