The hotel has been fantastic so far. Sam, at the front dest, made sure I had a good room and then helped me carry my bag to my room due to my injury. He was very friendly and made sure I was hooked-up. The room is modern and a decent size. There is a 42ish" TV, microwave, and fridge in the room as well as a number of easily accessible outlets, 2 on each side of the bed, 2 on the microwave. The location is decent depending on what you doing. The lake / downtown Burlington is about 15min away, skiing is about 45min away, and there are a lot of restaurants near by. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

I stayed in a room on the ground floor facing the front parking lot. There was little noise from the halls or elevator in the room. The room was comfortable and felt clean. Staff were pleasant. Continental breakfast was average, but refilled often to make sure nothing ran out. I appreciated the variety and quality of coffee available, which was beyond what I expected.

My favorite travel experiences are when you're treated like a local, by friendly and knowledgeable professionals. From the second we pulled into the ample parking lot, we were treated like old pals, with the staff showing us their large and comfortable dining area with a bevy of complimentary breakfast options running until 9am, as well as a 24 hour tea and coffee center with a handful of extras. We took advantage of both, as we wanted to get out to see the sights and sounds such as the Ben and Jerry's Factory Tour, just a few minutes down the road, as well as tons of familiar dining options just down the street. Our room was spacious, and comfortable with all the amenities you'd need, like a brand new TV, a cold fridge, and a colder A/C. To top it off, check-out was a breeze — — Can't wait to come back!

The staff here was super helpful in helping me find all the local places I needed to visit. Breakfast was full of variety. Room was spacious, clean and welcoming. This is definitely going to be the place I stay next time I’m in the area.

Recently renovated rooms, efficient and courteous staff, good breakfast varied, good Wi-Fi, good coffee in the common area (much less in the rooms). Remember to avoid the rooms on the freeway as it is a bit noisy at night.

Stayed here for 18 days, staff very polite and helpful. Low price for a Fairfield Hotel and came with breakfast. While im no fan of hotel breakfasts this one was good for what it was.

Hotel and room we're much nicer than I expected for the rate. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was not the most comfortable and the walls are a bit thin. Breakfast spread was great. The stay was about average, overall felt very good about booking before and after my stay.

Only stayed overnight for an early flight from Burlington internatioal. Everything was clean, comfortable … staff was great. Prices then (feb) were very reasonable. Less than now I see… and very important. Early am shuttle to airport.

This a small, quiet, and calm hotel. Where the staff is very kind and helpful. I had two specific request and they accommodated me without a complaint nor a problem. The rooms are spacious and well lit. They have a gym and an outdoor pool that’s currently close for obvious reasons (winter). A PLUS, breakfast is included!

Nothing special, room smelled musty but since I had driven 6 hrs and spent the day visiting my daughter I didn't see the hassle in switching rooms. The staff was pleasant but for 114 dollars a night, expected more.

Clean hotel conveniently located to the highway. Rates were much cheaper than in Burlington and the location wasn't too far. The included breakfast was a nice bonus. Staff was friendly.

Checkout time is noon, and I have a ‘do not disturb’ sign placed on the outside doorknob. At 10am I get a pounding at my door. “I just wanted to make sure somebody was in there”, she replied. Just 1.5 hours later and I get another pounding on my door. “Sir?! ”, she said with a loud voice. I ignored her this time. This must be the same womans voice I heard several times coming from down the hall during the 9 am hour. I told the the checkin counter at 1pm that I need a room until 4:30pm the next day and they said, “that won’t be a problem”. Apparently it is a problem along with a couple others.

Our client, comedian Kenny Garcia, is constantly on tour and staying in different hotel properties. The rooms, staff, and accommodations make this place one of his favorites! There's a free breakfast and a laundry room which is really helpful for touring entertainers on a crazy tour schedule. Very satisfactory hotel that’s super convenient immediately off Rt. 89 and just 5 or so minutes from downtown Burlington. Nestled in a newly developed area with lots of national chain stores and restaurants (Panera, Starbucks, Lonestar Steakhouse, Best Buy, etc. ). Clean, efficient rooms, nice staff. What you’d expect from this level hotel, which means good value but no major frills. (One thing they need is a VISIBLE sign marking the entrance to the facility! It’s almost impossible to spot at night. )

Good location to put my inlaws when they come to visit. I prefer that they don't come to visit and I would much rather have them stay in the pits of hell, but my husband won't allow that. So, I they stay here and don't complain. One star docked for not being pit of hell.

This is our "home away from home" when we visit Burlington. It's convenient to get to, close to everything, the rooms are very nice, and the staff is absolutely lovely. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

Good Location, next town over from Burlington. Standard rooms. Well stocked commissary. Above average breakfast offerings with scrambled eggs, mini omelettes, and a waffle station added to standard fare.

If you're in town for Burlington, be prepared to rent a car as the downtown isn't accessible by walking. The hotel is on the smaller side at only three stories. The pool is outdoor and seasonal. 24 hour gym. The rooms are spacious and clean. Standard service, but nothing above and beyond.

Good location but had a few issues. Elevator was broken which meant we had to carry our luggage. We had also reserved 2 queen beds but on check-in only a king bed and pullout was available. Was offered a discount but it was not the best experience.

Service was great. Continental breakfast was good; lots to choose from. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They offer free coffee all day which was nice.

Ok property with easy access to I89 and route 2A. Pretty standard issue Fairfield so if you've been to others there will be no surprises. The breakfast is better than nothing but not impressive really. There is an outdoor pool but with the property close to the highway I wouldn't consider it relaxing, good for kiddo's. Peak season times you can encounter some pretty high rates but if you can get a discount rate around $100 do it. If your goal is to visit downtown Burlington be prepared to drive approx. 15 minutes.

This hotel was great. Amazing experience. Everything was wonderful. Staff was great and the bed was super comfortable. I've never felt so at home in a hotel before as we did here. The staff treated us like we had known each other for years and just like we were family. If you're in the area, I recommend that you make this hotel your first choice. You won't regret it for sure. Safe travels.

Rooms are nice and comfortable and the shutters are up to date. Breakfast "eggs" are some kind of weird spongy stuff.

It's not the most glamorous place in Burlington but it's very conveint to I-89 five minutes to Downtown Burlington and UVM and minutes from some of VTs best hiking the concierge is so welcoming and inviting.

Room was very clean and Gabby at the front desk was very helpful. Prices were fair.

Don't believe the free breakfast nonsense. They have about 16 seats in the dining room and it is always so crowded it's nearly impossible to get breakfast. They have lots of rooms and no seating for their guests in the dining room. It is disappointing and unacceptable.

Checked in and was given a double instead of a king room. That problem was fixed but was given a handicapped king bedded room. The handicapped shower was cumbersome. The elevator made a lot of noise. The bed had some metal part sticking out of both sides of the bed, which I hit my ankle on more than one time. The mattress was way too soft and lumpy. The continental breakfast was horrible and the toaster oven kept burning toast/bagels. The TV was slow in changing channels. The in room refrigerator made a lot of noise along with the air conditioner unit. The best thing about the hotel stay was the coffee.

Staff: 5/5 — Very friendly and helpful. Facilities: 3/5 — Adequate. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice. No convenient outlets for your electronics. Extras: 1/5 — Shuttle not operated at all times of day, I couldn't get a shuttle to the airport in the morning or afternoon. They give cab vouchers, which is nice. However, the cab service they use is TERRIBLE. I waited in the morning for 50 minutes, and almost missed an interview. After returning from my interview, I waited for over an hour for the cab, which they called multiple times, and ended up missing my flight. Even though it wasn't the hotels fault, there were very apologetic and accommodating. Overall nice with one glaring flaw in the shuttle service/cabs.

I WISH THIS WAS A JOKE STAY AWAY THERE IS MOLD GROWING IN A/C VENTS The rooms are disgusting they seem nice but take a close look and you will wont to run and scream. Mold in not just my rooms A/C air conditioner. Also the staff ESPECIALLY the manager are unfriendly and will no accommodate you. Instead they with take your money and everything else good luck. The manager blew my mind, left a voicemail never got back to me I had to call her again then she gave me attitude and essentially HUNG UP on me. Debating calling corporate over this. I literally was blown away, ALSO room service just walked right into my room before check out even with my DO NOT DISTURB sign up. Trying to get dress when they just walk right in. So if you enjoy being treated like crap and overpaying then by all means stay here but if not go somewhere else. Do not stay here.

What a great staff! I had a family member visiting the country, first stopping in Vermont and staying at this hotel. She left her teddy bear by mistake that she has had with her for 26 years in the room before flying to visit us in North Carolina. The staff extremely helpful in not only tracking down the bear, but they boxed it up and shipped it to us in NC free of charge. Needless to say, she was in tears she was so grateful! What great service.

Make sure when you check in to NOT get room 131. It is right next to front desk and the help likes to "clean the floor" by dragging the mop bucket over the tile floor (NOISY) at 11:00 PM! Not a good first impression for the hotel. Confronted the gentleman cleaning and asked what he was doing. He answered that he was "just cleaning the floor". Completely oblivious to the time of evening. UPDATE: Manager said she would talk to him. Noise again last night at 11:00pm and again at 4:00am! Probably NOT going to use this Hotel for IBM Vermont visit again.

Overall I really liked the place! TV could use a few more channels (so many news channels! ), but other than that, a great deal! LOVED having the mini-fridge and microwave in the room. Wal-Mart and several stores/restaurants are conveniently across the road, so you can stay on a budget by getting a few snacks/meals for $. Staff is friendly and helpful, would definitely come back.
