This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at… Clean new fitted beds, very nice kitchen set up and very clean with very comfortable beds and TV has great quality and also has a pull out bed couch that looks way to nice to be a pull out bed, this hotel room is amazing and recommend it completely even comes with face wash and moisturizer cream and a spacey bathroom so your not feeling squished and a TV in-front of the beds and couch. Very amazing hotel with very nice staff and even met some very nice dogs along to way and near the mall and not much further from downtown and the famous Al’s. Prefect location. Best hotel i’ve stayed at in vermont.

Clean and pretty. The pool is waaaay over chlorinated, the jacuzzi is even worse. It was foaming from the chemicals! We paid $500 for a two bedroom suite for one night. Very expensive in my opinion! Breakfast is included which was quite tasty and a pretty good variety. No fresh fruit though, other than bananas (in August). Can't give it 5 stars because of the cost and the pool/spa. Yuck!

Nice setup, kitchenette with full fridge and dining area and living room opens up onto one bedroom with king bed. Had small mold problem and toilet broke but they took a small amount off bill. We would definitely stay there again! Nice place to get away to!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities : well stocked room suites with kitchen, living room (pull out sofa), bedroom with comfortable king bed, and bathroom. Offered dinner, complimentary evening beverages at the bar, plentiful breakfast. Location had a pool and workout gym as well. Beautiful lobby with fireplace and outdoor seating and fire pit. Overall a wonderful stay!

The assistant manager here is so rude and uneducated. Be careful of this place. Watch your credit card charges. They will charge you for stuff they make up. They said we smoked in our room and NEVER smoked anything since we don’t smoke but the assistant manager said he didn’t care and was going to charge us $250 anyways so we had to cancel our credit card to avoid false charges since the girl at the desk wouldn’t tell him the general managers name or corporates number. Worst customer service in Burlington. Don’t waste $400 a night on this place. Go to the Hilton instead… cheaper, nicer, newer and better customer service. Don’t waste your money on this place. Spend your money on better Vermont businesses.

Nice rooms with separate sleeping area for kids. Best couch bed I have ever seen. I did hear some road noise and upstairs. Walls might be a bit thin. But great price for suites.

Rooms were nice with a full kitchenette, dining area and bathroom. Beds were comfy. The included breakfast and dinner we well worth it and the staff was very helpful. I'd like to visit again in the summer when they do the outdoor fireside social and BBQ.

Great place, complimentary cookies, breakfast, dinner wine and beer during the week. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Definitely return and recommend!

The whole place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the units were well equipped. The staff truly went above and beyond and made us feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this place.

The room was spacious, clean and neat. The bed was so comfortable and I slept like a baby. Staff was very professional and courteous. They had the extra amenities that made the stay comfortable and welcoming. They had a variety of breakfast choices in the morning and the hot dinner in the ample outdoor patio was relaxing. Green Mountain Suites keeps in mind the customer experience from the moment you arrive.

This place is an incredible value. Features a double fireplace in the lobby that's actually nice enough to want to go down and visit, and they put out these freshly baked chocolate chip cookies at the front counter that are to die for! My girlfriend and I both thought the mattresses in the room could have been more comfortable, but we both woke up feeling very refreshed, so I guess comfort isn't everything. The staff was really friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was way more than we had expected. And it's close enough to all the cool spots in Burlington. Easy to find, it's right off the highway. The kitchenette is larger than my kitchen at home. Would definitely recommend.

A quaint, homey hotel with wonderful staff and comfortable rooms. It is more of a mini apartment than a hotel room. I've stayed here probably a dozen or more times, so I have been in most of the rooms and have eaten their 7 or 8 different light dinner options — — and they are all pretty good- with salad greens every night. Breakfast has this wonderful stuff on the weekends called "skillet" which is hash browns covered in bacon, cheese, and scallions: all the calories you need for a day in one plate! Tea and coffee all day are wonderful too. The annex building has slightly nicer rooms, I think. Some of those rooms have extra windows over the bed that add more light and a visual element. The pool is clean but usually filled with kids. I did get my socks stolen at the pool once — — I know that sounds odd, but it was the comedy relief for the night. The evening reception (weeknights only) with beer and wine by the fire takes this place up to 5 stars. The only thing this place is missing is a basket of puppies in the lobby.

Very nice stay. The king suite is very spacious and clean. The king bed is very comfortable. The futon/couch pulls out into a bed. Dishwasher, stove top, microwave, even pots and pans. Really enjoyable relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend. University mall is close by along with other shopping opportunities.

We stayed on a Thursday as a getaway. They had a dinner reception that included a casual meal and wine or beer. A nuce breakfast was included as well. The room was very homey and comfortable. We splurged on the suite with the Jacuzzi tub. There was a full kitchen with all the amenities of home. Spent a little more than I normally do but it was well worth the cost for the experience.

Stayed here a part of a business trip. Top notch facility, better than fair prices, superior rooms. Definitely worth it!

I am a motorcoach operator and I've been to alot of hotels… this was top notch.

We liked a lot about this place, its clean and pretty, the breakfast was good, love the constant supply of coffee. I hated my loud neighbors who woke us up almost daily. These walls are thin. But my biggest gripe is how rarely housekeeping showed up. As far as im concerned they're supposed to come every day. They didnt. In a 6 day stay they came twice. And once I had to call down and ask for them to come. Other then that. Was pretty happy with the overall stay.

This hotel suite was perfect for our family of 4. A nice sized living room/kitchen gave us room to spread out and relax. The bathroom was also nice and big, though the shower was smallish and not well lit. The people who work here are really nice. I would certainly stay here again.

This hotel is amazing! I would love here. The staff is friendly, the room was spotless, and it was just an all around great place to stay for the weekend.

Beautiful setting, great big fireplace in the lobby. Enjoyed the breakfast and the diner witch included wine or beer. Also great size suite room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.

Excellent everything. The food a bit boring, every night the same choice of salads and cool aid juice. But it is a comfortable place with excellent customer service. Small but functional Gym, just like the pool.

Great breakfast and rooms are very comfortable & modern. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come back here with my family next time I'm in Burlington. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I found a very small spiderweb at the bottom corner of a kitchen chair which threw me off a bit. Little details like a bit of dust above the fridge and corners of the floors doesn't bother me much though as everything major was very sanitary and the room was prepared perfectly.

Nice rooms, but thin walls near the doors. Housekeeping could use a refresher on clean vs dirty dishes and how to make a bed (mattress pad goes on mattress, not between mattress and box spring). Told staff when they asked and said they'd take care of it, but never did.

Nice location close to downtown Burlington (10 minute drive). Rooms were clean. Plenty of parking. Full size refrigerator, stove top, kitchen supplies. Pet friendly. Breakfast was included, but not very good.

This is one of the nicest and most accommodating hotels that you will find in the area! They have a Great staff, great food and great service! I highly recommend this place for an all round good experience in Burlington. The management is top notch and everything else follows suit at Green Mountain Suites.

Love this hotel! Whenever family visits from out of state I recommend that they stay here. Pet friendly and very kind staff. Nice clean interior that is very welcoming.

Loved the hotel. Stayed in a suite for 2 weeks. Had a great view. The dinner that was provided was mediocre but they do have free beer and wine. Wifi was a good speed.

Great hotel with plenty of accommodations. Rooms were nice. Shuttle to the downtown area and a good breakfast were big pluses.

Our stay was very nice. The staff was helpful, the room was well maintained and they had some nice touches like cider and donuts in the evenings.

It works. Not walkable to downtown Burly, but it works. The floors didn't feel super clean, the shower wasn't phenomenal, but it works. Definitely a 3.5-4 star hotel. I'd pay a moderate amount extra to stay closer to the lake and downtown though.

We stayed here for one night. We arrived early and thought we'd see if there was an early check-in possibility. The staff said he'd call when our room was available. Not only did he never call, we arrived at our check-in time (3 pm) and reception told us it would be "10 minutes". She was very rude and never let us know when our room would be available. After almost an hour of waiting in the lobby with tired children, we finally asked again if our room was ready (we had groceries in our car and needed the fridge). Again, very vague answers. Something about our A/C being broken and they were now scurrying to get us into yet another suite. Not a good first impression. Overall, the staff was not very friendly and gave us the impression they couldn't care less. Next the room: our pillows were ripped. The hair dryer was completely dead. Honestly, we didn't want to bother asking for another one because god knows when they'd get us one that worked. Black mold on the windowsills. MOLD! The pool — never cleaned the entire time we were there. Band-aids on the floor, hair everywhere, no towels available. Hot tub was cold. Housekeeper told us someone "called out" which threw off their whole day. Also, the breakfast staff told us the chef never showed so they were waiting on something more than cereal to be made. We did end up eating an okay breakfast of sausage and powdered eggs. Honestly, we will never go back to this hotel, certainly not for the 220.00 a night they charge.

Almost a great hotel. I recently stayed there for one night and the facilities and breakfast were top notch and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only complaint and it is a big one, is that the shower, sink and bathroom were all dirty. Mold was visible in many locations. Overall the hotel was solid, if the bathroom, shower and sink were cleaner it would be a top notch hotel!

Fantastic! We stayed here after our house caught fire. Everyone was nice and understanding. My husband, son, and dog all had enough room. Our dog was accepted without issue. We appreciated breakfast and dinner. Especially after the fire.

We stayed at the Green Mountain Suites Hotel for our New England and Quebec summer trip. After trying to find an Airbnb in the Burlington area to no avail, we decided on booking at this hotel instead. We've stayed several times at various Disney Vacation Club hotels in the past and we both agree that the Green Mountain Suites Hotel's rooms and experience felt very similar. Our room was terrific, very cozy. We were given an upgrade, with our upgraded room having a fireplace and jacuzzi — it was definitely a nice surprise! Check-in went smoothly and the room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the sofa's back cushions were a bit firm and overstuffed, as if you wanted to sit comfortably, we would have to get kid of the back cushions. We did not use the sofa-bed for sleeping, just to watch TV. The amenities of the room were great and I'm sure the standard room we had originally reserved would have been just as great. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and we felt it offered a good variety, even from one day to the next (they switched it up sometimes). We didn't try the dinner, however, as we had other plans during our evenings. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were both fantastic. My only issue with the hot tub was that I saw a few drain flies around it — probably from damp area and standing water. Regarding the hotel location, it was perfect — easy to get to from the airport and only a short drive to Church Street.

This was a great stay. Their is an indoor pool and hot tub. We enjoyed one of their suites and a full Continental breakfast is included. The hotel is modeled after the Hilton Homewood brand, but with a Vermont twist.

Do not stay here if you want to sleep. I am staying here with my family and sleeping on the living room pull out couch. The room next door is having a loud party with many people. They are so loud I can here every word of their conversation. I have called the front desk now 3 times over a span of an hour to ask politely that something be done. They said they will call and then they said they would go knock and talk to them. Still laying here listening to a big party. Front desk told me "well the rooms are not sound prooof. " And that they can not be relocated as they are sold out tonight. Awesome.

In all honesty, this is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at, the rooms are awesome, the free food is awesome, pool and hot tub? Awesome. I contacted guest services and they picked up an edible arraignment for me and had it waiting in the room when we got there so I wouldn't have to pay the place a delivery fee, saved me 15 bucks, lol. When you combine service like that and a great room, with super competitive prices, you have a winner in my book. We were there in January, and we booked another weekend for April, we can't wait!

Outstanding! Best complimentary breakfast with apple pancakes, quiche, and a full selection of hot and cold foods. Complementary fireside reception (dinner and drinks) Monday — Thursday! Fantastic indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center! Outdoor firepit. Amazing suite rooms with fully stocked kitchen, granite counters in kitchen and bath, hardwood floors, tile bathroom. I wish it was a chain — — we would never go anywhere else. Oh and 24th hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar!

They have a lot of green practices here and that's great, even though it can feel like a renovated standard motel. It's a decent walk to downtown Burlington, but a nice one. They also have great facilities.

The people in the front desk gave us a lot of attitude because we seemed young. There was about 7 of us and we are college students. They just assumed that we were here to trash their hotel. Even though I booked the rooms in my name and we were over 21, they still took all our names and info whereas whenever we go to other hotels we feel very welcomed and they only check the ID of the person who's paying and whose name is on the reservations. One girl in the front desk was very unprofessional to us and I specifically picked this place before after reading such great reviews. Never going back again. We work hard for our money not to get treated so badly.

Cute, different, and clean hotel. Embraces the "rustic" design concept with wood and stone throughout. Friendly staff and a good breakfast made it a great stay!

A very comfortable suite room with multiple heavenly beds, two televisions, and a kitchenette was what I arrived to in Burlington. Expecting a sort of ramshackle ski lodge, I was surprised to find that the contintental breakfast was quute delicious. They take great care to make you very comfortable here, will be booking again during my next visit to VT.

The best hotel I have stayed in honestly. Iif ever I should venture to Burlington VT again this is the only place I would even think of staying. The rooms were huge and so clean. Beautifully decorated nice modern kitchen, living room, and separate king bedroom. The customer service was fantastic thank you for a great stay:)

Great hotel when visiting Burlington.

I travel to South Burlington once a month for work and always stay at the Green Mountain Suites. I've stayed at other places in the area and this is by far the best. Very roomy and feels just like home. Their Wi-Fi is extremely fast and reliable.

Nice hotel. Staff is very friendly and they get to know you if you are here for an extended period of time. They also have free dinner, though quality wise it's on par with Costco… The room is nice, all suite style, unless you get assigned to one of those rooms with "A" in the room number. The only downside is you don't get any points because this is not a chain.

O. M. G, the hotel is ok, but the staff who works there. I dont know. The fat dude u cant see him behind the from desk, and a girl with horse teeth, he is so. U know what I mean :), and I saw a fat tall ginger walking like a crazy. Man I dont know.

I stay all the time for business. Super place, great value, staff is excellent. The complimentary managers social every night is a nice touch as is the breakfast. Rooms are nice. The only improvement I see is that the hotel should run a downtown shuttle nightly. Even if it had one drop off time and one pickup nightly it would be super. The hotel is far from the excellent downtown Burlington and it would be nice not to drive.

Green Mountain suites is a lovely, cozy, lodge themed hotel in Burlington. The rooms have gas fireplaces available to add some additional coziness in the winter and are huge. Rooms were very clean and well kept. The best part is the happy hour nightly. They feature a couple of local beers on tap and a rotating selection of food like meatball subs. The staff was also very helpful and cheerful during this. A great base for exploring the town of Burlington and the surrounding area.

What a fantastic experience. Loved the room, amenities, and staff. Especially the staff. Manager happy hour, full breakfast and soap with a hole. We even got to bring the dog.
